Description

Claims (12)
- エアロゾル発生システム用の流体透過性ヒーター組立品(10)であって、
第一(16)および第二(18)のキャップ開口部を有する中空体(14)を備えるキャップ(12)であって、前記第一のキャップ開口部(16)が、前記第二のキャップ開口部(18)に対向し、前記キャップ(12)が、ホルダー開口部(30)を有するホルダー(28)をさらに備え、前記ホルダー(28)が、前記ホルダー開口部(30)が前記第一のキャップ開口部(16)の少なくとも一部分と一致するように、前記第一のキャップ開口部(16)を覆い、前記キャップ(12)及び前記ホルダー(28)が一体的に形成される、キャップと、
実質的に平面の導電性の流体透過性発熱体(20)であって、前記発熱体(20)が、液体エアロゾル形成基体(22)を蒸発させるように構成され、前記発熱体(20)が、前記発熱体(20)が前記第一のキャップ開口部(16)を横切って延在するように、前記ホルダー(28)に取り付けられる、流体透過性発熱体と、

- 前記中空体(14)の前記内部空間が、実質的に円筒形状である、請求項2に記載のヒーター組立品(10)。
- 前記ホスト材料片(24)が、前記発熱体(20)と少なくとも部分的に接触して提供される、請求項1~3のいずれかに記載のヒーター組立品(10)。
- 前記ホスト材料片(24)から前記発熱体(20)に液体エアロゾル形成基体(22)を輸送するように構成される、輸送材料片(26)であって、前記輸送材料片(26)が、前記発熱体(20)と接触して提供され、前記発熱体(20)と前記ホスト材料片(24)との間に配置される、輸送材料片をさらに備える、請求項1~3のいずれかに記載のヒーター組立品(10)。
- 前記輸送材料片(26)が、前記ホルダー開口部(30)に配置される、請求項5に記載のヒーター組立品(10)。
- 前記輸送材料片(26)が、前記ホルダー開口部(30)と実質的に同じサイズおよび形状を有する、請求項5又は6に記載のヒーター組立品(10)。
- 前記発熱体(20)が、前記発熱体(20)の端領域にそれぞれ位置付けられる少なくとも二つの導電性接点領域(34)を有する、メッシュ(32)を備え、前記メッシュ(32)が、前記第一のキャップ開口部(16)の少なくとも一部分を横切って延在する、請求項1~7のいずれかに記載のヒーター組立品(10)。
- 前記少なくとも二つの導電性接点領域(34)がそれぞれ、前記発熱体(20)の密な領域に位置付けられる、請求項1~8のいずれかに記載のヒーター組立品(10)。
- エアロゾル発生システム用のカートリッジ(40)であって、前記カートリッジ(40)が、
請求項1~9のいずれかに記載のヒーター組立品(10)と、
液体エアロゾル形成基体(22)を貯蔵するための液体貯蔵部分(36)と、
前記ヒーター組立品(10)の構成要素を保持するための、および前記ヒーター組立品(10)が前記液体貯蔵部分(36)と接触することを保持するための保持器(42)と、を備える、カートリッジ。 - 前記カートリッジ(40)が、前記液体貯蔵部分(36)を保持するためのマウスピース(38)をさらに備える、請求項10に記載のカートリッジ(40)。
