Description

开闭构造、具备开闭构造的部件以及具备该部件的洗衣机 技术领域
本发明涉及开闭构造、具备开闭构造的部件以及具备该部件的洗衣机。
背景技术
下述专利文献1中公开的洗衣机包括安装在洗衣脱水槽的内圆周面的洗涤剂投入用管道。洗涤剂投入用管道在上部具有洗涤剂投入口,洗涤剂投入口由盖进行开闭。盖通过以倒入洗衣脱水槽的内侧的方式进行转动,从而打开洗涤剂投入口。

发明内容
在专利文献1中,当对全开状态的盖,施加进一步打开那样的力时,由于盖的转动轴折断而使盖破损,有可能需要更换盖。
本发明基于该背景而完成,其目的在于,提供能防止盖的破损的开闭构造、具备开闭构造的部件以及具备该部件洗衣机。
本发明是一种开闭构造,其特征在于,包括:支承体,形成有开口部;盖,由所述支承体转动自如地支承,能在将所述开口部打开的开位置和将所述开口部堵塞的闭位置之间进行开闭;弹性变形部,构成所述盖的转动中心及其周边,并具有挠性;轴,设置于所述支承体以及所述弹性变形部的一方,成为所述盖的转动中心;孔,设置于所述支承体以及所述弹性变形部中未设有所述轴的另一方,插入所述轴;销,设置于所述支承体以及所述弹性变形部的一方;以及凹部,设置于在所述支承体以及所述弹性变形部中未设有所述销的另一方,在所述盖开闭期间带有间隙地接受所述销,所述凹部随着所述盖从所述开位置向所述闭位置侧的相反侧,而渐渐变浅使得推出所述销。
此外,本发明的开闭构造,其特征在于,包括狭缝,该狭缝形成于所述盖 并用于使所述弹性变形部弯曲。

根据本发明,构成由支承体转动自如地支承的盖的转动中心及其周边的弹性变形部具有挠性。设置于支承体以及弹性变形部的一方的轴,插入设置于支承体以及弹性变形部中未设有轴的另一方的孔中。盖通过以插入孔的状态的轴为中心转动,从而能在将支承体的开口部打开的开位置和将开口部堵塞的闭位置之间进行开闭。
设置于支承体以及弹性变形部的任一方的销,可被设置在支承体以及弹性变形部中未设有销的另一方的凹部接受。凹部在盖开闭期间带有间隙地接受销。因此,在盖开闭期间,因为销不干扰凹部的壁面,所以不会阻碍盖的顺畅的开闭。
当使全开到开位置的盖以从开位置朝向闭位置侧的相反侧的方式转动时,通过随着朝向该相反侧而渐渐变浅的凹部的底面,销被推出到凹部的外面。由此,由于具有挠性的弹性变形部弯曲而从支承体分离,所以轴自然地从孔里拔出。因此,即使欲进一步打开全开的盖,由于轴没有被折断,因此也能防止盖的破损。
此外,根据本发明,在欲进一步打开全开的盖的情况下,通过形成于盖的狭缝使弹性变形部进一步弯曲,由于能将轴从孔可靠地拔出,所以能可靠地防止盖的破损。
此外,根据本发明,在具备以上的开闭构造的部件中,能防止盖的破损。
此外,根据本发明,在具备以上的部件的洗衣机中,能防止盖的破损。

具体实施方式
以下参照附图,对本发明的实施方式具体地进行说明。
图1是表示本发明的一实施方式的具备开闭构造1的部件2的立体图。
图1是表示组装在其它装置上的状态中的部件2的实际姿势。以下以图1中上下方向X以及左右方向Y作为基准进行说明。在上下方向X中,将上方称为上方X1,将下方称为下方X2。在左右方向Y中,将左方称为左方Y1,将右方称为右方Y2。
具备开闭构造1的部件2是树脂制的,在上下方向X上是长尺寸。开闭构造1包括支承体3和盖4。
支承体3是在上下方向X上为长尺寸的板状。支承体3中,在图1中可看到的最大的面是支承体3的表面3A,表面3A的相反侧的面是支承体3的背面3B。表面3A以及背面3B分别可以是平坦面,也可以是一部分含有弯曲面。把从表面3A向背面3B的方向称作里侧Z1,把从背面3B向表面3A的方向称作跟前侧Z2。把里侧Z1以及跟前侧Z2总称作进深方向Z。支承体3的上端部以及左右的两端部是向里侧Z1折弯的凸缘部5。
在支承体3的表面3A的上端部形成有开口部6。开口部6形成为大致矩形,占有表面3A的上侧约三分之一的区域。开口部6的上边缘的左右方向Y上的中央部6A,向上方X1凸出成凸状。支承体3具有从开口部6中下边缘以外的缘延伸到里侧Z1的侧壁7。侧壁7包括:上侧壁7A,对开口部6的上边缘进行修边而在左右方向Y上延伸;左侧壁7B,对开口部6的左边缘进行修边在上下 方向X上延伸;右侧壁7C,对开口部6的右边缘进行修边而在上下方向X上延伸。左侧壁7B和右侧壁7C在左右方向Y上有间隔地对置配置,上侧壁7A被架设在左侧壁7B以及右侧壁7C的上边缘间。
支承体3包含在上下方向X以及左右方向Y上扩展的底壁8。底壁8架设在左侧壁7B以及右侧壁7C的里侧Z1的端部彼此中上侧约三分之二的区域间,也与上侧壁7A的里侧Z1的端部连接。通过侧壁7以及底壁8,在支承体3中形成有从开口部6凹陷到里侧Z1的凹部9。凹部9的底在上侧约三分之二的区域中由底壁8阻塞,在下侧约三分之一的区域中打开。
图2是部件2的分解立体图。
参照图2,在左侧壁7B以及右侧壁7C各自的对置面的下端部,分别设置一个孔10和一个凹部11。左侧壁7B以及右侧壁7C各自的孔10,分别位于上下方向X以及深度方向Z中相同的位置。左侧壁7B以及右侧壁7C各自的凹部11分别位于上下方向X以及深度方向Z中相同的位置。在左侧壁7B以及右侧壁7C各自中,分别形成圆形状的孔10,凹部11作为一个例子,形成为以孔10的圆中心为曲率中心向上方X1成为凸形的圆弧状。孔10作为一个例子是具有底面10A的凹部,但也可以是贯通侧壁7的贯通孔。凹部11不是贯通孔,而是具有底面11A的凹部。
盖4在从跟前侧Z2观察时形成为阻塞开口部6的大致矩形。以图2的姿势作为基准,盖4具有从下边缘以外的缘延伸到里侧Z1的侧壁12。侧壁12包括:上侧壁12A,对盖4的上边缘进行修边并在左右方向Y上延伸;左侧壁12B,对盖4的左边缘进行修边并在上下方向X上延伸;以及右侧壁12C,对盖4的右边缘进行修边并在上下方向X上延伸。左侧壁12B和右侧壁12C在左右方向Y上隔着间隔对置配置,上侧壁12A架设于左侧壁12B以及右侧壁12C的上边缘之间。在上侧壁12A的上表面的左右方向Y的中央,形成向下方X2的圆弧状的凹陷13。在左侧壁12B以及右侧壁12C各自中,至少下端部形成为薄板状,构成具有向左右方向Y的挠性的弹性变形部14。
在左侧壁12B的弹性变形部14的左侧面以及右侧壁12C的弹性变形部14的右侧面,设置轴15和销16各一个。在左侧壁12B以及右侧壁12C各自中,销16是比轴15小径的圆柱状,相对于轴15从上方X1相邻接地配置。相邻的轴15和销16的间隔,与相邻的孔10和凹部11的间隔大致相同。左侧壁12B的轴15以及销16从左侧壁12B的弹性变形部14的左侧面向左侧凸出,右侧壁 12C的轴15以及销16从右侧壁12C的弹性变形部14的右侧面向右侧凸出。
左侧壁12B的轴15对支承体3的左侧壁7B的孔10从右方Y2插入,右侧壁12C的轴15对支承体3的右侧壁7C的孔10从左方Y1插入。左侧壁12B的销16对左侧壁7B的凹部11从右方Y2插入,右侧壁12C的销16对右侧壁7C的凹部11从左方Y1插入。由此,盖4将左右的轴15作为转动中心,由支承体3转动自如地支承。在盖4的左侧壁12B以及右侧壁12C分别设有轴15的弹性变形部14,构成盖4的转动中心及其周边。此外,左侧壁7B以及右侧壁7C各自的凹部11形成为沿着盖4的转动轨迹延伸的圆弧状。但是,各凹部11如果是在其内侧包含沿着盖4的转动轨迹移动的销16的移动轨迹的凹部,从凹部11的深度方向观察时的凹部11的形状就可以不是圆弧状,例如可以形成为正方形。
盖4通过转动,从而能如图2中的虚线所示在阻塞支承体3的开口部6的闭位置和比闭位置更向跟前侧Z2倾斜将开口部6打开到跟前侧Z2的开位置(参照图1)之间进行开闭。在打开处于闭位置的盖4的情况下,使用者在支承体3的开口部6的上边缘的中央部6A的下面插入手指,将该手指钩在盖4的上侧壁12A的凹陷13,将盖4拉向跟前侧Z2。当使开位置的盖4向里侧Z1转动时,盖4返回闭位置。换句话说,里侧Z1与闭位置侧一致,跟前侧Z2与开位置侧一致。
在盖4开闭期间,左右的销16由支承体3中在左右方向Y处于相同侧的凹部11,始终带有间隙地接受。因此,由于在盖4开闭期间,销16不干扰凹部11的壁面,所以不会阻碍盖4的圆滑的开闭。
图3是盖4处于闭位置时的部件2的俯视剖视图。图4是盖4处于开位置时的部件2的俯视剖视图。此外,在图3以及图4中,分别放大显示了以双点划线的圆包围的部分。此外,由于在图3和图4中俯视剖视面的位置有微妙地不同,所以包含凹部11的细部的形状有微妙的不同地进行了图示。
如图3所示,在盖4处于闭位置时,左右的销16分别位于作为凹部11中的里侧Z1的端部的里侧端部17。如图4所示,在盖4处于开位置时,左右的销16分别位于作为凹部11中的跟前侧Z2的端部的跟前侧端部18。但是,在盖4处于开位置时,凹部11与位于跟前侧端部18的销16相比还存在于跟前侧Z2。
图5(a)是盖4处于闭位置时的部件2中可看到凹部11的整体的位置处的示意性的剖视图。图5(b)是盖4处于开位置时的部件2中可看到凹部11的整体的位置处的示意性的剖视图。换句话说,在图5(a)以及图5(b)中图示出 沿着凹部11的圆弧的剖面。
图5(c)是盖4处于闭位置时的部件2中可看到孔10以及凹部11这两者的位置处的示意性的剖视图。图5(d)是将盖4从开位置进一步打开时的部件2中可看到孔10以及凹部11这两者的位置处的示意性的剖视图。
如图5(a)以及(b)所示,支承体3的左侧壁7B以及右侧壁7C各自的凹部11的深度在里侧端部17与跟前侧端部18之间是一定的,随着从跟前侧端部18向跟前侧Z2而渐渐变浅。因此,凹部11的底面11A包括:平坦面19,在里侧端部17和跟前侧端部18之间沿着深度方向Z平坦地延伸;以及倾斜面20,从平坦面19连续地向跟前侧Z2倾斜。左侧壁7B的凹部11的倾斜面20向跟前侧Z2并向右方Y2倾斜,右侧壁7C的凹部11的倾斜面20向跟前侧Z2并向左方Y1倾斜。
在盖4处于开位置和闭位置以及在它们之间的情况下,在支承体3的左侧壁7B以及右侧壁7C各自中,轴15分别嵌入到孔10的底面10A侧,销16处于嵌入到凹部11的底面11A侧的状态(参照图5(c))。
当使用者将闭位置的盖4拉向跟前侧Z2并使其转动到开位置时,如图5(b)中实线所示,在左侧壁7B以及右侧壁7C各自中,销16的前端部16A分别位于凹部11的跟前侧端部18,从里侧Z1与倾斜面20接触。由此,盖4无法再从开位置向跟前侧Z2转动。此外,为了方便说明,销16即使是与倾斜面20接触的情况,也与倾斜面20稍微分离地进行图示。
在此,通过对盖4向跟前侧Z2施加过度的力,从而使全开到开位置的盖4以从开位置向闭位置侧的相反侧的方式转动。作为对盖4向跟前侧Z2施加过度的力的状况,假定使用者错误地要将开位置的盖4进一步打开,或者对开位置的盖4意外地放上了重物。当盖4以向该相反侧的方式转动时,如图5(b)中的虚线所示,在左侧壁12B以及右侧壁12C各自中,销16分别向跟前侧Z2移动,此时,通过凹部11的底面11A的倾斜面20,销16被推出到凹部11的外面。换句话说,凹部11随着盖4从开位置向闭位置侧的相反侧的跟前侧Z2,而渐渐变浅使得推出销16。
响应于销16被推出到凹部11的外面,在盖4中设置有销16且具有挠性的弹性变形部14发生弯曲,从左侧壁7B以及右侧壁7C中的对应的一方分离。换句话说,设置有左侧的销16的弹性变形部14发生弯曲而从左侧壁7B向右方Y2分离,设置有右侧的销16的弹性变形部14发生弯曲而从右侧壁7C向左方 Y1分离。由此,与销16一同设置在弹性变形部14的轴15如图5(d)所示,从孔10自然地拔出,盖4从支承体3自然地脱离。因此,即使欲将全开的盖4进一步打开,由于轴15不折断,所以在具备开闭构造1的部件2中,也能防止盖4的破损。
此外,当销16通过倾斜面20被推出到凹部11的外面时,销16没有必要整体推出到凹部11的外面,销16的前端部16A也可以是嵌入到凹部11的状态。同样地,销16通过倾斜面20推出到凹部11的外面时,没有必要轴15整体从孔10拔出,轴15的前端部15A也可以是嵌入孔10的状态。如果只有轴15以及销16的一部分是嵌入孔10和凹部11的状态,那么然后会在轴15以及销16没有破损的情况下,盖4从支承体3自然地脱离。
在以上中,孔10以及凹部11被设置于支承体3,对轴15以及销16设置于盖4的弹性变形部14的构成的开闭构造1进行了说明。将孔10、凹部11、轴15以及销16分别设置于支承体3以及弹性变形部14的哪一方,能任意地进行选择。也就是说,只要轴15设置在支承体3以及弹性变形部14的一方,孔10设置在支承体3以及弹性变形部14中没有设置轴15的另一方即可。然后,只要销16设置在支承体3以及弹性变形部14的一方,凹部11设置在支承体3以及弹性变形部14中没有设置销16的另一方即可。以下,作为其他变形例,列举出第一~第三变形例。
图6是对图5应用了第一变形例的图。图7是对图5应用了第二变形例的图。图8是对图5应用了第三变形例的图。图6(a)、图7(a)以及图8(a)相当于图5(a),图6(b)、图7(b)以及图8(b)相当于图5(b)。图6(c)、图7(c)以及图8(c)相当于图5(c),图6(d)、图7(d)以及图8(d)相当于图5(d)。
在图6所示的第一变形例的情况下,孔10以及销16设置于支承体3,凹部11以及轴15设置于弹性变形部14(参照图6(c))。在凹部11设置于弹性变形部14的情况下,在凹部11的底面11A中,倾斜面20与平坦面19相比更位于里侧Z1。当欲把开位置的盖4向跟前侧Z2进一步打开时,由于由销16按压凹部11的底面11A的倾斜面20,从而使押弹性变形部14弯曲(参照图6(b)的虚线部分),轴15如图6(d)所示从孔10拔出。
在图7所示的第二变形例的情况,轴15以及销16设置于支承体3,孔10以及凹部11设置于弹性变形部14(参照图7(c))。当欲把开位置的盖4向跟前 侧Z2进一步打开时,通过由销16按压凹部11的底面11A的倾斜面20,从而使押弹性变形部14弯曲(参照图7(b)的虚线部分),轴15如图7(d)所示从孔10拔出。
在图8所示的第三变形例的情况下,凹部11以及轴15设置于支承体3,孔10以及销16设置于弹性变形部14(参照图8(c))。当欲把开位置的盖4向跟前侧Z2进一步打开时,通过销16由凹部11的底面11A的倾斜面20被向凹部11的外面推出,从而使弹性变形部14弯曲(参照图8(b)的虚线部分),轴15如图8(d)所示从孔10拔出。
此外,在盖4的左侧壁12B以及右侧壁12C的两方,可以共同应用图5~图8的任一构成。换句话说,孔10、凹部11、轴15以及销16的构成在左侧壁12B以及右侧壁12C的两方,也可以在图5~图8的任一图中共用。当然,也可以对左侧壁12B以及右侧壁12C的一方应用图5~图8的任一构成,对左侧壁12B以及右侧壁12C的另一方应用图5~图8中与该一方所应用的构成不同的构成。
图9是第四变形例的盖4的立体图。
如图9所示,在盖4的左侧壁12B以及右侧壁12C各自中,也可以分别在弹性变形部14和弹性变形部14的上侧的部分的边界部形成狭缝21。狭缝21可以切断该边界部,也可以是形成于该边界部的表面的槽状。通过形成狭缝21,从而使弹性变形部14更容易变弯。由此,在欲把全开的盖4进一步打开的情况下,由于通过形成于盖4的狭缝21将弹性变形部14进一步弯曲,能将轴15从孔10可靠地拔出,所以能可靠地防止盖4的破损。
在包含第一~第四变形例的以上的实施方式中,轴15以及销16设置于盖4的左侧壁12B以及右侧壁12C这两方,然而轴15以及销16也可以只被设置在左侧壁12B以及右侧壁12C的任一方。
接下来,对作为具备具有以上说明的开闭构造1的部件2的装置的一个例子的洗衣机30,一边参照图10一边进行说明。在说明洗衣机30时,使用所述的上下方向X以及深度方向Z。此外,在洗衣机30中,也包含具有衣类的烘干功能的洗衣烘干机。
洗衣机30包括壳体31、水槽32、洗涤槽33和电机34。
壳体31形成为箱形。壳体31通过设置在其下端的脚部31A从上方与地板35抵接,从而设置于地板35上。
水槽32形成为有底的圆筒状。水槽32具有:在上端具有开口部32A的大致圆筒状的圆周壁32B、以及将圆周壁32B的中空部分从下方X2阻塞的圆板形状的底壁32C。开口部32A通过与圆周壁32B连结的盖36来进行开闭。在水槽32内蓄有自来水、洗澡水以及溶解了洗涤剂的液体等的水。
洗涤槽33形成为比水槽32小一圈的有底圆筒状。洗涤槽33具有:在上端具有出入口33A的大致圆筒状的圆周壁33B、以及将圆周壁33B的中空部分从下方X2阻塞的圆板形状的底壁33C。洗涤槽33以同轴状被收容在水槽32内。收容在水槽32内的状态的洗涤槽33,能够以作为其轴线向上下方向X延伸的中心轴37为中心进行旋转。因此,洗衣机30是洗涤槽33被纵向配置的纵型洗衣机。
出入口33A从下方X2与开口部32A连通,开口部32A以及出入口33A通过盖36一并被开闭。洗衣机50的使用者能经由打开的出入口33A在洗涤槽33内取出放入洗涤物。贯通孔33D形成于底壁33C,水槽32内的水能经由贯通孔33D在水槽32和洗涤槽33之间往来。
在圆周壁33B的内圆周面的上端部安装有环状的平衡器38。平衡器38使旋转时洗涤槽33的振动减少,在平衡器38的内部的空洞38A,收容有用于有助于减少振动的液体。
电机34配置在壳体31内水槽32的底壁32C的下方X2。电机34的输出轴34A向上方X1延伸,按顺序贯通底壁32C的圆中心以及洗涤槽33的底壁33C的圆中心。输出轴34A具有在底壁32C和底壁33C之间呈凸缘状伸出的凸缘部34B,通过凸缘部34B被固定在底壁33C上,从而与洗涤槽33连结。当驱动电机34时,使洗涤槽33旋转。
在输出轴34A中比底壁33C更向上方X1露出的上端部,安装有旋转翼39。旋转翼39是所谓的波轮。旋转翼39形成为圆盘状,在其圆中心安装有输出轴34A的上端部。在旋转翼39的上表面设有呈放射状配置的多个搅拌叶片39A,在旋转翼39的下表面设有呈放射状配置的多个泵叶片39B。当驱动电机34时,旋转翼39旋转,洗涤槽33内的洗涤物通过搅拌叶片39A被搅拌。
在洗涤槽33的圆周壁33B的内圆周面,安装有抽水管道40和所述的部件2。抽水管道40和部件2被间隔地配置在圆周壁33B的内圆周面中的圆周方向上。
抽水管道40是在上下方向X上为长尺寸的板状,架设在平衡器38和洗涤槽33的底壁33C之间。在抽水管道40的下端形成有取入口41,在抽水管道40 的上端形成有喷水口口42。抽水管道40在与圆周壁33B的内圆周面之间对在上下方向X上延伸的抽水路46进行划分。当旋转翼39旋转时,蓄于洗涤槽33的水通过旋转翼39的泵叶片39B,被压入取入口41。被压入取入口41的水在抽水路46上升从喷水口42把洗涤槽33内的洗涤物浸湿。由此,可以用少量的水进行洗涤。
部件2构成洗涤剂投入管道,与抽水管道40相同,架设于平衡器38和洗涤槽33的底壁33C之间。在部件2中,在支承体3的下端形成第一开口43,在支承体3的表面3A中在比第一开口43靠上方X1并且比开口部6靠下方X2处,形成第二开口44(也参照图1)。部件2在圆周壁33B的内圆周面和支承体3的背面3B之间对在上下方向X上延伸的洗涤剂供给路径45进行划分。
在洗衣前,使用者将盖4拉向跟前侧Z2打开至开位置(参照虚线的盖4),从开口部6投入洗涤剂到洗涤剂供给路径45内。换句话说,开口部6是用于投入洗涤剂的投入口。此外,在此的洗涤剂含有一般的洗涤剂、柔顺剂以及漂白剂的至少任一种。投入到洗涤剂供给路径45内的洗涤剂,在洗涤剂供给路径45落下并通过第一开口43,溶解到蓄于洗涤槽33的水中。此外,当使旋转翼39旋转时,蓄于洗涤槽33的洗涤剂和水通过旋转翼39的泵叶片39B被压入第一开口43,一边溶解残留在洗涤剂供给路径45中的洗涤剂一边上升,从第二开口44将洗涤槽33内的洗涤物浸湿。由此,进行利用洗涤剂的洗涤物的洗净。
在具备部件2的洗衣机30中,当欲把全开的盖4进一步打开时,由于轴15从孔10自然地拔出,所以能防止盖4的破损。
此外,部件2以及抽水管道40也可以作为在洗涤槽33旋转时搅拌洗涤槽33内的洗涤物的折流板发挥功能。
以上,说明了将本发明针对洗衣机30进行实施的情况,然而不限于此。只要是在开口部以转动自如的方式安装的盖,就能使用本发明的开闭构造1。
此外,本发明不限于上述说明的实施方式,能在权利要求所述的范围内进行各种变更。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种开闭构造,其特征在于,包括:
    支承体,形成有开口部;
    盖,由所述支承体转动自如地支承,能在将所述开口部打开的开位置和将所述开口部堵塞的闭位置之间进行开闭;
    弹性变形部,构成所述盖的转动中心及其周边,并具有挠性;
    轴,设置于所述支承体以及所述弹性变形部的一方,成为所述盖的转动中心;
    孔,设置于所述支承体以及所述弹性变形部中未设有所述轴的另一方,插入所述轴;
    销,设置于所述支承体以及所述弹性变形部的一方;以及
    凹部,设置于在所述支承体以及所述弹性变形部中未设有所述销的另一方,在所述盖开闭期间带有间隙地接受所述销,
    所述凹部随着所述盖从所述开位置向所述闭位置侧的相反侧,而渐渐变浅使得推出所述销。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的开闭构造,其特征在于,
    包括狭缝,该狭缝形成于所述盖并用于使所述弹性变形部弯曲。
  3. 一种部件,其特征在于,具备权利要求1或2所述的开闭构造。
  4. 一种洗衣机,其特征在于,
    具备权利要求3所述的部件,
    所述开口部是用于投入洗涤剂、柔顺剂以及漂白剂的至少任一种的投入口。
