下面结合附图对本实用新型一种折叠自行车走线结构做进一步详细说明。
实施例: 请参考图 1至图 4所示, 折叠自行车走线结构, 包括前车架、 后车架和用于 控制自行车行驶状态的控制线 1。 控制线 1 包括刹车线和变速线, 控制线 1也可为控制自 行车其他零部件的控制线。前车架包括前臂 2 ,前臂 1一端焊接或者铸造有前折叠接头 21 , 另一端焊接或铸造有头管。 后车架包括中臂 3和后叉 4; 中臂 3—端焊接或者铸造有后折 叠接头 31 , 另一端与中管以及后叉 4焊接连接, 且中臂 3的内腔和后叉 4的内腔相通, 或 者中臂 3的内腔和后叉 4的内腔依据走线的结构进行内腔结构相通的相应处理。 前车架和 后车架由前折叠接头 21和后折叠接头 31铰接折合成一体。 前折叠接头 21设有第一通孔 211 , 且第一通孔 211与前臂 2的内腔相通; 后折叠接头 31设有第二通孔 311且第二通孔 311与中臂 3的内腔相通。
前臂 1的一侧设有与前臂 1内腔相通的第一走线孔 7 , 第一走线孔 7套设有护线套 9。 第一走线孔 Ί也可设于前臂 1的其他位置, 如前臂 1底部或者前臂 2两侧均设有等。 中臂 3的管体内腔与后叉 4的内腔相通, 内腔的相通可以使得控制线 1穿设于后叉 4管体内, 走线隐蔽; 后叉 4包括左、 右后叉, 左、 右后叉的一侧均设有第二走线孔 8 , 且第二走线 孔 8均套设有护线套 9 , 第二走线孔 8设在后叉 4一侧有利于控制线 1的走线合理。 第二 走线孔 8也可设于后叉 4的其他位置, 如后叉 4侧边的顶端或者后叉 4的底端等。 本实施 例中, 第二走线孔 8也可设于中臂 3的底端, 走线具有隐蔽性, 如图 5所示。 护线套 9具 有防止控制线 1与第一走线孔 7或第二走线孔 8的磨损和相应固定控制线 1的作用。 护线 套 9中可以设有数个线孔, 以供控制线 1的走线.
第一通孔 211和第二通孔 311 固定穿设有护套 5 , 控制线 1 固定套设有卡止部 6, 卡 止部 6与护套 5穿设与第一通孔 211的一端对应限位设置, 对应限位设置是在控制线 1串 动时, 卡止部 6仅能与护套 5—端相抵或相应适当地远离设置在第一通孔 211的护套 5的 一端, 在控制线 1拉动时卡止部 6可以与护套一端相抵, 卡止控制线 1向后车架窜动。 本 实施例中卡止部 6为束紧带, 束紧带成本低, 安装操作简单, 卡止部 6还可以为其他卡止 件, 如铁丝缠紧固定和套环勒紧等。 护套 5具有固定部, 固定部与前折叠接头 21或后折 叠接头 31 固定连接。 本实施例中护套 5—端固定于第二通孔 311 中, 另一端穿设与第一 通孔 211中与卡止部 6对应设置, 如图 2所示; 或者护套 5—端固定于第一通孔 211中并 与卡止部 6对应设置, 另一端置于第二通孔 311中, 如图 4所示。
如图 1所示, 控制线 1一端穿设于护套 5和第二通孔 311及中臂 3的管体内腔和后叉 4的内腔, 最后伸出设于后叉 4上的走线孔 7的护线套 9与变速器和刹车器连接; 控制线 1的另一端穿设第一通孔 211及前臂 1内腔, 最后伸出设于前臂 2上的走线孔 7的护线套 9与控制器连接。 当控制线受到向后车架的拉力时,卡止部 6与护套 5穿设于第一通孔 211 中的一端相抵, 限制控制线 1往后车架窜动, 保持外露于后车架的控制线不超出原有设计 的控制线 1的安全长度, 使得控制线不易于与车轮擦挂, 或者在行驶中卡挂到其他的物体 絆倒自行车, 安全性高, 结构合理。 护套 5可以弯折, 在折叠时能发生形变, 利于折叠; 当车架折开时, 护套 5弯折, 由于护套 5固定穿设于第一通孔 211和第二通孔 311中, 其 位置保持固定, 且其两端始终分别穿设于第一通孔 211与第二通孔 311中, 因此不会发生 窜动而向外供出, 控制线 1穿设于护套 5中, 可以保护控制线 1 , 防止其磨损和导向控制 线 1只能沿着护套 5的管向窜动的作用。 本实施例的护套 5为弹簧管, 如图 3所示, 固定 部为弹簧管的尾端 10 , 并由螺钉将弹簧管的尾端 10固定于后折叠接头 31上。 另一种固定
方式是由螺钉固定弹簧管的尾端 10于前折叠接头 21上, 如图 4所示。 由于弹簧管具有一 定的弹性复位力, 因此当车架折开时, 弹簧管被弯折, 产生回复力, 当车架闭合时, 弹簧 管的回复力更利于弹簧管恢复原状, 更加不会向外供出而影响折叠。 护套 5也可以为其他 具有一定可弯折形变且具有弹性的管件, 如具有弹性的塑胶管等; 自行车折叠打开和闭合 时, 由于控制线 1穿设于护套 5中, 避免控制线 1与折叠接头相互摩擦, 可以起到防止控 制线 1的磨损; 也防止控制线 1在进行折叠时, 在折叠接头处的控制线 1因变长而向折叠 接头外拱出, 使得折叠接头不能折合, 提高折叠的顺畅性。

4、 根据权利要求 3 所述的折叠自行车走线结构, 其特征在于: 所述后车架包括中臂 ( 3 ), 所述第二走线孔( 8 )设于所述中臂( 3 ) 的底部。
5、 根据权利要求 3 所述的折叠自行车走线结构, 其特征在于: 所述后车架包括其内 腔与所述中臂 ( 3 ) 内腔相通的后叉( 4 ), 所述第二走线孔( 8 )设于所述所述后叉( 4 ) 的一侧。
6、根据权利要求 1-5任一项所述的折叠自行车走线结构, 其特征在于: 所述护套( 5 ) 为弹簧管, 所述卡止部 (6 ) 为束紧带。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的折叠自行车走线结构, 其特征在于: 所述第一走线孔(7 ) 和第二走线孔( 8 ) 均套设有护线套( 9 ), 且所述控制线 ( 1 ) 穿设于所述护线套( 9 )。
8、 根据权利要求 6 所述的折叠自行车走线结构, 其特征在于: 所述控制线 ( 1 ) 为 刹车线和变速线。
