以下参照图 4和图 5描述物料承载装置通过本发明的分配转移装置从环轨的一侧快速 转移到另一侧的过程。 物料承载装置在进入分配转移装置前, 从前一工作站出站并被发送 至主轨道时, 主软件需要判断此衣架是否进入分配转移装置, 如果该物料承载装置满足进 入分配转移装置的条件, 则此衣架到达分配转移装置的适当距离时, 活动臂张开, 如图所 示, 衣架顺着进轨摆头进入下滑弯管, 并随下滑弯管进入分配转移装置。 之后进轨摆头闭 合, 衣架主轨道闭合恢复通行。 衣架滑落至升降杆处, 会被安放在侧面的读取器感应到, 系统则感知到此衣架已到位, 然后系统会根据链条推杆的状况安排空闲推杆给此衣架, 在 此推杆到达合适位置时, 系统发送命令控制升降气缸动作来拉升升降杆连接升降轨道, 同 时出轨气缸动作拉动出轨摆头连接升降轨道, 衣架自由滑落至主轨安排的推杆后, 气缸缩 回, 轨道闭合。 由此, 衣架从主轨道的一侧被快速转移到另一侧。 此外, 为了保证每次只提升一个衣架, 本发明还设置有档杆。 如图 5中所示, 升降杆 的一端与下滑弯管的另一端通过档杆连接, 当升降杆被提升时, 档杆被同时提升。 其中档 杆具有竖直部分以及水平部分, 并大致呈 " 厂"形状, 下滑弯管的另一端中形成有通孔, 档杆的竖直部分被插入通孔中, 档杆的水平部分与升降杆的一端连接。 如图中所示, 当升 降气缸拉升升降杆连接升降轨道时, 档杆被拉出。 如果在分配转移装置中有多个衣架, 则 被提升的衣架后面的衣架就会被档杆挡住, 从而确保了只有一个衣架被提升。
由于下滑弯管的长度有限, 存放的衣架数量也是有限的, 因此根据本发明的另一个实 施例的分配转移装置中还设置有满站传感器 (未示出), 并且在系统中预先设定了一个阈 值, 如果感测到分配转移装置中的衣架数量达到上限, 即达到预定的阈值时, 则系统不会 再将衣架送入转向机构。
考虑到物料承载装置在进行分组转移时, 有可能和环轨上传送的物料承载装置彼此发 生碰撞和干涉。 为此, 如图 6所示, 根据本发明的另一实施方式, 还包括有绕行装置, 绕 行装置具有连接到环轨上的切换臂, 当活动臂打开, 将需要分组生产的物料承载装置接收 到环轨内侧的同时, 吊挂系统将绕行装置上设置的切换臂切换至于环轨连接的状态,如此, 原本在环轨上输送的物料承载装置就会通过绕行装置进行输送, 而通过活动臂切换进行快 速分组转移的物料承载装置则通过分配转移装置进入环轨, 进而, 进行快速分组转移的物 料承载装置与原有的环轨上输送的物料承载装置就不会发生碰撞或干涉。 作为另一种方 式, 也可以在分配转移装置的出口端设置放行机构, 只有当系统判断环轨上即将到来的推 杆是空闲的情况下, 放行机构才会将物料承载装置放行。
根据本发明的另一实施方式, 如图 7所示, 在环轨的中间还设置有物料承载装置的存 储装置,存储装置与分配转移装置相连接,这样可以存储更多的需要分组的物料承载装置, 如果环轨上传送的物料承载装置很多时, 需要分组的物料承载装置可以先存储在存储装置 中, 这样的话, 需要进行同样的分组生产的物料承载装置可以批量进入分组生产, 生产的 效率也能够得到一定的提高。
虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上, 但并不是用来限定本发明, 任何所属技术领 域的技术人员, 在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内, 可以作少许的改动与润饰, 因此本发 明的保护范围以权利要求所界定的为准。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种吊挂系统, 所述吊挂系统用于生产轻工纺织服装、 家纺、 汽车椅套、 鞋类、 玩具及箱包产品, 所述吊挂系统具有一个封闭的环轨, 所述环轨为分段式, 多个用于承载 生产所用物料的物料承载装置沿着所述环轨进行传输, 所述环轨的两侧设有多个工作站, 所述分段式的滚动导轨在分段连接处设有活动臂,所述环轨内侧还设置有分配转移装置, 所述活动臂能够向所述环轨内侧方向摆动, 利用所述活动臂的摆动, 所述物料承载装置能 够被输送到所述环轨内侧, 其特征在于,
所述分配转移装置的进口端设置有提升装置, 所述提升装置将被输送到所述环轨内侧 的所述物料承载装置经过提升, 并送入所述分配转移装置。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的吊挂系统, 其特征在于,
所述吊挂系统还具有绕行装置, 所述绕行装置上设置有切换臂, 所述切换臂能够在与 所述环轨连接或分离的状态之间进行切换。

3、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的吊挂系统, 其特征在于,
所述分配转移装置还连接有用于存储所述物料承载装置的存储装置。
4、 一种如权利要求 1至 3中所述的分配转移装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
进轨气缸, 所述进轨气缸连接到所述活动臂, 利用所述进轨气缸的活塞运动使得所述 活动臂向所述环轨内侧方向摆动及复位;
下滑弯管,所述下滑弯管设置在所述环轨内侧,当所述活动臂向所述环轨内侧摆动时, 所述活动臂与所述下滑弯管的一端连接; 其中
所述提升装置包括升降杆和升降气缸, 其中, 所述升降杆的一端与所述下滑弯管的另 一端连接, 所述升降气缸连接到所述升降杆, 利用所述升降气缸的活塞运动从而提升所述 升降杆;
所述分配转移装置还包括:
感应器, 所述感应器设置在所述升降杆的一侧, 用于读取所述物料承载装置的信息; 升降轨道, 所述升降轨道包括大致竖直方向的第一轨道和大致水平方向的第二轨道, 所述升降杆的另一端能够在所述第一轨道上滑动, 当所述升降杆被所述升降气缸提升时, 所述升降杆的另一端沿着所述第一轨道滑动, 从而被提升至与所述第二轨道连接的状态; 放行机构, 所述放行机构连接至所述升降轨道的另一端。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的分配转移装置, 其特征在于, 其中所述放行机构包括: 出轨 摆头和出轨气缸, 所述出轨摆头的一端连接至所述环轨, 另一端与所述出轨气缸连接, 利 用所述出轨气缸的活塞运动使得所述出轨摆头向所述环轨内侧摆动, 从而将所述升降轨道 的另一端与所述环轨连接。
6、 如权利要求 4所述的分配转移装置, 其特征在于, 所述升降杆的一端与所述下滑 弯管的另一端通过档杆连接, 当所述升降杆被提升时, 所述档杆被同时提升。
7、 如权利要求 4所述的分配转移装置, 其特征在于, 还包括读取器, 所述读取器与 上位机进行通讯, 所述读取器读取进入所述分配转移装置中的所述物料承载装置的相关信 息向上位机汇报, 如果所述物料承载装置的数量达到预先设定的阈值, 则所述吊挂系统控 制所述物料承载装置不再进入所述分配转移装置; 或者是
所述分配转移装置还包括传感器, 如果所述物料承载装置停滞于所述传感器的感应范 围内时, 则所述吊挂系统控制所述物料承载装置不再进入所述分配转移装置。
8、 如权利要求 4所述的分配转移装置, 其特征在于, 所述进轨气缸和所述出轨气缸 通过气缸固定板固定, 所述下滑弯管通过弯管固定板固定。
9、 如权利要求 4所述的分配转移装置, 其特征在于, 所述档杆具有竖直部分以及水 平部分, 并大致呈 " Γ"形状, 所述下滑弯管的另一端中形成有通孔, 所述档杆的竖直部 分被插入所述通孔中, 所述档杆的水平部分与所述升降杆的一端连接。
10、 如权利要求 8 述的分配转移装置, 其特征在于, 所述弯管固定板通过固定架固 定到所述吊挂系统, 所述 降气缸被固定到所述固定架上。
