Description
上記反応を速やかに進行させるためには、通常硬化触媒が用いられる。硬化触媒に求められる性能としては、湿気を遮断した密封下では、硬化性樹脂組成物がゲル化や粘度上昇を引き起こすことなく、安定に存在することが必要である。一方、被着体に塗布した際には、硬化性樹脂組成物が速やかに反応して硬化する必要がある。従来公知の硬化触媒としては、ジブチルスズビス(アセチルアセトナート)やジブチルスズジラウレート等の有機スズ系触媒が広く使用されているが、近年これら有機スズ化合物はその毒性が指摘されており、種々の硬化触媒が検討されてきた。例えば、有機スズ化合物以外の金属触媒(特許文献1、2)、酸触媒(特許文献3、4)、アミン系触媒(特許文献5)、及び三フッ化ホウ素系触媒(特許文献6)が提案されている。また、一液型硬化性樹脂組成物としての貯蔵安定性を向上させるため、アミンでブロックした酸触媒(特許文献7、8)も提案されている。更には、アミジンとスルホニル基を有する化合物を組み合わせたもの(特許文献9)、及びフッ化物とプロトン酸を組み合わせたもの(特許文献10)も提案されている。
1.(a)加水分解性シリル基を有する重合体と、(b)酸触媒と、(c)下記一般式(1)で表されるオニウム塩と、を含有することを特徴とする硬化性樹脂組成物。

2.上記(a)加水分解性シリル基を有する重合体の主鎖骨格が、オキシアルキレン系重合体、ビニル系重合体、ポリエステル系重合体、ポリウレタン系重合体、及びポリカーボネート系重合体からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種の重合体である上記1に記載の硬化性樹脂組成物。
3.上記(a)加水分解性シリル基を有する重合体の数平均分子量が、500~50000である上記1又は2に記載の硬化性樹脂組成物。
4.上記(b)酸触媒は、25℃におけるpKaが4以下の酸である上記1~3のいずれかに記載の硬化性樹脂組成物。
5.上記(b)酸触媒が、スルホン酸、塩酸、硝酸、リン酸、リン酸モノエステル、リン酸ジエステル、亜リン酸、亜リン酸エステル、次亜リン酸、ハロゲン化アルキルカルボン酸、及びハロゲン化アリールカルボン酸からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種の酸である上記1~4のいずれかに記載の硬化性樹脂組成物。
6.上記(b)酸触媒の含有量が、上記(a)加水分解性シリル基を有する重合体を100質量部とした場合に、0.002~2質量部である上記1~5のいずれかに記載の硬化性樹脂組成物。
7.上記(c)オニウム塩のカチオンが、第四級アンモニウムカチオン、イミダゾリウムカチオン、ピリジニウムカチオン、及び第三級スルホニウムカチオンからなる群より選択される少なくとも1種のオニウムカチオンである上記1~6のいずれかに記載の硬化性樹脂組成物。
8.上記(c)オニウム塩のアニオンが、硫酸水素アニオン、パーフルオロアルキルスルホン酸アニオン、及びビス(パーフルオロアルカンスルホニル)イミドアニオンからなる群より選択される少なくとも1種のアニオンである上記1~7のいずれかに記載の硬化性樹脂組成物。
9.上記(c)オニウム塩の含有量が、上記(a)加水分解性シリル基を有する重合体を100質量部とした場合に、0.005~10質量部である上記1~8のいずれかに記載の硬化性樹脂組成物。
本発明の硬化性樹脂組成物は、(a)加水分解性シリル基を有する重合体、(b)酸触媒、及び(c)一般式(1)で表されるオニウム塩を含有する硬化性樹脂組成物である。

なお、本発明における平均分子量は、ゲルパーミエーションクロマトグラフィー(以下「GPC」と略す)で測定した値である。GPC測定の際には、テトラヒドロフランを移動相として、ポリスチレンゲルカラムを使用し、分子量の値はポリスチレン換算値で求めた。
C+A- (1)

(b)酸触媒と(c)特定構造のオニウム塩以外の前記硬化触媒を併用させることにより、触媒活性が高くなり、深部硬化性、薄層硬化性、接着性等の改善が期待される。しかしながら、有機錫化合物を併用して使用する場合は、有機錫の配合量の増加に伴い、硬化性組成物の毒性が高くなる傾向があるため、有機錫化合物の添加量はできる限り少ないことが好ましい。他の硬化触媒の含有量は、上記(a)加水分解性シリル基を有する重合体100質量部に対して、0.01~10質量部であることが好ましく、0.1~5質量部であることがより好ましい。
1.評価方法
(1)硬化性
硬化性樹脂組成物を厚さ5mmの型枠に充填し、表面を平滑に整えた。23℃、60%RH下で静置後、当該組成物を指で押して、ゴム状になるまでの時間を硬化時間とした。
東機産業社製E型粘度計「RE550型」を用いて、25℃における硬化性樹脂組成物の粘度を測定した。
硬化性樹脂組成物2gをアルミチューブ容器に密封し、50℃で7日後の粘度を上記の方法で測定した。この粘度を、初期粘度と比較した。
(1)合成例1(メチルトリ-n-オクチルアンモニウムトリフルオロメタンスルホネート)
50mlナス型フラスコにメチルトリ-n-オクチルアンモニウムクロリド(試薬)4.041g(10.00mmol)、陰イオン交換樹脂(オルガノ社製、商品名「アンバーライトIRA900A OH AG」、強塩基型)13.2g(20mg当量)、トルエン25mlを仕込み、室温下で48時間攪拌した。イオン交換樹脂をろ別後、氷冷下でトリフルオロメタンスルホン酸1.501g(10.00mmol)を滴下した。氷浴を外し、室温下で更に12時間攪拌を続けた。これをイオン交換水25mlで3回洗浄し、更に無水硫酸ナトリウム上で乾燥後、減圧下で濃縮した。得られた残渣をメタノール25mlに溶解し、不溶物をろ別した。減圧下で溶媒を留去し、淡黄色半固体5.022g(オニウム塩A)を得た。
メチルトリ-n-オクチルアンモニウムクロリドに代えて、1-ブチル-3-メチルピリジニウムブロミド2.302g(10.00mmol)を用いた以外は合成例1に準じて合成し、淡黄色液体3.184g(オニウム塩B)を得た。
50mlナス型フラスコに1-ブチル-2,3-ジメチルイミダゾリウムクロリド1.887g(10.00mmol)、陰イオン交換樹脂アンバーライトIRA900A OH AG(オルガノ社製 強塩基型) 13.2g(20mg当量)、イオン交換水25mlを仕込み、室温下48時間攪拌した。イオン交換樹脂をろ別後、氷冷下49%硫酸水溶液2.002g(10.00mmol)を滴下した。氷浴を外し、室温下で更に12時間攪拌を続けた。トルエン25mlで洗浄、イオン交換樹脂で精製後、減圧下で濃縮した。得られた残渣をメタノール25mlに溶解し、不溶物をろ別した。減圧下で溶媒を留去し、淡黄色オイル2.203g(オニウム塩C)を得た。
実施例1
加水分解性シリル基を有する重合体としてサイリルSAT200(カネカ社製、商品名)に、メタンスルホン酸(キシダ化学社製試薬)220ppm、及びメチルトリ-n-オクチルアンモニウムトリフルオロメタンスルホネート2.53質量部(合成例1で合成したオニウム塩A)を配合し、室温(15~30℃)で10分間撹拌混合して、硬化性樹脂組成物を製造した。結果は表1のとおりである。
なお、表1及び3の酸触媒または触媒のうち、メタンスルホン酸(pKa:-0.6)、トリフルオロ酢酸(pKa:3.07)及び1,8-ジアザビシクロ[5,4,0]-7-ウンデセン(塩基触媒)はキシダ化学社製試薬を使用し、10-カンファースルホン酸(pKa:1.2)及びリン酸ジブチル(pKa:1.72)は東京化成工業社製試薬を使用した。また、オニウム塩のうち、合成したもの以外は東京化成工業社製試薬を使用した。
硬化性樹脂組成物に配合する加水分解性シリル基を有する重合体(カネカ社製サイリルシリーズ、表2)、酸触媒及びオニウム塩を表1及び3のように代えた以外は、実施例1と同様にして硬化性樹脂組成物を製造した。結果は表1及び3のとおりである。

- 上記(b)酸触媒が、スルホン酸、塩酸、硝酸、リン酸、リン酸モノエステル、リン酸ジエステル、亜リン酸、亜リン酸エステル、次亜リン酸、ハロゲン化アルキルカルボン酸、及びハロゲン化アリールカルボン酸からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種の酸である請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の硬化性樹脂組成物。
- 上記(b)酸触媒の含有量が、上記(a)加水分解性シリル基を有する重合体を100質量部とした場合に、0.002~2質量部である請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の硬化性樹脂組成物。
- 上記(c)オニウム塩のカチオンが、第四級アンモニウムカチオン、イミダゾリウムカチオン、ピリジニウムカチオン、及び第三級スルホニウムカチオンからなる群より選択される少なくとも1種のオニウムカチオンである請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の硬化性樹脂組成物。
- 上記(c)オニウム塩のアニオンが、硫酸水素アニオン、パーフルオロアルキルスルホン酸アニオン、及びビス(パーフルオロアルカンスルホニル)イミドアニオンからなる群より選択される少なくとも1種のアニオンである請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の硬化性樹脂組成物。
- 上記(c)オニウム塩の含有量が、上記(a)加水分解性シリル基を有する重合体を100質量部とした場合に、0.005~10質量部である請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の硬化性樹脂組成物。
