Abstract

La présente invention a pour but de fournir un procédé de production d'un catalyseur, qui permette d'obtenir un catalyseur ayant une activité catalytique supérieure. Ce procédé assure la production d'un catalyseur de telle façon qu'un métal catalyseur soit appliqué sur un support ayant un mode répartition des rayons de pores au moins égale à 1 nm et inférieure à 5 nm et un volume des pores au moins égal à 0.3 cc par gramme du support; le procédé de production d'un catalyseur comprend les étapes suivantes : imprégnation des pores du support avec un constituant du métal catalyseur et traitement thermique subséquent à l'étape d'imprégnation; ou imprégnation des pores du support avec un précurseur du métal catalyseur, réduction du précurseur du métal catalyseur et traitement thermique subséquent à l'étape de réduction.
