根据本公开的示例性实施例提供的用于非燃烧烟具的烟盒100参照图1-4示意性所示。该烟盒100用于对烟具进行存储、充电和/或数据传输。烟具也称为烟杆,其特别是一种加热式非燃烧烟具,这里尤其涉及电加热式非燃烧烟具。这种烟具呈大致传统香烟形式。另外,烟盒还可以构造成用于存放发烟制品。如这里使用的那样,术语“气雾生成制品”或“发烟制品”(两者可互换,俗称“烟弹”)是指包括能够释放可形成气雾的易挥发化合物的气雾形成基体或发烟基体的制品。气雾生成制品或发烟制品产生通过用户的嘴直接可吸入到用户的肺中的气雾。下文一般使用术语“发烟制品”。
烟盒100包括主体107、翻盖101和滑盖102。主体107内设置有控制单元和电源单元(未示出)。电源单元可以是例如可充电电池,例如锂离子电池、磷酸锂铁电池、 锂锰电池、镍镉电池、镍金属氢化物电池或其组合。电源单元构造成储存足够的电量以能够对烟具电池充电多次才需对自身进行充电。
主体107上还可以设置有接口(未示出),该接口可用于与外部电源有线连接,例如利用线缆给电源单元充电。接口也可用于与外部电源无线(如感应等)连接。无论有线连接还是无线连接,该接口都还可以与外部计算机或便携式电话等外部设备连接,用以单向或双向数据传输,例如从外部设备下载更新软件、向外部设备传输有关烟盒和/或烟具的相关信息。控制单元与接口、电源单元电连接,以进行数据传输或电力传输。
在所示的实施例中,主体107具有横截面为椭圆形或扁圆形的长形形状,当然也可以具有其他任何形状,例如基本正方体形状。
翻盖101典型地位于主体107的顶部并构造成可枢转地连接至主体107。例如,如图所示,翻盖101可以通过枢轴106连接至主体。当然,本公开不局限于此,翻盖也可以通过铰接件连接至主体,例如铰链。翻盖101构造成可以在闭合位置和打开位置之间枢转,在闭合位置(如图1和图2所示),翻盖101闭合在主体107上并与主体107配合以形成完整的封闭腔体。当需要打开翻盖时,翻盖101绕枢轴106侧向向外枢转至打开位置(如图3和图4所示),由此露出主体107的顶部,这样用户可以放入或取出烟具和/或发烟制品。
翻盖101包括盖体部分和枢转块105,所述枢转块牢固地固定至盖体部分或者与盖体部分一体成型。在所示的实施例中,枢转块105为大体扇形形状(优选半圆形形状),其圆弧表面上带有齿,用于与传动齿轮系104啮合,其两个径向侧表面中的一个径向侧表面固定至盖体部分的侧壁下端或者与盖体部分的侧壁下端一体成型(在该实施例中为后侧壁下端)。优选地,为了牢固固定,枢转块105的该径向侧表面沿径向方向向外直线延伸出一伸长部分,该伸长部分与盖体部分的侧壁下端的台阶部配合,由此通过粘结等方式牢固地固定至盖体部分,或者可以在制造期间一体模制成型。枢轴106位于主体107的一侧(在该实施例中为后侧)并横向设置在该枢转块105的枢转中心处,使得所述枢转块105能够以枢轴106为中心进行枢转。换句话说,枢转块105通过枢轴106可枢转地连接至主体107。
滑盖102位于主体107的一侧(例如前侧,与枢轴106所在的那侧相对),可沿主体107上下滑动。滑盖102上固定连接一齿条103,齿条103位于主体107内。在所示的实施例中,该齿条103成L形,该L形的长臂带有齿并且向上延伸以与传动齿 轮系104啮合,该L形的短臂与滑盖102固定在一起,从而能够随滑盖一起运动。传动齿轮系104与枢转块105上的齿相啮合,这样,当滑盖102上下滑动时,滑盖102带动齿条103上下运动,齿条103通过传动齿轮系104带动枢转块105转动,从而通过滑盖的直线运动控制翻盖101的打开和闭合。
在所示的实施例中,传动齿轮系104由依序布置的第一齿轮、第二齿轮和第三齿轮构成,滑盖102上的齿条103与第一齿轮相啮合,第一齿轮又与第二齿轮啮合,第二齿轮又与第三齿轮啮合,第三齿轮与枢转块105的圆弧表面上的齿相啮合,从而将齿条103的直线运动转换成枢转块105的枢转运动。
参照图3和图4,当滑盖102沿主体107向下滑动时,齿条103与滑盖102一起向下运动,齿条103的向下运动依次带动传动齿轮系104的第一齿轮、第二齿轮和第三齿轮在相应方向上转动,最后带动枢转块105绕枢轴106顺时针枢转,由此使得翻盖101的盖体部分向烟盒后方旋转,从而打开翻盖101。当需要闭合翻盖101时,使滑盖102沿主体107向上滑动,带动齿条103一起向上运动,通过齿轮传动系104,最终带动枢转块105逆时针枢转,从而闭合翻盖101。当然,用户也可以直接用手操作翻盖101来实现闭合。
这里所指的方向“前”是指烟盒朝向用户的一侧。相应的方向“后”是指与“前”相反的方向。这里的方向“上”是指翻盖101打开后主体107的腔室开口的方向,“下”是与“上”相反的反向。
本公开的实施例提供的烟盒,能够使得用户在将滑盖102向下推时,将翻盖101打开;将滑盖102向上推时,将翻盖101闭合。这样能够使翻盖101比较方便地打开和闭合,有助于提升用户体验。与专利文献CN107951085A中公开的滑盖式烟盒相比,本公开的烟盒在翻盖打开和闭合过程中的运动流畅性大大得到改善,从而防止出现卡死的情况。
不难理解的是,代替前述的三个齿轮,传动齿轮系104也可以由一个或任意其他数量的齿轮构成。并且齿轮种类不受限制。
在一实施例中,参见图3,主体107还包括隔板结构108,隔板结构内形成有空腔,用于接收齿条103的至少带齿部分、齿轮传动系104和枢转块105。隔板结构108还构造成将主体107的腔室分成两个隔室,其中一个隔室用于存放发烟制品,另一个隔室用于存放烟具。这两个隔室沿主体107横向排列。这样设置的优点是能够节省空间,优化结构。
在一实施例中,滑盖102与主体107之间的滑动连接可以构造成滑轨的形式,例如类似于在滑盖手机中使用的滑轨。
在一实施例中,还包括助力结构,所述助力结构用于助力滑盖102相对于所述主体107的滑动。进一步地,所述助力结构可以为弹簧或马达。这样设置的优点是能够降低用户在推动滑盖102相对于主体107的滑动时所需要使用的力量,提升用户体验。
在一实施例中,滑盖102与主体107之间设置有锁定开关。所述锁定开关在处于锁定状态时,限制滑盖102与主体107之间的滑动。例如,该锁定开关可以一个可以按下和弹起的按钮,当按钮按下时,滑盖102与主体107之间的相对位置被锁定,滑盖102不能上下运动;当按钮弹起时,允许滑盖102相对于主体107滑动。
在一实施例中,滑盖可以设置有便于用户抓持的特征部,例如由多个凸起或凹陷构成的纹理表面、能够接合用户手指的凹部等等。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种用于非燃烧烟具的烟盒,所述烟盒包括:
    主体,所述主体内设置有腔室,所述腔室构造成用于存放非燃烧烟具和/或发烟制品;
    翻盖,所述翻盖设置在所述主体的顶部,用于闭合所述腔室;
    滑盖,所述滑盖设置于所述主体的一侧并且构造成能够沿着所述主体滑动,所述滑盖固定连接一齿条,该齿条位于所述主体内并从所述滑盖向上延伸;和
    传动齿轮系,所述齿条通过所述传动齿轮系将所述滑盖的滑动运动转换成所述翻盖在闭合位置和打开位置之间的枢转运动,在闭合位置,所述翻盖闭合在所述主体上,在打开位置,所述翻盖允许用户放入和取出非燃烧烟具和/或发烟制品。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的烟盒,其中,所述齿条成L形,该L形的长臂带有齿并且向上延伸以与所述传动齿轮系啮合,该L形的短臂与所述滑盖固定在一起,从而能够随所述滑盖一起运动。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的烟盒,其中,所述翻盖通过枢轴连接至所述主体,所述枢轴位于所述主体的另一侧。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的烟盒,其中,所述翻盖包括盖体部分和枢转块,所述枢转块牢固地固定至盖体部分或者与盖体部分一体成型。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的烟盒,其中,所述枢转块通过所述枢轴可枢转地连接至所述主体,使得所述枢转块能够以所述枢轴为中心进行枢转。
  6. 根据权利要求4或5所述的烟盒,其中,所述枢转块为大体扇形形状,其圆弧表面上带有齿,用于与所述传动齿轮系啮合,其两个径向侧表面中的一个径向侧表面固定至所述盖体部分的侧壁下端或者与所述盖体部分的侧壁下端一体成型。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的烟盒,其中,所述枢转块的所述一个径向侧表面沿径向方向向外直线延伸出一伸长部分,该伸长部分与盖体部分的侧壁下端的台阶部配合。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的烟盒,其中,所述传动齿轮系由一个或多个齿轮构成。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的烟盒,其中,所述传动齿轮系由依序布置的第一齿 轮、第二齿轮和第三齿轮构成。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的烟盒,其中,所述主体还包括隔板结构,隔板结构内形成有用于接收所述齿条和所述齿轮传动系的空腔。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的烟盒,其中,所述隔板结构构造成将所述主体的腔室分成横向排列的两个隔室,其中一个隔室构造成用于存放发烟制品,另一个隔室构造成用于存放烟具。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的烟盒,其中,还包括助力结构,所述助力结构用于助力所述滑盖相对于所述主体的滑动。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的烟盒,其中,所述助力结构为弹簧或马达。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的烟盒,其中,所述滑盖与所述主体之间设置有锁定开关,所述锁定开关处于锁定状态时,限制所述滑盖相对于所述主体的滑动。
  15. 一种非燃烧烟具设备,其包括烟具和如权利要求1-14中任一项所述的烟盒,所述烟具构造成被接收在所述烟盒内。
