- the base portion 93 is a portion of the base sheet 91 that overlaps the exterior sheet in a state where the fastening tape is developed.
- the extending portion 94 is a portion of the base sheet 91 that does not overlap the exterior sheet.
- the product longitudinal direction center of the extension part coincides with the product longitudinal direction center of the base part in the product longitudinal direction.
- the position of the fastening tape changes with the curvature of the rear waist elastic sheet 85, and the product longitudinal center of the extension is outside the product longitudinal center of the base. Located in.
- the state in which the members are overlapped is a concept including not only a state in which the members are directly overlapped but also a state in which the members are indirectly overlapped (a state in which other members are sandwiched therebetween).
- the target portion 95 is provided on the non-skin contact side surface of the exterior sheet 60 in the front waistline region.
- the target portion 95 is configured so that the engaging hook of the fastening tape is hooked, and functions as a loop of a hook and loop locking system.
- an air-through nonwoven fabric can be used as the target portion.
- a fiber nonwoven fabric made of a polyolefin-based thermoplastic synthetic resin fiber or a polyolefin-based thermoplastic synthetic resin film can be used.
- the loop attached to the target portion can be formed of a polyolefin-based thermoplastic synthetic resin.
- a non-woven fabric which is a bulky non-woven fabric and which is partly embossed to prevent fluffing on the non-woven fabric surface may be used.
- the exterior sheet 60 of the disposable diaper is formed of non-woven fabric, and the design indicating the attachment position of the fastening tape 90 is printed on the back sheet 60a or the non-skin contact side surface of the exterior sheet 60, or the design sheet is printed on the back sheet. It can also be set as the target portion by arranging it on the non-skin contact side of 60a or the exterior sheet 60.
- the wearing assistant When wearing a disposable diaper, the wearing assistant pulls the fastening tape in the rear waist area toward the front waist area. The wearing assistant attaches the fastening tape to the target portion in a state where the fastening tape is drawn to the front waistline region.
- the manufacturing method of a disposable diaper includes at least a component forming process, a component placing process, a leg-hole forming process, and a cutting process.
- the manufacturing method of a disposable diaper manufactures the continuous body in which the disposable diaper is continuous in the product longitudinal direction, and cuts the continuous body into the size of one product along the product width direction W. Produce diapers.
- the components constituting the disposable diaper are formed.
- the absorbent core 40a is molded by laminating absorbent materials.
- the waist elastic sheet On the continuous web constituting the back sheet, the waist elastic sheet, other webs such as the continuous web constituting the top sheet, the absorbent body, the leg elastic part 75, the auxiliary elastic part 77, etc.
- the components constituting the disposable diaper 10 are placed.
- the waist elastic sheet is a state in which the front waist elastic sheet 86 of any disposable diaper and the rear waist elastic sheet 85 of the disposable diaper adjacent to the arbitrary disposable diaper are integrated. Hold both ends of the elastic sheet (the part that will be the outer edge in the product width direction when molded into a disposable diaper) with suction means, etc., and extend the elastic sheet in the product width direction of the disposable diaper to continue Affix on the web. Since the stretchable sheet is stretched in a state where both ends of the stretchable sheet are held, both ends of the stretchable sheet hardly stretch. The elongation rate in the product width direction of both ends of the stretchable sheet is lower than the elongation rate in the product width direction of the region between the both ends.
- the region where the waist elastic sheet of the disposable diaper is arranged.
- the center of the product width direction of the area where the waist elastic sheet is arranged is the central area
- the end part of the product width direction of the area where the waist elastic sheet is arranged is the side area.
- the region between the side region and the side region is defined as an intermediate region
- the relationship between the elongation rate is as follows: elongation rate in the product width direction of the central region> elongation rate in the product width direction of the intermediate region> elongation rate in the product width direction of the side region .
- the elongation rate in the product width direction of the central region can be 1.4 to 1.8.
- the expansion rate in the product width direction of the side region is set lower than the expansion rate in the product width direction of the central region, and can be 1.0 to 1.1 times.
- the expansion rate in the product width direction of the intermediate region is set lower than the expansion rate in the product width direction of the central region and higher than the expansion rate of the side region, and may be 1.2 to 1.3 times. it can.
- the side region may be a region where the expansion rate in the product width direction is 1.0 times and the side region does not substantially extend.
- the stretchable sheet stretched in the product width direction enters into the product longitudinal direction.
- the product width direction center of the stretchable sheet has a width. Therefore, in the stretchable stretch sheet, the length in the product longitudinal direction at the center in the product width direction is shorter than the length in the product longitudinal direction at the end in the product width direction.
- the stretchable sheet affixed in a state where the width is included is a rear end portion and a rear waist stretchable portion of the front waist stretchable sheet corresponding to the end portion in the product longitudinal direction of the stretchable sheet.
- the front end of the sheet has a curved shape in which the center in the width direction is recessed from the outside in the width direction.
- the top sheet 50, the exterior sheet 60, and the back sheet 60a are cut.
- the front end 77F of the auxiliary telescopic part 77 is cut, and the leg opening 35 is formed around the wearer's leg.
- the continuous body in which the top sheet 50, the back sheet 60a, the absorber 40, and the like are arranged is cut into a product size along the product width direction W. Thereby, the disposable diaper 10 is manufactured.
- the stretched state of the waist stretchable sheet and the leg stretchable portion provided in the disposable diaper is released, and a natural state is obtained.
- the waist stretchable sheet that is in the width state at the time of expansion is deformed so as to return to the state before the width is entered. Therefore, although the rear side edge part of the rear side waist elastic sheet and the front side edge part of the front side waist elastic sheet were linear in the expansion
- the front side edge part of a front waist elastic sheet shrinks rather than the rear side edge part of a front waist elastic sheet, and the back side of a rear waist elastic sheet
- the end portion contracts more than the front end portion of the rear waist elastic sheet.
- the front end of the front waist stretchable sheet is farther from the absorbent core 40a than the rear end of the front waist stretchable sheet and contracts because the rigidity of the absorbent core 40a is not affected.
- the rear end portion of the rear waist elastic sheet is farther from the absorbent core 40a than the front end portion of the rear waist elastic sheet, and contracts because the rigidity of the absorbent core 40a is not affected.
- the front end of the front waist elastic sheet contracts more than the rear end of the front waist elastic sheet so that the center of the front end of the disposable diaper is in the product width direction outside of the front end of the disposable diaper. It becomes a curved shape that is recessed more inward in the product longitudinal direction.
- the center in the product width direction of the rear end of the disposable diaper is the rear side of the disposable diaper. It becomes a curved shape which is dented in the product longitudinal direction inner side rather than the product width direction outer side of an edge part.
- a part of the rear waist elastic sheet 85 overlaps with the waistline holding part. Therefore, it can suppress that the area
- the thickness (natural state) of the portion where the waist elastic sheet of the disposable diaper of this embodiment is arranged is about 1.5 mm to 3.0 mm, and the thickness of the portion where the absorbent core is arranged is 3.5.
- the thickness of the product longitudinal direction end portion of the disposable diaper (the portion where the back sheet is not disposed) is about 1.0 mm to 2.0 mm.
- the front waist elastic sheet 86 is disposed adjacent to the front end of the absorbent core 40a, and a region where the thickness is increased by the front waist elastic sheet and a region where the thickness is increased by the absorbent core 40a are adjacent. . Therefore, the thickness of the disposable diaper can be smoothly changed even in the front waistline region, and an appearance like underwear can be realized.
- the front end 60aF of the backsheet is located between the front end 10F of the disposable diaper and the front end of the absorbent core 40a, and the back end 60aR of the backsheet is a rear end of the disposable diaper. It is located between the rear end portion of the absorbent core 40a. In the region between the absorbent core 40a and the product longitudinal end of the disposable diaper, a change in thickness depending on the presence or absence of a backsheet can be provided, and the thickness can be changed more smoothly.
- the rear end 86R of the front waist elastic sheet 86 is disposed adjacent to the front end of the target portion, and the front waist elastic sheet 86 where the front waist elastic sheet and the target portion do not overlap each other is a natural disposable diaper. Shrink in state.
- the target portion 95 is a portion necessary for fixing the fastening tape. When the portion is contracted, wrinkles are generated, and the fastening tape is not sufficiently engaged (joined). Further, in general, the fastening tape portion uses a sheet having a high basis weight or a high rigidity as compared with other sheets (top sheet, back sheet, etc.) of the disposable diaper.
- the target part to which the fastening tape is fastened is contracted, an impression with a feeling of the fastening tape or a foreign object tends to be obtained. Therefore, it is preferable to arrange the front waist elastic sheet and the target part adjacent to each other without overlapping the front waist elastic sheet and the target part.
- the top sheet having a high basis weight portion and a low basis weight portion is arranged in a range from at least a region where the waist elastic sheet is arranged to a product longitudinal direction end portion of the disposable diaper.
- the state arranged at least from the region where the waist elastic sheet is arranged to the end of the disposable diaper in the longitudinal direction of the product means that the rear waist elastic sheet covers the disposable diaper from the rear waist elastic sheet. It is the state arrange
- the portion where the top sheet is arranged is likely to be bulky, and it is easy to realize a feeling of thickness while maintaining a flexible state. As a result, it can be made the state which does not make the difference of thickness more felt from the product longitudinal direction edge part of an absorber to the product longitudinal direction edge part of a disposable diaper.
- At least one of the top sheet and the exterior sheet is constituted by a non-woven sheet having no heat-bonding point by point or line embossing, or a non-woven sheet having an area ratio of 5% to 15% of point or line embossing.
- the top sheet and the exterior sheet made of such a nonwoven fabric sheet have a high degree of freedom of fibers in a portion where no heat fusion point is formed and a portion where no emboss is formed. Therefore, the part with a high degree of freedom of the fiber tends to be bulky in a natural state. As a result, it can be made the state which does not make the difference of thickness more felt from the product longitudinal direction edge part of an absorber to the product longitudinal direction edge part of a disposable diaper.
- the waist stretchable sheet is joined to a sheet disposed with the waist stretchable sheet interposed therebetween via an adhesive, and the adhesive is intermittently applied, so that there are few joint points of the sheet.
- the product thickness at the non-bonded portion becomes large and the flexibility is high.
- the thickness of the product longitudinal direction end of the absorbent core is smaller than the thickness of the absorbent core in the product longitudinal direction center.
- the thickness gradually changes from the crotch part of the disposable diaper toward the product longitudinal end of the absorbent body, and further from the product longitudinal end of the absorbent body toward the product longitudinal end of the disposable diaper. The user becomes more difficult to feel the level difference of the disposable diaper.
- the front waist elastic sheet may be arranged so as to overlap the front end of the absorbent core 40a.
- the front side end portion of the backsheet may extend to the front side end portion of the disposable diaper, or may be the rear side of the front end portion of the absorbent core.
- the back side edge part of a back sheet may extend to the back side edge part of a disposable diaper, and may be a front side rather than the back side edge part of an absorptive core.
- the length in the product longitudinal direction of the side region may be the same as the length in the product longitudinal direction of the central region, or may be shorter than the length of the central region in the product longitudinal direction.
- the rear end portion of the front waist elastic sheet may be disposed so as to overlap the front end portion of the target portion.
- the back sheet may be provided with a design that is visible from the non-skin contact surface side of the disposable diaper.
- the pattern may be formed by printing, or may be formed by any one of embossing, heat welding, and ultrasonic sealing.
- the symbol is placed in the area that overlaps the absorptive core.
- the design is not disposed between the front end of the disposable diaper and the front end of the absorbent core, and is disposed between the rear end of the disposable diaper and the rear end of the absorbent core.
- a design is not arranged at a position from the waist part and where there is no absorbent core and the skin color of the wearer is easily transmitted. Therefore, it is possible to give the impression of recalling around the waist of the underwear.
- the top sheet may not be constituted by a non-woven sheet having alternately high and low weight parts in the product width direction.
- the top sheet may not be constituted by a non-woven sheet having no heat-bonding points due to dots or line embossing, and the non-woven sheet having an area ratio of points or line embossing of 5% to 15%. It may not be constituted by.
- the exterior sheet does not have to be constituted by a non-woven sheet having no heat-bonding point by point or line embossing, and is constituted by a non-woven sheet having an area ratio of point or line embossing of 5% to 15%. It does not have to be.
- the adhesive that joins the waist stretchable sheet and the sheet sandwiching the waist stretchable sheet may not be intermittently disposed but may be disposed on the entire surface.
- the thickness of the product longitudinal direction end part of an absorptive core may be the same as the thickness of the product longitudinal direction center of an absorptive core, and is thicker than the thickness of the product longitudinal direction center of an absorptive core. Also good.
- Disposable diapers that can suppress dissatisfaction with the burden on the skin and dissatisfaction with the appearance can be provided.
