发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种风管机出风口装置及具有其的空调器,以解决现有技术中的风管机出风口装置结构复杂安装困难,不便于维修保养的问题。
为了实现上述目的,根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种风管机出风口装置,该风管机出风口装置包括:安装框架;出风部件,出风部件可拆卸地设置在安装框架内,且出风部件与安装框架通过卡合结构连接。

在本实施例中,卡扣51包括固定设置在上安装架11上的限位框511,限位框511与上安装架11围成一个闭合区域,在闭合区域内间隔设置有两个限位凸起512,面板开关52包括基体521和位于基体521的相对两侧的卡爪522,卡爪522的第一端固定设置在基体521的第一端上,且卡爪522的第二端与基体521之间具有间隙,卡合状态下,基体521的第一端从两个限位凸起512之间穿出。优选地,为了保证卡扣51和面板开关52之间的配合稳固,基体521上还设置有止挡凸起,止挡凸起位于卡爪522的第二端且与卡爪522的第二端之间具有间隙,这样卡合状态下,卡扣51位于卡爪522的第二端与止挡凸起之间,保证了配合的稳固。
为了提高出风部件40与安装框架10的安装稳固,面板开关52的数量有多个,卡扣51的数量与面板开关52的数量相同。以便能够承载出风部件40的重量。本实施例中,面板开关52有8个。
根据本发明的另一方面,空调器包括风管机出风口装置,该风管机出风口装置为上述的风管机出风口装置。
本发明的风管机出风口装置的安装过程如下:
首先,将上安装架11和下安装架12通过上安装架11和下安装架12的四个角的对应位置的螺钉孔利用螺钉固定连接成为安装框架10。将安装框架10通过长螺栓和螺母预埋在天花板71里面。下安装架12对应天花板71的安装孔的位置具有四个安装孔,从而实现安装框架10的固定,这样下安装架12的底面的高度与天花板71的底面的高度一致,可以避免风管机出风口装置凸出于天花板71,有效地提高了美观性。机组下盖板73与安装框架10连接。在安装框架10与机组下盖板73的接触位置使用保温海绵隔离,以便保温并防止凝露。
之后将出风部件40组装。在出风框架的左右两侧各固定设置有一个安装盒43。安装盒43里面安装一个第一步进电机,第一步进电机和面板连杆431的第二端连接。面板连杆431的第一端和出风面板42上的牵引连杆421连接,达到出风面板42和出风框架的固定的目的。
之后安装上下导风机构至出风框架上,然后安装左右导风机构在上下导风机构上面。
然后,将出风部件40和安装框架10固定,通过出风部件40上的定位销32和上安装架11上的定位槽31进行初步定位,继而将出风部件40上的面板开关52和上安装架11上的卡扣51扣合实现固定。安装完成后,风管机出风口装置的下安装架12 的底面与天花板的高度一致,保证风管机出风口装置无凸出,更加美观。维修时将出风部件40拆卸后,即可拆下检修盒72,能够非常方便快捷地进行检修。
从以上的描述中,可以看出,本发明上述的实施例实现了如下技术效果:风管机出风口装置的结构更加便于维修,由于出风部件和机组下盖板之间通过安装框架作为桥梁,并且出风部件和安装框架通过卡合方式进行固定,大大的提高了风管机出风口装置的整体的安装的便捷性。在对风管机出风口装置进行检修和维护更加方便,只需将出风部件拆卸下来后,将检修板(电器盒)拆卸即可实现对整机电器盒部件的检修和维护,而由于出风部件是卡合固定,所以拆卸十分方便。传统风口都是在天花下面凸出一段,风口结构突出天花,使得整体效果不美观。本发明的风管机出风口装置的整套风口机构运动轨迹都在安装框架里面,从而可以节省传统风口部件的出风框,因此也实现了整套结构和天花保持平齐的美观性。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种风管机出风口装置,其特征在于,包括:
    安装框架(10);
    出风部件(40),所述出风部件(40)可拆卸地设置在所述安装框架(10)内,且所述出风部件(40)与所述安装框架(10)通过卡合结构连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的风管机出风口装置,其特征在于,所述安装框架(10)包括上安装架(11)和与所述上安装架(11)固定连接的下安装架(12),所述下安装架(12)的底部设置有第一安装口(121),所述出风部件(40)通过所述第一安装口(121)进入所述安装框架(10)内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的风管机出风口装置,其特征在于,所述上安装架(11)和所述出风部件(40)之间还设置有为所述出风部件(40)进行初步定位的定位结构(30)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的风管机出风口装置,其特征在于,所述定位结构(30)包括定位槽(31)和定位销(32),所述定位槽(31)固定设置在所述上安装架(11)上,所述定位销(32)固定设置在所述出风部件(40)上,所述定位销(32)穿过所述定位槽(31),并将所述出风部件(40)初步定位在所述上安装架(11)上。
  5. 根据权利要求2或3所述的风管机出风口装置,其特征在于,所述出风部件(40)包括:
    出风框架,所述出风框架上设置有第一出风口(41);
    出风面板(42),所述出风面板(42)与所述出风框架连接,所述出风面板(42)具有封闭所述第一出风口(41)的闭合状态和打开所述第一出风口(41)的打开状态;
    导风部,所述导风部设置在所述出风框架内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的风管机出风口装置,其特征在于,所述出风框架的两侧分别设置有一个安装盒(43),各所述安装盒(43)均包括一个面板连杆(431),所述出风面板(42)的一侧与两个所述面板连杆(431)的第一端分别连接,并在两个所述面板连杆(431)的带动下摇动,以打开或关闭所述第一出风口(41)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的风管机出风口装置,其特征在于,所述安装盒(43)还包括第一步进电机,所述第一步进电机与所述面板连杆(431)连接,并驱动所述面板连杆(431)摇动,所述出风面板(42)上固定设置有两个牵引连杆(421),两个所述面板连杆(431)的第一端一一对应地与所述出风面板(42)上的两个所述牵引连杆(421)连接。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的风管机出风口装置,其特征在于,所述上安装架(11)上设置有卡扣(51),所述出风部件(40)上设置有与所述卡扣(51)配合的面板开关(52),所述面板开关(52)与所述卡扣(51)配合,以将所述出风部件(40)固定在所述上安装架(11)上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的风管机出风口装置,其特征在于,所述卡扣(51)包括固定设置在所述上安装架(11)上的限位框(511),所述限位框(511)与所述上安装架(11)围成一个闭合区域,在所述闭合区域内间隔设置有两个限位凸起(512),所述面板开关(52)包括基体(521)和位于所述基体(521)的相对两侧的卡爪(522),所述卡爪(522)的第一端固定设置在所述基体(521)的第一端上,且所述卡爪(522)的第二端与所述基体(521)之间具有间隙,卡合状态下,所述基体(521)的第一端从两个所述限位凸起(512)之间穿出。
  10. 一种空调器,所述空调器包括风管机出风口装置,其特征在于,所述风管机出风口装置为权利要求1至9中任一项所述的风管机出风口装置。
