図1に示すように、車両10は、車体11の後部12にドア開口部13が設けられ、ドア開口部13に開閉自在に取り付けられた車両用装飾構造15を備えている。
車両用装飾構造15としてバックドア構造を例示するが、車両用装飾構造15はこれに限定するものではない。
また、左シール部材27および右シール部材28は、左右対称の部材であり、以下、左シール部材27について説明して右シール部材28の説明を省略する。
また、下枠部32に左シール部材27の下端部を介してリヤウインドガラス25の下左端部25cが載置されている。
ホルダ外周壁41は、リヤウインドガラス25の左側面(ガラス側壁)45(図3参照)に沿って延びるホルダ内壁42と、ホルダ内壁42の下端部42aから車幅方向外側に向けて延びるホルダ下壁43とを有する。
ホルダ下壁43は、ホルダ内壁42の下端部42aから車幅方向外側に向けて延びることにより、ガーニッシュ上部35の上方に隣接して配置される部位である。
ホルダ外周壁41の上部にレンズ38が溶着されることにより一体に接合される。
張出表面部56がガーニッシュ上部35に向けて張り出されることにより、レンズ表面部51(すなわち、左照明灯火部23)およびガーニッシュ上部35間の間隙S1が小さく抑えられる。
このレンズ外周壁52は、内本体壁面62からホルダ内壁42に向けて張り出されたレンズ内壁(壁部)66と、表面本体部55の下端部55aからホルダ下壁43に向けて張り出されたレンズ下壁(端壁部)67とを有する。
レンズ下壁67は、表面本体部55の下端部55aからホルダ下壁43に向けて張り出されることにより車体内外方向に向けて延び、かつ、レンズ内壁66の下端部(すなわち、レンズ内壁66の張出表面部56側の端部)66bから車幅方向に向けて延びている。
ホルダ外周壁41の上部にレンズ外周壁52の下部が溶着されることにより、ホルダ外周壁41の上部およびレンズ外周部52の下部が溶着部位71(想像線で示す)で一体に接合される。溶着部位71は、ホルダ外周壁41の上部およびレンズ外周壁52の下部が溶着の際に溶融することにより、ホルダ外周壁41やレンズ外周壁52の外側に膨出する。
さらに、リブ形状部53は、リブ内壁75の車幅方向外側にリブ外壁78(図9参照)を有する。リブ内壁75、リブ外壁78、リブ下壁76およびリブ前壁77でリブ形状部53が側面視略三角形に形成されている。
これにより、リブ壁面75aに左シール部材27のリップ部86を当接させることができ、左照明灯火部23およびリヤウインドガラス25間に左シール部材27(特に、リップ部86)を良好に配置することができる。
よって、リブ壁面75aおよびレンズ内壁面66aに左シール部材27のリップ部86が良好に当接される。
具体的には、レンズ内壁66が表面本体部55の内本体壁面62と表面連結部82で一体に連結されている。また、リブ形状部53が張出表面部56の内張出壁面63と張出連結部83で一体に連結されている。
表面連結部82および張出連結部83で連結部81が形成されている。
すなわち、リブ前壁77が、レンズ下壁67からガーニッシュ上部35に向けて離れるにつれて張出連結部83(張出段差部83a)から徐々に離れるように傾斜状に形成されている。
よって、レンズ下壁67やレンズ内壁66の近傍においてリブ形状部53の膨出量δを小さく抑えることができる。これにより、リブ形状部53が溶着部位71aや溶着部位71bに干渉することを防止できる。
表面連結部82を段差状に形成することにより、表面本体部55およびレンズ内壁66の成形公差(成形誤差)を表面連結部82で吸収することができる。これにより、表面本体部55およびレンズ内壁66を成形する際に、各部材55,66に高い精度を求める必要がない。
張出連結部83を段差状に形成することにより、張出表面部56およびリブ形状部53の成形公差(成形誤差)を連結部で吸収することができる。これにより、張出表面部56およびリブ形状部53を成形する際に、各部材56,53に高い精度を求める必要がない。
この状態で、リップ部86の先端部86aが表面段差部82aに当たる。よって、リップ部86が内本体壁面62側に変位することを表面段差部82aで阻止できる。これにより、レンズ内壁面66aに左シール部材27のリップ部86を良好に当接させることができる。
この状態で、リップ部86の下端部に形成された先端部86aが張出段差部83aに当たる。よって、リップ部86の下端部が内張出壁面63側に変位することを張出段差部83aで阻止できる。これにより、リブ壁面75aにリップ部86の下端部を良好に当接させることができる。
よって、リブ壁面75aおよびレンズ内壁面66aに左シール部材27のリップ部86が良好に当接され、車両10の外観性を確保できる。
例えば、前記実施例では、車両用装飾構造15としてバックドア構造を例示するが、車両用装飾構造15はこれに限定するものではない。例えば、車両用装飾構造15をサイドドア構造、フロントコーナ窓構造やクオータ窓構造などの他の部位に適用することも可能である。
Claims (4)
- 車体に外装部材が設けられ、該外装部材の上方、下方の少なくとも一方に装飾部材が設けられ、該装飾部材に対して車幅方向に隣接してウインドガラスが設けられ、前記装飾部材および前記ウインドガラス間にシール部材が設けられた車両用装飾構造において、
前記装飾部材は、
車外側の表面を形成し、前記外装部材に対向するように、該外装部材に向けて張り出された張出表面部を有する表面部と、
前記表面部のうち、前記張出表面部を除いた前記ウインドガラス側の側辺に設けられ、前記ウインドガラスのガラス側壁に対向する壁部と、
前記壁部より前記外装部材側に位置するように、前記張出表面部から前記車体側に膨出されたリブ形状部と、
を備え、
前記壁部の前記ガラス側壁に対向する壁面および前記リブ形状部の前記ガラス側壁に対向するリブ壁面に前記シール部材が当接されることを特徴とする車両用装飾構造。 - 前記壁面および前記リブ壁面は面一に形成される、請求項1記載の車両用装飾構造。
- 前記表面部と、前記壁部および前記リブ形状部とが連結部で連結され、
前記表面部の表壁面が、前記壁面および前記リブ壁面より前記ガラス側壁側に張り出されることにより、前記連結部が段差状に形成される、請求項1または請求項2記載の車両用装飾構造。 - 前記装飾部材は、
前記壁部の前記張出表面部側の端部から車幅方向に向けて延び、かつ、車体内外方向に向けて延びる端壁部を備え、
該端壁部および前記壁部が、前記端壁部および前記壁部を支持するホルダに溶着され、
前記端壁部から前記外装部材に向けて離れるにつれて前記リブ形状部の膨出量が徐々に大きくなる、請求項1~3のいずれか1項記載の車両用装飾構造。
