Abstract
Description
一方、ピラーガーニッシュのガイドにアジャスタカバーがスライド自在に支持された状態で、ピラーガーニッシュがセンタピラーに取り付けられる。
この状態において、アジャスタアンカがアジャスタカバーで覆われ、スルーアンカ(すなわち、アジャスタアンカ)とともにアジャスタカバーが上下方向にスライドする(例えば、特許文献1参照。)。
このため、アジャスタアンカがピラーガーニッシュやアジャスタカバーで隠された状態において、アジャスタカバーの長孔にアジャスタアンカを合わせる必要があり、シートベルトアジャスタ構造の組付作業に手間がかかる。
これにより、アジャスタアンカおよびカバーを取付作業がしやすい位置に配置でき、カバーを係止手段でアジャスタアンカに容易に係止させることができる。
これにより、係止手段を無理のない姿勢で目視することが可能になり、アジャスタアンカに係止手段を容易に係止させることができる。
さらに、一対の第1リブをガーニッシュに接触させることにより、カバーがスライド移動方向に対して直交する方向に移動することを抑えることができる。すなわち、ガーニッシュに対するカバーの直交する方向へのガタ(揺れ動き)を抑えることができる。
加えて、一対の第1リブの内側に一対の第2リブを設け、一対の第2リブの張出寸法を一対の第1リブより大きくした。これにより、一対の第2リブでカバーの剛性を高めることができるので、カバーを一層良好に円滑にスライド移動させることができる。
よって、アジャスタアンカの上端部に第3リブを当接させることにより、カバーが下方に移動することを第3リブで抑えることができる。すなわち、アジャスタアンカに対するカバーの下方向へのガタを抑えることができる。
さらに、アジャスタアンカの両側部に第3リブを当接させることにより、カバーがスライド移動方向に対して直交する方向に移動することを第3リブで抑えることができる。すなわち、アジャスタアンカに対するカバーの直交する方向へのガタを抑えることができる。
なお、図2~図12においては構成の理解を容易にするためにシート装置20のウエビング22を除去した状態で示す。
さらに、車両10は、車室17内に設けられたドライバシート(フロントシート)18と、ドライバシート18に着座した乗員を拘束するシート装置20とを備えている。
ガーニッシュ壁部31、前側壁部32および後側壁部33でピラーガーニッシュ13が断面略コ字状に形成されている。
よって、ピラーガーニッシュ13は、複数の前ピラーリブ34および複数の後ピラーリブ35間の車体前後方向中央に、上下方向に延びる収納空間37(図8も参照)が形成されている。収納空間37にシートベルトアジャスタ構造25が配置される。
このピラー開口部36は、シートベルトアジャスタ構造25(具体的には、アジャスタアンカ42)の上下方向(矢印A方向)の移動を許容するために、上下方向に延出されている。
スルーアンカ26の係止部26aは、アジャスタアンカ42のねじ孔75にボルト46をねじ結合することによりアジャスタアンカ42に取り付けられる。
上脚部48および下脚部49が上下のボルト57・ナット58でセンタピラー12に取り付けられることにより、アジャスタベース41がセンタピラー12のピラー壁部12aに取り付けられる。
下停止部52は、スライドガイド47の下端部47bの両側部から外側に張り出されている一対の突片53である。下停止部52にアジャスタアンカ42の下当接部65が当接することにより、アジャスタアンカ42を下停止位置P2に停止させる。
スライダ61にアンカ62が車室17側から取り付けられている。アンカ62の表面62a略中央にロック手段63の操作ノブ66が取り付けられ、操作ノブ66にロックピン67が連結されている。操作ノブ66の操作が解除された状態で、ロックピン67がスライダ61の貫通孔68(図3参照)からスライドガイド47側に突出される。
突出されたロックピン67がスライドガイド47のロック孔55(図7も参照)に挿通されることにより、アジャスタアンカ42がアジャスタベース41の所定位置に保持される。
一対の側部71は、上部に一対の上側段部71aが形成されている。一対の上側段部71aでアンカ62の上部62bの両側部が形成され、一対の上側段部71aの各上端が上端部73で連結されている。すなわち、アンカ62の上部62bは、上端部73および一対の上側段部71aを有する。
一対の側部71、下端部72および上端部73でアンカ62が平面視略矩形状に形成されている。
図7に示すように、アンカ62の上当接部76(図3も参照)が、アジャスタベース41の上停止部51に当接されることにより、アジャスタアンカ42が上停止位置P1に停止される。
一対のカバー側部81、カバー下部82およびカバー上部83でアジャスタカバー43が平面視略矩形状に形成されている。
ねじ孔75が開口部85から車室17側に露出されることにより、ねじ孔75にボルト46がねじ結合される。よって、スルーアンカ26の係止部26aがボルト46でアジャスタアンカ42に取り付けられる。
図8に示すように、一対の第1リブ86は、ピラーガーニッシュ13に接触可能に形成されている。具体的には、一対の第1リブ86のうち車体前方側の第1リブ86が、複数の前ピラーリブ34のガイド片34aに接触可能に形成されている。また、一対の第1リブ86のうち車体後方側の第1リブ86が、複数の後ピラーリブ35のガイド片35aに接触可能に形成されている。
一対の第2リブ87の張出寸法H1が大きく確保されることにより、一対の第2リブ87でアジャスタカバー43の剛性が高められている。
第3リブ88が一対の第2リブ87に連結された状態で横向き(すなわち、一対の第2リブ87に直交する方向)に延出されることにより、一対の第2リブ87が第3リブ88で補強されている。これにより、アジャスタカバー43の剛性がさらに高められている。
これにより、複数の前ピラーリブ34や複数の後ピラーリブ35に対するアジャスタカバー43の面圧が小さく抑えられ、アジャスタカバー43を円滑にスライド移動させることができる。
さらに、一対の第2リブ87でアジャスタカバー43の剛性を高めることにより、アジャスタカバー43を一層良好に円滑にスライド移動させることができる。
すなわち、ピラーガーニッシュ13に対するアジャスタカバー43の直交する方向へのガタ(揺れ動き)を抑えることができる。
具体的には、上端部73に中央リブ95が当接された状態において、上側段部71aの一方に折曲リブ96の一方が当接され、上側段部71aの他方に折曲リブ96の他方が当接される。
これにより、アジャスタカバー43がスライド移動方向(すなわち、上下方向)に対して直交する方向(横方向)に移動することを一対の折曲リブ96で抑えることができる。
すなわち、アンカ62に対するアジャスタカバー43の直交する方向(横方向)へのガタが抑えられる。
中央リブ95が上端部73の上縁に当接され、かつ、一対の上係止爪103が上端部73の裏面に当接されることにより、アンカ62の上端部73に一対の上係止部101が係止される。
上停止部51に一対の上係止部101が当たらないようにすることで、アジャスタアンカ42の上下方向の移動量を確保できる。
下係止脚部106が下端部72(下縁)に当接され、下係止爪107が下端部72(裏面)に当接されることによりアンカ62の下端部72に下係止部105が係止される。
そこで、ピラーガーニッシュ13のガーニッシュ壁部31でひけ92を覆うように、ピラー開口部36の一対の開口側部36a間の間隔寸法L2が設定されている。ガーニッシュ壁部31でひけ92を覆うことにより、車両10の外観性を確保できる。
下係止部105がアンカ62の下端部72に当接することにより下係止部105が弾性変形する。下係止部105が弾性変形することにより、下係止部105をアンカ62の下端部72に円滑に係止することができる。
このように、アジャスタベース41をセンタピラー12(図2参照)に取り付ける前に、アジャスタアンカ42にアジャスタカバー43を取り付けることができる。よって、アジャスタアンカ42およびアジャスタカバー43を取付作業がしやすい位置に配置できる。これにより、アジャスタカバー43を係止手段89でアンカ62に容易に係止させることができる。
これにより、係止手段89を無理のない姿勢で目視することが可能になり、アンカ62に係止手段89を容易に係止させることができる。
このように、アジャスタアンカ42にアジャスタカバー43を取り付けた後、ピラーガーニッシュ13を取り付けることにより、シートベルトアジャスタ構造25を手間をかけないでセンタピラー12に容易に組み付けることができる。
センタピラー12にピラーガーニッシュ13を取り付けた状態において、スルーアンカ26の係止部26aをアジャスタアンカ42に取り付ける。係止部26aを取り付けた後、スルーアンカ26の係止部26aをアンカカバー45で覆う。
例えば、前記実施例では、シートベルトアジャスタ構造25をセンタピラー12に取り付ける例について説明したが、これに限らないで、シートベルトアジャスタ構造25をリヤピラーなどの他の車体に取り付けることも可能である。
Claims (4)
- 車体に取り付けられるアジャスタベースと、
前記アジャスタベースにスライド自在に支持され、上下方向に移動可能なアジャスタアンカと、
前記アジャスタアンカの上端部および下端部に係止可能な係止手段を有し、該係止手段が前記上端部および前記下端部に係止された状態で前記アジャスタベースを覆うカバーと、を備え、
前記カバーが、前記車体に取り付けられるガーニッシュで覆われるシートベルトアジャスタ構造。 - 前記係止手段は、
前記アジャスタアンカの上端部に係止可能な一対の上係止部と、
前記アジャスタアンカの下端部に係止可能な下係止部と、を有し、
前記アジャスタベースは、
前記アジャスタアンカを上停止位置に停止させる上停止部と、
前記アジャスタアンカを下停止位置に停止させる下停止部と、を有し、
前記上停止部の両側に前記一対の上係止部が配置されている、請求項1記載のシートベルトアジャスタ構造。 - 前記カバーは、
該カバーの両側部に設けられ、上下方向に延びる一対の第1リブと、
前記一対の第1リブの内側に設けられ、該一対の第1リブより張出寸法が大きい一対の第2リブと、
を有する、請求項1または請求項2記載のシートベルトアジャスタ構造。 - 前記カバーは、
前記アジャスタアンカの上部において、上端部および両側部に当接可能な第3リブを有する、請求項1~3のいずれか1項記載のシートベルトアジャスタ構造。
