さらに、脚部12a、12bは、腰部保持部11側の上部脚部17a、17bと、足部13a、13b側の下部脚部19a、19bと、上部脚部17a、17bと下部脚部19a、19bとを互いに対して回動可能に接続する膝部18a、18bと、を有してもよい。また、膝部18a、18bは、下部脚部19a、19bが膝部18を中心として前方に向かう回転を抑止する逆転防止機構(図示せず)を備えてもよい。これによって、この作業姿勢保持装置10が、使用者の膝部では実現できない膝の逆転状態に陥らないようにすることができ、安全に使用できる。
足部13a、13bは、脚部12a、12bと接続され、接地して全体を支持する。図2から図5では、足部13a、13bは、使用者のサンダル部分と一体的に設けられている。足部13a、13bは、上記の例に限られず、例えば、実施の形態2に示す作業姿勢保持装置の足部33aに示すように、使用者の足を載せるだけのものであってもよい。あるいは、使用者の足とは関係なく接地して全体を支持するものであってもよい。この場合、足部13a、13bは、脚部12a、12bについて、使用者の足の外側に設けてもよい。
固定部14a、14bは、脚部12,12a、12bと使用者とを固定する。固定部14a、14bとしては、例えば、足部13a、13bのサンダル部分によって実現してもよい。あるいは、脚部12a、12bの途中部分と使用者の脚部とをバンド等で固定するものとしてもよい。
ロック機構15a、15bによって、脚部12,12a、12bについて、腰部保持部11との接続部と、足部13、13a、13bとの接続部との間の距離を変化可能な可変状態と、上記距離を固定するロック状態とを切り替える。ロック機構15a、15bは、例えば、膝部18a、18bにおいて、下部脚部19a、19bと上部脚部17a、17bとの回動をロックして、腰部保持部11との接続部と、足部13a、13bとの接続部との間の距離を固定してもよい。さらに、後述の実施の形態3に係るにおけるロック機構35a(図7)のように、脚部32aが伸縮自在であって、腰部保持部11側と足部33a側との間の距離lを可変可能である場合、ロック機構35aによって、脚部32aの伸縮を固定してもよい。
図6は、実施の形態2に係る作業姿勢保持装置30の概要を示す斜視図である。
図7は、実施の形態3に係る作業姿勢保持装置の脚部32aの構成を示す概略図である。
この実施の形態3に係る作業姿勢保持装置では、脚部32aの伸縮を固定するロック機構35aを備える。このロック機構35aによって伸縮部43aが脚部32aから伸縮することを抑止し、腰部保持部との接続部と、足部との接続部との間の距離を固定することができる。これによって腰部保持部で使用者の腰部を保持して長時間にわたる立ち姿勢を保持できる。

Claims (9)
- 使用者の腰部を保持する腰部保持部と、
前記腰部保持部を支持すると共に、前記腰部保持部に回動可能に接続され、使用者の脚部に沿って延在する脚部と、
前記脚部と接続され、接地して全体を支持する足部と、
前記脚部と使用者とを固定する固定部と、
前記脚部について、前記腰部保持部との接続部と、前記足部との接続部との間の距離を変化可能な可変状態と、前記距離を固定するロック状態とを切り替えるロック機構と、
を備え、
前記ロック機構によって前記脚部をロック状態とした場合に前記腰部保持部で使用者の腰部を保持して立ち姿勢を保持し、前記脚部を可変状態とした場合に使用者を歩行可能とする、作業姿勢保持装置。 - 前記脚部は、前記足部側の下部脚部と、前記腰部保持部側の上部脚部と、前記下部脚部と前記上部脚部とを互いに回動可能に接続する膝部と、を有する、請求項1に記載の作業姿勢保持装置。
- 前記ロック機構は、前記膝部において、前記下部脚部と前記上部脚部との回動をロックして、前記腰部保持部との接続部と、前記足部との接続部との間の距離を固定する、請求項2に記載の作業姿勢保持装置。
- 前記脚部は、前記腰部保持部側と前記足部側との間の距離を可変可能なように伸縮自在であって前記ロック機構は、前記脚部の伸縮を固定して、前記腰部保持部との接続部と、前記足部との接続部との間の距離を固定する、請求項1に記載の作業姿勢保持装置。
- 前記ロック機構は、さらに前記脚部の前記腰部保持部との接続部において、前記脚部の回動を固定する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の作業姿勢保持装置。
- 前記ロック機構は、さらに前記脚部の前記足部との接続部を固定する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の作業姿勢保持装置。
- 前記脚部の前記腰部保持部との接続部において、前記脚部を回動可能なようにモータを設ける、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の作業姿勢保持装置。
- 前記脚部と前記腰部保持部との接続部に設けた前記モータによってバランス制御を行うバランス制御部をさらに備える、請求項7に記載の作業姿勢保持装置。
- 前記腰部保持部は、使用者の臀部を支持するサドルを有する、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の作業姿勢保持装置。
