随着对身体健康关注度的持续上升,人们逐渐意识到了将发烟制品进行燃烧产生烟雾用以吸食这一传统抽烟方式对身体的危害,因此开发了非燃烧烟具及其设备。
现有的非燃烧烟具设备典型地通过加热的方式使发烟制品产生烟雾来供用户吸食。这种非燃烧烟具设备一般包括两个部分:烟具(又称烟杆)和烟盒。烟盒用于对烟具进行存储、充电和/或通讯等等。
在现有的非燃烧烟具设备中,通常在烟盒的顶部设有顶盖,在不使用烟具时,可以打开顶盖,将烟具放入并存储在烟盒的腔室中;在需要使用烟具时,可以打开顶盖将烟具从烟盒取出。
烟盒或整个烟具设备的便携性、紧凑性和易于操作性一直是制造商追求的目标。再者,在产品同质化的市场现状下,也需要寻找吸引用户的新的竞争点,例如在外观方面。
发明内容
在上述现有的非燃烧烟具设备的使用中,申请人研究认为,改善其便携性、紧凑型和操作性的方向之一是烟盒的盖,这是因为:烟具的长度方向与烟盒的长度方向通常是一致的,而烟盒的盖(即上述的顶盖)设置在烟盒沿其长度方向的顶部,盖的这种设置导致烟盒总长度加长。另外,与盖相关的一些附属部件(比如连接件、锁定件等等)的设置进一步导致烟盒总长度加长。
因此,本公开正是针对前述需求而提出一种用于非燃烧烟具的烟盒以及相应的非燃烧烟具设备。本公开改善了烟盒和非燃烧烟具设备的便携性、紧凑性和操作性,给用户提供了更加便利的使用体验。同时,在外观方面,本公开也为用户提供了一种全新的视觉体验。
为此,本公开涉及一种用于非燃烧烟具的烟盒,所述烟盒包括:主体,所述主体 内设置有电源单元和控制单元,所述电源单元构造成用于存储电力和向非燃烧烟具供给电力,所述控制单元构造成用于控制所述电源单元的电力存储和供给;和侧盖,所述侧盖设置有用于接收插入其中的非燃烧烟具的腔室;其中,所述侧盖可侧向运动地连接至所述主体并且构造成能够在闭合位置和打开位置之间运动,在闭合位置,所述侧盖闭合在所述主体上,在打开位置,所述侧盖允许用户放入和取出非燃烧烟具。
本公开的这种烟盒设置有侧盖,侧盖上设置有用于接收烟具的腔室,打开侧盖时,侧盖侧向向外运动而打开,方便烟具的放入和取出。这种构造取消了顶盖以及与顶盖相关的一些附属部件的设置,减少了烟盒沿其长度方向的总长度,改善了烟盒和非燃烧烟具设备的便携性、紧凑性和操作性,为用户提供了一种全新的使用体验和视觉体验。

下面将详细描述本公开的示例性实施例。
根据本公开的第一示例性实施例提供的非燃烧烟具设备参照图1-2示意性所示。该烟具设备总体上包括两个部分:烟具102和烟盒100。烟具102,也称为烟杆,其特别是一种加热式非燃烧烟具,这里尤其涉及电加热式非燃烧烟具。这种烟具呈大致传统香烟形式。烟盒用于对烟具进行存储、充电和/或数据传输。
图1中简单示出了烟盒的配置,其中相关元件不是按比例绘制,并且出于图示简 单清楚的原因,省去了与本公开不相关的元件。烟盒100包括主体和侧盖101,主体可以包括壳体110,该壳体110内设置有控制单元107和电源单元106。主体还可以包括位于壳体110内的基体(未示出),该基体为控制单元107和电源单元106提供支撑。当然,壳体和基体可以是一体形成的单件式部件。
壳体110上还可以设置有接口(未示出),该接口可用于与外部电源有线连接,例如利用线缆给电源单元106充电。接口也可用于与外部电源无线(如感应等)连接。无论有线连接还是无线连接,该接口都还可以与外部计算机或便携式电话连接,用以单向或双向数据传输,例如从外部下载更新软件、向外部传输有关烟盒和/或烟具的相关信息。
控制单元107与接口、电源单元106电连接。这里的电连接是指能够进行数据传输或电力传输。
电源单元106可以是例如可充电电池,例如锂离子电池、磷酸锂铁电池、锂锰电池、镍镉电池、镍金属氢化物电池或其组合。电源单元106构造成储存足够的电量以能够对烟具电池充电多次才需对自身进行充电。
在所示的实施例中,壳体110为基本长方体形状,当然也可以为其他任何形状,例如基本正方体形状或者横截面为椭圆形或扁圆形的长形形状。壳体110具有顶壁、与顶壁相对的底壁和连接顶壁与底壁的侧壁,前述侧盖101在闭合时可以形成为侧壁的一部分。侧盖101中设置有用于接收插入其中的烟具102的腔室,在腔室的底部设置有接触件105,接触件105电连接到控制单元107,用以通过烟具102的相应接触件104与插入其中的烟具102连接。
图1中示出的接触件105和接触件104是示意性的,其数量可以根据实际需要设置,例如可以设置多个、例如四个或五个接触件105和相对应的多个、例如四个或五个接触件104。接触件可以为圆形触点或者弹性片或金手指,当然其它合适的形式也是可考虑的。接触件105和104可以构造成例如通过磁性吸合装置、真空式吸合装置、或通过烟盒顶部抵压以确保可靠接触。
侧盖101包括封闭底部和敞口顶部,封闭底部设置有所述接触件105,烟具102通过敞口顶部放入侧盖的腔室内或者从该腔室内取出。在所示的实施例中,侧盖101具有大体倒η形的横截面,这种侧盖一方面保证了对烟具102的可靠支撑,另一方面能够与壳体110贴合地配合以形成完整的封闭腔体,并且能够节省材料。当然,侧盖也可以形成大体U形的横截面。
在所示的实施例中,侧盖101可枢转地连接至主体,例如可枢转地连接至壳体110或基体。例如,如图所示,侧盖101可以通过枢轴103连接至壳体或基体。在所示的实施例中,枢轴103为单个轴销的形式。可替代地,所述枢轴也可以是位于侧盖的两侧的两个轴销。当然,本公开不局限于此,侧盖也可以通过铰接件连接至主体,例如铰链。该枢轴103可以位于侧盖101的封闭底部处,也可以位于侧盖101的封闭底部与敞口顶部之间的中间部分处。
侧盖101构造成可以在闭合位置和打开位置之间枢转,在闭合位置(如图1所示),侧盖101闭合在壳体110上并与壳体110配合以形成完整的封闭腔体。当需要打开侧盖时,侧盖101绕枢轴103侧向向外枢转至打开位置(如图2所示),使得侧盖101的纵向方向与壳体110的纵向方向成一角度,由此露出侧盖101的顶部,这样使得用户可以放入或取出烟具102。
本文所使用的“纵向方向”是指烟盒在使用时的竖直方向,通常是指烟盒的长度方向。对于烟具,“纵向方向”是指烟具的长度方向。相应的“侧向方向或横向方向”是指与“纵向方向”垂直的方向。在实施例中,在烟具放入烟盒时且在闭合位置,烟具的纵向方向平行于烟盒的纵向位置。
需要注意的是,图2仅仅是示意性的。例如,图2示意性地示出了侧盖在打开位置时与其他部件之间的相对位置关系,但是在打开位置,考虑接触件105的位置变化,接触件105与控制单元107之间的电连接可以使用易弯曲线缆实现。为尽量减少线缆的长度变化,线缆优选靠近枢轴103设置(这未在图2中示出)。所采用的电连接方式可以类似于翻盖便携式电话或笔记本电脑中屏幕与主机的电连接方式。
在一实施例中,设置有锁定机构,所述锁定机构用于在锁定状态锁定侧盖101,防止侧盖意外打开。锁定机构可以设置在侧盖101与壳体110或基体之间。锁定机构可以为按钮结构或者滚珠弹簧结构或者磁体组件等等,当然也可以为任何其他类型的锁定机构。例如,在该实施例中,举例示出了按钮结构形式的锁定机构,该锁定机构包括可以按下和弹起的按钮108、连杆109和锁定件111。该按钮108连接至连杆109的一端,连杆109的另一端设置有倾斜表面,该倾斜表面可以与锁定件111的倾斜表面相互作用。锁定件111构造成能够沿烟盒的纵向方向上下运动。锁定件111还设置有复位弹簧112和锁定部,该锁定部与侧盖的配合锁定部构造成可释放地相接合以锁定侧盖。复位弹簧112用于使锁定件111复位。参见图1,按钮108处于弹起的状态,锁定件的锁定部与侧盖的配合锁定部相接合,从而将侧盖101锁定在闭合位置;当按 下按钮108时,参见图2,按钮沿水平方向致动连杆109,连杆的倾斜表面与锁定件111的倾斜表面相互作用,使得锁定件111沿纵向方向向下运动,由此使锁定件111的锁定部与侧盖101的锁定部脱离接合,从而解除对侧盖的锁定,允许侧盖相对于壳体向外枢转。在图示的这种锁定机构中,用户释放按钮108时,锁定件111在复位弹簧112的力作用下复位,而连杆109和按钮108在两倾斜表面的相互作用下一起沿水平方向运动,按钮弹起。在闭合侧盖时,用户需要先按下按钮108,然后待侧盖就位后再释放按钮。当然,也可以使用其他形式的锁定件,使得在闭合侧盖的同时实现自动锁定而无需用户操作按钮。
在一实施例中,侧盖可以设置有便于用户抓持的特征部,例如由多个凸起或凹陷构成的纹理表面、能够接合用户手指的凹部、把手等等。
在一实施例中,可以设置有导轨结构(未示出),所述导轨结构用于引导侧盖的枢转。导轨结构可以包括设置在侧盖上的凸部和设置在壳体或基体上的弧形凹槽,所述凸部在弧形凹槽内滑动。可替代地,导轨结构可以包括设置在侧盖上的弧形凹槽和设置在壳体或基体上的凸部。
在一实施例中,还包括助力结构,所述助力结构用于助力侧盖101相对于壳体110或基体的枢转。例如,助力结构可以为设置在侧盖与壳体或基体之间的弹性部件,其用于在打开时自动弹开侧盖,从而助力侧盖的打开,提升用户体验。另外,所述弹性部件还能够起到在闭合时缓冲侧盖对壳体的冲击的作用。优选地,所述弹性部件在侧盖的底部处位于侧盖外部(例如,弹性部件的一端抵靠侧盖底部,而另一端固定于壳体或基体上),更优选地位于远离枢轴103的位置。可选地,所述弹性部件为弹簧。在一优选实施例中,所述弹簧为扭簧,其设置在枢轴103上,该扭簧具有两个支脚,其中一个支脚抵靠侧盖,而另一个支脚抵靠壳体或基体。
在一实施例中,在枢轴103处可以设置阻尼元件,所述阻尼元件在侧盖打开和闭合时提供阻力,用以缓冲侧盖的开闭速度。
在一实施例中,壳体110上还可以包括按键,该按键与控制单元107电连接,用于向控制单元107输入控制信号,实现对烟盒的控制。
另外可以考虑在烟盒上设置一个或多个指示器,用以根据需要指示烟盒中电源单元106中的剩余电量和/或指示烟具102的充电状态(如已充满)。
如上所述的烟盒的控制单元107可以构造成用以接收相关信息并变换所接收的信息以生成输出。所述控制单元可包括任意类型的计算装置、计算机、计算电路或者任 意类型的处理器或能够执行存储在存储器中的一系列指令的处理电路。该控制单元可包括多个处理器和/或多核中央处理单元(CPU)并且可包括任意类型的处理器,诸如微处理器、数字信号处理器、微控制器等。该控制单元还可包括存储器以存储数据和/或算法以执行一系列指令。
根据本公开的第二示例性实施例提供的非燃烧烟具设备参照图3-4示意性所示。该非燃烧烟具设备的构造与第一示例性实施例大体类似,这里仅描述不同之处。在该第二示例性实施例中,烟盒200的侧盖101与主体(例如,壳体110或基体)之间由滑轨机构连接,侧盖101构造成能够通过该滑轨机构向外直线式打开。在所示的实施例中,所述滑轨机构包括位于主体上的导向槽203和位于侧盖101上的相应导向条201,所述导向条201构造成能够在导向槽203内滑动,从而打开和闭合侧盖101。可替代地,导向槽也可以设置在侧盖上,而相配合的导向条则对应地设置在主体上。
在一变形实施例中,所述滑轨机构包括安装于主体上的固定滑轨和安装于侧盖的可动滑轨,可动滑轨构造成能够在固定滑轨上滑动。这种构造的侧盖类似于抽屉。
除了上述不同之处之外,本公开的第二示例性实施例还可以包括与第一示例性实施例中大体类似的部件,例如锁定机构、便于用户抓持的特征部等等,这里不再赘述。
特别地,在图3-4中示出了助力结构的一个示例。该助力结构包括螺旋弹簧202,其设置在侧盖101的下部段处,一端固定于主体上,另一端抵靠侧盖101的外表面。当闭合侧盖时,弹簧202被压缩储存能量;当打开侧盖时,弹簧202将储存的能量以力的方式施加给侧盖,以助力侧盖的打开。另外,在闭合侧盖时,弹簧202还起到缓冲的作用。
根据本公开的第三示例性实施例提供的非燃烧烟具设备参照图5-6示意性所示。该非燃烧烟具设备的构造与第一示例性实施例大体类似,这里仅描述不同之处。
在该第三示例性实施例中,烟盒300的侧盖101通过枢轴303可枢转地连接至主体,例如可枢转地连接至壳体110或基体。在所示的示例中,所述枢轴303为位于侧盖的两侧的两个轴销的形式。当然,本公开不局限于此,枢轴也可以为单个轴销的形式(类似于图1,在这种情况下,该单个轴销的布置位置应避免与插入的烟具102相互干涉),或者侧盖也可以通过铰接件连接至主体,例如铰链。优选地,如图所示,该枢轴303可以位于侧盖101的封闭底部与敞口顶部之间的中间部分处。当然,该枢轴303也可以位于侧盖101的封闭底部处。
在所示的示例中,代替第一示例性实施例中的按钮结构,烟盒300设置有磁体组 件。如图所示,该磁体组件包括两对磁体,即能够相互吸合的第一磁体308和第二磁体309以及能够相互吸合的第三磁体311和第四磁体312,这两对磁体分别布置在侧盖的敞口顶部和封闭底部处。第一磁体308和第三磁体311被固定地安装至侧盖101,而第二磁体309和第四磁体312被固定地安装至主体(例如,主体的壳体或基体)并且分别与第一磁体308和第三磁体311相对。
侧盖101构造成可以在闭合位置和打开位置之间绕枢轴303枢转。在闭合位置,如图5所示,侧盖101闭合在壳体110上并与壳体110配合以形成完整的封闭腔体;第一磁体308与第二磁体309相吸合在一起,以将侧盖101保持在闭合位置。当需要打开侧盖101时,用户对侧盖101施加力以克服第一磁体308与第二磁体309之间的磁吸力,由此使侧盖101绕枢轴303侧向向外枢转至打开位置,如图6所示,使得侧盖101的纵向方向与壳体110的纵向方向成一角度,露出侧盖101的顶部,这样用户可以放入或取出烟具102;第三磁体311与第四磁体312变得相吸合在一起以将侧盖101保持在图6所示的打开位置,防止侧盖打开后自由活动。在该打开过程中,第三磁体311与第四磁体312之间的磁吸力还能够起到助力侧盖打开的作用。
在一变形实施例中,可以仅设置第一磁体308与第二磁体309用于将侧盖101保持在闭合位置。而在打开位置,侧盖101的底部直接或通过阻尼元件间接地抵靠主体(例如,主体的壳体或基体),由此防止侧盖101打开时自由活动。
除了上述不同之处之外,本公开的第三示例性实施例还可以包括与第一示例性实施例中大体类似的部件,例如便于用户抓持的特征部、导轨、助力结构、阻尼元件等等,这里不再赘述。可替代地,在本实施例中,阻尼元件也可以设置在第一磁体308与第二磁体309之间和/或第三磁体311与第四磁体312之间,例如可以是由弹性材料制成的阻尼阻隔部。

Claims (28)

  1. 一种用于非燃烧烟具的烟盒,所述烟盒包括:
    主体,所述主体内设置有电源单元和控制单元,所述电源单元构造成用于存储电力和向非燃烧烟具供给电力,所述控制单元构造成用于控制所述电源单元的电力存储和供给;和
    侧盖,所述侧盖设置有用于接收插入其中的非燃烧烟具的腔室;
    其中,所述侧盖可侧向运动地连接至所述主体并且构造成能够在闭合位置和打开位置之间运动,在闭合位置,所述侧盖闭合在所述主体上,在打开位置,所述侧盖允许用户放入和取出非燃烧烟具。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的烟盒,其中,所述侧盖通过一枢轴可枢转地连接至所述主体。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的烟盒,其中,当打开所述侧盖时,所述侧盖侧向向外枢转至打开位置,使得所述侧盖的纵向方向与所述主体的纵向方向成一角度。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的烟盒,其中,所述侧盖包括封闭底部和敞口顶部,所述枢轴位于所述封闭底部处或位于所述侧盖的封闭底部与敞口顶部之间的中间部分处。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的烟盒,其中,所述侧盖与所述主体之间由滑轨机构连接,所述侧盖构造成能够通过该滑轨机构向外直线式打开。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的烟盒,其中,所述滑轨机构包括位于所述主体和所述侧盖中的一个上的导向槽以及位于所述主体和所述侧盖中的另一个上的相应导向条,所述导向条构造成能够在所述导向槽内滑动。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的烟盒,其中,所述滑轨机构包括安装于所述主体上的固定滑轨和安装于所述侧盖上的可动滑轨,所述可动滑轨构造成在所述固定滑轨上滑动。
  8. 如权利要求1-7中任一项所述的烟盒,其中,所述侧盖包括封闭底部和敞口顶部,所述非燃烧烟具通过该敞口顶部放入所述侧盖的腔室内或者从该腔室内取出。
  9. 如权利要求1-7中任一项所述的烟盒,其中,所述侧盖具有大体倒η形的横截面或者具有大体U形的横截面。
  10. 如权利要求1-7中任一项所述的烟盒,其中,所述烟盒还包括锁定机构,所述锁定机构用于在锁定状态锁定所述侧盖,防止所述侧盖意外打开。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的烟盒,其中,所述锁定机构为按钮结构或者滚珠弹簧结构或者磁体组件。
  12. 如权利要求2-4中任一项所述的烟盒,其中,所述烟盒还包括导轨结构,所述导轨结构用于引导所述侧盖的运动。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的烟盒,其中,所述导轨结构包括设置在所述主体和所述侧盖中的一个上的凸部以及设置在所述主体和所述侧盖中的另一个上的弧形凹槽,所述凸部构造成能够在所述弧形凹槽内滑动。
  14. 如权利要求1-7中任一项所述的烟盒,其中,所述烟盒还包括助力结构,所述助力结构用于助力所述侧盖相对于所述主体的运动。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的烟盒,其中,所述助力结构为设置在所述侧盖与所述主体之间的弹性部件。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的烟盒,其中,所述弹性部件为弹簧。
  17. 如权利要求2-4中任一项所述的烟盒,其中,所述烟盒还包括设置在所述枢轴上的扭簧,所述扭簧用于助力所述侧盖相对于所述主体的运动。
  18. 如权利要求2-4中任一项所述的烟盒,其中,在所述枢轴处设置有阻尼元件,所述阻尼元件在侧盖打开和闭合时提供阻力,用以缓冲侧盖的开闭速度。
  19. 如权利要求1-7中任一项所述的烟盒,其中,所述侧盖设置有用于便于用户抓持的特征部。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的烟盒,其中,所述用于便于用户抓持的特征部包括纹理表面或者能够接合用户手指的凹部。
  21. 如权利要求10所述的烟盒,其中,所述锁定机构为按钮结构,所述锁定机构包括能够按下和弹起的按钮、连杆和锁定件,所述连杆的一端连接至按钮,另一端设置有倾斜表面,该倾斜表面构造成与所述锁定件的倾斜表面相互作用,所述锁定件构造成通过该相互作用沿烟盒的纵向方向运动。
  22. 如权利要求21所述的烟盒,其中,所述锁定件设置有复位弹簧和锁定部,该锁定部与所述侧盖的配合锁定部构造成可释放地相接合以锁定所述侧盖。
  23. 如权利要求2-4中任一项所述的烟盒,其中,所述枢轴为单个轴销或者两个轴销的形式。
  24. 如权利要求10所述的烟盒,其中,所述锁定机构为磁体组件,该磁体组件包括第一磁体和第二磁体,所述第一磁体和第二磁体构造成能够相互吸合以将所述侧 盖保持在闭合位置。
  25. 如权利要求24所述的烟盒,其中,所述烟盒还包括第三磁体和第四磁体,所述第三磁体和第四磁体构造成能够相互吸合以将所述侧盖保持在打开位置。
  26. 如权利要求24所述的烟盒,其中,在所述第一磁体与所述第二磁体之间设置有阻尼阻隔部。
  27. 如权利要求25所述的烟盒,其中,在所述第一磁体与所述第二磁体之间和/或所述第三磁体与所述第四磁体之间设置有阻尼阻隔部。
  28. 一种非燃烧烟具设备,其包括烟具和如权利要求1-27中任一项所述的烟盒,所述烟具构造成被接收在所述烟盒内。
