本实用新型涉及电子烟技术领域,特别涉及一种有效提升烟雾量的雾化器 以及电子烟。 背景技术
现有技术的雾化器的结构请参见图 1所示, 由图 1可知, 该雾化器用以雾化 烟油以形成可供用户吸食的烟雾, 具体的设置方式为雾化套 105内部设置有玻 纤管 102, 所述玻纤管 102外部围绕包覆设置有用于存储烟油的储油棉 101。 所 述玻纤管 102内部设置有玻纤线 103, 所述玻纤线 103的两端穿过所述玻纤管 102, 并插入所述储油棉 101, 且所述玻纤线 103上缠绕设置有用于雾化烟油的 呈柱状的电热丝 104。 且该呈柱状的电热丝 104的轴向与所述雾化器的轴向垂 直, 且通过所述玻纤管 102和所述玻纤线 103以使得所述储油棉 101内的烟油可 传导到所述电热丝 104上, 以使所述电热丝 104雾化烟油以形成烟雾。
目前电热丝 104的直径为 0.08-0.13mm, 线径较小, 与玻纤线 103接触面积 较小, 烟油雾化温度为 220°C -300°C, 为使烟雾量较大以满足肺活量大的用户 的需求,通过增大流经电热丝 104的电流,使电热丝 104通电后温度可达到 300 °C -600 °C , 然而, 此种方式容易使储油棉 101烧焦, 影响了电子烟的使用寿命。 此外, 还可通过增加该电热丝 104的长度来实现, 但因电子烟主要用于模仿真 烟, 其大小较佳为与真烟相当, 以便用户容易接受, 因此电子烟及电子烟内的 玻纤管 102的横截面积有限, 则电热丝 104可增加的长度有限, 进而使得所述电 热丝 104可提升的雾化烟雾的量也是有限的。 而且若电热丝 104的长度过长, 则 容易使得烟油输出不到电热丝 104的中间位置,而只是电热丝 104的两端雾化烟 油, 从而极容易造成电热丝 104的中间位置烧焦。
现有技术中, 为提升烟雾量还可将绕成柱状的所述电热丝 104竖起, 使得 电热丝 104的轴心线与雾化器的轴心线重合或平行。 但因电热丝 104是软性的, 且缠绕设置的电热丝 104在螺旋圈与螺旋圈之间形成空隙,若电热丝竖起放置, 则螺旋圈与螺旋圈之间因重力或震动的作用极容易接触,使得电热丝的功率波 动较大,进而使得烟雾量波动较大,即螺旋圈与螺旋圈之间接触的数量不一样, 则产生的烟雾量不一样, 导致烟雾量不稳定, 功率过高时会烧焦所述玻纤线 103, 达不到预期效果, 而且影响雾化器的使用寿命, 同时在生产过程中产品 的不良率较高。 发明内容

本实用新型公开了一种电子烟, 该电子烟的结构请参见图 2所示。
实施例一, 本实施例公开了一种雾化器, 该雾化器的结构请参见图 2和图 3所示。
图 2所示为本实用新型所提供的雾化器的剖面结构示意图,图 3是本实用 新型所提供的雾化器的爆炸连接结构示意图。
所述雾化器包括雾化套 201 ;
所述雾化套内部设置有用于存储烟油的储油空间 202;
即烟油可密封存储在所述储油空间 202内部。
其中,该储油空间 202的具体结构请见实施例二,在本实施例中不做赞述, 只要使得烟油能够存储在所述储油空间 202内部即可。
用于雾化所述烟油以形成烟雾并绕成盘形的螺旋状电热元件 203。
该电热元件 203可将烟油雾化以形成可供用户吸食的烟雾。
具体的,该电热元件 203所在的平面可与所述雾化套 201的轴线垂直或成 一定角度。
为使得提高产品的良率、方便组装及电热元件 203可雾化的烟雾量尽可能 的大, 则在本实施例中, 该电热元件 203所在的平面与所述雾化套 201的轴线 垂直。
相对于现有技术中设置为缠绕成柱状的电热丝,本实施例所述的盘形的螺 旋状电热元件 203与储油空间 202的接触面积大, 从而有效的提升了烟雾量, 且该电热元件 203靠近所述储油空间 202的一面均与所述储油空间 202接触, 避免了现有技术中, 未与储油棉接触的电热丝烧焦的情况。
为使得储油空间 202所储存的烟油能够均匀恒定的输出给电热元件 203, 覆盖设置在所述储油空间 202 的开口处设置有用于将所述烟油输送给所述电 热元件 203进行雾化的第一导油布 204。
由图 2和图 3所示可知, 所述电热元件 203铺设在所述第一导油布 204 远离所述储油空间 202的一面, 且沿所述雾化器的横向设置。
进一步的, 因所述第一导油布 204覆盖设置在电热元件 203上,从而使得 若电热元件 203在雾化烟油的过程中温度较高时,所述第一导油布 204可均匀 的将电热元件 203上的热量散发出去,避免温度过高的电热元件 203烧焦所述 储油空间 202内部的器件,进而使得用户即便长时间使用本实用新型所提供的 雾化器也无需担心因烧焦所述储油空间 202 内部的器件而使得该雾化器无法 正常使用。
更进一步的结合图 2和图 3所示可知,即所述电热元件 203为沿所述雾化 器的横向铺设在所述第一导油布 204上,以使铺设在所述第一导油布 204上的 电热元件 203呈盘形的螺旋状结构,且所述电热元件 203的第一侧面贴合在所 述第一导油布 204的表面上。在本实施例中, 所述电热元件 203与所述雾化器 的轴向垂直。 当然, 只要将所述电热元件 203设置成与所述雾化器的轴向成大 于零度的夹角, 形成横向设置的形式即可, 即将所述电热元件 203设置成与所 述雾化器的轴向不平行均可, 再此不作具体限定。 此外, 从图 2和图 3中可以 看出,在本实施例中所述电热元件 203的各个部分均在同一平面上。可以理解 的是,所述电热元件 203可以设置成其本身的各个部分分别在不同的平面上的 形式, 在此不作限定。
因所述电热元件 203铺设在所述第一导油布 204上,且呈贴合在所述第一 导油布 204上呈盘形的螺旋状结构,有效的增加了所述电热元件 203的长度及
所述电热元件 203与所述第一导油布 204的接触面积,即在较小的第一导油布 204的空间内可实现布置较大面积的电热元件 203, 进而使得工作的电热元件 203可雾化的烟雾量较大, 从而使得用户能够吸食到足够的烟雾, 保障了用户 的使用体验。 由于所述电热元件 203横向设置在所述雾化器上, 即便因重力或 震动的作用所述电热元件 203的各个螺旋圈也不会接触,因而避免了现有技术 中柱状的螺旋圈与螺旋圈之间因重力或震动的作用致烟雾量不均匀的问题及 烧焦的情况, 提高了产品的良率。
需明确的是, 该电热元件 203的具体设置方式在本实施例中不作限定, 只 要所述电热元件 203能够铺设在所述第一导油布 204上,且与所述第一导油布 204贴合的面积较大即可。
实施例二, 本实施例中对实施例一中所示的储油空间进行具体说明: 所述储油空间的第一种设置方式请见图 2所示,本种方式可适用于所述雾 化器位于电子烟本体上靠近吸烟端的一端。
如图 2所示, 所述储油空间 202包括:
容置设置在所述雾化套 201内部的用于存储所述烟油的第二储油棉 2011, 且所述第一导油布 204覆盖设置在所述第二储油棉 2011靠近所述电热元件 203 的端面上。
进而使得所述第一导油布 204将存储在所述第二储油棉 2011内的烟油输 出到所述电热元件 203上以进行雾化。
为使得所述电热元件 203所雾化的烟雾能够及时的排出,则可在所述第二 储油棉 2011 的中央位置开设有与所述第二储油棉 2011彼此隔离的烟雾通道 2012。
本实施例中, 用于将烟雾排出以供用户吸食的吸烟端 205设置在所述雾化 套 201远离所述电热元件 203的端面上。
即用户通过该吸烟端 205即可吸食到经过所述电热元件 203雾化以生成的 烟雾。
本实施例中, 雾化器内部的气流方向可参见图 2所示的箭头所示方向, 即 气流经由所述电热元件 203,以使得所述电热元件 203雾化的烟雾经由所述烟雾 通道 2012被用户从吸烟端 205上吸食。
较佳的, 如图 4所示, 为保障所述烟雾流通的顺畅, 也可在所述电热元件 203上, 与所述烟雾通道 2012对应位置开设有第一通气孔 401。
且如图 3所示,为使得所述电热元件 203所排出的烟雾能够顺畅的流通至吸 烟端 205, 则可在所述第一导油布 204中央, 且分别与所述第一通气孔 401和所 述烟雾通道 2012对应的位置开设有第二通气孔 2041。
使得所述电热元件 203所雾化的烟雾能够顺利的通过所述第一通气孔 401 和所述第二通气孔 2041以顺畅的流通至所述烟雾通道 2012,以被用户通过吸烟 端 205吸食。
所述储油空间的第二种设置方式,请参见图 5所示, 本种方式可适用于所 述雾化器位于电子烟本体上远离吸烟端的一端。
本种设置方式中, 容置设置在所述雾化套 201内部的用于存储所述烟油的 第二储油棉 2011, 且所述第一导油布 204覆盖设置在所述第二储油棉 2011靠近 所述电热元件 203的端面上。
进而使得所述第一导油布 204将存储在所述第二储油棉 2011内的烟油输 出到所述电热元件 203上以进行雾化。
且在所述雾化器外周壁上,且与所述电热元件 203对应位置设置有进气口 501。
所述第一导油布 204覆盖设置在电热元件 203上,具体作用和效果请见第 一种方式所示, 在此处不再赘述。
在本方法中, 所述第二储油棉 2011内无需开设烟雾通道, 本实施例中, 雾 化器内部的气流方向可参见图 5所示的箭头所示方向,即气流从进气口 501进入 雾化器内部, 并经由所述电热元件 203, 以使得所述电热元件 203雾化的烟雾沿 远离所述第二储油棉 2011的方向排至电子烟的电池杆组件内, 以流通至吸烟
端, 其中, 该吸烟端位于电池杆组件远离所述雾化器的端部, 以使用户通过吸 烟端吸食烟雾。
所述储油空间的第三种设置方式请见图 6所示, 由图 6所示可知, 设置在所述雾化套 201内部的用于容纳烟油的储油腔 601;
在所述储油腔 601内存储有液态状的烟油。
本实施例中在储油腔 601内部无需设置储油棉或导油机构,从而提升了储 油腔 601可存储烟油的空间, 进而提升了储油腔 601内存储的烟油量,有效的 提升电子烟的使用时长。 避免用户频繁的更换雾化器或频繁的向储油腔 601 内部添加烟油, 方便用户使用。
设置于所述储油腔 601开口处并带有第一通孔的隔油板 602, 由 6所示可 知, 所述隔油板 602与所述储油腔 601开口处匹配设置, 且所述隔油板 602 上带有第一通孔,进而使得所述储油腔 601内的烟油通过该第一通孔输出给电 热元件 203, 且不会过度的输出给所述电热元件 203, 防止了烟油的泄露, 保 障输出烟油量的均匀。在本实施例中, 所述隔油板 602与所述雾化套 201为可 拆卸连接, 当然, 所述隔油板 602与所述雾化套 201可以为一体成型结构。
覆盖所述隔油板 602设置有用于锁存所述烟油以减緩所述储油腔 601内的 烟油过度输出给所述电热元件 203的第一储油棉 603。
且所述第一储油棉 603沿所述雾化器的横向呈片状结构, 且所述第一导油 布覆盖设置在所述第一储油棉 603远离所述隔油板 602的侧面上。
由图 6所示可知, 所述第一储油棉 603与所述隔油板 602匹配设置。
较佳的, 该第一储油棉 603可将烟油均匀恒定的输出给电热元件 203, 以 保障所述电热元件 203雾化的烟雾均匀恒定, 不会浓淡不定, 影响用户吸食体 验。
更佳的, 所述第一储油棉 603无需设置在所述储油腔 601内部, 不占用所 述储油腔 601内的空间,提升了储油腔 601存储烟油的容量,使得雾化器储油 量提升。
位于所述第一储油棉 603以及所述电热元件 203之间设置有所述第一导油
布 204;
其中, 所述第一导油布 204由玻纤材质制成, 其具有良好的导油及耐热性 能, 其较好地保证了产品的可靠性。
进一步的,为使得所述第一导油布 204能够将烟油均勾的输出给所述电热 元件 203, 则所述第一导油布 204覆盖所述第一储油棉 603设置, 以使得所述 第一导油布 204能够将所述第一储油棉 603上的烟油均勾的输出给所述电热元 件 203。
本种设置方式以所述雾化器位于电子烟本体上且靠近吸烟端为例进行说 明, 其中, 若所述雾化器位于所述电子烟本体上远离所述吸烟端时, 所述雾化 器的结构与图 6 所示相同, 只需要在雾化器本体上, 且与所述电热元件 203 对应位置设置有进气口即可, 雾化器的其余结构与本种方法相同, 不再赘述。
在所述雾化套 201内部, 与所述储油腔 601隔离设置有通道 604。
即气流从电池杆组件流入所述雾化器内部,其气流方向请见图 6所示的箭 头方向, 气流进入所述雾化器内部, 经过所述电热元件 203, 以使所述电热元 件 203雾化后的烟雾沿所述通道 604流通至电子烟的吸烟端, 已被用户吸食。
本实施例对储油空间的具体结构进行详细说明, 需明确的是, 上述对储油 空间的说明只是一种举例, 不是对本实用新型的限制, 只要该储油空间能够存 储有烟油以使所述电热元件 203雾化以形成烟雾即可。
实施例三, 本实施例对所述电热元件 203的具体结构进行详细说明: 本实用新型所提供的电热元件 203的具体设置方式有:
第一种请参见图 4所示,所述电热元件 203由多根相互连接的片状电热丝 旋转并绕成盘形的螺旋状以平铺在所述第一导油布 204上,以使铺设在所述第 一导油布 204上的电热元件螺旋形结构,该螺旋形的电热元件 203包括多个相 互连接的多个螺旋圈,且相连的两个螺旋圈之间形成可供气流或烟雾流通的间 隙 402。
第二种请参见图 7所示,即将一块扁平状的金属块用冲压的方式直接冲压 形成螺旋片状结构的电热丝, 再将所述片状的电热丝平铺在所述第一导油布
204上, 以实现铺设在所述第一导油布 204上的所述电热元件 203呈螺旋形结 构。
相对于第一种方式, 第二种制造所述电热元件 203的方式生产效率较高, 且电热元件 203的结构更可靠。
需明确的是, 为使得电热元件 203呈片状, 其釆用的方式不仅仅为冲压的 方式, 具体设置方式在本实施例中不作限定, 只要所述电热元件 203呈片状即 可。
且可在所述电热元件 203的中部开设有通气口, 以使得所述电热元件 203 雾化的烟雾能够顺畅的流通。
第三种请参见图 8所示,即所述电热元件由并行的两根片状电热丝并列旋 转并绕成盘形的双螺旋状以平铺在所述第一导油布 204上;
或,
即将一块扁平状的金属块用冲压的方式直接冲压形成并行的双螺旋片状 结构的电热丝, 再将所述片状的电热丝平铺在所述第一导油布 204上。
相对于第一种和第二种设置方式,本种方式中进一步的加大了所述电热元 件 203与所述第一导油布 204的接触面积, 从而进一步的保障了烟雾量。
第四种请参见图 9 所示, 即在第一种设置方式至第三种设置方式的基础 上,将所述电热元件 203最内层的螺旋圈距离所述储油空间 202的距离至所述 电热元件 203最外层的螺旋圈距离所述储储油空间 202的距离依次递减。以使 得该电热元件 203整体呈旋窝状。
由于旋窝状电热元件 203旋窝角度为 0-90度, 吸烟时烟雾顺着旋窝角度 流动,电热元件 203不断雾化,避免或减少过饱和的第一导油布 204漏油现象, 同时阻值大功率大, 瞬间可生产大量烟雾, 满足大烟雾用户的需求。
第五种设置方式请见图 10所示;
抵靠所述储油空间 202设置有由耐热材料制成的基板 1001。
较佳的,该基板 1001可为柔性电路板 ( Flexible Printed Circuit,简称 FPC ) 或陶瓷板, 具体材质在本实施例中不作限定, 只要所述基板 1001耐热性好好 即可。
在本实施例中, 所述基板 1001较佳的为柔性电路板, 柔性电路板釆用聚 酰亚胺薄膜为基材, 聚酰亚胺具有高绝缘性能, 无明显熔点, 耐高温达 400°C 以上 , 可以有效解决电热元件 203高温烧焦基板 1001现象。
具体的, 所述基板 1001 —面设置有由金属材料印刷或电镀在所述基板 1001上形成的作为所述电热元件 203的金属层。 在本实施例中, 所述金属层 为由多种金属材质组合形成的合金层;
更具体的, 所述合金层为铁铬合金层或者镍铬合金层, 具体材质在本实施 例中不作限定, 只要能够导电进而可雾化烟油即可。
即先在基板 1001上通过电镀附一层铁铬合金层或者镍铬合金层, 然后再 通过化学腐蚀工艺或裁切做出需要的电热元件 203。 当然, 也可以通过印刷的 方式将金属层直接印刷在所述基板 1001上形成所述电热元件 203, 在此不作 限定。
更具体的, 所述基板 1001靠近所述储油空间 202的一面设置有所述合金 层。
需明确的是,在合金层上做出的电热元件 203的具体形状在本实施例中不 作限定, 只要其为螺旋形并能够与储油空间 202的接触面积尽可能的大即可。
本实施例中, 需明确的是, 图 10所示的电热元件 203设置的形状为举例 说明, 不作为限定。
当然, 还可以在所述合金层上开设有用于流通所述烟雾的通气口; 所述基板上与所述通气口对应位置开设有第二通孔。
即在具体应用过程中,设置在所述合金层上的电热元件 203与所述储油空 间 202接触, 并雾化存储在储油空间 202内的烟油以形成烟雾, 所生成的烟雾 从所述电热元件 203上的通气口排出, 并通过所述基板 1001上的第二通孔排 至电子烟本体内部以被用户吸食。
此外, 所述基板 1001上与所述合金层对应位置还开设有用于将所述烟油 传导至所述电热元件的渗油孔 1101。
即在具体应用过程中, 所述基板 1001的渗油孔 1101将所述储油空间 202 内的烟油传导至所述电热元件 203上,所述电热元件 203雾化经由所述渗油孔
1101 传导过来的烟油以雾化形成烟雾, 并将该烟雾排至电子烟本体内部以被 用户吸食。
通过本实施例的设置方式,使得电热元件 203的温度可控制在 200-320摄 氏度, 从而避免了温度过高的电热元件 203烧焦第一导油布 204, 而且本实施 例所提供的电热元件 203与第一导油布 204的接触面积大,可雾化的烟油量大, 保障了用户吸食的烟雾量, 提升用户使用体验。
实施例四, 本实施例在实施例三的基础上, 说明可进一步提升电热元件 203所雾化的烟雾量的雾化器的具体结构, 请见图 11所示。
由图 11所示可知, 所述电热元件 203远离所述第一导油布 204的侧面还 设置有覆盖在所述电热元件 203上的第二导油布 1201, 所述第二导油布 1201 与所述第一导油布 204相 4氏接并用于将烟油输送给所述电热元件 203雾化。
较佳的, 所述第一导油布 204和所述第二导油布 1201由可导油的玻纤材 质制成。
通过本实施例所提供的第二导油布 1201使得所述电热元件 203的两侧面 均与玻纤布贴合,从而使得电热元件 203两面均可雾化烟油以形成烟雾, 进一 步的提升了电热元件 203雾化烟油的量。
更进一步的,因所述电热元件 203雾化烟油以形成烟雾的过程中会产生大 量的热, 若其雾化过程中所产生的热不能及时的释放, 则会烧焦导油布, 而本 实施例中所述电热元件 203两侧面均与玻纤布贴合,从而使得所述第一导油布 204和所述第二导油布 1201能够迅速有效的将所述电热元件 203所产生的热 及时的释放,从而有效的避免了电热元件 203烧焦第一导油布 204的可能。保 障了用户使用过程的体验, 有效的延长雾化器的使用寿命。
且若所述电热元件 203雾化后的烟雾遇冷会冷凝, 若烟雾冷凝成烟油, 就 会使得用户吸食到烟油, 从而影响了用户吸烟过程中的体验, 所以电热元件 203雾化后的烟雾需要及时的排出以被用户吸食。
在本实施例中, 为保障用户吸食到的足量且未经冷凝的烟雾, 则在所述第 二导油布 1201上开设有若干排烟孔 1202。
因所述第二导油布 1201上开设有若干排烟孔 1202, 从而使得所述电热元
件 203雾化后的烟雾穿过所述排烟孔 1202能够快速排出, 而且因排烟孔 1202 的设置使得烟雾排出过程的通透性能好, 进而进一步的提升了电热元件 203 雾化烟雾的量,保障用户吸食到足够的烟雾量的同时,避免用户吸食到未经雾 化的烟油。
实施例五, 通过本实施例所提供的雾化器可有效的降低雾化器组装的耗 时, 提升组装雾化器的效率, 节省生产成本, 而且对组装人员的要求降低。
请参见图 11所示:
插设在所述雾化套 201上的第一外电极 1203;
较佳的, 所述第一外电极 1203设置有螺纹段, 通过设置有螺纹段的第一 外电极 1203可与用于为所述雾化器供电的电池杆组件可拆卸连接。
套设在所述第一外电极 1203内的绝缘环 1204;
插设在所述绝缘环 1204内的第一内电极 1205。
即所述第一外电极 1203和所述第一内电极 1205 中间设置有所述绝缘环 1204。
本实施例中, 为简化所述雾化器的组装过程, 提升装配效率, 请参见图 5 所示, 将所述电热元件 203的一端插设在所述第一外电极 1203与所述绝缘环 1204之间, 所述电热元件 203的另一端插设在所述第一内电极 1205与所述绝 缘环 1204之间。
即所述电热元件 203的两端延伸分别插入所述第一外电极 1203与所述绝 缘环 1204之间和所述第一内电极 1205与所述绝缘环 1204之间以实现所述电 热元件 203在雾化器内部的固定。
当然,还可在电热元件 203的两端焊接电子线, 与所述电热元件 203电连 接的两个电子线分别插入所述第一外电极 1203与所述绝缘环 1204之间和所述 第一内电极 1205与所述绝缘环 1204之间。
需明确的是,上述设置方式为一种较佳的示例,不是对本实用新型的限制, 为简化组装过程,如图 6所示,还可将所述电热元件 203的一端插设在所述第 一外电极 1203与所述雾化套 201之间, 所述电热元件 203的另一端插设在第 一内电极 1205与所述绝缘环 1204之间,具体插设方式在本实施例中不作限定,
只要所述第一内电极 1205 与所述雾化电极组件不是以焊接的方式进行电连 接, 而是以插设的方式进行电连接即可。
釆用本实施例所示的插设方式使得所述电热元件 203 与所述雾化电极组 件以插设的方式进行电连接, 而不必釆用现有技术的焊接的方式, 在具体组装 过程中, 只需要将电热元件 203的两端分别插入所述第一外电极 1203与所述 绝缘环 1204之间和所述第一内电极 1205与所述绝缘环 1204之间即可, 无需 复杂的操作即可组装完成该雾化器, 从而方便人员组装, 提升了组装的效率, 节省生产成本, 而且对组装人员的要求降低。
更进一步的,如图 6所示, 为使得本实施例所提供的雾化器具有良好的密 封性,使得所述储油空间 202内的烟油不会发生泄漏, 则非金属材料制件的所 述雾化套 201 内壁周面上设置有环形的凸起部 605, 所述第一外电极 1203的 外周面上与所述凸起部 605对应位置设置有与所述凸起部 605相嵌合的卡槽 606。 该卡槽 606的具体结构也可参见图 11所示。
当然, 为实现雾化器的良好的密封性,还可釆用在所述雾化套 201内壁周 面上设置有第一螺纹段,所述第一外电极的外周面上与所述第一螺纹段对应位 置设置有第二螺纹段。通过所述第一螺纹段与所述第二螺纹段的螺合使得所述 雾化套 201与所述第一外电极 1203螺合连接, 从而使得所述储油空间 202内 的烟油不会发生泄漏, 保障了雾化器的良好的密封性。
还可在所述储油空间 202的开口处, 且与所述第一外电极 1203抵合的位 置设置有环形密封塞,通过该环形密封塞使得储油空间 202内的烟油不会发生 泄漏。
实施例六, 本实施例提供了一种应用上述实施例的电子烟, 请参见图 12 所示,
该电子烟包括电子烟本体; 所述电子烟本体设置有吸烟端 1301、 如上述 实施例所述的雾化器 1302 以及用于给所述雾化器 1302 供电的电池杆组件 1303;所述雾化器 1302与所述电池杆组件 1303同轴设置,且所述雾化器 1302 与所述电池杆组件 1303可拆卸连接。 釆用该种设置方式可使得电子烟的外形 直观的模拟了真实的香烟,且使整体的烟雾通道较直,可有效减少积油的现象。
具体的,如图 12所示, 所述雾化器 1302设置于所述电子烟本体上远离所 述吸烟端 1301的一端。
釆用此种设置方式的优势在于, 因雾化器 1302设置的位置远离吸烟端 1301,使得位于该电子烟本体内的用于流通烟雾的烟雾通道不会经过该雾化器 1302, 从而使得雾化器 1302内未经雾化的烟油不会泄露到烟雾通道内, 进而 使得用户不会吸食到未经雾化的烟油,从而有效的避免了烟液的泄露。 而且不 流经雾化器 1302的烟雾通道还可避免烟雾在烟雾通道内冷凝, 从而有效的避 免冷凝后的烟油堵塞烟雾通道。
且所述雾化器 1302离吸烟端 1301的位置较远,而用户釆用本实施例所提 供的电子烟进行吸烟时, 雾化器 1302的位置离用户口腔的位置较远, 即可使 得雾化器 1302雾化烟油时所产生的热量不会烫伤用户, 有效的提升了电子烟 的使用安全, 而且用户吸烟过程中通常会夹持电池杆组件 1303进行吸烟, 而 避免了夹持发热的雾化器 1302进行吸烟, 使得用户在使用本实施例所提供的 电子烟进行吸烟时手部不会出现烫伤的情况, 有效的模拟了真实香烟的温度, 提升用户吸烟过程中的使用体验。
具体的,所述吸烟端 1301由所述电池杆组件 1303远离所述雾化器一端延 伸以形成,或,所述吸烟端 1301与所述电池杆组件 1303远离所述雾化器 1302 一端可拆卸连接。
较佳的是, 所述吸烟端可根据用户的嘴型匹配设置,从而更进一步的方便 用户吸食烟油, 提升用户吸食过程中的体验。
上述电子烟本体的设置方式为较佳的设置方式,但并不仅仅局限于上述设 置方式, 例如所述电池杆组件设置于所述电子烟本体上远离所述吸烟端的一 端;
在该种设置方式中,所述吸烟端由所述雾化器远离所述电池杆组件一端延 伸以形成,或,所述吸烟端与所述雾化器远离所述电池杆组件一端可拆卸连接。
还可将该电子烟本体整体的外形为异形, 该异形的具体形状可为任意形 状。该雾化器与所述电池杆组件还可非同轴设置, 即将雾化器和电池杆组件釆 用并列设置的方式, 使得该电子烟的整体结构呈 T型。
为便于用户更换雾化器 1302,则所述雾化器 1302与所述电池杆组件 1303
可拆卸连接。具体可釆用卡扣卡合的方式或螺纹连接的方式以使得所述雾化器 1302与所述电池杆组件 1303可拆卸连接。
请参见图 13所示,图 13为本实用新型另一种实施例所提供的电子烟的剖 面结构示意图, 图 13所示的雾化器的具体结构请见上述实施例, 在本实施例 中不做赞述, 所述电池杆组件 1303包括:
电池套 13031 ;
容置在所述电池套 13031内部的电池 13032;
分别与所述电池 13032 电连接设置有第二外电极 13033 和第二内电极 13034,且所述第二外电极 13033与所述第一外电极 1203电连接, 所述第二内 电极 13034与所述第一内电极 1205电连接;
用于根据用户的操作生成触发信号的感应模块 13035;
具体的,在本实施例中所述感应模块 13035为用户感应用户的吸烟动作以 生成触发信号的气流感应开关。
与所述感应模块 13035 电连接设置有用于根据所述触发信号生成控制信 号的微控制器 13036, 且所述微控制器 13036通过所述控制信号控制所述电池 13032为所述电热元件 203供电。
下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方 案进行清楚、 完整地描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实 施例, 而不是全部的实施例。 基于本实用新型中的实施例, 本领域普通技术人 员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型 保护的范围。
本说明书中各个实施例釆用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是 与其他实施例的不同之处, 各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。

Claims
1、 一种雾化器, 其特征在于, 包括雾化套、 所述雾化套内部设置有用于 存储烟油的储油空间、用于雾化所述烟油以形成烟雾并绕成盘形的螺旋状电热 所述第一导油布覆盖设置在所述储油空间的开口处,所述电热元件铺设在 所述第一导油布远离所述储油空间的一面, 且沿所述雾化器的横向设置。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述电热元件远离所述 第一导油布的侧面还设置有覆盖在所述电热元件上的第二导油布,所述第二导 油布与所述第一导油布相 4氏接并用于将烟油输送给所述电热元件雾化。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述储油空间包括: 设置在所述雾化套内部的用于容纳烟油的储油腔;
设置于所述储油腔开口处并带有第一通孔的隔油板;
覆盖所述隔油板设置有用于锁存所述烟油以减緩所述储油腔内的烟油过 度输出给所述电热元件的第一储油棉,所述第一储油棉沿所述雾化器的横向呈 片状结构,且所述第一导油布覆盖设置在所述第一储油棉远离所述隔油板的侧 面上;
或,
容置设置在所述雾化套内部的用于存储所述烟油的第二储油棉,且所述第 一导油布覆盖设置在所述第二储油棉靠近所述电热元件的端面上。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述雾化器还包括: 抵靠所述第一导油布远离所述储油空间的一面设置有由耐热材料制成的 基板;
所述基板一面设置有由金属材料印刷或电镀在所述基板上形成的作为所 述电热元件的金属层。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述金属层为由多种金 属材料制成的合金层。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的雾化器, 其特征在于,
所述基板靠近所述储油空间的一面设置有所述合金层;
所述合金层上开设有用于流通所述烟雾的通气口;
所述基板上与所述通气口对应位置开设有第二通孔。
7、 根据权利要求 5所述的雾化器, 其特征在于,
所述基板远离所述储油空间的一面设置有所述合金层;
所述基板上与所述合金层对应位置开设有用于将所述烟油传导至所述电 热元件的渗油孔。
8、 根据权利要求 1所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述雾化器还包括: 插设在所述雾化套上的第一外电极;
套设在所述第一外电极内的绝缘环;
插设在所述绝缘环内的第一内电极;
所述电热元件的一端插设在所述第一外电极与所述绝缘环之间,所述电热 元件的另一端插设在所述第一内电极与所述绝缘环之间。
9、 根据权利要 1所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述电热元件最内层的螺 旋圈距离所述储油空间的距离至所述电热元件最外层的螺旋圈距离所述储储 油空间的距离依次递减。
10、 根据权利要 1所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述雾化套为非金属材料 制件, 所述雾化套内壁周面上设置有环形的凸起部, 所述第一外电极的外周面 上与所述凸起部对应位置设置有与所述凸起部相嵌合的卡槽。
11、 根据权利要求 4所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述基板为柔性电路板 或陶瓷板。
12、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述第一导油布和 /或所述第二导油布为由玻纤材料制成的玻纤布。
13、 一种电子烟, 其特征在于, 包括电子烟本体;
所述电子烟本体设置有吸烟端、 如权利要求 1至 12任意一项所述的雾化 器以及用于给所述雾化器供电的电池杆组件;
所述电池杆组件设置于所述电子烟本体上远离所述吸烟端的一端或所述 雾化器设置于所述电子烟本体上远离所述吸烟端的一端。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述雾化器与所述电池杆组件同轴设置,且所述雾化器与所述电池杆组件
可拆卸连接。
15、 根据权利要求 13所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述电池杆组件包括: 电池套;
容置在所述电池套内部的电池;
分别与所述电池电连接设置有第二外电极和第二内电极,且所述第二外电 极与所述第一外电极电连接, 所述第二内电极与所述第一内电极电连接;
用于根据用户的操作生成触发信号的感应模块;
与所述感应模块电连接设置有用于根据所述触发信号生成控制信号的微 控制器, 且所述微控制器通过所述控制信号控制所述电池为所述电热元件供 电。
16、 根据权利要求 13所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述吸烟端由所述雾化器远离所述电池杆组件一端延伸以形成;
或,
所述吸烟端与所述雾化器远离所述电池杆组件一端可拆卸连接。
17、 根据权利要求 13所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述吸烟端由所述电池杆组件远离所述雾化器一端延伸以形成;
或,
所述吸烟端与所述电池杆组件远离所述雾化器一端可拆卸连接。
