- 걸림쇠 돌출부가 형성된 제1막대부와 기둥 돌출부가 끝에 부착된 제2막대부가V자형태로 부착된 버튼의 기둥 돌출부를 누르면 볼펜 심이 케이스 구멍 밖으로 나오고 걸림쇠 돌출부를 누르면 볼펜 심이 케이스 구멍 안으로 들어가는 볼펜에 있어서제1 막대부와 제2막대부는 볼펜 케이스 면 쪽으로 치우쳐 분포하여 볼펜 심의 펜 촉 반대편 끝 단이 기둥 돌출부까지 들어갈 수 있는 빈 공간이 형성된 것을 특징으로하는 작은 볼펜
- 1항에 있어서V자형 버튼의 제1막대부와 제2막대부가 만나는 지점은 단면이 볼펜 심이 끼워지기 쉽도록 비스듬한 깔때기 형태인 것을 특징으로하는 작은 볼펜
- 1항에 있어서제2막대부의 기둥 돌출부 내부는 빈 공간이 형성되어서 그 안으로 볼펜 심 펜촉 반대편 끝 단이 들어갈 수 있는 것을 특징으로하는 작은 볼펜
- 3항에 있어서제2막대부의 기둥 돌출부의 제1막대부의 반대편 기둥의 옆면이 제거된 형태인 것을 특징으로하는 작은 볼펜
- 4항에 있어서볼펜 케이스는 걸림쇠 돌출부가 끼워지는 볼펜 케이스에 형성된 구멍의 반대편에 볼펜심이 끼워지고 배출될 수 있는 오목한 통로가 형성된 형태인 것을 특징으로하는 작은 볼펜
- 5항에 있어서제2막대부의 기둥 돌출부의 기둥의 윗면 안쪽에는 볼펜심이 끼워지는 볼록한 홈이 형성된 형태인 것을 특징으로하는 작은 볼펜
- 1항에 있어서 제2막대부는 2개의 막대를 포함하되 그 두 막대는 제1 막대의 걸림쇠 돌출부가 눌려지는 경우 제1막대가 움직이는 평면의 좌우측에 각각 형성된 것을 특징으로하는 작은 볼펜
- 7항에 있어서V자형 버튼의 제1막대부와 제2막대부가 만나는 지점은 단면이 볼펜 심이 끼워지기 쉽도록 비스듬한 깔때기 형태인 것을 특징으로하는 작은 볼펜
- 7항에 있어서제2막대부의 기둥 돌출부 내부는 빈 공간이 형성되어서 그 안으로 볼펜 심 펜촉 반대편 끝 단이 들어갈 수 있는 것을 특징으로하는 작은 볼펜
- 9항에 있어서제2막대부의 기둥 돌출부의 제1막대부의 반대편 기둥의 옆면이 제거된 형태인 것을 특징으로하는 작은 볼펜
- 10항에 있어서볼펜 케이스는 걸림쇠 돌출부가 끼워지는 볼펜 케이스에 형성된 구멍의 반대편에 볼펜심이 끼워지고 배출될 수 있는 오목한 통로가 형성된 형태인 것을 특징으로하는 작은 볼펜
- 11항에 있어서제2막대부의 기둥 돌출부의 기둥의 윗면 안쪽에는 볼펜심이 끼워지는 볼록한 홈이 형성된 형태인 것을 특징으로하는 작은 볼펜
- 버튼을 한번 누르면 볼펜 심이 케이스 구멍 밖으로 나오고다시 한번 상기 버튼을 누르면 볼펜 심이 케이스 구멍 안으로 들어가는 볼펜에 있어서볼펜 케이스 외부로 돌출된 누름 버튼부;상기 누름 버튼부 아래쪽 끝에 형성된 톱니 모양 요철에 맞물리는 요철이 형성된 회전부품을 포함하되 상기 회전 부품은 원통형이고 볼펜 심이 상기 원통 축 방향으로 관통할 수 있는 구멍이 형성되어있고볼펜 심에는 볼록한 홈이 형성되어 상기 회전 부품에 상기 볼록한 홈이 걸치는 것을 특징으로 하는 작은 볼펜
- 상기 13항에 있어서 상기 볼펜 심의 볼록한 홈과 상기 회전 부품 사이에 마찰을 줄일 수 있는 마찰 감소 수단이 끼워지는 것을 특징으로 하는 작은 볼펜
- 버튼을 한번 누르면 볼펜 심이 케이스 구멍 밖으로 나오고다시 한번 상기 버튼을 누르면 볼펜 심이 케이스 구멍 안으로 들어가는 볼펜에 있어서볼펜 케이스 외부로 돌출된 누름 버튼부;상기 누름 버튼부 아래쪽 끝에 형성된 톱니 모양 요철에 맞물리는 요철이 형성된 회전부품을 포함하되 상기 회전 부품은 원통형이고 볼펜 심이 상기 원통 축 방향으로 관통할 수 있는 구멍이 형성되어있고볼펜 심에는 스프링이 걸쳐지는 볼록한 홈의 스프링 반대편에 일 단이 걸쳐지는 연결수단이 끼워지고 상기 연결수단의 타단은 상기 회전 부품에 걸쳐지는 것을 특징으로 하는 작은 볼펜
- 상기 15항에 있어서상기 연결수단은 원통형 파이프 또는 다각형 파이프인 것을 특징으로하는 작은 볼펜
- 상기 13항 또는 15항중 어느 한 항에 있어서상기 누름 버튼부 내부는 볼펜 심이 들어갈 수 있는 공간이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 작은 볼펜
