因图 8所示的电子烟中, 储油棉 112的位置靠近吸烟端 13, 且该储油棉 112的中轴线上设置有烟雾通道, 使得储油棉 112内的烟液容易泄露到烟雾通 道内, 使得未经雾化的烟液也会被用户吸食。 同时, 此种结构的电子烟在小孩 将雾化组件 11端部的端盖取出后容易吸食到套管 111 内部的烟油, 因而造成 安全隐患。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种防油瓶脱落的电子烟, 包括:
电子烟本体;
所述电子烟本体包括雾化器、 油瓶、 转动装置和电池杆组件;
所述油瓶设置有第一旋转连接部;
所述转动装置设置有与所述第一旋转连接部相适配的第二旋转连接部; 所述转动装置的至少一端套设于所述雾化器内并与所述雾化器连接,且所 述转动装置可以相对所述雾化器转动, 其中, 所述雾化器还设置有供用户按压 所述转动装置的开口;
所述油瓶的第一旋转连接部与所述转动装置的第二旋转连接部连接,且所 述转动装置和所述油瓶可以相对所述雾化器转动;
所述电池杆组件用于给予所述雾化器供电。 可选的, 所述转动装置包括上半部和下半部;
所述上半部设置有用于与所述雾化器连接的第一连接部;
所述下半部设置有与所述第一旋转连接部相适配的第二旋转连接部。 可选的,所述转动装置的下半部外侧周向设置有与所述开口位置相对应的 防滑摩擦面。

所述电热丝组件设置在所述套管内用于雾化烟液, 产生烟雾。
可选的, 所述电子烟本体还包括吸烟端; 所述油瓶设置于所述电子烟本体 的远离所述吸烟端的一端。
可选的, 所述雾化器的两端分别与所述油瓶及所述电池杆组件连接, 所述 电池杆组件的远离雾化组件的一端设置有吸烟端。

从以上技术方案可以看出, 本实用新型实施例具有以下优点:
油瓶设置有第一旋转连接部;转动装置设置有与所述第一旋转连接部相适 配的第二旋转连接部; 所述转动装置与所述雾化器连接, 且所述转动装置可以 相对所述雾化器转动, 其中, 所述雾化器还设置有供用户按压所述转动装置的 开口; 所述油瓶的第一旋转连接部与所述转动装置的第二旋转连接部连接,且 所述转动装置和所述油瓶可以相对所述雾化器转动。 由此可知, 油瓶通过转动 装置与雾化器连接后, 油瓶与转动装置可以同时相对雾化器转动, 这样, 油瓶 在受到外力作用转动时,油瓶与转动装置同时转动,就不会从雾化器松脱下来, 从而避免油瓶的摔坏。 而需要将油瓶从雾化器拆卸下来时, 用户可以通过开口 按压转动装置抑制转动装置与油瓶同时转动,这样就可以把油瓶从雾化器拆卸 下来。 这样小孩不容易将油瓶拆卸下来, 当小孩转动油瓶时, 油瓶只是在雾化 器上自由转动不会卸下,避免了误食油瓶内的烟液。 而且用户在使用电子烟或 携带电子烟时, 油瓶不会从雾化组件松脱下来, 从而避免油瓶摔坏, 影响电子 烟的使用; 此外, 此种烟油瓶可拆卸添加烟油的结构, 可避免现有的电子烟添 加烟油过程中,因不慎或过量添加烟油而导致的烟油淹没烟雾通道而使雾化器 件无法雾化烟雾的情况。

下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方 案进行清楚、 完整地描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实 施例, 而不是全部的实施例。 基于本实用新型中的实施例, 本领域普通技术人 员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型 保护的范围。
本实用新型提供了一种防油瓶脱落的电子烟, 请参阅图 1, 并结合图 2所 示, 包括电子烟本体 100; 所述电子烟本体 100包括雾化器 101、 油瓶 103、 转动装置 102和电池杆组件 105; 所述油瓶 103设置有第一旋转连接部 201; 所述转动装置 102设置有与所述第一旋转连接部 201相适配的第二旋转连接部 202。 所述转动装置 102套设于所述雾化器 101内并与所述雾化器 101连接, 且所述转动装置 102可以相对所述雾化器 101转动, 其中, 所述雾化器 101 还设置有供用户按压所述转动装置 102的开口 503; 所述油瓶 103的第一旋转 连接部 201与所述转动装置 102的第二旋转连接部 202连接,且所述转动装置 102和所述油瓶 103可以相对所述雾化器 101转动。 所述电池杆组件 105用于 给予所述雾化器 101供电。 当然, 在其它实施例中, 所述转动装置 102可以设 置为一端套设于所述雾化器 101内, 而另一端延伸至所述雾化器 101外。
可以理解的是, 油瓶 103通过转动装置与雾化器 101 连接后, 油瓶 103 与转动装置 102可以同时相对雾化器 101转动, 这样, 油瓶 103在受到外力作 用转动时,油瓶 103与转动装置 102同时转动,就不会从雾化器 101松脱下来, 从而避免油瓶 103的摔坏。 而需要将油瓶 103从雾化器 101拆卸下来时, 用户 可以通过开口按压转动装置 102抑制油瓶 103与转动装置 102同时转动,这样 就可以把油瓶 103从雾化器 101拆卸下来。这样小孩不容易将油瓶 103拆卸下 来,当小孩转动油瓶 103时,油瓶 103只是在雾化器 101上自由转动不会卸下, 避免了误食油瓶内的烟液。 而且用户在使用电子烟或携带电子烟时, 油瓶不会 从雾化器 101松脱下来, 从而避免油瓶摔坏, 影响电子烟的使用; 此外, 此种 油瓶 103可拆卸添加烟油的结构, 可避免现有的电子烟添加烟油过程中, 因不 慎或过量添加烟油而导致的烟油淹没烟雾通道而使雾化器件无法雾化烟雾的 情况。
可以理解的是,所述转动装置 102与所述雾化器 101之间的连接部转动阻 力小于所述转动装置 102和所述油瓶 103旋转连接方式连接的转动阻力,可以 釆取增大旋转连接摩擦力,如釆取加大旋转连接深度, 或增加旋转连接间距等 等。还可以减小所述转动装置 102与所述雾化器 101之间的连接部转动阻力釆 用光滑柱面等方式, 具体方式这里不做限定。
在本实施例中,第一旋转连接部 201和第二旋转连接部 202可以釆用螺纹 方式连接, 也可以釆用卡扣方式连接, 具体的连接方式这里不做限定, 只要能 够保证所述油瓶 103与所述雾化器 101连接后可以相互转动,而且如果不按压 转动装置 102, 油瓶 103不能从雾化器 101卸下。
在本实施例中,请参阅图 3所示, 所述转动装置 102包括上半部 401和下 半部 402。 请参阅图 6所示, 所述上半部 401设置有用于与所述雾化器连接的 第一连接部 301; 所述下半部 402设置有与所述第一旋转连接部 201相适配的 第二旋转连接部 202。
可以理解的是,所述转动装置 102的上半部 401和下半部 402分割部可以 在所述转动装置 102中间,也可以在中间靠上或靠下。这里对分割部不做具体 限定, 只要所述上半部 401的第一连接部 301能够可以与所述雾化器连接, 并 可以相对转动。下半部 402设置的第二旋转连接部 202可以与所述第一旋转连 接部 201相适配, 保证能够与所述油瓶 103旋转连接。
在本实施例中,请参阅图 4所示, 所述雾化器 101还设置有能使用户按压 所述转动装置的开口 503。 雾化器 101外部设置有雾化套, 雾化套用于包裹保 护雾化器的部件。转动装置 102与雾化器 101连接后,也被包裹在雾化套内部。 所述止挡块 502压入转动装置 102后, 与雾化套在外观上成为一体,使雾化器 101的外观看上去更加整洁。由于转动装置 102包裹在雾化套中,在与油瓶 103 旋转连接时, 为了避免用户无法按压转动装置 102, 使其不与油瓶 103同时转 动。基于这种情况,在所述雾化器 101设置有能使用户按压所述转动装置的开 口 503。 开口的面积只要能够让用户按压转动装置 102, 防止其转动即可, 具 体面积不做限定。开口 503的位置在转动装置 102与雾化器 101连接后, 能够 露出摩擦面 501。 在雾化套可以设置至少一个所述开口 503, 最好为方向对称 两个开口 503。
在本实施例中, 所述转动装置的下半部 402 周向设置有用防滑的摩擦面 501, 请参阅图 3所示。 用户将油瓶 103与转动装置 102连接时, 为了防止转 动装置 102转动,需要按压转动装置 102,使油瓶 103能够与所述转动装置 102 旋转连接。可以理解的是,在所述下半部 402设置摩擦面 501可以增加摩擦力, 增加按压的摩擦力, 方便油瓶 103与转动装置 102的旋转连接。 所述摩擦面 501可以是条纹状、 或麻点状等等这里不做限定。
在本实施例中,摩擦面 501设置在所述转动装置的下半部 402周向,也可 以设置在上半部 401。 因为所述转动装置的下半部 402和上半部 401为一体结 构只要方便用户使用, 具体位置不做限定。 摩擦面 501 可以是在下半部 402 或上半部 401整个外圓周面, 可以是半个圓周面, 也可以分段设置, 具体设置 方式这里不做限定。
在本实施例中,所述雾化器 101设置有与所述第一连接部 301相适配连接 的第二连接部 302; 所述第一连接部 301为轴承; 所述第二连接部 302为空心 圓柱部件; 或所述第二连接部 302为轴承; 所述第一连接部 301为空心圓柱部 件。
在另一种实施例中, 所述雾化器 101 还包括设置在所述第一连接部 301 和第二连接部 302的硅胶圈; 所述硅胶圈用于防止连接部磨损。在连接部也可 以设置橡皮材料制作的橡皮圈, 减少连接部的磨损。 在本实施例中, 所述第二 连接部 302为由硅胶材料制成。
在本实施例中, 硅胶圈中间设置有凹槽, 第一连接部 301插入凹槽中, 可 以防止转动装置 102相对雾化器 101转动时脱落,或硅胶圈转动滑出连接部而 失去作用。
在本实施例中, 所述雾化器 101还包括止挡块 502; 请参阅图 6所示, 所 述转动装置收容在所述雾化器 101 内, 所述止挡块 502用于将所述转动装置 102压入所述雾化器 101内部。所述止挡块 502将转动装置 102压入雾化器 101 内部,使第一连接部 301与第二连接部 302连接。这里也可以先将第一连接部 301与第二连接部 302连接好以后, 再将止挡块 502压到转动装置 102, 使第 一、 第二连接部连接更为牢稳。
请参阅图 7,在另一种实施例中,所述油瓶的第一旋转连接部 201为凸柱; 所述转动装置的第二旋转连接部 202 为设置在所述转动装置的内壁面上呈 L 形的凹槽。
在本实施例中, 所述油瓶的第一旋转连接部 201为外螺纹; 所述转动装置 的第二旋转连接部 202为内螺纹;或所述油瓶的第一旋转连接部 201为内螺纹; 所述转动装置的第二旋转连接部 202为外螺纹。
在本实施例中, 所述雾化器 101 内部设置有按压开关 (图中未示出); 所 述按压开关用于所述转动装置 102与所述油瓶 103连接时, 阻止转动装置 102 转动。 所述按压开关设置有打开和关闭两个功能选项。 所述转动装置 102与所 述雾化器 101连接完成以后,按压开关选择打开状态时, 转动装置 102将不能 相对雾化器 101转动, 这时用户可以将油瓶 103与转动装置 102旋转连接。选 择打开状态时, 不需要按压摩擦面 501阻止转动装置 102转动。 而选择关闭状 态时,转动装置 102可以相对雾化器 101转动。用户在平时使用电子烟过程中, 将按压开关选择关闭状态, 能够防止油瓶 103脱落。 需要拆卸油瓶 103时, 选 择打开状态, 这样就能拆下油瓶 103.
在本实施例中,所述雾化器 101包括至少一端插设在所述油瓶内的用于雾 化烟油的雾化芯 40; 所述雾化芯 40包括套管 41、 雾化电极 42、 电热丝组件 43以及由吸油材料制成的烟油锁存件 44;所述烟油锁存件 44套设在所述套管 41内, 与所述套管 41的内周面相贴合用于将油瓶 103内的烟油输送给所述电 热丝组件 43雾化并用于将在油瓶 103倒立时, 防止烟液泄露, 其中, 所述烟 油锁存件 44还能够很好地避免烟油过度地输送给所述电热丝组件 43, 保证了 烟雾量的稳定性; 所述套管 41用于包裹所述烟油锁存 44件并起到保护作用; 所述雾化电极 42设置在所述套管 41一端, 用于所述电热丝组件 43与所述电 池杆组件 105导通, 使电池杆组件 105给所述电热丝组件 43供电; 所述电热 丝组件 43设置在所述套管 41内用于雾化烟液,产生烟雾。套管设置有导油孔 602可以让油瓶 103中的烟油迅速引导至雾化芯 40内部, 可以防止雾化器雾 化因没油而干烧, 产生有毒气体。 也防止损坏雾化器损坏。
所述导油孔 602在所述套管的设置分为四列,并均勾的排列在所述套管周 面上。 这里所述导油孔 602具体数量和排列方式不做限定, 所述分为四列, 并 均匀的排列在套管周面上为最佳效果。 其中, 所述雾化器不限于上述结构, 其 只要能够雾化烟油即可, 在此不作限定。
在本实施例中,所述油瓶 103设置于所述电子烟本体的远离所述吸烟端的 一端。 所述电子烟本体 100设置有电池杆组件 105, 所述雾化器的两端分别与 所述油瓶及所述电池杆组件 105连接,所述电池杆组件的远离雾化组件的一端 设置有吸烟端。 即油瓶 103设置的位置远离吸烟端,使得本实用新型所提供的 电子烟能够有效的防止用户吸食未经雾化的烟液。
在本实施例中,所述电子烟本体 100设置有用于给电子烟本体部件供电的 电池杆组件 105; 所述雾化器 101还设置有电池杆连接套 701;
所述电池杆组件 105设置有第三旋转连接部 802; 所述电池杆连接套 701设置有与所述第三旋转连接部 802相适配的第四旋 转连接部 801;
所述电池杆连接套 701与所述雾化器 101连接, 且所述电池杆连接套 701 可以相对所述雾化器 101转动;
所述电池杆组件的第三旋转连接部 802 与所述电池杆连接套的第四旋转 连接部 801连接,且所述电池杆连接套 701和所述电池杆组件 105可以相对所 述雾化器 101转动。
在本实施例中, 电子烟的电池杆组件 105与雾化器 101釆用旋转连接。 所 述电池杆连接套 701与所述雾化器 101连接,所述电池杆连接套 701可以相对 所述雾化器 101转动,所述电池杆连接套 701和电池杆组件 105通过旋转连接 的方式连接。其中电池杆连接套 701与所述雾化器 101之间的连接部转动阻力 小于电池杆连接套 701和电池杆组件 105旋转连接方式连接的转动阻力。也就 是说电池杆组件 105在受到外力作用时,所述电池杆连接套 701与所述雾化器 101之间的连接部更容易转动, 这样, 电池杆组件 105与电池杆连接套 701连 接好以后, 电池杆组件 105在受到外力作用转动时, 电池杆组件 105与电池杆 连接套 701相对于同时转动, 不会从雾化器 101松脱下来,从而避免影响电子 烟正常使用。
可以理解的是,所述电池杆连接套 701与所述雾化器 101之间的连接部转 动阻力小于电池杆连接套 701和电池杆组件 105旋转连接方式连接的转动阻 力, 可以釆取增大旋转连接摩擦力, 如釆取加大旋转连接深度, 或增加旋转连 接间距等等。还可以减小电池杆连接套 701与所述雾化器 101之间的连接部转 动阻力釆用光滑柱面等方式, 具体方式这里不做限定。 所述电池杆连接套 701 与所述雾化器 101之间的连接部可以釆取胀接、卡扣连接等等,这里不做限定。
在另一种实施例中, 所述雾化器 101还设置有阻止所述电池杆连接套 701 相对所述雾化器 101转动的按压部件。按压部件用于电池杆连接套 701和电池 杆组件 105连接时, 阻止电池杆连接套 701相对所述雾化器 101转动。按压部 件可以设置在电池杆连接套 701外部, 如前面所述的摩擦面 501, 也可以是设 置如前面所述的按压开关。
在本实施例中, 所述电池杆组件的第三旋转连接部 802为外螺纹; 所述电 池杆连接套的第四旋转连接部 801为内螺纹;或所述电池杆组件的第三旋转连 接部 802为内螺纹; 所述电池杆连接套的第四旋转连接部 801为外螺纹。 在另一种实施例中,所述雾化器 101还包括设置在电池杆连接套 701和所 述雾化器 101连接部的硅胶圈; 所述硅胶圈用于防止连接部磨损。在连接部也 可以设置橡皮材料制作的橡皮圈, 减少连接部的磨损。

所述转动装置( 102 )设置有与所述第一旋转连接部( 201 )相适配的第二 旋转连接部 (202);
所述转动装置( 102)的至少一端套设于所述雾化器( 101 ) 内并与所述雾 化器( 101 )连接, 且所述转动装置( 102)可以相对所述雾化器( 101 )转动, 其中,所述雾化器( 101 )还设置有供用户按压所述转动装置( 102 )的开口( 503 ); 所述油瓶(103) 的第一旋转连接部 (201)与所述转动装置 (102) 的第 二旋转连接部 (202)连接, 且所述转动装置 (102)和所述油瓶(103)可以 相对所述雾化器 (101)转动;

所述烟油锁存件(44)套设在所述套管(41) 内, 与所述套管(41)的内 油瓶倒立时, 防止烟液泄露;
所述套管 (41 )用于包裹所述烟油锁存件 (44 )并起到保护作用; 所述雾化电极( 42 )设置在所述套管( 41 )一端,用于所述电热丝组件( 43 ) 与所述电池杆组件( 105 )导通, 使电池杆组件( 105 )给所述电热丝组件( 43 ) 供电;
所述电热丝组件(43 )设置在所述套管(41 )内用于雾化烟液, 产生烟雾。
11、 根据权利要求 1所述的防油瓶脱落的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述电子烟本体 ( 100 )还包括吸烟端;
所述油瓶(103 )设置于所述电子烟本体的远离所述吸烟端的一端。
12、 根据权利要求 1所述的防油瓶脱落的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述雾化器( 101 )的两端分别与所述油瓶( 103 )及所述电池杆组件( 105 ) 连接, 所述电池杆组件 (105 ) 的远离雾化器(101 ) 的一端设置有吸烟端。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的防油瓶脱落的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述雾化器( 101 )还设置有电池杆连接套(701 );
所述电池杆组件(105 )设置有第三旋转连接部 (802 );
所述电池杆连接套( 701 )设置有与所述第三旋转连接部( 802 )相适配的 第四旋转连接部 ( 801 );
所述电池杆连接套(701 )与所述雾化器( 101 )连接, 且所述电池杆连接 套(701 )可以相对所述雾化器 ( 101 )转动;
所述电池杆组件的第三旋转连接部 (802 )与所述电池杆连接套的第四旋 转连接部( 801 )连接, 且所述电池杆连接套( 701 )和所述电池杆组件( 105 ) 可以相对所述雾化器( 101 )转动。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的防油瓶脱落的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述雾化器( 101 )设置有阻止所述电池杆连接套(701 )相对所述雾化器 ( 101 )转动的按压部件。
15、 根据权利要求 13所述的防油瓶脱落的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述电池杆组件的第三旋转连接部 (802 ) 为外螺纹;
所述电池杆连接套的第四旋转连接部 (801 ) 为内螺纹;
或,
所述电池杆组件的第三旋转连接部 (802 ) 为内螺纹; 所述电池杆连接套的第四旋转连接部 (801) 为外螺纹。
