Claims (13)
- 移動可能な他の通信装置と無線通信を行う、移動体とともに移動可能な通信装置であって、
前記通信装置を検出対象とするセンサが検出した前記通信装置の移動情報を含む情報に基づいて前記移動体の移動状態を推定する移動状態推定部と、
ユーザによる前記通信装置に対する操作状態を特定し、当該操作状態を管理する操作状態管理部と、
前記通信装置の移動情報を少なくとも含む端末情報を前記他の通信装置に送信し、前記他の通信装置の移動情報を少なくとも含む他の端末情報を前記他の通信装置から受信する通信部と、
前記移動状態推定部によって推定された前記移動状態と前記操作状態管理部によって管理された前記操作状態とに基づいて前記通信部から前記他の通信装置への前記端末情報の送信を制御し、前記端末情報と前記通信部が受信した前記他の端末情報とに基づき注意喚起状態であると判断した場合には、前記移動状態と前記操作状態とに基づいて表示部に注意喚起情報を表示させる表示情報を制御する端末情報制御部

前記移動状態と前記操作状態と前記地図情報とに基づいて前記通信部から前記他の通信装置への前記端末情報の送信を制御し、前記端末情報と前記通信部が受信した前記他の端末情報とに基づき注意喚起状態であると判断した場合には、前記移動状態と前記操作状態と前記地図情報とに基づいて前記表示部に注意喚起情報を表示させる表示情報を制御する、請求項1から請求項8のうちのいずれか1項に記載の通信装置。 - 個人特性情報を管理する個人特性管理部をさらに備え、
前記端末情報制御部は、
前記移動状態と前記操作状態と前記個人特性情報とに基づいて前記通信部から前記他の通信装置への前記端末情報の送信を制御し、前記端末情報と前記通信部が受信した前記他の端末情報とに基づき注意喚起状態であると判断した場合には、前記移動状態と前記操作状態と前記個人特性情報とに基づいて前記表示部に注意喚起情報を表示させる表示情報を制御する、請求項1から請求項9のうちのいずれか1項に記載の通信装置。 - 移動可能な他の通信装置と無線通信を行うことが可能なクラウドサーバと無線通信を行う、移動体とともに移動可能な通信装置であって、
ユーザによる前記通信装置に対する操作状態を特定し、当該操作状態を管理する操作状態管理部と、
前記通信装置を検出対象とするセンサが検出した前記通信装置の移動情報を含む端末情報を前記クラウドサーバに送信し、前記クラウドサーバが前記通信装置からの前記端末情報と前記他の通信装置からの前記他の通信装置の移動情報を含む他の端末情報とに基づき、注意喚起状態であると判断した場合に、前記クラウドサーバから注意喚起情報と前記移動体の移動状態とを受信する通信部と、
前記移動状態と前記操作状態とに基づいて表示部に前記注意喚起情報を表示させる表示情報を制御する端末情報制御部
とを備えた通信装置。 - 移動可能な通信装置と無線通信を行う車両の運転支援装置であって、
前記通信装置の移動情報と、ユーザによる前記通信装置に対する操作状態とを受信する通信部と、
前記運転支援装置を検出対象とするセンサが検出した前記運転支援装置の移動情報と、前記通信部で受信した前記通信装置の前記移動情報および前記操作状態とに基づいて注意喚起状態であると判断した場合には、前記車両の運転者に注意喚起をする車両情報制御部とを備えた運転支援装置。 - 請求項1から請求項11のうちのいずれか1項に記載の通信装置と、
