本实施例中,蜗杆107套接在驱动马达106的输出轴上,由驱动马达106驱动进行匀速旋转,其旋转速度可根据实际情况进行设置。本实施例中的蜗杆107可以是左旋蜗杆也可以是右旋蜗杆。齿轮108在蜗杆107的旋转带动下进行顺时针或逆时针方向的转动,连接在所述齿轮转轴上的曲杆102随即也发生绕所述齿轮转轴的顺时针或逆时针方向的转动,由于曲杆102的曲臂102a末端抵接在盒盖20中的曲杆滑槽201中,曲臂102a末端设置了垂直于曲杆滑槽201的抵接部,其大小与曲杆滑槽201相匹配。
此外,本发明的所述电子烟盒的盒体10内还设置了与控制单元105电连接的限位开关111,当所述盒盖20关闭时,图中所示情况下, 所述曲柄102b顺时针转动时,将与限位开关111相接触,进而触发所述限位开关111,与该限位开关111电连接的控制单元105则据此控制驱动马达106停止运转,由此可以及时有效的关闭驱动马达106,进而减少功率的损耗,也利于延长使用寿命。
电子烟盒的盒体内侧还可以设置用于对齿轮108的所述齿轮转轴(图中未示出)进行限位的卡槽(图中未示出),所述齿轮转轴抵接所述卡槽以控制所述齿轮108沿所述齿轮转轴进行转动时避免产生除转动以外的位置偏移。
图3、图4分别对应了本发明的电子烟盒的盒盖20开启和关闭的两种状态。具体的开盖与合盖过程如下:
开盖过程:本发明的电子烟盒在关闭状态下,触发盒体外壳上的开关101,与开关101电性连接的控制单元105控制启动驱动马达106,设置在驱动马达106的输出轴上的蜗杆107 开始匀速旋转,蜗杆107的旋转速度由驱动马达106的输出功率控制,与蜗杆107啮合的齿轮108逆时针旋转,其齿轮转轴(未示出)与蜗杆107的所述旋转轴相垂直,所述齿轮转轴固定在所述卡槽内因此保持齿轮的相对固定,套接在所述齿轮转轴上的曲杆102由齿轮108带动进行逆时针旋转,由于曲臂102a末端的抵接部由设置在盒盖20内表面靠近盒盖20与盒体10铰接部位的侧面,曲1杆102逆时针旋转的过程中对盒盖20产生沿开盖方向的力矩,推动盒盖10绕所述铰接部位的转轴偏离盒体10,打开所述盒盖。盒盖完全开启时,控制单元105控制驱动马达106停止运转。
合盖过程:本发明的电子烟盒在开启状态下,触发设置在盒体外壳上的开关101,与开关101电性连接的控制单元105控制启动驱动马达106,设置在驱动马达106的输出轴上的蜗杆107 开始沿与开盖过程中蜗杆107的旋转方向相反的方向匀速旋转,蜗杆107的旋转速度由驱动马达106的输出功率控制,与蜗杆107啮合的齿轮108顺时针旋转,其齿轮转轴(未示出)与蜗杆107的所述旋转轴相垂直,所述齿轮转轴固定在所述卡槽内,因此保持齿轮108的相对固定,套接在所述齿轮转轴上的曲杆102由齿轮108带动进行顺时针旋转,由于曲臂102a末端的抵接部(未示出)由设置在盒盖20内表面靠近盒盖20与盒体10铰接部位的侧面,曲杆102顺时针旋转的过程中对盒盖20产生沿合盖方向的力矩,推动盒盖20绕所述铰接部位的转轴靠近盒体10,关闭所述盒盖20。特别地,盒盖20完全关闭的时候,曲杆102的曲柄102b最终将抵接限位开关111,限位开关111与控制单元105电性连接,限位开关111被曲杆102压下时,控制单元105将控制驱动马达106停止输出。
如图5所示,本发明的电子烟盒中,控制单元105分别与限位开关111、开关101、电池102及驱动马达106电性连接,特别地电池102与控制单元105之间经由充电弹片110连接,触发开关101时,触发限位开关111时,控制单元105控制驱动马达106停止运转。
在本发明的第二优选实施例(未图示)中,与所述第一实施例的不同之处在于,本发明的电子烟盒不包括所述限位开关111,可以根据实际情况设置曲杆滑槽201的长度使得开启或关闭盒盖时,所述抵接部(图中未示出)恰好运动到曲杆滑槽201的末端,所述曲杆102的曲臂102a的所述抵接部在曲杆滑槽201内滑动至曲杆滑槽201末端时,所述控制单元105控制所述驱动马达106停止运转。
本发明的电子烟盒第三优选实施例(未示出)中,控制单元105为具有限时功能的控制PCB板,该控制PCB板内设置了限时单元(未示出),开启或关闭所述盒盖20时,所述控制PCB板控制所述驱动马达在一预设时间内运转,超过所述预设时间后,所述控制PCB板控制所述驱动马达106停止转动。
本发明的电子烟盒的第四优选实施例中,与所述第一优选实施例的区别之处在于,所述翻盖机构包括连接在所述驱动马达输出轴上的驱动杆,以及时钟部分与所述驱动杆相接触的传动杆,所述传动杆一端可旋转固定在所述盒体内,另一端抵接所述盒盖,所述驱动杆在驱动马达的功率输出驱动下进行伸缩。开盖时,所述驱动杆向上延伸,推动所述与之相接触的传动杆,所述传动杆推动所述盒盖沿转轴偏离盒体,进而打开所述盒盖;合盖时,所述驱动杆在所述驱动马达的带动下向下回缩,所述传动杆随即往合盖方向回落,进而关闭所述盒盖。
以上结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可以对本发明进行各种变换及等同替代,这些均属于本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种电子烟盒,包括盒体(10)、通过转轴(30)与所述盒体(10)铰接的盒盖(20)、设置在所述盒体(10)内的控制单元(105)以及设置在所述盒体(10)外侧的开关(101),所述开关(101)与所述控制单元(105)电连接,其特征在于,还包括翻盖机构、以及与所述控制单元(105)电连接的驱动马达(106),其中:
    所述翻盖机构一端连接到所述驱动马达(106)的输出轴、另一端可滑动地嵌合到所述盒盖(20)的内侧;所述控制单元(105)通过控制所述驱动马达(106),以带动所述翻盖机构沿开盖或合盖方向转动,进而打开或关闭所述盒盖(20)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于,所述翻盖机构包括安装在所述驱动马达(106)输出轴上的蜗杆(107)、与所述蜗杆(107)相啮合的齿轮(108)、以及曲杆(102),所述齿轮(108)具有齿轮转轴,所述曲杆(102)第一端套接在所述齿轮转轴上随所述齿轮(108)的旋转而转动,所述曲杆(102)的第二端可滑动地抵接所述盒盖(20)内侧。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于,所述盒盖(20)邻近所述转轴(30)的内侧面设置一曲杆滑槽(201),所述曲杆(102)第二端可滑动地抵接所述曲杆滑槽(201)并由所述曲杆滑槽(201)进行限位。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于,所述曲杆(102)包括一体成型的曲柄(102b)和曲臂(102a);所述曲柄(102b)靠近所述第一端,所述曲柄(102b)末端套接在所述齿轮转轴上;所述曲臂(102a)靠近所述第二端,是以所述曲柄(102b)为半径的圆弧,所述曲臂(102a)末端设置在所述曲杆滑槽(201)内并抵接所述曲杆滑槽(201)。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于,所述盒体(10)内侧还设置了用于对所述齿轮转轴进行限位的卡槽,所述齿轮转轴抵接所述卡槽、用于避免所述齿轮(108)在旋转时发生位置偏移。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于,所述盒体(10)内还设置了与所述控制单元(105)电连接的限位开关(111),当关闭所述盒盖(20)时,所述曲柄(102b)触发所述限位开关(111),进而所述控制单元(105)控制所述驱动马达(106)停止运转。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于,所述控制单元(105)为具有限时功能的控制PCB板,用于在开启所述盒盖(20)时,所述控制PCB板控制所述驱动马达(106)在一预设时间内运转,超过所述预设时间后,所述控制PCB板控制所述驱动马达(106)停止转动。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于,所述盒盖(20)上设有第一铰接部,所述盒体(10)上设有第二铰接部,所述第一铰接部上设有第一通孔,所述第二铰接部上同轴设有第二通孔,所述转轴(30)插置于所述第一通孔与所述第二通孔中。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于,所述第一通孔、第二通孔与所述转轴(30)有间隙地配合。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于,所述第一铰接部具有弧形结构,当所述盒盖打开或关闭时,所述第一铰接部与所述盒体滑动接触。
  11. 根据权利要求2或7所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于,所述齿轮(108)设置在所述蜗杆(107)与所述盒盖(20)的邻近所述蜗杆(107)的内侧壁之间。
