电子烟、 雾化器及其连接头
本申请要求于 2013 年 12 月 10 日提交中国专利局、 申请号为 201320809249.8、 发明名称为 "电子烟、 雾化器及其连接头" 的中国专利申请 的优先权, 其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本实用新型涉及电子烟技术领域, 更具体地说, 涉及一种电子烟、 雾化器 及其连接头。 背景技术
电子烟又名虚拟香烟,其可以把具有烟草香味的溶液通过加热雾化成烟雾 状, 供吸烟者使用, 主要用于戒烟或替代香烟。 它有着与香烟一样的外观和与 香烟近似的味道。 电子烟没有香烟中的焦油、 悬浮微粒等有害成分, 并且没有 弥漫或缭绕的二手烟, 因此受到人们的欢迎。
在电子烟的结构设计中, 如图 1所示, 其电池杆 01与雾化器 03通过连接头 进行连接, 连接头 02具有两个连接端, 其中一个连接端与电池杆 01固定连接, 另一个连接端与雾化器 03固定连接,以此实现将雾化器 03与电池杆 01进行可拆 卸连接。 电子烟在使用完毕后, 为防止其他人对其进行其他利用, 一般会将其 连接头折断, 然而现有技术中, 在折断连接头时, 其较不易折断, 若用力过猛 则往往会将连接头的与雾化器过盈配合的一端拔出, 带出储油棉,储油棉上含 有烟油会玷污衣物或人的皮肤等。
综上所述,如何有效地解决电子烟的连接头不易折断的问题,是目前本领 域技术人员急需解决的问题。 实用新型内容
有鉴于此, 本实用新型的第一个目的在于提供一种电子烟的连接头, 该电 子烟的连接头的结构设计可以有效地解决电子烟的连接头不易折断的问题,本 实用新型的第二个目的是提供一种包括上述连接头的雾化器。本实用新型的第 三个目的是提供一种包括上述连接头的电子烟。
为了达到上述第一个目的, 本实用新型提供如下技术方案:
一种电子烟的连接头, 包括能够与电子烟的电池杆固定连接的第一连接 端、 能够与电子烟的雾化器固定连接的第二连接端, 其特征在于, 所述第一连 接端能够与电池杆可拆卸的卡接,所述第一连接端与第二连接端的连接处开设 有沿所述连接头的周向设置的易折槽。
优选地, 上述电子烟的连接头中, 所述易折槽开设于所述第一连接端与第 二连接端的连接处的外壁上。
优选地, 上述电子烟的连接头中, 所述连接头设置有沿其轴向延伸并贯穿 所述第一连接端与第二连接端的穿孔。
优选地, 上述电子烟的连接头中, 所述易折槽的底壁还开设有与所述穿孔 相连通的通孔。
优选地, 上述电子烟的连接头中, 所述易折槽的底壁的厚度为 0.08mm-0.12mm。
优选地, 上述电子烟的连接头中, 所述连接头设置有沿其轴向延伸并贯穿 所述第一连接端与第二连接端的穿孔,所述第二连接端与第一连接端连接处的 内壁位置设置有凸起的环形端壁, 所述易折槽设置于所述端壁上。
优选地, 上述电子烟的连接头中, 所述易折槽设置于所述端壁的远离所述 第一连接端的一侧。

本实用新型提供的电子烟的连接头包括第一连接端和第二连接端,其中第 一连接端能够与电子烟的电池杆固定连接、第二连接端能够与电子烟的雾化器 固定连接, 第一连接端能够与电池杆可拆卸的卡接, 并且第一连接端与第二连 接端的连接处开设有沿连接头的周向设置的易折槽,即在第一连接端与第二连 接端的连接处设置有凹槽。 如此设置, 则由于有易折槽的开设, 第一连接端和 第二连接端连接处的壁会因此而厚度减少,相应的其强度会减小, 进而较容易
被折断, 如此当人们再折断连接头时, 更加容易将其折断, 避免了用力过大拔 出连接头, 带出储油棉污染人们的衣物或者皮肤。
为了达到上述第二个目的, 本实用新型还提供了一种雾化器以及电子烟, 该雾化器和电子烟包括上述任一种连接头。由于上述的连接头具有上述技术效 果, 具有该连接头的雾化器和电子烟也应具有相应的技术效果。 附图说明

第二个目的是提供一种包括上述连接头的雾化器。本实用新型的第三个目的是 提供一种包括上述连接头的电子烟。
下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方 案进行清楚、 完整地描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实 施例, 而不是全部的实施例。 基于本实用新型中的实施例, 本领域普通技术人 员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型 保护的范围。
请参阅图 2-图 7,本实用新型提供的电子烟的连接头包括第一连接端 1和第 二连接端 4, 其中第一连接端 1能够与电子烟的电池杆 A固定连接、 第二连接端 4能够与电子烟的雾化器固定连接, 第一连接端 1能够与电池杆 A可拆卸的卡 接, 并且第一连接端 1与第二连接端 4的连接处开设有沿连接头 B的周向设置的 易折槽 2, 即在第一连接端 1与第二连接端 4的连接处设置有凹槽。 如此设置, 则由于有易折槽 2的开设, 第一连接端 1和第二连接端 4连接处的壁会因此而厚 度减少, 相应的其强度会减小, 进而较容易被折断, 如此当人们再折断连接头 B时, 更加容易将其折断, 避免了用力过大拔出连接头 B, 带出储油棉污染人 们的衣物或者皮肤。 在本实施例中, 第二连接端 4与电子烟的雾化器 C可以过 盈配合连接, 第二连接端 4也可以与电子烟的雾化器 C可拆卸连接, 比如螺纹 连接。 其中第一连接端 1上设置有多个卡接部 11 , 同时电池杆 A上设置有多个 与卡接部 11对应的卡接槽 8, 卡接部 11可以滑出或者滑入卡接槽 8, 以实现第一 连接端 1与电池杆 A的可拆卸卡接。
其中, 在实际应用过程中, 也可以将第一连接端 1与电子烟的雾化器 C固 定连接, 同时将第二连接端 4与电子烟的电池杆 A固定连接, 相应的第一连接 端 1与电子烟的雾化器 C可以为可拆卸连接, 第二连接端 4与电子烟的电池杆 A 也可以为可拆卸连接。
在本实用新型的一种实施例中,易折槽 2可以开设于第一连接端 1与第二连 接端 4的连接处的外壁上, 如此更加便于加工制造。 当然, 易折槽 2也可以开设 于第一连接端 1与第二连接端 4的连接处的内部, 在此不做限定。
进一步地, 连接头 B还设置有沿其轴向延伸并贯穿第一连接端 1和第二连 接端 4的穿孔 5 , 易折槽 2可以开设于第一连接端 1和第二连接端 4的连接处的内 壁或者外壁上。 当然, 易折槽 2可以呈弧形或 U形等结构, 在此不作限定。 通 过设置穿孔 5 , 因而使连接头 B更容易沿着易折槽 2处折断。 当然, 也可以不设 置穿孔 5 , 在此不做限定。
为了进一步降低连接头 B的易折槽 2处的强度, 还可以在易折槽 2的底壁上 开设通孔 21 , 其中通孔 21的数量可以为多个且沿着连接头 B的周向分布, 其可 以为圓孔或者方孔, 在此不作限定。
优选地, 为了便于沿着易折槽 2将连接头 B折断, 其中易折槽 2的底壁的厚 度为 0.08mm-0.12mm, 具体可以为 0.1mm。
在本实用新型的另一种实施例中, 同样连接头 B设置有沿其轴向延伸并贯 穿第一连接端 1和第二连接端 4的穿孔 5 , 并且第二连接端 4与第一连接端 1连接 处的内壁位置设置有凸起的环形端壁, 易折槽 2开设于所述端壁上。如此设置, 也可以使得连接头 B的易折槽 2处的强度明显降低, 便于折断。 其中环形端壁 向连接头 B的轴线凸起。 进一步地, 易折槽 2设置于端壁的远离第一连接端 1的 一侧, 即易折槽 2的口端朝向第二连接端 4。 当然易折槽 2的口端也可以朝向第 一连接端 1或者连接头 B的轴线, 在此不做限定。
另外,也可以在端壁和第一连接端 1与第二连接端 4连接处的外壁上同时开 设易折槽 2, 在此不做限定。
易折槽 2的整体形状可以为环形或者弧形,在此不做限定。 即易折槽 2的轴 线为弧线或者环形。
其中, 第二连接端 4与电子烟的雾化器 C可以为过盈配合, 即第二连接端 4 的直径大于雾化器 C的直径并且位于雾化器 C的内部, 实现过盈连接。 当然还 可以通过其他方式连接, 比如卡接, 在此不作限定。 所述第一连接端的与所述 第二连接端 4相连的端缘设置有环形的凸出的止挡部 3 , 通过所述止挡部 3止挡 所述第二连接端 4过度地插入雾化器 C中。
基于上述实施例中提供的连接头 B, 本实用新型还提供了一种电子烟, 包 括雾化器 C及与雾化器 C可拆卸连接的电池杆 A, 其中, 所述雾化器 C包括如上
述任一项所述的连接头^ 在本实施例中, 所述连接头 B的第二连接端 4固定在 雾化器 C上,并电连接至所述雾化器 C内的电热丝, 所述电池杆 A上设置有与所 述第一连接端 1对应的插槽 6 , 以及与所述卡接部 11对应的导向槽 7及卡接槽 8。 组装时所述雾化器的所述第二连接端 4通过所述卡接部 11沿着所述导向槽 7插 入预设距离, 然后旋转所述雾化器使所述卡接部 11扣入所述卡接槽 8内, 从而 使所述雾化器 C和电池杆 A可靠连接,并通过所述连接头 B实现所述电热丝与所 述电池杆 A内的电池电性连接。 可以理解的是, 所述连接头 B的所述第一连接 端 1可以设置为固定在所述电池杆 A上, 所述插槽 6设置在所述雾化器 C上。 所 述雾化器 C及所述电池杆 A的其余部分为现有技术, 在此不再贅述。
本实用新型实施例还提供了一种雾化器, 其用于与电池杆 A组合形成电子 烟, 所述雾化器的一端设置有用于与所述电池杆 A连接的连接头, 所述连接头 如上述中任一项所述的连接头, 由于上述的连接头具有上述技术效果, 因此该 雾化器也具有相应的技术效果, 在此不作限定。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是 与其他实施例的不同之处, 各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。 对所公开的实施例的上述说明,使本领域专业技术人员能够实现或使用本实用 新型。 对这些实施例的多种修改对本领域的专业技术人员来说将是显而易见 的, 本文中所定义的一般原理可以在不脱离本实用新型的精神或范围的情况 下, 在其它实施例中实现。 因此, 本实用新型将不会被限制于本文所示的这些 实施例, 而是要符合与本文所公开的原理和新颖特点相一致的最宽的范围。
Claims
1、 一种电子烟的连接头, 包括能够与电子烟的电池杆固定连接的第一连 接端 (1 )、 能够与电子烟的雾化器固定连接的第二连接端 (4 ), 其特征在于, 所述第一连接端 ( 1 )能够与电池杆可拆卸的卡接, 所述第一连接端( 1 )与第 二连接端 (4 ) 的连接处开设有沿所述连接头的周向设置的易折槽(2 )。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟的连接头,其特征在于, 所述易折槽(2 ) 开设于所述第一连接端 (1 ) 与第二连接端 (4 ) 的连接处的外壁上。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的电子烟的连接头, 其特征在于, 所述连接头设 置有沿其轴向延伸并贯穿所述第一连接端 ( 1 )与第二连接端(4 )的穿孔 ( 5 )。
4、根据权利要求 3所述的电子烟的连接头,其特征在于, 所述易折槽(2 ) 的底壁还开设有与所述穿孔(5 )相连通的通孔(21 )。
5、根据权利要求 3所述的电子烟的连接头,其特征在于, 所述易折槽(2 ) 的底壁的厚度为 0.08mm-0.12mm。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟的连接头, 其特征在于, 所述连接头设 置有沿其轴向延伸并贯穿所述第一连接端 ( 1 )与第二连接端(4 )的穿孔 ( 5 ), 所述第二连接端(4 )与第一连接端( 1 )连接处的内壁位置设置有凸起的环形 端壁, 所述易折槽(2 )设置于所述端壁上。
7、根据权利要求 6所述的电子烟的连接头,其特征在于, 所述易折槽(2 ) 设置于所述端壁的远离所述第一连接端 ( 1 ) 的一侧。
8、根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟的连接头,其特征在于, 所述易折槽(2 ) 整体为环形或者弧形。
9、 一种雾化器, 用于与电池杆组合形成电子烟, 所述雾化器的一端设置 有用于与所述电池杆连接的连接头, 其特征在于, 所述连接头如权利要求 1-8 任一项所述的连接头。
10、 一种电子烟, 包括雾化器及与所述雾化器可拆卸连接的电池杆, 其特 征在于, 所述雾化器和电池杆通过如权利要求 1-8任一项所述的连接头连接。
