Abstract
本实用新型提供一种雾化装置及电子烟,包括壳体、设置于壳体内的储油容器及雾化组件,所述雾化组件包括烟油传导件、发热盘及吸油体,所述储油容器具有开口端,所述烟油传导件的一端插设于所述开口端,用于从所述储油容器吸收并传导烟油至另一端,所述发热盘设置于所述烟油传导件的另一端,所述吸油体夹设于所述烟油传导件与所述发热盘之间,用于吸收所述烟油传导件传导的烟油并提供给所述发热盘加热雾化。本实用新型通过设计新型的雾化组件结构使受热面积大,受热均匀,吸烟时烟雾量大,长时间吸烟时不会因为温度过高而产生糊味,改善用户的使用体验。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及吸烟者用品技术领域,特别涉及一种雾化装置及电子烟。
背景技术
电子烟作为传统香烟的替代品,以其清洁、环保、便携和不影响健康等优点越来越受到烟民的重视,目前的电子烟多包含雾化器和为雾化器供电的电池,在雾化器内设置有发热元件,用于将存储在雾化器内部的烟油加热雾化。
目前常用的电子烟,其发热丝缠绕于一用于吸油的玻纤芯上,玻纤芯的两端伸入到烟油腔内吸取烟油以供发热丝加热雾化,由于发热丝与玻纤芯接触面积较小,玻纤芯的吸油量也较小,导致长时间吸烟会因局部温度过高产生糊味,影响用户的体验。
实用新型内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的上述问题,本实用新型设计了一种雾化装置及电子烟,该雾化装置及电子烟受热面积增大,受热均匀,从而使吸烟时烟雾量大,长时间吸烟时不会因为温度过高而产生糊味,改善用户的使用体验。
为实现上述发明目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:
一种雾化装置,包括壳体、设置于壳体内的储油容器及雾化组件,所述雾化组件包括烟油传导件、发热盘及吸油体,所述储油容器具有开口端,所述烟油传导件的一端插设于所述开口端,用于从所述储油容器吸收并传导烟油至另一端,所述发热盘设置于所述烟油传导件的另一端,所述吸油体夹设于所述烟油传导件与所述发热盘之间,用于吸收所述烟油传导件传导的烟油并提供给所述发热盘加热雾化。
所述发热盘为绕制成盘状的多圈环形电阻丝。
所述烟油传导件由微孔陶瓷、微孔金属或微孔纤维制成。
所述吸油体为高硅氧纤维布、玻璃纤维布或陶瓷纤维布。
所述烟油传导件包括底盘,及自底盘延伸出的柱状部,所述底盘与所述吸油体接触,所述柱状部插设于所述开口端。
所述雾化装置还包括硅胶套,所述硅胶套与所述烟油传导件的柱状部嵌套设置,且一并插设于所述开口端,用于封堵所述开口端。
所述底盘贯穿开设有若干导气孔。
所述底盘还贯穿开设有两个收容孔,且所述底盘的侧壁向内开设有两个凹槽,所述发热盘的两端穿过所述收容孔并从所述凹槽折回,以固定于所述底盘上。
所述雾化装置还包括电极组件,用于与所述发热盘和外部电源电性连接。
一种电子烟,包括雾化装置和供电装置,所述雾化装置为上述雾化装置,所述供电装置与所述雾化装置连接并为其供电。
有益效果:本实用新型的雾化组件及电子烟包括烟油传导件、发热盘及吸油体,所述储油容器具有开口端,所述烟油传导件的一端插设于所述开口端,用于从所述储油容器吸收烟油以供所述发热盘加热雾化,所述烟油传导件的另一端设置所述发热盘,所述吸油体夹设于所述烟油传导件与所述发热盘之间,用于隔热和吸油,该雾化装置及电子烟由于采用了发热盘受热面积增大,受热均匀,从而使吸烟时烟雾量大,长时间吸烟时不会因为温度过高而产生糊味,改善了用户的使用体验。

具体实施方式
为了使本实用新型的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及具体实施例,对本实用新型进行进一步详细说明。
请参阅图1,一种雾化装置,包括壳体10、设置于壳体10内的储油容器11及雾化组件,储油容器11用于容纳烟油,雾化组件包括烟油传导件12、发热盘13及吸油体14。储油容器11具有开口端111,该开口端111插设烟油传导件12,烟油传导件12由微孔陶瓷、微孔金属或微孔纤维制成,其用于从储油容器11内吸收并传导烟油。烟油传导件12具有内端面1221和外端面1211,其内端面1221与储油容器11中的烟油接触,以吸收并传导烟油至外端面1211,发热盘13设置于烟油传导件12的外端面1211,用于将其周围的烟油加热雾化。请参阅图2,发热盘13为绕制成盘状的多圈环形电阻丝,受热面积大,受热均匀,吸烟时烟雾量大,长时间吸烟时不会因为温度过高而产生糊味。发热盘13与外端面1211之间夹设吸油体14,本实施例中吸油体14由纤维布制成,具体地可以选自高硅氧纤维布、玻璃纤维布或陶瓷纤维布中的一种,具有隔热和吸油作用,吸油体14基本覆盖外端面1211,使发热盘13不直接与外端面1211接触,当用户启动雾化装置工作时,发热盘13将吸油体14吸收的烟油加热雾化,以供用户吸食,当雾化装置停止工作时,吸油体14可一定程度上阻止烟油传导件12的外端面1211渗油。若烟油传导件12由微孔金属制成,则烟油传导件12和发热盘13皆为金属导体,此时吸油体14还起绝缘的作用。
请参阅图3,烟油传导件12呈T型结构,其包括直径较宽的圆盘形的底盘121,及自底盘121延伸出的直径较窄的圆柱形的柱状部122,内端面1221为柱状部122的端面,柱状部122插设于开口端111;外端面1211为底盘121的底面,底盘121开设有多个贯穿的导气孔123,其中两个靠近发热盘13的两端131的导气孔123作为收容孔,底盘121的侧壁向内开设两个凹槽124, 发热盘13的两端131分别从收容孔穿过烟油传导件12又从凹槽124折回,以使发热盘13固定于烟油传导件12,并将吸油体14紧压于外端面1211。雾化装置还包括硅胶套15,硅胶套15与烟油传导件的柱状部122嵌套设置,柱状部122的外径与硅胶套15的内径相配合,且一并插设于储油容器11的开口端111,用于封堵开口端111。硅胶套外壁还设有凸肩151,用于插装于储油容器11的过程中定位。
请参阅图1,雾化装置还包括吸嘴16,在吸嘴16开设有贯通吸嘴的吸气孔161,吸嘴16设置于壳体10的靠近储油容器11的一端。雾化装置还包括设置于壳体10的靠近发热盘13一端的电极组件,用于与发热盘13和外部电源电性连接,由于电极组件采用现有技术中的螺纹电极、弹片电极或磁吸电极均可,在此不做复述。本实施例中采用的是螺纹电极,由嵌套设置的螺纹套、绝缘环和电极环组成,其中电极环开设进气通道171。壳体10与储油容器11之间的间隙形成导气通道101。用户吸烟时,外部空气从进气通道171进入雾化装置,并通过导气孔123,给发热盘13提供源源不断的外部空气,发热盘13加热雾化产生的烟雾流经导气通道101并吸气孔161进入吸烟者嘴里。
本实用新型还提供一种电子烟,包括雾化装置和供电装置,雾化装置采用上述的雾化装置,供电装置与雾化装置连接并为其供电。供电装置可与雾化装置设计为可拆卸连接,组成可拆卸更换雾化装置或供电装置的二次型电子烟,也可将供电装置与雾化装置设计成共用一壳体,组成连体烟,此时无需使用电极组件连接。

Claims (10)
1.一种雾化装置,包括壳体、设置于壳体内的储油容器及雾化组件,其特征在于:所述雾化组件包括烟油传导件、发热盘及吸油体,所述储油容器具有开口端,所述烟油传导件的一端插设于所述开口端,用于从所述储油容器吸收并传导烟油至另一端,所述发热盘设置于所述烟油传导件的另一端,所述吸油体夹设于所述烟油传导件与所述发热盘之间,用于吸收所述烟油传导件传导的烟油并提供给所述发热盘加热雾化。
2.如权利要求1所述的雾化装置,其特征在于:所述发热盘为绕制成盘状的多圈环形电阻丝。
3.如权利要求1所述的雾化装置,其特征在于:所述烟油传导件由微孔陶瓷、微孔金属或微孔纤维制成。
4.如权利要求1所述的雾化装置,其特征在于:所述吸油体为高硅氧纤维布、玻璃纤维布或陶瓷纤维布。
5. 如权利要求1所述的雾化装置,其特征在于:所述烟油传导件包括底盘,及自底盘延伸出的柱状部,所述底盘与所述吸油体接触,所述柱状部插设于所述开口端。
6.如权利要求5所述的雾化装置,其特征在于:还包括硅胶套,所述硅胶套与所述烟油传导件的柱状部嵌套设置,且一并插设于所述开口端,用于封堵所述开口端。
7.如权利要求5所述的雾化装置,其特征在于:所述底盘贯穿开设有若干导气孔。
8.如权利要求7所述的雾化装置,其特征在于:所述底盘还贯穿开设有两个收容孔,且所述底盘的侧壁向内开设有两个凹槽,所述发热盘的两端穿过所述收容孔并从所述凹槽折回,以固定于所述底盘上。
9.如权利要求1所述的雾化装置,其特征在于:还包括电极组件,用于与所述发热盘和外部电源电性连接。
10.一种电子烟,包括雾化装置和供电装置,其特征在于:所述雾化装置为权利要求1至9任一项所述的雾化装置,所述供电装置与所述雾化装置连接并为其供电。
