Abstract
Description
で表される構造部位(a-2)とを、モル比[(a-1)/(a-2)]が45/55~60/40となる割合で有しており、かつ、前記ポリオール化合物(b)が芳香族炭化水素骨格を有するものであるウレタン(メタ)アクリレート樹脂(A)、及び重合性希釈剤(B)を必須成分とすることを特徴とする光硬化性樹脂組成物を提供するものである。
で表される構造部位(a-2)とを、モル比[(a-1)/(a-2)]が45/55~60/40となる割合で併有しており、かつ、前記ポリオール化合物(b)が芳香族炭化水素骨格を有するものである。本発明では、上記のようにウレタン(メタ)アクリレート樹脂(A)の樹脂構造中に前記構造部位(a-1)と、前記構造部位(a-2)とをモル比[(a-1)/(a-2)]が45/55~60/40となる割合で存在させ、加えて、前記ポリオール化合物(b)に由来する構造部位が芳香族炭化水素骨格を有することから、極めて高い芳香属性を有し、高屈折率を実現させながらも、低粘度の光硬化性樹脂組成物を調整することが可能となる。通常、このような芳香属性の高い樹脂は結晶性が高くなるか、或いは高粘度材料となり、微細な凹凸形状を有する光学シート成形は困難であるところ、本発明において結晶性を抑え、かつ高屈折率の材料となる点は特筆すべき点である。
撹拌機、ガス導入管、コンデンサー、及び温度計を備えた5リットルのフラスコに、トリレンジイソシアネート174.2g(1モル)、4,4’-ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート250.3g(1モル)、ベンジルアクリレート421g、3,5-ジターシャリブチル-4-ヒドロキシトルエン2000ppm、メチルハイドロキノン200ppm、オクタン酸スズ350ppmを加え、2-ヒドロキシエチルアクリレート232.2g(2モル)を徐々に滴下し、次いで、80℃に昇温、2時間反応させた。次いで、ビスフェノールAのエチレンオキサイド2モル付加物325.2g(1モル)を1時間にわたって分割投入した。
全量投入後、80℃で4時間反応させた、イソシアネート基を示す2250cm-1の赤外吸収スペクトルが消失するまで反応を行い、ウレタンアクリレート樹脂組成物(a-1)を得た。
原料モノマー組成、得られたウレタンアクリレート樹脂組成物(a-1)の屈折率、粘度を表1に示す。
撹拌機、ガス導入管、コンデンサー、及び温度計を備えた5リットルのフラスコに、トリレンジイソシアネート174.2g(1モル)、4,4′-ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート250.3g(1モル)、2-フェニルフェノキシエチルアクリレート750g、3,5-ジターシャリブチル-4-ヒドロキシトルエン2000ppm、メチルハイドロキノン200ppm、オクタン酸スズ350ppmを加え、カプロラクトン2変性ヒドロキシエチルアクリレート688.8g(2モル)を徐々に滴下し、次いで、80℃に昇温、2時間反応させた。次いで、ビスフェノールAのエチレンオキサイド2モル付加物325.2g(1モル)を1時間にわたって分割投入した。
全量投入後、80℃で4時間反応させた、イソシアネート基を示す2250cm-1の赤外吸収スペクトルが消失するまで反応を行い、ウレタンアクリレート樹脂組成物(a-1)を得た。

撹拌機、ガス導入管、コンデンサー、及び温度計を備えた5リットルのフラスコに、トリレンジイソシアネート348.4g(2モル)、2-フェニルフェノキシエチルアクリレート905g、3,5-ジターシャリブチル-4-ヒドロキシトルエン2000ppm、メチルハイドロキノン200ppm、オクタン酸スズ350ppmを加え、2-ヒドロキシエチルアクリレート232.2g(1モル)を徐々に滴下し、次いで、80℃に昇温、2時間反応させた。次いで、ビスフェノールAのエチレンオキサイド2モル付加物325.2g(1モル)を1時間にわたって分割投入した。
全量投入後、80℃で4時間反応させた、イソシアネート基を示す2250cm-1の赤外吸収スペクトルが消失するまで反応を行い、ウレタンアクリレート樹脂組成物(a-4)を得た。
原料モノマー組成、得られたウレタンアクリレート樹脂組成物(a-4)の屈折率、粘度を表1に示す。
撹拌機、ガス導入管、コンデンサー、及び温度計を備えた5リットルのフラスコに、トリレンジイソシアネート348.4g(2モル)、2-フェニルフェノキシエチルアクリレート289g、3,5-ジターシャリブチル-4-ヒドロキシトルエン2000ppm、メチルハイドロキノン200ppm、オクタン酸スズ350ppmを加え、カプロラクトン2変性ヒドロキシエチルアクリレート917g(2モル)を徐々に滴下し、次いで、80℃に昇温、2時間反応させた。次いで、ビスフェノールAのエチレンオキサイド2モル付加物325.2g(1モル)を1時間にわたって分割投入した。
全量投入後、80℃で4時間反応させた、イソシアネート基を示す2250cm-1の赤外吸収スペクトルが消失するまで反応を行い、ウレタンアクリレート樹脂組成物(a-5)を得た。

撹拌機、ガス導入管、コンデンサー、及び温度計を備えた5リットルのフラスコに、トリレンジイソシアネート78.1g(0.5モル)、4,4’-ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート375.5g(1.5モル)、ベンジルアクリレート337g、3,5-ジターシャリブチル-4-ヒドロキシトルエン2000ppm、メチルハイドロキノン200ppm、オクタン酸スズ350ppmを加え、2-ヒドロキシエチルアクリレート232.2g(2モル)を徐々に滴下し、次いで、80℃に昇温、2時間反応させた。次いで、ビスフェノールAのエチレンオキサイド2モル付加物325.2g(1モル)を1時間にわたって分割投入した。
全量投入後、80℃で4時間反応させた、イソシアネート基を示す2250cm-1の赤外吸収スペクトルが消失するまで反応を行い、ウレタンアクリレート樹脂組成物(a-6)を得た。得られたウレタンアクリレート樹脂組成物(a-6)は結晶化した状態であった。
原料モノマー組成、ウレタンアクリレート樹脂組成物(a-6)の屈折率を表1に示す。
撹拌機、ガス導入管、コンデンサー、及び温度計を備えた5リットルのフラスコに、トリレンジイソシアネート139.4g(0.8モル)、4,4’-ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート300.4g(1.2モル)、ベンジルアクリレート399g、3,5-ジターシャリブチル-4-ヒドロキシトルエン2000ppm、メチルハイドロキノン200ppm、オクタン酸スズ350ppmを加え、2-ヒドロキシエチルアクリレート232.2g(2モル)を徐々に滴下し、次いで、80℃に昇温、2時間反応させた。次いで、ビスフェノールAのエチレンオキサイド2モル付加物325.2g(1モル)を1時間にわたって分割投入した。
全量投入後、80℃で4時間反応させた、イソシアネート基を示す2250cm-1の赤外吸収スペクトルが消失するまで反応を行い、ウレタンアクリレート樹脂組成物(a-7)を得た。得られたウレタンアクリレート樹脂組成物(a-7)は結晶化した状態であった。
原料モノマー組成、得られたウレタンアクリレート樹脂組成物(a-7)の屈折率を表1に示す。
撹拌機、ガス導入管、コンデンサー、及び温度計を備えた5リットルのフラスコに、4,4’-ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート500.6g(2モル)、ベンジルアクリレート525g、3,5-ジターシャリブチル-4-ヒドロキシトルエン2000ppm、メチルハイドロキノン200ppm、オクタン酸スズ350ppmを加え、2-ヒドロキシエチルアクリレート232.2g(2モル)を徐々に滴下し、次いで、80℃に昇温、2時間反応させた。次いで、ビスフェノールAのエチレンオキサイド3モル付加物492.6g(1モル)を1時間にわたって分割投入した。
全量投入後、80℃で4時間反応させた、イソシアネート基を示す2250cm-1の赤外吸収スペクトルが消失するまで反応を行い、ウレタンアクリレート樹脂組成物(a-8)を得た。得られたウレタンアクリレート樹脂組成物(a-8)は結晶化した状態であった。
原料モノマー組成、得られたウレタンアクリレート樹脂組成物(a-8)の屈折率を表1に示す。
撹拌機、ガス導入管、コンデンサー、及び温度計を備えた5リットルのフラスコに、4,4’-ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート500.6g(2モル)、ベンジルアクリレート512g、3,5-ジターシャリブチル-4-ヒドロキシトルエン2000ppm、メチルハイドロキノン200ppm、オクタン酸スズ350ppmを加え、2-ヒドロキシエチルアクリレート232.2g(1モル)を徐々に滴下し、次いで、80℃に昇温、2時間反応させた。次いで、ビスフェノールAのプロピレンオキサイド2モル付加物460.6g(1モル)を1時間にわたって分割投入した。
全量投入後、80℃で4時間反応させた、イソシアネート基を示す2250cm-1の赤外吸収スペクトルが消失するまで反応を行い、ウレタンアクリレート樹脂組成物(a-9)を得た。得られたウレタンアクリレート樹脂組成物(a-9)は結晶化した状態であった。

実施例3で得られたウレタンアクリレート組成物(a-3)、及び比較例1で得られたウレタンアクリレート組成物(a-4)を用い、表2に示す配合組成で各成分を配合することにより、光硬化型樹脂組成物を調製した。
得られた光硬化型樹脂組成物を、クロムメッキした金属板と透明で表面が未処理のポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム(PETフィルム)との間に充填し、厚さを調整した後、超高圧水銀灯により800mJ/cm2の紫外線をPETフィルム側から照射して硬化させ、次いで、金属板およびPETフィルムから活性エネルギー線硬化樹脂層を剥離し、表面が平滑な厚さが200±25μmの硬化樹脂フィルム(F)を作製した。
(2)屈折率測定:液状サンプルと硬化サンプルについて測定した。液状サンプルは、注型重合用活性エネルギー線硬化型樹脂組成物をAbbe屈折計のプリズムに直接塗布し、25℃にて測定を行った。
(3)復元性:上記で得られたPETフィルム形状付き硬化物(L)を直径10mmの金属丸棒の跡が完全に消失するまでの時間を測定した。
◎・・・・瞬時に消失した。
○・・・・60秒以内に消失した。
△・・・・1~60分の間に消失した。
×・・・・消失しなかった。
Claims (8)
- 芳香族ジイソシアネート化合物(a)、ポリオール化合物(b)、水酸基含有(メタ)アクリレート化合物(c)を必須の原料成分として反応させて得られるウレタン(メタ)アクリレート樹脂であって、前記芳香族ジイソシアネート化合物(a)に起因するウレタン構造部位として、下記構造式(1)
で表される構造部位(a-1)と、
下記構造式(2)
で表される構造部位(a-2)とを、モル比[(a-1)/(a-2)]が45/55~60/40となる割合で有しており、かつ、前記ポリオール化合物(b)が芳香族炭化水素骨格を有するものであるウレタン(メタ)アクリレート樹脂(A)、及び重合性希釈剤(B)を必須成分とすることを特徴とする光硬化性樹脂組成物。 - 前記ウレタン(メタ)アクリレート樹脂(A)の原料成分であるポリオール化合物(b)が、ビスフェノール化合物である請求項1記載の光硬化性樹脂組成物。
- 前記ウレタン(メタ)アクリレート樹脂(A)の原料成分である水酸基含有(メタ)アクリレート化合物(c)が、(メタ)アクリル酸又はそのラクトン付加体である請求項1記載の光硬化性樹脂組成物。
- 25℃での粘度が10~500Pa・sの範囲のものである請求項2記載の光硬化性樹脂組成物。
- 前記ウレタン(メタ)アクリレート樹脂(A)及び重合性希釈剤(B)に加え、光重合開始剤(C)を含有する請求項1~4の何れか1つに記載の光硬化性樹脂組成物。
- 25℃での粘度が100mPa・s~8000mPa・sの範囲のものである請求項5記載の光硬化性樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1~6のいずれか一つに記載の光重合性組成物を硬化させてなる硬化物。
- 請求項1~6のいずれか一つに記載のラジカル重合性組成物を硬化させてなるプラスチックレンズ。
