Abstract

一种100%低地板轻轨车刚性轮对单电机同轴两轮驱动机构,电机(1)和齿轮传动机构(2)构成的两套驱动单元(4)纵向呈对角线布置在转向架两侧,齿轮传动机构(2)采用直齿外啮合圆锥齿轮直角传动系,并通过弹性联轴器传动连接轮对。该驱动机构中由单电机和齿轮传动机构构成的两套驱动单元纵向呈对角线布置在转向架两侧,让出转向架中部空间,降低了车体地板面高度,实现100%低地板全贯通式的设计,利用刚性轮对能够使同轴两车轮角速度相同的特点驱动轮对;齿轮传动机构采用直齿外啮合圆锥齿轮直角传动系,提高了传动效率。

100% 低地板轻轨车刚性轮对单电机同轴两轮驱动机构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种使用在 100% 低地板轻轨车辆刚性轮对动力转向架上的单电机同轴两轮驱动机构。
背景技术
目前,刚性轮对的动力转向架电机全都布置在转向架中间部位,通过与齿轮传动装置联接传递转矩,在两车轮之间对车轴施加转矩,从而达到驱动轮对的目的。但也正因为电机驱动装置占据了转向架中部空间,使得车体地板面无法继续下降,进而无法实现车辆 100% 低地板全贯通式的设计,影响乘坐舒适性;另外,传动机构采用两轴线平行的直齿外啮合圆柱齿轮传动,效率极低。在这种情况下,亟需研制一种既能使地板面进一步降低,又能实现驱动能力,提高效率的新型安全的结构。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种 100% 低地板轻轨车辆刚性轮对动力转向架上的单电机同轴两轮驱动结构,让出转向架中部空间,以降低车体地板面高度,实现 100% 低地板全贯通式的设计,提高传动效率。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种 100% 低地板轻轨车刚性轮对单电机同轴两轮驱动机构,其特征在于:电机和齿轮传动机构构成的两套驱动单元纵向呈对角线布置在转向架两侧,齿轮传动机构采用直齿外啮合圆锥齿轮直角传动系,并通过弹性联轴器传动连接轮对。
驱动单元是由电机和齿轮传动机构箱体通过法兰盘刚性联接在一起,内部通过电机侧半联轴节与齿轮传动机构箱体侧半联轴节装配在一起,齿轮传动机构箱体侧半轴通过两个直角传动的锥齿轮与小齿轮传动联接,用于将沿纵轴的转动转换成沿横轴的转动,小齿轮与齿轮机构啮合,齿轮机构通过两个弹性联轴器传动联接车轮。
本发明单电机和齿轮传动机构构成的两套驱动单元纵向呈对角线布置在转向架两侧,让出转向架中部空间,以降低车体地板面高度,实现 100% 低地板全贯通式的设计,利用刚性轮对能够使同轴两车轮角速度相同的特点驱动轮对;齿轮传动机构采用直齿外啮合圆锥齿轮直角传动系,提高了传动效率。

具体实施方式
参照图 1 、图 2 , 1 为电机, 2 为齿轮传动机构, 3 为车轮, 4 为驱动单元,驱动单元是由电机 1 和齿轮传动机构 2 联接装配而成,齿轮传动机构 2 与车轮 3 装配联接,传递转矩使一侧的车轮转动,利用刚性轮对能够使同轴两车轮角速度相同的特点,实现驱动转向架的目的。
参照图3,电机1和 齿轮传动机构 壳体5 通过法兰盘1.1刚性联接在一起,内部通过电机侧半联轴节1.2与齿轮箱侧半联轴节2.1装配在一起,实现电机带动齿轮箱运转,通过两个直角传动的锥齿轮2.2与2.3将沿纵轴的转动转换成沿横轴的转动,小齿轮2.4通过与齿轮2.3的同角速度转动,将转矩传递给齿轮机构2.5,然后齿轮机构2.5通过两个弹性联轴器2.6与2.7将转矩传递给车轮3,进而使轮对发生转动。

  1. 一种 100% 低地板轻轨车刚性轮对单电机同轴两轮驱动机构,其特征在于:电机和齿轮传动机构构成的两套驱动单元纵向呈对角线布置在转向架两侧,齿轮传动机构采用直齿外啮合圆锥齿轮直角传动系,并通过弹性联轴器传动连接轮对。
  2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的 100% 低地板轻轨车刚性轮对单电机同轴两轮驱动机构,其特征在于: 驱动单元是由电机和齿轮传动机构箱体通过法兰盘刚性联接在一起,内部通过电机侧半联轴节与齿轮传动机构箱体侧半联轴节装配在一起,齿轮传动机构箱体侧半轴通过两个直角传动的锥齿轮与小齿轮传动联接,用于将沿纵轴的转动转换成沿横轴的转动,小齿轮与齿轮机构啮合,齿轮机构通过两个弹性联轴器传动联接车轮。
