本发明涉及贾卡经编机上进行编织经编布的方法, 尤其涉及一种双色或多色提花经编布的形 成方法及其形成的经编布。
背景技术
随着市场的需求, 生活水平的提高, 市场上提倡轻便、 透气、 舒适、 健康、 环保的纺织面料; 同时, 还要求纺织面料时尚美观。 现有市场上已有一些成型的纺织面料, 但表面只能达到单 色效果, 要达到多种颜色效果则必须进行后续加工印花、 涂层或热压等工序, 操作复杂, 成 本高且不环保。
目前, 市面上的贾卡机虽然也可以穿两种以上材料的纱线进行编织, 编织得到的经编布 经染色后也有两种以上颜色。 但是, 由于现有工艺手段有限, 得到的两种以上颜色的经编布 颜色杂乱交错, 每种颜色无法形成独立的图案, 大大影响了经编布的美观。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足, 本发明的目的在于提供一种实现双色或多色、 轻便、 透气、 舒适、 健康、 环保和节能, 且成本低的双色或多色提花经编布的形成方法及其形成的经编布。 本发明的技术方案为: 一种双色或多色提花经编布的形成方法, 所述经编布在贾卡经编 机上进行编织, 所述形成方法包括以下步骤:
( 1 ) 采用电脑设计经编布的提花图案;
( 2 ) 编织准备: 所述经编机配置七把导纱梳栉, 从机前向机后排列依次为梳栉 GB1、 贾卡梳栉 JB2、 贾卡梳栉 JB3、 贾卡梳栉 JB4、 贾卡梳栉 JB5、 梳栉 GB6和梳栉 GB7, 其中:
A) 梳栉 GB1、 梳栉 GB6和梳栉 GB7采用全机号的导纱针块; 贾卡梳栉 JB2、 贾卡梳栉 JB3 、 贾卡梳栉 JB4和贾卡梳栉 JB5采用半机号的导纱针块;
B) 所述梳栉 GB1的针满穿纱线; 所述贾卡梳栉 JB2、 贾卡梳栉 JB3、 贾卡梳栉 JB4和贾 卡梳栉 JB5上的针均穿 238条纱线, 一半的针穿纱线一半的针未穿纱线, 穿纱线的针和未穿 纱线的针间隔设置; 所述梳栉 GB6 的针穿 5-476条线 (根据具体提花设计穿纱条数及方式, 设计图案位置在每个花型循环起点开始核算排列, 根据图案大小确认条数,也可以按 476 条 满穿方式采用经绒组织); 所述梳栉 GB7的针穿 5-476条线 (根据具体提花设计穿纱条数及方 式, 设计图案位置在每个花型循环起点开始核算排列, 根据图案大小确认条数,也可以按 476条满穿方式采用经绒组织);
C) 所述梳栉 GB1采用编链组织; 所述贾卡梳栉 JB2和贾卡梳栉 JB3采用相同的移针方法 和相同颜色的纱线, 所采用的移针方法为编链组织、 经平组织或经绒组织; 所述贾卡梳栉 JB4和贾卡梳栉 JB5采用相同的移针方法和相同颜色的纱线, 所采用的移针方法为编链组织、 经平组织或经绒组织; 所述梳栉 GB6和梳栉 GB7采用衬纬组织或经绒组织;
D) 所述的七把导纱梳栉一共穿两种材质以上的纱线;
( 3 ) 在贾卡经编机上输入参数, 上机编织, 得到预设图案的经编布。
本发明采用以上的形成方法, 配置七把导纱梳栉, 其中, 梳栉 GB1、 梳栉 GB6 和梳栉
GB7均为地梳, 贾卡梳栉 JB2、 贾卡梳栉 JB3、 贾卡梳栉 JB4和贾卡梳栉 JB5均为贾卡梳。
本发明采用以上的双色或多色提花经编布的形成方法制备的经编布可为双色或多色, 解 决现有技术中采用后加工实现经编布双色或多色而增加成本、 损耗、 环保、 物性、 品质等问 题, 实现形成的经编布可双色或多色、 轻便、 透气、 舒适、 健康、 环保、 节能。 其中, 贾卡梳栉 JB2、 贾卡梳栉 JB3、 贾卡梳栉 JB4、 贾卡梳栉 JB5上的针的穿纱都是 固定为一穿一空, 梳栉 GB1的针满穿纱线防止漏针, 梳栉 GB6和梳栉 GB7根据具体设计的花 盘和工艺确定穿纱数。
本发明通过四把贾卡梳栉 (贾卡梳栉 JB2、 贾卡梳栉 JB3、 贾卡梳栉 JB4、 贾卡梳栉 JB5 ) 提花的原理, 利用纱线延展线的覆盖作用形成两种以上颜色的布面效果。 本发明形成的经编 布既有不规则花型提花, 还具有不同花型间的不同颜色显示, 使经编布的布面花型复杂多变。 同时, 不同颜色相互组合形成了层次鲜明, 伸縮弹性区分的布面。
本发明所述的七把导纱梳栉一共穿两种材质以上的纱线, 所穿的纱线若未采用有色纤维, 则编织得到的经编布经染色后为两种颜色以上。 当所穿的纱线若未采用有色纤维, 在所述步 骤 (3 ) 之后, 还需要进行染色操作, 具体为: 将步骤 (3 ) 得到的编织布放入染缸中, 投入 相应款式色彩的染料和白色防污剂, 将染缸温度提高至 98-102 °C, 保温 1 个小时, 继续提 高染缸温度至 118_122°C, 保温 1 个小时, 再次提高染缸温度至 128_132°C, 保温 1个小时, 完成纱布染色。 本发明可采用以下的编织移针方法: 所述梳栉 GB1采用编链组织; 所述贾卡 梳栉 JB2和贾卡梳栉 JB3采用经平组织提花图案; 所述贾卡梳栉 JB4和贾卡梳栉 JB5采用编 链组织或经绒组织提花图案; 梳栉 GB6采用衬纬组织或经绒组织; 梳栉 GB7采用衬纬组织或 经绒组织。
本发明可采用第二种编织移针方法: 所述梳栉 GB1采用编链组织; 所述贾卡梳栉 JB2和 贾卡梳栉 JB3采用编链组织提花图案; 所述贾卡梳栉 JB4和贾卡梳栉 JB5采用经平组织或经 绒组织提花图案; 梳栉 GB6采用衬纬组织或经绒组织; 梳栉 GB7采用衬纬组织或经绒组织。
本发明还可采用第三种编织移针方法: 所述梳栉 GB1采用编链组织; 所述贾卡梳栉 JB2 和贾卡梳栉 JB3采用编链组织提花图案; 所述贾卡梳栉 JB4和贾卡梳栉 JB5采用编链组织提 花图案; 梳栉 GB6采用衬纬组织或经绒组织; 梳栉 GB7采用衬纬组织或经绒组织。

本发明中, 所述梳栉 GB1、 贾卡梳栉 JB2和贾卡梳栉 JB3穿的纱线为涤纶纤维、 锦纶纤 维、 有色纤维、 阳离子纤维、 涤锦复合丝或机械包覆纱; 所述贾卡梳栉 JB4和贾卡梳栉 JB5 穿的纱线为涤纶纤维、 锦纶纤维、 有色纤维、 阳离子纤维、 涤锦复合丝或机械包覆纱; 所述 梳栉 GB6穿的纱线为涤纶纤维、 锦纶纤维、 有色纤维、 阳离子纤维、 涤锦复合丝或机械包覆 纱 (若是有色纤维,可以不同颜色的纱同时整在盘头上,因纤维颜色不同可以区别开,不会产生 错穿); 所述梳栉 GB7 穿的纱线为涤纶纤维、 锦纶纤维、 有色纤维、 阳离子纤维、 涤锦复合 丝或机械包覆纱 (若是有色纤维,可以不同颜色的纱同时整在盘头上,因纤维颜色不同可以区 别开,不会产生错穿); 所述机械包覆纱为其外均匀缠绕有纤维长丝的芯丝氨纶。
本发明可以具体选择伸縮或不伸縮的布料进行编织, 形成具有弹性或无弹性的经编布。 本发明还提供一种由所述的双色或多色提花经编布的形成方法形成的经编布。
本发明采用贾卡经编机进行编织, 工艺简单, 编织得到的经编布具有双色或多色效果; 同时, 该双色或多色效果无需后处理操作。
本发明采用以上的双色或多色提花经编布的形成方法制备的经编布可为双色或多色, 且 每种颜色的纱线的单独形成提花等图案, 外形美观, 解决现有技术中采用后加工实现经编布 双色或多色而增加成本、 损耗、 环保、 物性、 品质等问题。 同时, 本发明采用七把以上的导 纱梳栉进行编织, 使形成的经编布既有不规则花型提花的功能, 又能达到不同花型间的不同 颜色显示, 使经编布的布面花型复杂多变, 不同颜色相互组合形成了层次鲜明, 伸縮弹性区 分的布面。

GB7均为地梳, 贾卡梳栉 JB2、 贾卡梳栉 JB3、 贾卡梳栉 JB4和贾卡梳栉 JB5均为贾卡梳。

( 2 ) 编织准备: 所述经编机配置七把导纱梳栉, 从机前向机后排列依次为梳栉 GB1、 贾卡梳栉 JB2、 贾卡梳栉 JB3、 贾卡梳栉 JB4、 贾卡梳栉 JB5、 梳栉 GB6和梳栉 GB7,, 本实 施例中, 不使用梳栉 GB7, 其中:
A) 梳栉 GB1、 梳栉 GB6和梳栉 GB7采用全机号的导纱针块; 贾卡梳栉 JB2、 贾卡梳栉 JB3 、 贾卡梳栉 JB4和贾卡梳栉 JB5采用半机号的导纱针块;

( 3 ) 在贾卡经编机上输入参数, 上机编织, 得到经编布; ( 4) 将步骤 (3 ) 得到的编织布放入染缸中, 投入相应款式色彩的染料和白色防污剂, 将染缸温度提高至 100°C, 保温 1 个小时, 继续提高染缸温度至 118°C, 保温 1 个小时, 再 次提高染缸温度至 130°C, 保温 1 个小时, 完成纱布染色。 在不同温度下, 不同纱线对对应 染料进行吃色, 并且在防止污染剂的作用下防止与相邻的其他纱线混染, 由此在一次染浴的 过程变可以完成三种颜色的染色。
本实施例所穿的纱线为三种材料, 所以经染色后得到三色提花经编布。
实施例 3
一种多色提花经编布的形成方法, 所述经编布在贾卡经编机上进行编织, 所述形成方法 包括以下步骤:
( 1 ) 采用电脑设计经编布的提花图案, 如图 3所示;
( 2 ) 编织准备: 所述经编机配置七把导纱梳栉, 从机前向机后排列依次为梳栉 GB1、 贾卡梳栉 JB2、 贾卡梳栉 JB3、 贾卡梳栉 JB4、 贾卡梳栉 JB5、 梳栉 GB6和梳栉 GB7, 其中:
A) 梳栉 GB1、 梳栉 GB6和梳栉 GB7采用全机号的导纱针块; 贾卡梳栉 JB2、 贾卡梳栉 JB3 、 贾卡梳栉 JB4和贾卡梳栉 JB5采用半机号的导纱针块;

1. 一种双色或多色提花经编布的形成方法, 其特征在于: 所述经编布在贾卡经编机上进行 编织, 所述形成方法包括以下步骤:
( 1 ) 采用电脑设计经编布的提花图案;
( 2 ) 编织准备: 所述经编机配置七把导纱梳栉, 从机前向机后排列依次为梳栉 GB1、 贾卡梳栉 JB2、 贾卡梳栉 JB3、 贾卡梳栉 JB4、 贾卡梳栉 JB5、 梳栉 GB6和梳栉 GB7, 其中:
A) 梳栉 GB1、 梳栉 GB6和梳栉 GB7采用全机号的导纱针块; 贾卡梳栉 JB2、 贾卡梳栉 JB3 、 贾卡梳栉 JB4和贾卡梳栉 JB5采用半机号的导纱针块;
B) 所述梳栉 GB1的针满穿纱线;
所述贾卡梳栉 JB2、 贾卡梳栉 JB3、 贾卡梳栉 JB4和贾卡梳栉 JB5上的针均穿 238条纱 线, 一半的针穿纱线一半的针未穿纱线, 穿纱线的针和未穿纱线的针间隔设置;
所述梳栉 GB6的针穿 5-476条线;
所述梳栉 GB7的针穿 5-476条线;
C) 所述梳栉 GB1采用编链组织;
所述贾卡梳栉 JB2和贾卡梳栉 JB3采用相同的移针方法和相同颜色的纱线, 所采用的移 针方法为编链组织、 经平组织或经绒组织;
所述贾卡梳栉 JB4和贾卡梳栉 JB5采用相同的移针方法和相同颜色的纱线, 所采用的移 针方法为编链组织、 经平组织或经绒组织;
所述梳栉 GB6和梳栉 GB7采用衬纬组织或经绒组织;
D) 所述的七把导纱梳栉一共穿两种材质以上的纱线;
( 3 ) 在贾卡经编机上输入参数, 上机编织, 得到预设图案的经编布。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的双色或多色提花经编布的形成方法, 其特征在于: 所述步骤 (3 ) 之后, 还包括染色步骤: 将步骤 (3 ) 得到的编织布放入染缸中, 投入相应款式色彩的染料 和白色防污剂, 将染缸温度提高至 98-102 °C, 保温 1 个小时, 继续提高染缸温度至 118- 122°C, 保温 1 个小时, 再次提高染缸温度至 128_132°C, 保温 1个小时, 完成纱布染色。
3. 根据权利要求 1 所述的双色或多色提花经编布的形成方法, 其特征在于: 所述梳栉 GB1 采用编链组织; 所述贾卡梳栉 JB2 和贾卡梳栉 JB3 采用经平组织提花图案; 所述贾卡梳栉 JB4和贾卡梳栉 JB5采用编链组织或经绒组织提花图案; 梳栉 GB6采用衬纬组织或经绒组织; 梳栉 GB7采用衬纬组织或经绒组织。
4. 根据权利要求 1 所述的双色或多色提花经编布的形成方法, 其特征在于: 所述梳栉 GB1 采用编链组织; 所述贾卡梳栉 JB2 和贾卡梳栉 JB3 采用编链组织提花图案; 所述贾卡梳栉 JB4和贾卡梳栉 JB5采用经平组织或经绒组织提花图案; 梳栉 GB6采用衬纬组织或经绒组织; 梳栉 GB7采用衬纬组织或经绒组织。

5. 根据权利要求 1 所述的双色或多色提花经编布的形成方法, 其特征在于: 所述梳栉 GB1 采用编链组织; 所述贾卡梳栉 JB2 和贾卡梳栉 JB3 采用编链组织提花图案; 所述贾卡梳栉 JB4和贾卡梳栉 JB5采用编链组织提花图案; 梳栉 GB6采用衬纬组织或经绒组织; 梳栉 GB7 采用衬纬组织或经绒组织。
6. 根据权利要求 1 所述的双色或多色提花经编布的形成方法, 其特征在于: 所述梳栉 GB1 采用编链组织; 所述贾卡梳栉 JB2 和贾卡梳栉 JB3 采用编链组织提花图案; 所述贾卡梳栉 JB4和贾卡梳栉 JB5采用编链组织提花图案; 梳栉 GB6采用衬纬组织或经绒组织; 梳栉 GB7 采用衬纬组织或经绒组织。
7. 根据权利要求 1 所述的双色或多色提花经编布的形成方法, 其特征在于: 所述梳栉 GB1、 贾卡梳栉 JB2和贾卡梳栉 JB3穿的纱线为涤纶纤维、 锦纶纤维、 有色纤维、 阳离子纤维、 涤 锦复合丝或机械包覆纱;
所述贾卡梳栉 JB4和贾卡梳栉 JB5穿的纱线为涤纶纤维、 锦纶纤维、 有色纤维、 阳离子 纤维、 涤锦复合丝或机械包覆纱;
所述梳栉 GB6穿的纱线为涤纶纤维、 锦纶纤维、 有色纤维、 阳离子纤维、 涤锦复合丝或 机械包覆纱;
所述梳栉 GB7穿的纱线为涤纶纤维、 锦纶纤维、 有色纤维、 阳离子纤维、 涤锦复合丝或 机械包覆纱;
所述机械包覆纱为其外均匀缠绕有纤维长丝的芯丝氨纶。
8. 一种如权利要求 1-7之一所述的双色或多色提花经编布的形成方法形成的经编布。
