R1、R2、R3、R4、R5およびR6における炭素数3~6のシクロアルキル基としては、シクロプロピル基、シクロブチル基、シクロペンチル基およびシクロヘキシル基が挙げられ、炭素数3~4のシクロアルキル基が好ましい。
Rにおける炭素数1~4のアルキル基としては、メチル基、エチル基、プロピル基、イソプロピル基、ブチル基およびtert−ブチル基等が挙げられ、炭素数1~3のアルキル基が好ましい。
Rにおける炭素数6~12のアリール基としては、フェニル基およびナフチル基等が挙げられ、フェニル基が好ましい。
R5およびR6における炭素数1~12のアルキル基としては、メチル基、エチル基、プロピル基、イソプロピル基、ブチル基、sec−ブチル基、tert−ブチル基、ペンチル基、ヘキシル基、ノニル基、デシル基、ウンデシル基およびドデシル基等が挙げられ、炭素数1~6のアルキル基が好ましい。
R5およびR6における炭素数2~6のアルケニル基としては、ビニル基、アリル基、1−プロペニル基および1−メチル−2−プロペニル基等が挙げられ、炭素数2~3のアルケニル基が好ましい。
R1はメチル基が好ましく、R2、R3およびR4は水素原子が好ましい。
R5は水素原子および炭素数1~12のアルキル基が好ましく、水素原子および炭素数1~6のアルキル基がより好ましく、水素原子、メチル基およびエチル基が特に好ましい。
R6は炭素数1~12のアルキル基が好ましく、炭素数1~4のアルキル基がより好ましく、メチル基が特に好ましい。
特に、R1がメチル基であり、R2、R3およびR4が水素原子であり、R5が水素原子またはメチル基である態様が好ましい。
X1は臭素原子が好ましく、X4は塩素原子および臭素原子が好ましい。
また、R1がメチル基、R2、R3およびR4が水素原子、X1が臭素原子という態様が好ましい。
Rはイソプロピル基が好ましく、Xは塩素原子または臭素原子が好ましい。
次に、各工程について詳細に説明する。
式(1)で表される化合物は、式(2)で表される化合物と式(A)で表される化合物とを反応させて式(3)で表される化合物を得る工程、および、式(3)で表される化合物とホルムアルデヒドまたは式(4)とを反応させる工程により製造することができる。
式(A)で表される化合物の具体例はメチルマグネシウムクロリド、エチルマグネシウムクロリド、イソプロピルマグネシウムクロリド、ブチルマグネシウムクロリド、tert−ブチルマグネシウムクロリド等のアルキルマグネシウムクロリド;メチルマグネシウムブロミド、エチルマグネシウムブロミド、イソプロピルマグネシウムブロミド、ブチルマグネシウムブロミド、tert−ブチルマグネシウムブロミド等のアルキルマグネシウムブロミド;イソプロピルマグネシウムヨージド等のアルキルマグネシウムヨージド;フェニルマグネシウムクロリド等のアリールマグネシウムクロリド;フェニルマグネシウムブロミド等のアリールマグネシウムブロミド;およびフェニルマグネシウムヨージド等のアリールマグネシウムヨージドである。式(A)で表される化合物において、Rが炭素数1~4のアルキル基である化合物が好ましく、アルキルマグネシウムクロリド、特にイソプロピルマグネシウムクロリドが好ましい。
式(A)で表される化合物は、市販のものを用いてもよいが、マグネシウムと対応するアルキルハライドまたはアリールハライドとから調製することができ、系内で調製したものを用いてもよい。
式(A)で表される化合物の使用量は、式(2)で表される化合物1モルに対して、通常1~10モルであり、好ましくは1~3モルである。
式(A)で表される化合物は、臭化リチウムや塩化リチウム等の無機塩との錯体を形成したものであってもよい。
式(2)で表される化合物と式(A)で表される化合物との反応は、通常溶媒中で両者を混合することにより行われる。溶媒としてはテトラヒドロフラン、2−メチルテトラヒドロフラン、tert−ブチルメチルエーテル、1,4−ジオキサン、ジエチルエーテル等のエーテル類、ヘプタン、ヘキサン、メチルシクロヘキサン、トルエン、キシレン等の炭化水素類、ジメチルスルホキシド、ジクロロメタンおよびクロロホルム等が挙げられ、好ましくはテトラヒドロフランおよび2−メチルテトラヒドロフラン等のエーテル類である。
式(2)で表される化合物と式(A)で表される化合物とは、一括して混合してもよいし、式(A)で表される化合物を徐々に加えながら混合してもよい。
反応は、通常窒素やアルゴン等の不活性ガス雰囲気下で行われる。
反応温度は、通常−80~150℃であり、好ましくは−20~100℃である。
反応時間は、通常0.1~72時間、好ましくは1~24時間である。
式(3)で表される化合物は、通常単離操作や精製操作を行うことなく、次工程に用いられる。
式(3)で表される化合物としては、例えば[2−(4,5−ジヒドロ−4−メチル−5−オキソ−1H−テトラゾール−1−イル)−6−メチルフェニル−1−イル]マグネシウムクロリド、[2−(4,5−ジヒドロ−4−メチル−5−オキソ−1H−テトラゾール−1−イル)−6−メチルフェニル−1−イル]マグネシウムブロミド、[2−(4,5−ジヒドロ−4−メチル−5−オキソ−1H−テトラゾール−1−イル)−6−メチルフェニル−1−イル]マグネシウムヨージド、[2−(4,5−ジヒドロ−4−メチル−5−オキソ−1H−テトラゾール−1−イル)−6−エチルフェニル−1−イル]マグネシウムクロリド、[2−(4,5−ジヒドロ−4−メチル−5−オキソ−1H−テトラゾール−1−イル)−6−エチルフェニル−1−イル]マグネシウムブロミド、[2−(4,5−ジヒドロ−4−メチル−5−オキソ−1H−テトラゾール−1−イル)−6−エチルフェニル−1−イル]マグネシウムヨージド、[2−(4,5−ジヒドロ−4−メチル−5−オキソ−1H−テトラゾール−1−イル)−6−シクロプロピルフェニル−1−イル]マグネシウムクロリド、[2−(4,5−ジヒドロ−4−メチル−5−オキソ−1H−テトラゾール−1−イル)−6−シクロプロピルフェニル−1−イル]マグネシウムブロミドおよび[2−(4,5−ジヒドロ−4−メチル−5−オキソ−1H−テトラゾール−1−イル)−6−シクロプロピルフェニル−1−イル]マグネシウムヨージドが挙げられる。
次に、式(3)で表される化合物とホルムアルデヒドまたは式(4)で表される化合物とを反応させる工程について説明する。
式(4)で表される化合物としては、メトキシメチルクロリド、メトキシメチルブロミド、メトキシメチルヨージド、エトキシメチルクロリド、エトキシメチルブロミド、エトキシメチルヨージド、ヘキシルメチルクロリド、ドデシルメチルクロリド等のアルコキシメチル誘導体、および、フェノキシメチルクロリド、フェノキシメチルブロミド等のアリールオキシメチル誘導体が挙げられる。アルコキシメチル誘導体が好ましく、メトキシメチルクロリドおよびエトキシメチルクロリドがより好ましい。
式(4)で表される化合物は市販のものを用いてもよいが、式(6)
〔式中、R6は前記と同じ意味を有する。〕
で表されるアルコールとホルムアルデヒドとを、塩化水素等のハロゲン化水素の存在下で混合することにより調製することができ、系内で調製したものを用いてもよい。
ホルムアルデヒドは、パラホルムアルデヒドの加熱等により生成させたものを用いることができる。
ホルムアルデヒドまたは式(4)で表される化合物の使用量は、式(3)で表される化合物1モルに対して通常1~100モル、好ましくは1~10モルの割合である。
式(3)で表される化合物とホルムアルデヒドまたは式(4)で表される化合物との反応は、通常溶媒中、窒素やアルゴン等の不活性ガス雰囲気下で両者を混合することにより行われる。溶媒としてはテトラヒドロフラン、2−メチルテトラヒドロフラン、tert−ブチルメチルエーテル、1,4−ジオキサン、ジエチルエーテル等のエーテル類、ヘプタン、ヘキサン、メチルシクロヘキサン、トルエン、キシレン等の炭化水素類、ジメチルスルホキシド、ジクロロメタンおよびクロロホルム等が挙げられ、好ましくは、テトラヒドロフランおよび2−メチルテトラヒドロフラン等のエーテル類である。
式(3)で表される化合物とホルムアルデヒドまたは式(4)で表される化合物とは、一括して混合してもよいし、ホルムアルデヒドまたは式(4)で表される化合物を徐々に加えながら混合してもよい。
反応温度は、通常−80~150℃であり、好ましくは−20~100℃である。

式(1)で表される化合物は、反応混合物に酸、塩基または塩の水溶液や溶媒を添加する等の通常の後処理により単離することができる。
酸としては、塩化水素、硫酸等が挙げられる。塩基としては、水酸化ナトリウム、水酸化カリウム、炭酸ナトリウム、炭酸カリウム、炭酸水素ナトリウム、アンモニア等が挙げられる。塩としては、硫酸水素ナトリウム、塩化アンモニウム等が挙げられる。溶媒としては、酢酸エチル、トルエン、キシレン、ヘキサン、ヘプタン、クロロホルム、ジクロロメタン、ジエチルエーテル、tert−ブチルメチルエーテル等が挙げられる。
酸、塩基または塩の水溶液と溶媒との混合物を使用する場合、酸または塩基の濃度は通常1~6規定であり、塩の濃度は通常1~6モル/Lである。溶媒の使用量は、式(5)で表される化合物1重量部に対して通常0.1~50重量部の割合である。

次に、式(2)で表される化合物の製造方法を説明する。

式(2)で表される化合物は、式(12)で表される化合物または式(9)で表される化合物から製造される。式(12)で表される化合物および式(9)で表される化合物は、通常市販品が用いられる。
式(15)で表される化合物は、式(12)で表される化合物とジアゾ化剤とを反応させることにより製造される。
ジアゾ化剤としては、亜硝酸ナトリウム、亜硝酸カリウム等の亜硝酸塩が挙げられる。ジアゾ化剤の使用量は、式(12)で表される化合物1モルに対して通常0.1~50重量部の割合である。
式(12)で表される化合物とジアゾ化剤との反応は、通常溶媒中、酸の存在下で両者を混合することにより行われる。
酸としては、塩酸、硫酸、硝酸、リン酸、臭化水素酸、ヨウ化水素酸、酢酸、トリフルオロ酢酸およびこれらの混合物が挙げられる。酸の使用量は、式(12)で表される化合物1重量部に対して通常0.1~50重量部の割合である。
溶媒としては、ヘプタン、ヘキサン、シクロヘキサン、ペンタン、トルエン、キシレン等の炭化水素類、ジエチルエーテル、テトラヒドロフラン、1,4−ジオキサン、エチレングリコールジメチルエーテル、アニソール、メチルtert−ブチルエーテル、ジイソプロピルエーテル等のエーテル類、四塩化炭素、クロロホルム、ジクロロメタン、1,2−ジクロロエタン、テトラクロロエタン、クロロベンゼン等のハロゲン化炭化水素類、酢酸エチル、酢酸メチル等のエステル類、アセトン、メチルエチルケトン、メチルイソブチルケトン等のケトン類、アセトニトリル、プロピオニトリル等のニトリル類、水およびこれらの混合物が挙げられる。

得られた式(15)で表される化合物は、単離操作や精製操作を行ってもよいが、通常、単離または精製することなく、式(7)で表される化合物の製造に用いられる。
式(7)で表される化合物は、式(15)で表される化合物とハロゲンまたはハロゲン化合物とを反応させることにより製造される。
ハロゲンとしては臭素、ヨウ素等が挙げられ、ハロゲン化合物としては、N−ブロモスクシンイミド、N−ヨードスクシンイミド等のN−ハロゲン化イミド、臭化銅、ヨウ化銅等のハロゲン化銅、臭化ナトリウム、臭化カリウム、ヨウ化ナトリウム、ヨウ化カリウム等の金属ハロゲン化物、テトラブチルアンモニウムブロミド、テトラブチルアンモニウムヨージド等のハロゲン化アンモニウム、ブロモホルム、ヨウ化メチル、ジヨードメタン、ヨウ化エチル、ヨウ化イソプロピル、ヨウ化tert−ブチル等のハロゲン化アルキル、臭化水素、ヨウ化水素等のハロゲン化水素、ヨウ化トリメチルシラン等のヨウ化アルキルシラン、ヨウ化酢酸等のハロゲン化酢酸等が挙げられる。なかでも臭化銅を用いるのが好ましい。ハロゲンまたはハロゲン化合物の使用量は、式(15)で表される化合物1重量部に対して通常0.1~50重量部である。

式(7)で表される化合物は、反応混合物に酸、塩基または塩の水溶液や溶媒を添加する等の後処理により単離することができる。
酸としては、塩化水素、硫酸等が挙げられる。塩基としては、水酸化ナトリウム、水酸化カリウム、炭酸ナトリウム、炭酸カリウム、炭酸水素ナトリウム、アンモニア等が挙げられる。塩としては、硫酸水素ナトリウム、塩化アンモニウム、亜硝酸ナトリウム等が挙げられる。溶媒としては、酢酸エチル、トルエン、キシレン、ヘキサン、ヘプタン、クロロホルム、ジクロロメタン、ジエチルエーテル、tert−ブチルメチルエーテル等が挙げられる。
酸、塩基または塩の水溶液と溶媒との混合物を使用する場合、酸または塩基の濃度は通常1~6規定であり、塩の濃度は通常1~6モル/Lである。溶媒の使用量は、式(5)で表される化合物1重量部に対して通常0.1~50重量部の割合である。
単離された式(7)で表される化合物は、洗浄、カラムクロマトグラフィー等で精製することができる。
式(8)で表される化合物は、式(7)で表される化合物とハロゲン化剤とを反応させることにより製造することができる。

ハロゲン化剤としては、オキシ塩化リン、三塩化リン、五塩化リン、塩化チオニル、オキシ臭化リン、三臭化リン、五臭化リン、三ヨウ化リン、塩化オキサリル、二臭化オキサリル、トリホスゲン、ジホスゲン、ホスゲンおよび塩化スルフリル等が挙げられる。ハロゲン化剤は市販品を用いることができる。

混合の際に触媒を加えてもよく、触媒として通常N,N−ジメチルホルムアミドが用いられる。触媒の使用量は、通常、式(7)で表される化合物1モルに対して、0.001~1モルの割合で用いられる。

式(8)で表される化合物とアジ化物とは、一括して混合してもよいし、アジ化物を徐々に加えながら混合してもよい。
アジ化物としては、アジ化ナトリウム、アジ化バリウムおよびアジ化リチウム等の無機アジド類、アジ化トリメチルシリルおよびアジ化ジフェニルホスホリル等の有機アジド類が挙げられる。
アジ化物は、通常、市販品が用いられる。
アジ化物の使用量は、式(8)で表される化合物1モルに対して、通常1~100モルであり、好ましくは1~10モルの割合である。
混合に際して塩化アルミニウム、塩化亜鉛等のルイス酸を加えるのが好ましく、これらのルイス酸は通常、式(8)で表される化合物1モルに対して、0.05~5モルの割合で用いられる。

式(11)で表される化合物は、式(10)で表される化合物とアジ化物とを反応させることにより製造することもできる。その製造方法は、式(8)で表される化合物から式(11)で表される化合物を製造する方法に準じる。
式(10)で表される化合物は、式(9)で表される化合物とホスゲン類(ホスゲン、ジホスゲンまたはトリホスゲン)とを常法にしたがって反応させることにより製造することができる。具体的な方法は、例えばWO2013/162072の参考製造法Bに記載されている。
式(2)で表される化合物は、式(11)で表される化合物とメチル化剤とを反応させることにより製造することができる。

メチル化剤としては、臭化メチル、ヨウ化メチル等のハロゲン化メチル類、p−トルエンスルホン酸メチル等のアリールスルホン酸メチル類、メタンスルホン酸メチル等のアルキルスルホン酸メチル類および硫酸ジメチルが挙げられる。

次に、式(5)で表される化合物の製造方法について説明する。
式(1)で表される化合物とハロゲン化水素(塩化水素、臭化水素またはヨウ化水素)とを反応させることにより式(5)で表される化合物を製造することができる。

実施例1
後述の実施例7で得られる1−(2−ブロモ−3−メチルフェニル)−4−メチル−1,4−ジヒドロテトラゾール−5−オン0.54gとテトラヒドロフラン1mLとの混合物に氷冷下でイソプロピルマグネシウムクロリド塩化リチウム錯体テトラヒドロフラン溶液(濃度1.3mol/L)1.69mLを滴下し、氷冷下で1時間撹拌した。反応混合物の一部に塩酸を加え、酢酸エチルで抽出し、有機層を濃縮した。濃縮液の1H−NMR測定により、1−(3−メチルフェニル)−4−メチル−1,4−ジヒドロテトラゾール−5−オンの生成が確認されたことから、反応混合物中に[2−(4,5−ジヒドロ−4−メチル−5−オキソ−1H−テトラゾール−1−イル)−6−メチルフェニル−1−イル]マグネシウムクロリドの生成を確認した。
反応混合物にメトキシメチルクロリド0.18mLとテトラヒトロフラン1mLとを加え70℃で2時間撹拌した後、飽和食塩水を加え、酢酸エチルで抽出した。有機層を飽和重曹水で洗浄し、無水硫酸ナトリウムで乾燥した後、減圧下に濃縮して1−(2−メトキシメチル−3−メチルフェニル)−4−メチル−1,4−ジヒドロテトラゾール−5−オン0.37g得た。

後述の実施例7で得られる1−(2−ブロモ−3−メチルフェニル)−4−メチル−1,4−ジヒドロテトラゾール−5−オン0.54gとテトラヒドロフラン6mLとの混合物に、氷冷下でイソプロピルマグネシウムクロリドテトラヒドロフラン溶液(濃度2.0mol/L)2.0mLを滴下し、氷冷下で1.5時間撹拌した。反応混合物をサンプリングして塩酸で処理した後、酢酸エチルで抽出、濃縮を行い、NMRで1−(3−メチルフェニル)−4−メチル−1,4−ジヒドロテトラゾール−5−オン
1H−NMR(CDCl3)δ:3.45(3H,s),4.73(3H,s),8.20(1H,d,J=7.8Hz),8.40(1H,t,J=7.8Hz),8.76−8.73(2H,m)
を確認した後、パラホルムアルデヒド1.17gを加熱して発生させたホルムアルデヒドガスを反応混合物中に吹き込み、飽和食塩水を加え、酢酸エチルで抽出した。有機層を飽和重曹水で洗浄し、無水硫酸ナトリウムで乾燥した。減圧下に濃縮した後、シリカゲルカラムで精製して1−(2−ヒドロキシメチル−3−メチルフェニル)−4−メチル−1,4−ジヒドロテトラゾール−5−オン0.12gを得た。
1H−NMR(CDCl3)δ(ppm):2.56(3H,s),3.75(3H,s),4.48(2H,d,J=6.6Hz),7.20−7.23(1H,m),7.34−7.38(2H,m)
実施例3
後述の実施例7で得られる1−(2−ブロモ−3−メチルフェニル)−4−メチル−1,4−ジヒドロテトラゾール−5−オン10.0gとテトラヒドロフラン30mLとの混合物に氷冷下でイソプロピルマグネシウムクロリドテトラヒドロフラン溶液(濃度2.0mol/L)22.3mLを滴下し、氷冷下で2.5時間撹拌した。混合物にメトキシメチルクロリド5.98gを加え、70℃で3時間撹拌した。混合物に硫酸水素ナトリウム水溶液を加え、酢酸エチルで抽出した。有機層を飽和重曹水で洗浄し、無水硫酸ナトリウムで乾燥した。減圧下で濃縮して得た残渣を、ヘキサンで洗浄することにより1−(2−メトキシメチル−3−メチルフェニル)−4−メチル−1,4−ジヒドロテトラゾール−5−オン4.5gを得た。
実施例4
実施例1で得られる1−(2−メトキシメチル−3−メチルフェニル)−4−メチル−1,4−ジヒドロテトラゾール−5−オン0.25gおよび25%臭化水素−酢酸溶液3mLの混合物を65℃で1時間攪拌した。混合物に飽和食塩水を加え、酢酸エチルで抽出した。有機層を飽和重曹水で洗浄し、無水硫酸ナトリウムで乾燥した後、減圧下に濃縮して1−(2−ブロモメチル−3−メチルフェニル)−4−メチル−1,4−ジヒドロテトラゾール−5−オン0.23gを得た。
1H−NMR(CDCl3)δ(ppm):2.51(3H,s),3.75(3H,s),4.51(2H,s),7.22−7.24(1H,m),7.36−7.39(2H,m)
実施例5
実施例2で得られる1−(2−ヒドロキシメチル−3−メチルフェニル)−4−メチル−1,4−ジヒドロテトラゾール−5−オン56mg、酢酸0.5mLおよび25%臭化水素−酢酸溶液100mgの混合物を45℃で3時間攪拌した後、25%臭化水素−酢酸溶液200mgを加えて5時間撹拌した。混合物に水を加え、メチルtert−ブチルエーテルで抽出した。有機層を飽和食塩水で洗浄し、無水硫酸ナトリウムで乾燥した。減圧下に濃縮後、得られた残渣をシリカゲルカラムで精製して1−(2−ブロモメチル−3−メチルフェニル)−4−メチル−1,4−ジヒドロテトラゾール−5−オン48mgを得た。
1H−NMR(CDCl3)δ(ppm):2.51(3H,s),3.75(3H,s),4.51(2H,s),7.22−7.24(1H,m),7.36−7.38(2H,m)
実施例6
後述の参考例1で得られる2−ブロモ−3−メチル安息香酸15.0g、塩化オキサリル9.62g、N,N−ジメチルホルムアミド50mgおよびテトラヒドロフラン60gの混合物を室温で1時間撹拌した後、減圧下に濃縮し、シリカゲル薄層クロマトグラフィー(展開溶媒:ヘキサン/酢酸エチル=5/1、2−ブロモ−3−メチル安息香酸クロリドのRf値:0.85)により、2−ブロモ−3−メチル安息香酸クロリドの生成を確認した。
塩化アルミニウム11.16gを氷冷下でテトラヒドロフラン60gに加え、30分間攪拌した。ここにアジ化ナトリウム16.46gを加え、30分間加熱還流した後、前記2−ブロモ−3−メチル安息香酸クロリド全量を加え、8時間加熱還流した。冷却後、反応液を亜硝酸ナトリウム17.47g、水100mLおよび氷250gの混合物に攪拌しながら加えた。混合物を10%塩酸で酸性とした後、酢酸エチルで抽出した。有機層を水および10%硫酸水素ナトリウム水溶液で順次洗浄し、無水硫酸ナトリウムで乾燥した後、減圧下に濃縮して1−(2−ブロモ−3−メチルフェニル)−1,4−ジヒドロテトラゾール−5−オン16.02gを得た。
1H−NMR(CDCl3)δ(ppm):2.51(3H,s),7.27−7.47(3H,m)
実施例7
実施例6で得られる1−(2−ブロモ−3−メチルフェニル)−1,4−ジヒドロテトラゾール−5−オン14.00g、炭酸カリウム8.34g、硫酸ジメチル7.62gおよびN,N−ジメチルホルムアミド118mLの混合物を室温で1時間攪拌した。混合物に水を加え、酢酸エチルで抽出した。有機層を水および飽和食塩水で順次洗浄し、無水硫酸マグネシウムで乾燥した後、減圧下に濃縮して1−(2−ブロモ−3−メチルフェニル)−4−メチル−1,4−ジヒドロテトラゾール−5−オン9.5gを得た。
1H−NMR(CDCl3)δ(ppm):2.51(3H,s),3.73(3H,s),7.22−7.41(3H,m)
参考例1
2−アミノ−3−メチル安息香酸1.00g、酢酸8mL、50%臭化水素酸4mLおよび水16mLの混合物に氷冷下、亜硝酸ナトリウム0.46gおよび水3mLを加えた。氷冷下で10分間撹拌した後、シリカゲル薄層クロマトグラフィー(展開溶媒:ヘキサン/酢酸エチル=1/1、2−アミノ−3−メチル安息香酸のRf値:0.67)により2−アミノ−3−メチル安息香酸が消失したことを確認し、臭化銅1.42gおよび水5mLを加え、50℃で3時間加熱した。混合物に水を加え、濾過することにより2−ブロモ−3−メチル安息香酸1.0g得た。
1H−NMR(CDCl3)δ(ppm):2.49(3H,s),7.29(1H,t,J=7.6Hz),7.42(1H,d,J=7.2Hz),7.70(1H,t,J=3.9Hz)

〔式中、X1は臭素原子またはヨウ素原子を表し、R1は炭素数1~6のアルキル基または炭素数3~6のシクロアルキル基を表し、R2、R3およびR4はそれぞれ独立して、水素原子、炭素数1~6のアルキル基または炭素数3~6のシクロアルキル基を表す。〕
で表される化合物と式(A)
〔式中、Rは炭素数1~4のアルキル基または炭素数6~12のアリール基を表し、Xは塩素原子、臭素原子またはヨウ素原子を表す。〕
