Description

触摸屏 (touch screen)又称为 "触控屏", 是目前最筒单、 方便、 自然的一 种人机交互方式。它赋予了多媒体以崭新的面貌, 极大的方便了人们的生活, 是极富吸弓 ί力的全新多媒体交互设备。
触摸屏一般是在显示面板的表面贴附触摸面板(toueh pand )形成, 在贴 附时一般将整个触摸面板的表面均匀涂胶后黏贴到显示面板上, 但是这种贴 方式会造成在后续解析或重做 (rework ) 过程中, 难以将触摸面板从显示 面板的表面拆除, 并且拆除过程容易导致触摸面板或者显示面板破损。
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种拆除触摸面板的系统, 能够在不破 坏触摸面板和显示面板的情况下将触摸面板从显示面板上拆除。
为解决上述技术问题, 本发明的实施例提供技术方案如下:
一方面, 提供一种拆除触摸面板的系统, 用以将触摸面板丛显示面板上 拆除, 所述系统包括:
^于放置贴附有所述触摸面板的显示面板的承载装置;
^于对所述触摸面板和所述显示面板之间的贴合胶进行加热的加热装 置;

可选地, 所述切割装置固定在所述操作台上设置的第一升降杆上, 这样 可以根据触摸屏的型号和尺寸调整切割装置与操作台之间的距离, 使切割装 置的切割头正好位于显示面板和触摸面板之间; 所述热风枪固定在所述操作 台上设置的第二升降杆上, 这样可以根据触摸屏的型号和尺寸调整热风枪与 触摸屏之间的距离。
其中, 第二升降杆可以与第一升降杯为不同升降杯或为同一升降杆, 当 第二升降杼与第一升降杆为不同升降杆时,第二升降杆可以固定在操作台上, 热风枪固定在第二升降杆上的某一位置不动, 只需要调整热风枪的出风口使 其对准触摸面板即可。 当第二升降杆与第一升降杆为同一升降杆时, 热风枪 可以随切割装置一起移动。
可选地, 如图 1和图 3所示, 使用者可以通过手把 102将切割装置 103 放置在操作台上, 切割装置 103包括有能够产生预设温度的切割头, 通过切 割头切割贴合胶能够将触摸面板丛显示面板上拆除, 切割装置 103的切割头 能够在所述操作台上沿第一方向移动且沿第二方向进行传送的传送带, 所述第一方向与所述第二方向相垂直, 其中, 第一方向即是切割装置的切割 方向, 第二方向即是传送带的传送方向。 切割装置 103还包括齿轮及电机放 置模块 101,传送带由设置在齿轮及电机放置模块 101中的电机通过齿轮 106 带动;
设置在所述传送带表面、 能够产生预设温度的电阻丝 105。 在准备将触 摸面板从显示面板上拆除时, 对切割装置 103通电, 电阻丝 105将在电流的 作用下产生髙温, 配合触摸面板上方的热风枪, 使触摸面板和显示面板之间 固化的贴合胶迅速软化, 且电阻丝 105随传送带在水平平面内转动, 可以方 便快捷地将触摸面板拆除。 可选地, 为了防止电阻丝表面硬度过高而在工作工程中使显示面板和触 摸面板受损, 如图 4所示, 本发明将电阻丝设什为弧形电阻丝 107, 且在狐 形电阻丝表面添加一层耐热型树脂材料 108。 但是本发明的电阻丝并不局限 设计为弧形电阻丝, 也可以为圆形电阻丝、 三角形电阻丝、 矩形电阻丝、 不 规则电阻丝等。
可选地, 本发明的拆除触摸面板的系统还包括:
^于控制所述切割头的温度和所述热风枪所产生的热风的温度的控制装 置。 具体地, 控制装置可以通过控制流经电阻丝和热风枪的电流的大小来控 制切割头的温度和热风枪所产生的热风的温度, 具体地, 切割头的温度可以 控制为 50'Ό 100Ό, 热风枪所产生的热风的温度可以控制为 50Ό- 100'Ό , 在 实际工作中, 还可以根据触摸屏的情况随时调整切割头的温度以及热风枪所 产生的热风的温度。
可选地, 所述控制装置包括:
用于控制所述传送带的移动速度和传送速度的第一控制模块, 第一控制 模块可以通过控制传送带的移动速度控制触摸面板的拆除速度, 通过控制传 送带的传送速度控制电阻丝的水平移动速度。
可选地, 所述控制装置还包括:
控制所述热风枪与所述触摸面板之间距离的第二控制模块, 第二控制模 块可以根据触摸屏的型号和尺寸调整热风枪在第二升降杆上的位置, 从而调 整热风枪与触摸屏之间的距离;
控制所述切割装置与所述操作台之间距离的第三控制模块, 这样可以根 据触摸屏的型号和尺寸调整切割装置在第一升降杆上的位置, 从而调整切割 装置与操作台之间的距离, 使切割装置的切割头正好位于显示面板和触摸面 板之间。
下面结合图 6对本发明的拆除触摸面板的系统及其工作过程进行详细介 绍:
如图 6所示, 在操作台上设置有多个用于固定显示面板的真空吸盘 109, 在将触摸面板 111从显示面板 113上拆除时, 利用真空吸盘 109将显示面板 1 13 固定住; 切割装置固定在承载装置上的第一升降杯上, 控制装置可以通 过调整切割装置在第一升降杆上的位置调整切割头的位置, 使切割头正好位 于触摸面板 11】和显示面板 113之间, 其中, 狐形电阻丝固定在传送带表面, 水平放置, 头部向外; 热风枪 100固定在承载装置上的第二升降杆上, 第二 升降杯可以与第一升降杆是相同的升降杯, 也可以是不同的升降杆, 控制装 置可以通过调整热风枪】00在第二升降杆上的位置调整热风枪 100的位置, 使热风枪 100的出风口正对触摸面板 111和显示面板 113贴合的边缘位置, 其中 110为热风枪出风方向。
在拆除触摸面板的系统工作时, 首先控制热风枪 100吹出预设温度的热 风, 使触摸面板和显示面板之间固化的贴合胶软化, 之后将狐形电阻丝锥入 触摸面板和显示面板之间, 由于弧形电阻丝发热结合触摸面板上方的热风枪, 使得固化的贴合胶迅速软化, ϋ弧形电阻丝随齿轮在水平平面内转动, 可方 便快捷地将触摸面板拆除, 其中图 6中的箭头 112表示了齿轮移动方向。
另外在拆除触摸面板的系统工作时, 控制装置可以通过控制包括有电机 的滚轴及传送模块 115的传送速度来控制切割装置的切割速度, 丛而控制触 摸面板丛显示面板上拆除的速度, 其中图 6中的箭头 114表示了切割装置的 移动方向, 也就是切割装置的切割方向。
本发明提供了一种可快速拆除显示面板的表面上触摸面板的系统, 通过 对触摸面板和显示面板中间贴合胶加热的方法使贴合胶融化, 结合可移动的 发热型弧形电阻丝将软化的贴合胶割开, 通过控制装置控制触摸面板的拆除 速度, 从而在不破坏触摸面板和显示面板的情况下将触摸面板从显示面板上 拆除。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式, 应当指出, 对于本技术领域的普通 技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明所述原理的前提下, 还可以作出若干改进和 润饰, 这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims

1. 一种拆除触摸面板的系统, 用以将触摸面板从显示面板上拆除, 其特 征在于, 所述系统包括:
^于放置贴附有所述触摸面板的显示面板的承载装置;
^于对所述触摸面板和所述显示面板之间的贴合胶进行加热的加热装 置;
设置在所述承载装置上、 切割所述贴合胶从而将所述触摸面板从所述显 示面板上拆除的切割装置。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的拆除触摸面板的系统, 其特征在于, 所述加热 装置为能够产生预设温度的热风的热风枪, 所述热风枪的出风口对准所述触 摸面板。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的拆除触摸面板的系统, 其特征在于, 所述切割 装置包括有能够产生预设温度的切割头, 通过所述切割头切割所述贴合胶能 够将所述触摸面板从所述显示面板上拆除。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的拆除触摸面板的系统, 其特征在于, 所述承载 装置包括:
操作台;
设置在所述操作台上的多个用于固定所述显示面板的真空吸盘。
5. 根据权利要求 4所述的拆除触摸面板的系统, 其特征在于, 所述切割装置固定在所述操作台上设置的第一升降杆上;
所述热风枪固定在所述操作台上设置的第二升降杯上, 所述第二升降杯 与所述第一升降杆为不同升降杯或为同一升降杯。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的拆除触摸面板的系统, 其特征在于, 所述切割 头包括:
能够在所述操作台上沿第一方向移动且沿第二方向进行传送的传送带, 其中, 所述第一方向与所述第二方向相垂直;
设置在所述传送带表面、 能够产生预设温度的电阻丝。
7. 根据权利要求 6所述的拆除触摸面板的系统, 其特征在于, 所述切割 装置还包括齿轮及电机放置模块, 所述传送带由设置在所述齿轮及电机放置 模块中的电机通过齿轮带动。
8. 根据权利要求 6所述的拆除触摸面板的系统, 其特征在于, 所述电 ffi 丝表面覆盖有耐热型树脂材料。
9. 根据权利要求 6所述的拆除触摸面板的系统, 其特征在于, 所述电 ffi 丝为弧形电阻丝。
10. 根据权利要求 3 所述的拆除触摸面板的系统, 其特征在于, 所述系 统还包括:
^于控制所述切割头的温度和所述热风枪所产生的热风的温度的控制装 i
11, 根据权利要求 10所述的拆除触摸面板的系统, 其特征在于, 所述控 制装置包括:
用于控制所述传送带的移动速度和传送速度的第一控制模块。
12. 根据权利要求 11所述的拆除触摸面板的系统, 其特征在于, 所述控 制装置还包括:
通过控制所述热风枪在所述第二升降杆上的位置从而控制所述热风枪与 所述触摸面板之间距离的第二控制模块;
通过控制所述切割装置在所述第一升降杆上的位置从而控制所述切割装 置与所述操作台之间距离的第三控制模块。
13. 根据权利要求 10所述的拆除触摸面板的系统, 其特征在于, 所述切 割头的温度被所述控制装置控制为 50°C- 100Ό ; 所述热风枪所产生的热风的 温度被所述控制装置控制为 50Ό 100Ό。
