Abstract

Description
- スズ箔細片を提供するためのスズ箔細片ボビン供給ユニット、
- スズ箔の長さを割り出して、第二のメッシュ密度のメッシュセクション上に位置付けるための、および提供されたスズ箔細片からスズパッチを切り取るためのスズ箔切り取りステーション、
- 第二のメッシュ密度のメッシュセクションの上部面にスズパッチを押しつけて、接合させるためのスズ箔プレスステーション、
- 第一のメッシュ密度のメッシュセクションの各側部から面取り付きの窓溝穴をダイカットするためのメッシュ窓切り取りステーション、

Claims (13)
- エアロゾル発生システム用の流体透過性ヒーター組立品(10)であって、
第一(16)および第二(18)のキャップ開口部を有する中空体(14)を備えるキャップ(12)であって、前記第一のキャップ開口部(16)が、前記第二のキャップ開口部(18)に対向し、前記キャップ(12)が一体的に形成され、(12)が、ホルダー開口部(30)を有するホルダー(28)をさらに備え、前記ホルダー(28)が、前記ホルダー開口部(30)が前記第一のキャップ開口部(16)の少なくとも一部分と一致するように、前記第一のキャップ開口部(16)を覆う、キャップと、
実質的に平面の導電性の流体透過性発熱体(20)であって、前記発熱体(20)が、エアロゾル形成基体(22)を蒸発させるように構成され、前記発熱体(20)が、前記発熱体(20)が前記第一のキャップ開口部(16)を横切って延在するように、前記ホルダー(12)に取り付けられる、流体透過性発熱体と、を備える、ヒーター組立品。 - 前記液体エアロゾル形成基体(22)を保持するように構成される、ホスト材料片(24)をさらに備え、前記ホスト材料片(24)の少なくとも一部分が、前記第一(16)のキャップ開口部と前記第二(18)のキャップ開口部との間の前記中空体(14)内に配置される、請求項1に記載のヒーター組立品(10)。

- 前記発熱体(20)が、前記発熱体(20)の端領域にそれぞれ位置付けられる少なくとも二つの導電性接点領域(34)を有する、メッシュ(32)を備え、前記メッシュ(32)が、前記第一のキャップ開口部(16)の少なくとも一部分を横切って延在する、請求項1~8のいずれかに記載のヒーター組立品(10)。
- 前記少なくとも二つの導電性接点領域(34)がそれぞれ、前記発熱体(20)の密な領域に位置付けられる、請求項1~9のいずれかに記載のヒーター組立品(10)。
- エアロゾル発生システム用のカートリッジ(40)であって、前記カートリッジ(40)が、
請求項1~10のいずれかに記載のヒーター組立品(10)と、
液体エアロゾル形成基体(22)を貯蔵するための液体貯蔵部分(36)と、
前記ヒーター組立品(10)の構成要素を保持するための、および前記ヒーター組立品(10)が前記液体貯蔵部分(36)と接触することを保持するための保持器(42)と、を備える、カートリッジ。 - 前記カートリッジ(40)が、前記液体貯蔵部分(36)を保持するためのマウスピース(38)をさらに備える、請求項11に記載のカートリッジ(40)。
