本发明的有益效果是: 本发明的狭缝喷嘴清洁装置包括清扫片体及辅助插入 部件, 所述辅助插入部件用于将所述清扫片体导入所述狭缝喷嘴内, 由此, 可以
利用辅助插入部件将清扫片体导入狭缝喷嘴内, 进行狭缝喷嘴的清洁, 保证狭缝 喷嘴的涂布品质。

以下结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行进一步的说明。
如图 1所示, 本发明的狭缝喷嘴清洁装置包括清扫片体 300及辅助插入部件 200, 所述辅助插入部件 200用于将所述清扫片体 300导入所述狭缝喷嘴 100内。
一般, 狭缝喷嘴 100的喷出口 112 (后述)的加工精密性高, 且表面平滑, 难 以使用金属硬质材料刮除, 本发明使用与喷出口 112的宽度接近的清扫片体 300, 利用辅助插入部件 200将清扫片体 300插入喷出口内。 清扫片体 300为薄片材料, 可以是但不仅限于 PET材料。 通过沿左右方向 X移动清扫片体 300, 刮擦喷出口 的内壁, 对狭缝喷嘴 100进行清洁。 由于釆用辅助插入部件 200将清扫片体 300 插入喷出口内, 所以没有清扫片体 300 弯曲或折损的担心, 可以快速准确地将清 扫片体 300插入喷出口内。 而且,还可以利用辅助插入部件 200控制清扫片体 300 插入喷出口的深度, 达到最佳清洁效果。
本发明的狭缝喷嘴清洁装置中, 所述辅助插入部件 200吸附在所述狭缝喷嘴 100上。 如图 3所示, 所述辅助插入段 202及所述固定段 204的顶部分别分布有 4 个磁铁 210, 以便将所述辅助插入部件 200吸附在所述狭缝喷嘴 100上。狭缝喷嘴 100为钢制件, 所以辅助插入部件 200牢牢能够吸附在所述狭缝喷嘴 100上。 虽然
在图 1所示的实施例中, 辅助插入部件 200通过磁铁 210吸附在狭缝喷嘴 100的 喷出口上, 但本发明不限于此, 例如可以通过魔术贴、 双面胶等固定件将辅助插 入部件 200粘贴在狭缝喷嘴 100的喷出口 112上。
如图 2所示,所述狭缝喷嘴 100包括左盖板 102、右盖板 104、前喷嘴半部 108、 后喷嘴半部 106、 流体入口 116。 所述前喷嘴半部 108、 所述后喷嘴半部 106由所 述左盖板 102、 所述右盖板 104固定在一起。 祥言之, 所述前喷嘴半部 108、 所述 后喷嘴半部 106由所述左盖板 102、 所述右盖板 104夹持后, 通过沿左右方向 X 延伸的 4根长形螺栓 114紧固在一起。 所述前喷嘴半部 108、 所述后喷嘴半部 106 贴合而形成喷嘴腔体 110及喷出口 112。所述流体入口 116形成于所述前喷嘴半部 108上。涂布流体经所述流体入口 116进入喷嘴腔体 110,并经由喷出口 112流出。
如图 3所示, 所述辅助插入部件 200包括辅助插入段 202及固定段 204。 所述 辅助插入段 202包括插入段前半部 218及插入段后半部 216。 所述插入段前半部 218及所述插入段后半部 216由所述固定段 204固定在一起。如图 3所示, 插入段 前半部 218及插入段后半部 216通过沿左右方向 X延伸的 4根螺栓 206 (图中仅 示出 2根)及相应螺母 214固定在固定段 204上。 祥言之, 螺栓 206依次穿过设 于固定段 204上的通孔 208、 设于所述插入段前半部 218及所述插入段后半部 216 上的通孔 212与螺母 214旋紧。 所述插入段前半部 218及所述插入段后半部 216 之间形成有引导空间 220。引导空间 220形成于插入段前半部 218及插入段后半部 216之间。
如图 4和图 5所示, 所述引导空间 220包括位于上方的上方 V型空间 226、 位于下方的下方倒 V型空间 224、 位于所述上方 V型空间 226与所述下方倒 V型 空间 224之间的间隔恒定空间 228。 所述上方 V型空间 226用于容纳所述狭缝喷 嘴 100的喷出口 112。 如图 4所示, 喷出口 112的吐出端恰好位于上方 V型空间 226内。 而且, 所述喷出口 112的宽度 D3大于所述间隔恒定空间 228的宽度 D2, 且所述间隔恒定空间 228的宽度 D2大于所述清扫片体 300的厚度 D1 ,即 D3>D2> Dl。通过上方 V型空间 226与喷出口 112的吐出端的卡合,实现辅助插入部件 200 与狭缝喷嘴 100的可靠定位。由于所述喷出口 112的宽度 D3大于所述间隔恒定空 间 228的宽度 D2、 所述间隔恒定空间 228的宽度 D2大于所述清扫片体 300的厚 度 D1及下方倒 V型空间 224的引导, 所以清扫片体 300可便捷、 快速、 容易、
准确无误地经由引导空间 220进入喷出口 112。 而且, 可以通过设置辅助插入段 202的高度, 控制清扫片体 300插入喷出口 112的深度, 达到最佳清洁效果。
在图 1至图 5所示的实施例中, 当将清扫片体 300插入喷出口 112之后, 可 以通过手动沿左右方向 X移动清扫片体 300对狭缝喷嘴 100进行清洁。
下面结合图 6至图 8介绍本发明的狭缝喷嘴清洁装置的变形例, 该变形例可 以实现清扫片体 300 自动沿左右方向 X移动, 对狭缝喷嘴 100进行清洁。
如图 6和图 7所示, 该实施例的狭缝喷嘴清洁装置包括弹性安装架 400。 所述 弹性安装架 400包括前支撑块 406、 后支撑块 404、 凹槽 408。 另外, 所述弹性安 装架 400具有用于沿上下方向 Z向上顶推所述辅助插入部件 200的 4个螺旋弹簧 404。 4个螺旋弹簧 404套设在设于前支撑块 406、 后支撑块 404上的柱体 402上。 由此, 无需设置磁铁, 即可使辅助插入部件 200与狭缝喷嘴 100的下方接合, 即 与喷出口 112卡合。根据该实施例的狭缝喷嘴清洁装置, 4个螺旋弹簧 404套设在 4根柱体 402上, 使得前支撑块 406、 后支撑块 404在上下方向 Z上具有一定程度 的移动自由度, 受压时可沿上下方向 Z可弹性下降。 而且, 所述弹性安装架 400 上设有凹槽 408 ,且前支撑块 406与后支撑块 404之间形成有间隙,后述的清扫片 体夹具 500的连接板 508与凹槽 408相适配, 使清扫片体夹具 500自动沿左右方 向 X移动时与弹性安装架 400不会发生干涉。
在图 6所示实施例中, 所述狭缝喷嘴清洁装置还包括清扫片体夹具 500。 所述 清扫片体夹具 500用于夹持所述清扫片体 300。且所述清扫片体夹具 500包括夹具 驱动装置 504。所述夹具驱动装置 504用于驱动所述清扫片体夹具 500沿左右方向 X移动。 由此, 可以实现清扫片体 300自动沿左右方向 X移动, 对狭缝喷嘴 100 进行清洁。具体而言,如图 6和图 8所示,清扫片体夹具 500还包括夹持部件 502、 连接板 508、 齿条 506。 夹持部件 502具有前夹持块、 后夹持块。 该前夹持块、 后 夹持块将清扫片体 300夹紧, 再通过穿过前夹持块、 后夹持块的螺栓将三者锁紧 在一起。 夹持部件 502固定连接在连接板 508上。 连接板 508穿过弹性安装架 400 上的凹槽 408与驱动装置 504连接。 驱动装置 504例如可以为驱动未图示的齿轮 的马达。 在驱动装置 504的作用下, 清扫片体夹具 500夹持清扫片体 300沿左右 方向 X移动, 实现清扫片体 300自动沿左右方向 X移动, 对狭缝喷嘴 100进行清 洁, 改善了清洁效率, 节省人力成本。 其中, 清扫片体夹具 500可以在皮带齿轮
机构的带动下沿左右方向 X水平运动, 带动清扫片体 300沿左右方向 X水平运动 (弹性安装架 400在左右方向 X上静止 ),从狭缝喷嘴的放置有弹性安装架 400的 一端移动到狭缝喷嘴的另一端。
如图 9所示, 在需要利用清扫片体 300对狭缝喷嘴 100的喷出口内部进行清 洁时, 首先, 将清扫片体 300固定在清扫片体夹具 500上; 接着, 使狭缝喷嘴 100 与辅助插入部件 200对准。 其中, 本实施例中, 由于辅助插入部件 200具有上下、 前后、 左右方向的运动自由度, 所以狭缝喷嘴 100与辅助插入部件 200可以自对 准。 然后, 使狭缝喷嘴 100沿上下方向 Z朝辅助插入部件 200运动, 使上方 V型 空间 226与喷出口 112的吐出端的卡合,并使清扫片体 300插入喷出口 112。接着, 水平运动, 实现狭缝喷嘴清洁。
以上具体实施方式对本发明进行了详细的说明, 但这些并非构成对本发明的 限制。 本发明的保护范围并不以上述实施方式为限, 但凡本领域普通技术人员根 据本发明所揭示内容所作的等效修饰或变化, 皆应纳入权利要求书中记载的保护 范围内。
Claims
1、 一种狭缝喷嘴清洁装置, 其中, 所述狭缝喷嘴清洁装置包括清扫片体及辅 助插入部件, 所述辅助插入部件用于将所述清扫片体导入所述狭缝喷嘴内。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的狭缝喷嘴清洁装置, 其中, 所述辅助插入部件吸附 在所述狭缝喷嘴上。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的狭缝喷嘴清洁装置, 其中, 所述狭缝喷嘴包括左盖 板、 右盖板、 前喷嘴半部、 后喷嘴半部、 流体入口, 所述前喷嘴半部、 所述后喷 嘴半部由所述左盖板、 所述右盖板固定在一起, 所述前喷嘴半部、 所述后喷嘴半 部贴合而形成喷嘴腔体及喷出口。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的狭缝喷嘴清洁装置, 其中, 所述流体入口形成于所 述前喷嘴半部上。
5、 根据权利要求 3所述的狭缝喷嘴清洁装置, 其中, 所述辅助插入部件包括 辅助插入段及固定段, 所述辅助插入段包括插入段前半部及插入段后半部, 所述 插入段前半部及所述插入段后半部由所述固定段固定在一起。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的狭缝喷嘴清洁装置, 其中, 所述插入段前半部及所 述插入段后半部之间形成有引导空间。
7、 根据权利要求 5所述的狭缝喷嘴清洁装置, 其中, 所述狭缝喷嘴清洁装置 还包括弹性安装架, 所述弹性安装架具有用于向上顶推所述辅助插入部件的多个 螺旋弹簧。
8、 根据权利要求 5所述的狭缝喷嘴清洁装置, 其中, 所述辅助插入段及所述 固定段的顶部分布有多个磁铁以便将所述辅助插入部件吸附在所述狭缝喷嘴上。
9、 根据权利要求 6所述的狭缝喷嘴清洁装置, 其中, 所述引导空间包括位于 上方的上方 V型空间、位于下方的下方倒 V型空间、位于所述上方 V型空间与所 述下方倒 V型空间之间的间隔恒定空间, 所述上方 V型空间用于容纳所述狭缝喷 嘴的喷出口。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的狭缝喷嘴清洁装置, 其中, 所述喷出口的宽度大 于所述间隔恒定空间的宽度。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的狭缝喷嘴清洁装置, 其中, 所述间隔恒定空间的 宽度大于所述清扫片体的厚度。
12、 根据权利要求 1所述的狭缝喷嘴清洁装置, 其中, 所述狭缝喷嘴清洁装
置还包括清扫片体夹具, 所述清扫片体夹具用于夹持所述清扫片体。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的狭缝喷嘴清洁装置, 其中, 所述清扫片体夹具包 括夹具驱动装置, 所述夹具驱动装置用于驱动所述清扫片体夹具沿左右方向移动。
14、 根据权利要求 1所述的狭缝喷嘴清洁装置, 其中, 所述狭缝喷嘴包括左 盖板、 右盖板、 前喷嘴半部、 后喷嘴半部、 流体入口, 所述前喷嘴半部、 所述后 喷嘴半部由所述左盖板、 所述右盖板固定在一起, 所述前喷嘴半部、 所述后喷嘴 半部贴合而形成喷嘴腔体及喷出口, 所述流体入口形成于所述前喷嘴半部上, 所 述辅助插入部件包括辅助插入段及固定段, 所述辅助插入段包括插入段前半部及 插入段后半部, 所述插入段前半部及所述插入段后半部由所述固定段固定在一起, 所述插入段前半部及所述插入段后半部之间形成有引导空间。
15、 根据权利要求 14所述的狭缝喷嘴清洁装置, 其中, 所述狭缝喷嘴清洁装 置还包括弹性安装架, 所述弹性安装架具有用于向上顶推所述辅助插入部件的多 个螺旋弹簧。
16、 根据权利要求 15所述的狭缝喷嘴清洁装置, 其中, 所述狭缝喷嘴清洁装 置还包括清扫片体夹具, 所述清扫片体夹具用于夹持所述清扫片体。
