为实现上述目的,本发明提供了这样一种横刮式雨刮器,包括竖向设置在挡风玻璃表面并与挡风玻璃相接触的雨刮片、驱动所述雨刮片沿挡风玻璃表面作横向往复运动的动力装置、设于挡风玻璃上沿的上滑轨以及设于挡风玻璃下沿的下滑轨,所述雨刮片的上端与设于所述上滑轨上的上滑块连接,所述雨刮片的下端与设于所述下滑轨上的下滑块连接,其特征在于:所述上滑块以及所述下滑块分别与所述动力装置连接。
进一步地,所述动力装置为一个电机,其输出轴上设有两个动力轮,分别是驱动所述下滑块运动的第一动力轮和驱动所述上滑块运动的第二动力轮,所述第一动力轮通过第一传动带与所述下滑块固定连接,所述第二动力轮通过第二传动带与所述上滑块固定连接。

参见图1和图2所示,本实施例中的横刮式雨刮器主要由雨刮片1、上滑轨2、上滑块3、下滑轨4、下滑块5、电机6、导向松紧轮9和控制开关10组成。上滑轨2设在挡风玻璃0的上沿,本实施例中的上滑轨2为槽形滑轨。上滑块3设在上滑轨2上,并可沿上滑轨2横向自由滑动,如图3所示,本实施例中的上滑块3包括上滑块本体31,上滑块本体31的一端连接有第一滚轮32,另一端通过连接件33与雨刮片1的一端固定连接,第一滚轮32设在上滑轨2的槽中。下滑轨4设在挡风玻璃0的下沿,本实施例中的下滑轨4为槽形滑轨。下滑块5设在下滑轨4上,并可沿下滑轨4横向自由滑动,如图4所示,本实施例中的下滑块5包括下滑块本体51和弹簧54,弹簧54的一端与下滑块本体51固定连接,下滑块本体51的一端连接有第二滚轮52,第二滚轮52设在下滑轨4的槽中,下滑块本体51的另一端为连接部53,该连接部53的中部开有通底槽531,通底槽531中设有可沿该通底槽531滑动的滑杆532,滑杆532的下端与雨刮片1的下端固定连接,滑杆532的上端与弹簧54的另一端固定连接。连接在上滑块3和下滑块5上的雨刮片1竖向设置在挡风玻璃0表面并与挡风玻璃0紧贴,通底槽531、弹簧54的伸缩方向与雨刮片1在同一直线上。本实施例中采用电机6驱动雨刮片1沿挡风玻璃表面作横向往复运动,电机6的输出轴上设有第一动力轮61和第二动力轮62,第一动力轮61通过第一传动带7与下滑块5固定连接,第二动力轮62通过第二传动带8与上滑块3固定连接。当车辆使用的挡风玻璃的上沿和下沿的边长不一致时,第一动力轮61和第二动力轮62需使用不同直径的动力轮,其中,直径大的动力轮与设在挡风玻璃上沿和下沿中长边一端的滑块固定连接,直径小的动力轮与设在挡风玻璃上沿和下沿中短边一端的滑块固定连接。如当挡风玻璃0为如图1中所示的上沿短下沿长的形状时,直径大的动力轮与下滑块5固定连接,直径小的动力轮与上滑块3固定连接,两个动力轮的直径差取决于挡风玻璃上沿和下沿的边长差。在电机的驱动下,雨刮片可呈任意需要的角度横刮挡风玻璃。第一传动带7和第二传动带8上还设有用于导向和调节松紧度的导向松紧轮9。本实施例中的横刮式雨刮器还设有控制开关10,其作用是用来检测雨刮片1是否运动到挡风玻璃0的左沿或者右沿,并且当检测到雨刮片1运动到挡风玻璃0的左沿或者右沿时控制电机6反向转动。控制开关10的形制不限,例如可以是光感应开关、电感应开关、触控开关等可实现上述功能的机械开关,其可以设置在能够检测到雨刮片1运动到挡风玻璃0的左沿或者右沿的任何地方,最好是设置在滑轨中。本实施例中的电机、控制开关等电气元件与控制器11电连接。
为增加雨刮片1的韧性,延长其使用寿命,还可在雨刮片上增设加强筋(图未示)。本实施例中的横刮式雨刮器的下滑轨4上还设有覆盖其上的防尘装饰盖41,在起到防尘作用的同时还增加了该雨刮器的美观性。为了更好地防尘,还可在本实施例中的槽形滑轨的开口方向设置能自动复位的防尘胶片,该防尘胶片可以是分别设置在槽口两侧的两条相互配合的软性材料制成的胶条,这两条胶条相对着的边缘搭接在一起的,滑块与雨刮片连接的部位从两胶条的中间伸出。
当然,本实施例中的上滑块也可采用跟下滑块相同或者相类似的结构与雨刮片的上端活动连接;同样,本实施例中的下滑块也可采用跟上滑块相同或者相类似的结构与雨刮片的下端固定连接。另外,本实施例中的传动带可以是传动钢丝、传动绳、传动链等起传动作用的传动件。为了更好地控制雨刮片的运动,可为电机增设一个用于调节其输出动力的动力调节装置,如可以是减速齿轮箱等。
实施例2
参见图5所示,与实施例1所不同的是,本实施例中采用两个电机驱动雨刮片1的往复运动,分别是通过第一传动带7与下滑块5固定连接的第一电机63以及通过第二传动带8与上滑块3固定连接的第二电机64,并且同时为上滑块3和下滑块5分别设置了检测其运动位置的控制开关。当上滑块3运动到上滑轨2的左端或者右端时,检测其运动位置的对应控制开关控制第二电机64反向转动。当下滑块5运动到下滑轨4的左端或者右端时,检测其运动位置的对应控制开关控制第一电机63反向转动。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种横刮式雨刮器,包括竖向设置在挡风玻璃表面并与挡风玻璃相接触的雨刮片、驱动所述雨刮片沿挡风玻璃表面作横向往复运动的动力装置、设于挡风玻璃上沿的上滑轨以及设于挡风玻璃下沿的下滑轨,所述雨刮片的上端与设于所述上滑轨上的上滑块连接,所述雨刮片的下端与设于所述下滑轨上的下滑块连接,其特征在于:所述上滑块以及所述下滑块分别与所述动力装置连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的横刮式雨刮器,其特征在于:所述动力装置为一个电机,其输出轴上设有两个动力轮,分别是驱动所述下滑块运动的第一动力轮和驱动所述上滑块运动的第二动力轮,所述第一动力轮通过第一传动带与所述下滑块固定连接,所述第二动力轮通过第二传动带与所述上滑块固定连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的横刮式雨刮器,其特征在于:当挡风玻璃的上沿和下沿的边长不一致时,所述两个动力轮为直径不同的动力轮,其中,直径大的动力轮与设在挡风玻璃上沿和下沿中长边一端的滑块固定连接,直径小的动力轮与设在挡风玻璃上沿和下沿中短边一端的滑块固定连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的横刮式雨刮器,其特征在于:所述动力装置为两个电机,分别是驱动所述下滑块运动的第一电机和驱动所述上滑块运动的第二电机,所述第一电机通过第一传动带与所述下滑块固定连接,所述第二电机通过第二传动带与所述上滑块固定连接。
  5. 根据权利要求2、3或4所述的横刮式雨刮器,其特征在于:所述第一传动带和所述第二传动带上设有用于调节其松紧度的松紧轮以及用于引导方向的导向轮。
  6. 根据权利要求2、3或4所述的横刮式雨刮器,其特征在于:还包括当检测到所述雨刮片运动到挡风玻璃的左沿或者右沿时控制电机反转的控制开关。
  7. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的横刮式雨刮器,其特征在于:所述上滑块与所述下滑块中的任一个或者两者同时与所述雨刮片通过弹性件活动连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的横刮式雨刮器,其特征在于:所述下滑块设有一中部开有通底槽的连接部,所述通底槽中设有可沿该通底槽滑动的滑杆,所述滑杆的下端与所述雨刮片的下端固定连接,所述滑杆的上端连接有弹簧的一端,所述弹簧的另一端与所述下滑块固定连接,所述通底槽和所述弹簧的伸缩方向与所述雨刮片在同一直线上。
  9. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的横刮式雨刮器,其特征在于:还包括覆盖在所述下滑轨上的防尘装饰盖。
  10. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的横刮式雨刮器,其特征在于:所述雨刮片上设有加强筋。
