Abstract
Description
以下、実施形態について添付図面を参照して説明する。実施形態に係る連結判定装置2は、別個のリールに巻き付けられているキャリアテープの連結が可能か否かを判定する。それぞれのリールには、複数の電子部品が所定間隔で収容されたキャリアテープが巻き付けられている。それぞれのリールは、例えばテープフィーダに組み込まれて、表面実装機における電子部品の供給に使用される。電子部品を全て消費せずに倉庫に戻された2つのリールのキャリアテープを連結することで、電子部品の残数が多い1つのリールを新たに用意することが可能となる。図1に示すように、連結判定装置2は、データ管理部4と、判定部6と、リール識別部8と、報知部10と、入力部12を備えている。
Claims (3)
- 複数の電子部品を所定間隔で収容しているキャリアテープであって、別個のリールに巻き付けられているキャリアテープの連結の可否を判定する装置であって、
データ管理部と、判定部を備えており、
データ管理部が、リールIDと、リールに巻き付けられたキャリアテープが収容している電子部品の種類と、リールに巻き付けられたキャリアテープが収容している電子部品の残数と、リールへの電子部品の巻き付け可能数を関連付けて記憶しており、
判定部が、2つのリールにおける電子部品の残数の合計が巻き取り側のリールの巻き付け可能数を超える場合に、キャリアテープの連結ができないと判定する、装置。 - 判定部が、2つのリールのどちらを巻き取り側のリールとしてもキャリアテープの連結が可能な場合に、電子部品の残数が多い方のリールを巻き取り側のリールとして提示する、請求項1の装置。
- 判定部が、まず2つのリールのうち電子部品の残数が多い方のリールを巻き取り側のリールとしてキャリアテープの連結の可否を判定し、キャリアテープの連結ができないと判定した場合に、電子部品の残数が少ない方のリールを巻き取り側のリールとしてキャリアテープの連結の可否を判定する、請求項1の装置。
