Abstract
Description
まず、本開示にかかる一態様の着眼点について説明する。
図1Aは、本開示の実施の形態1におけるウェアラブル機器の平らな状態を示す正面図である。図1Bは、図1Aに示すウェアラブル機器の、1B-1B線における断面図である。
一方、図1Bに示す全長L1は、図2Bに示す円弧の長さL2に変化する。このときL2は、Rを半径とする円の円弧の長さであるため、次の(式2)で表される。
前述の通り、図1Bに示している「腕等に装着していない状態(平らな状態)」では、ほぼ「L=L1」であるため、図1Bに示す全長L1は図2Bに示す内側の円弧の長さL2に変化する。
図3Aは、本開示の実施の形態2のウェアラブル機器の平らな状態を示す正面図である。図3Bは、図3Aに示すウェアラブル機器の、3B-3B線における断面図である。図3Aおよび図3Bにおいて、図1Aおよび図1Bと同じ構成要素については同じ符号を用い、説明を省略する。
図5Aは、本開示の実施の形態3におけるウェアラブル機器の平らな状態を示す正面図である。図5Bは、図5Aに示すウェアラブル機器の、5B-5B線における断面図である。図5Aおよび図5Bにおいて、図1A、図1B、図3A及び図3Bと同じ構成要素については同じ符号を用い、説明を省略する。
図5A、図5B、図6Aおよび図6Bを用いて、実施の形態4の構成について説明する。
図7Aは、本開示の実施の形態5におけるウェアラブル機器の平らな状態を示す正面図である。図7Bは、図7Aに示すウェアラブル機器の7B-7B線における断面図である。図7Cは、図7Aに示すウェアラブル機器の、7C-7C線における断面図である。
図9は、本開示の実施の形態6におけるウェアラブル機器の平らな状態を示す斜視図である。図9において、機器本体900には長さの異なるコンベックスバネ901と902が内蔵されている。短い方のコンベックスバネ901が手首側、長い方のコンベックスバネ902が上腕側である。また、内蔵されているコンベックスバネ901及び902が平らな状態のため、機器本体900も平らな状態となっている。また、機器本体900は、図示しないプロセッサ、メモリなどを含む処理部を有し、その処理結果を表示するフレキシブルディスプレイ903を備えている。

となっている。これにより、巻き付け状態のコンベックスバネ901及びコンベックスバネ902の曲率は、

となる。この時、機器本体900はコンベックスバネ901及びコンベックスバネ902に沿って巻き付け変形可能となっているため、図11に示すように円錐状(円錐台状)に巻きつけされた機器本体巻き付け状態になる。
図13は、本開示の実施の形態7の機器本体900の斜視図である。図13において、図9と同様の構成要素については同じ符号を用い、説明を省略する。
(式5)コンベックスバネ1301の断面R1<コンベックスバネ1302の断面R2
となっている。これにより、巻き付け状態のコンベックスバネの曲率は、
(式6)コンベックスバネ1301の曲率1/R1>コンベックスバネ1302の曲率1/R2
となる。この時、機器本体900はコンベックスバネ1301及びコンベックスバネ1302に沿って巻き付け変形可能となっているため、図11と同様に円錐状(円錐台状)となる機器本体巻き付け状態となる。
断面Rの異なるコンベックスバネ1301、1302に代えて、バネ板厚の異なるコンベックスバネ1501、1502を用いる例を図15に示す。

となっている。これにより、巻き付け時のコンベックスバネの曲率は、

となる。この時、機器本体900はコンベックスバネ1501及びコンベックスバネ1502に沿って巻き付け変形可能となっているため、図11と同様に円錐状(円錐台状)となる機器本体巻き付け状態となる。
図16Aは、実施の形態8におけるウェアラブル機器の平らな状態を示す斜視図である。図16Bは、実施の形態8におけるウェアラブル機器の巻き付け状態を示す斜視図である。図16Aにおいて、機器本体1600は、大別すると、機器本体表面部材1601と機器本体後面部材1602にて構成されている。ここで機器本体表面部材1601として、例えばフレキシブルなディスプレイを用いても良い。フレキシブルなディスプレイを用いることにより、機器本体1600を、図16Aに示す平らな状態と、図16Bに示す巻き付け状態の間で相互に変形自在とすることができる。これにより、腕等へ巻き付けて利用可能となる。また、機器本体1600は、図示しないプロセッサ、メモリなどを含む処理部を有し、その処理結果をフレキシブルなディスプレイに表示する。

Claims (13)
- フレキシブルな表示デバイスと、
前記表示デバイスの周縁部を保持するフレキシブルな筐体とを備え、
前記表示デバイスを最上面に配置して機器の全長基準とし、
前記表示デバイスより下側は全長方向に収縮することを特徴とする、
ウェアラブル機器。 - 前記フレキシブルな筐体にリジッドな筐体部分を設け、
前記筐体部分に機器を機能させるためのリジッドなデバイスを配置したことを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載のウェアラブル機器。 - 前記フレキシブルな筐体にベローズ構造を備えたことを特徴とする、
請求項1または2に記載のウェアラブル機器。 - 前記フレキシブルな筐体の構成材料をエラストマー樹脂とし、
前記リジッドな筐体部分を可撓性の少ない樹脂として、
2色成形法での成形により一体に形成したことを特徴とする、
請求項3に記載のウェアラブル機器。 - 前記リジッドな筐体部分の前記フレキシブルな表示デバイスの周縁部を保持する側壁部分のうち、前記表示デバイスの中央付近の両側に位置する少なくとも二箇所は、
前記リジッドな筐体部分とは切り離されていることを特徴とする、
請求項2~4の何れかに記載のウェアラブル機器。 - 機器本体と、複数のコンベックスバネと、を備え、
前記複数のコンベックスバネのうち、少なくとも2本は互いにバネの特性が異なることを特徴とするウェアラブル機器。 - 前記バネの特性の種類として、長手方向の長さ、短手方向の断面R、バネ板厚さのうちの少なくとも1つを含むことを特徴とする請求項6記載のウェアラブル機器。
- 前記複数のコンベックスバネは、前記機器本体に内蔵されており、かつ、短手方向に横に並べて配置されてなる請求項6または7記載のウェアラブル機器。
- フレキシブルディスプレイを更に備え、
前記フレキシブルディスプレイは、前記コンベックスバネが巻きつけ状態において前記機器本体の外側から視認可能な位置に配置されてなる請求項6、7または8記載のウェアラブル機器。 - 機器本体と、
コンベックスバネと、
前記機器本体に前記コンベックスバネの中央付近を保持する中央保持部と、
前記機器本体に係合し前記コンベックスバネを保持する端面保持部と、
を備えているウェアラブル機器。 - 前記端面保持部は、前記機器本体の平らな状態及び巻き付け状態の両状態において、前記コンベックスバネの端面部分が確実に覆われる長さを保有していることを特徴とした請求項10記載のウェアラブル機器。
- 前記端面保持部は前記コンベックスバネが平らな状態時の断面R形状と近似形状となっていることを特徴とした請求項10または11記載のウェアラブル機器。
- 前記端面保持部は前記機器本体の端面位置に取り付けられていることを特徴とした請求項10、11または12記載のウェアラブル機器。
