Claims (11)
- 천년초 발효물을 포함하는 역류성 식도염 또는 피부 질환 개선용 식품 또는 음료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 천년초 발효물이, 천년초를 누룩 또는 누룩 곰팡이를 이용해 발효시킨 것인, 식품 또는 음료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 천년초 발효물이,천년초 자체, 천년초 추출물, 또는 천년초 분쇄물에 감미료를 첨가하는 단계, 및상기 감미료 첨가된 천년초 자체, 천년초 추출물, 또는 천년초 분쇄물에 누룩 또는 누룩 곰팡이를 첨가하고 발효시키는 단계를 포함하는 제조 방법에 의해 제조된 것인, 식품 또는 음료 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 감미료가 적설탕 또는 갈색 설탕인, 식품 또는 음료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피부 질환이 아토피 피부 질환 또는 여드름인 식품 또는 음료 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 식품 또는 음료 조성물이 공복시 투여되는 식품 또는 음료 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 조성물 100ml를 기준으로 천년초 추출물이 0.01 내지 80 중량%로 함유된 식품 또는 음료 조성물 100ml를 1일 1회 또는 1일 2회 투여하는, 식품 또는 음료 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 식품 또는 음료 조성물이 방부제, 산미료, 향료, 교미제, 증점제 및 pH 조정제 중 하나 이상을 추가로 포함하는, 식품 또는 음료 조성물.
- 천년초 발효물을 포함하는 역류성 식도염 또는 피부 질환 치료용 의약 조성물.
- 천년초 발효물을 포함하는 역류성 식도염 또는 피부 질환 치료용 의약 조성물.
- 천년초 자체, 천년초 추출물, 또는 천년초 분쇄물을 누룩 또는 누룩 곰팡이를 이용해 발효시키는 것을 포함하는, 천년초 발효물의 제조 방법.
