Definitions
- This invention relates to an elevator hoisting machine that cools air through a housing.
- cooling air is generated by the rotation of the radiating fins as the rotating body rotates, and is taken into the housing.
- the cooling air taken into the housing passes through the gap between the stator and the field magnet, and passes through the gap between the hollow disk-shaped cover attached to the opening side end of the housing and the rotating body. It is discharged outside (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
- the present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and prevents dust from adhering to a suspension wound around a drive sheave and oil from adhering to a stator, while preventing the inside of a housing from being attached. It is an object to obtain an elevator hoisting machine that can efficiently cool the vehicle.
- An elevator hoisting machine includes a housing tubular portion having first and second axial end portions, and a wall portion provided at the first axial end portion.
- a housing provided with a vent in the part, a shaft projecting from the wall part toward the second axial end, a rotor mounting part facing the inner peripheral surface of the housing cylindrical part, and disposed outside the housing
- a rotating body that rotates about an axis, a stator provided on the inner peripheral surface of the housing cylindrical portion, and an outer peripheral surface of the rotor mounting portion.
- a hoisting machine motor having a rotor facing the stator, and the air taken into the housing from the vent passes through the gap between the stator and the rotor, and the housing The housing is exhausted and the housing is exhausted outside the housing.
- the air is guided radially outwardly of the rotating body in the rotor side of the drive sheave, a cover further guiding the first axial end side along the outer peripheral surface of the tubular housing part is provided.
- the air discharged to the outside of the housing is guided to the outer side in the radial direction of the rotating body on the rotor side with respect to the drive sheave, and further the first hoisting machine along the outer peripheral surface of the housing tubular portion. Since the housing is provided with a cover that leads to the end in the axial direction, a sufficiently large cooling air outlet can be secured even if the distance between the cover and the rotating body is reduced, and the cover is wound around the drive sheave. The inside of the housing can be efficiently cooled while preventing dust from adhering to the suspended body and oil from adhering to the stator.
