100% 低地板轻轨车独立轮对单电机同侧两轮驱动机构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种使用在 100% 低地板轻轨车辆独立轮对动力转向架上的单电机同侧两轮驱动机构。
背景技术
独立车轮轮对的左右车轮之间不存在刚性连接, 可以绕各自车轴自由转动。这种独立轮对的动力转向架如何布置驱动装置,一直是结构设计工程师不断探索和重点研究的问题。针对如何实现左右两侧车轮同步驱动安全运行,提出了很多概念式的解决方案,即 转向架用电机单端输出结构, 实际运用中因结构复杂,给拆装及运用维护都带来很大的不便。在这种情况下,亟需研制一种既能方便拆装,又能实现安全驱动的新型结构。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种 100% 低地板轻轨车辆独立轮对动力转向架上的单电机同侧两轮驱动结构,以方便拆装和维护。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种100%低地板轻轨车独立轮对单电机同侧两轮驱动机构,其特征在于:电机两端各连接一个齿轮传动机构构成驱动单元,两个驱动单元 以纵向中心对称布置在转向架两侧, 两个齿轮传动机构分别与转向架同一侧的前后两个独立车轮相连,实现电机两端输出轴同向转动输出时,所有车轮仍能保持一致的前进方向。
驱动单元是由电机和其两侧的齿轮传动机构箱体通过法兰盘刚性联接在一起,内部通过电机侧半联轴节分别与两个齿轮传动机构箱体侧半联轴节装配在一起,齿轮传动机构箱体侧半轴各自通过两个直角传动的锥齿轮与小齿轮传动联接,用于将沿纵轴的转动转换成沿横轴的转动,小齿轮与齿轮机构啮合,齿轮机构通过两个弹性联轴器传动联接车轮。
本发明 两个齿轮传动机构分别与转向架同一侧的前后两个独立车轮相连, 实现了独立车轮转向架结构的四轮同步运行、安全导向问题; 电机两端各连接一个齿轮传动机构构成驱动单元, 实现单电机驱动两套齿轮箱,提高工作效率; 两个驱动单元 以纵向中心对称布置在转向架两侧对运用维护提供方便。

具体实施方式
参照图 1 、图 2 , 1 为电机, 2 为齿轮传动机构, 3 为车轮, 4 为驱动单元,驱动单元是由电机 1 和齿轮传动机构 2 联接装配而成,齿轮传动机构 2 与车轮 3 装配联接,传递转矩使一侧的车轮转动,而前后两个齿轮传动机构在接受电机同向转动输出后,分别能够转换成同向的车轮转动。
参照图3,电机壳体与两端齿轮传动机构箱体5先通过外侧的法兰盘1.1刚性联接,再通过电机侧半联轴节1.2与 齿轮传动机构箱体 侧半联轴节2.1和2.1'相联,实现电机带动 齿轮传动机构箱体 的运转,联轴节旋转以后,带动右侧齿轮2.2和左侧齿轮2.2'旋转,这两个齿轮又分别带动位于箱体下部的齿轮2.3与箱体上部的齿轮2.3'旋转,这是实现前后两轮同方向转动的关键,齿轮2.3与2.3'分别带动小齿轮2.4与2.4'旋转,小齿轮2.4与2.4'分别带动齿轮机构2.5与2.5'旋转,然后齿轮机构2.5通过两个弹性联轴器2.6与2.7将转矩传递给右侧车轮3,齿轮机构2.5'通过两个弹性联轴器2.6'与2.7'将转矩传递给左侧车轮3',通过上述传动过程,可实现转向架同侧前后两轮的同步运转。

Claims (2)

  1. 一种100%低地板轻轨车独立轮对单电机同侧两轮驱动机构,其特征在于:电机两端各连接一个齿轮传动机构构成驱动单元,两个驱动单元 以纵向中心对称布置在转向架两侧, 两个齿轮传动机构分别与转向架同一侧的前后两个独立车轮相连,实现电机两端输出轴同向转动输出时,所有车轮仍能保持一致的前进方向。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的100%低地板轻轨车刚性轮对单电机同轴两轮驱动机构,其特征在于: 驱动单元是由电机和其两侧的齿轮传动机构箱体通过法兰盘刚性联接在一起,内部通过电机侧半联轴节分别与两个齿轮传动机构箱体侧半联轴节装配在一起,齿轮传动机构箱体侧半轴各自通过两个直角传动的锥齿轮与小齿轮传动联接,用于将沿纵轴的转动转换成沿横轴的转动,小齿轮与齿轮机构啮合,齿轮机构通过两个弹性联轴器传动联接车轮。
