作为本发明的进一步改进,所述驱动组件还包括限位杆和限位开关,所述限位开关连接所述驱动件,所述限位杆一端连接所述齿轮组,另一端连接所述限位开关;所述限位杆随着所述齿轮组的转动发生摆动,在所述传动齿与所述推动齿断开啮合后,限位杆触发限位开关,以使所述驱动件停止驱动。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述限位杆的一端连接于所述齿轮组的转动轴。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述冰箱还包括收容所述驱动组件的壳体,所述弹性件的一端连接所述壳体靠近所述背壁的一端,另一端连接所述推动件靠近所述背壁的一端;于所述传动件带动所述推动件运动时,所述弹性件处于拉伸状态。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述冰箱还包括收容所述驱动组件的壳体,所述弹性件的一端连接所述壳体远离所述背壁的一端,另一端连接所述推动件靠近所述背壁的一端;于所述传动件带动所述推动件运动时,所述弹性件处于压缩状态。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
(1)本发明提供的冰箱通过感应件及驱动组件的设置,使得用户只需触发感应件,便可使驱动组件驱动传动件运动以连接推动件,进而带动推动件运动以使推动件将抽屉推出腔室,从而实现了冰箱抽屉的自动开启功能,使用更便利且更智能化;
(2)本发明提供的冰箱通过弹性件的设置,当传动件带动推动件运动一段行程后与推动件断开连接,推动件在弹性件的作用下回复至初 始位置,进而避免阻碍抽屉回复至关闭状态;
(3)本发明的抽屉取消了现有技术中用于手动操作的把手,其抽屉门的外表面为平面,即抽屉门的外表面无任何外露或内陷的把手,结构更简洁且提升了整个冰箱的整体感。

以下将结合附图所示的具体实施方式对本发明进行详细描述。但这些实施方式并不限制本发明,本领域的普通技术人员根据这些实施方式所做出的结构、方法、或功能上的变换均包含在本发明的保护范围内。
需要说明,本发明实施例中所有方向性指示(诸如上、下……)仅 用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。
另外,在本发明中如涉及“第一”、“第二”等的描述仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示其相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该特征。在本发明的描述中,“多个”的含义是至少两个,例如两个,三个等,除非另有明确具体的限定。

请参阅图1-图5,本发明提供了一种冰箱100,包括形成有腔室的箱体1、可推拉地滑动设置于腔室内的抽屉2、以及设置于腔室内的驱动组件3。
其中,抽屉2包括抽屉门21,且抽屉门21的外表面为平面,抽屉门21上设置有感应件(未图示);驱动组件3包括驱动件31,连接驱动件31的传动件32,推动件33,以及连接推动件33的弹性件34。
当需要打开本发明冰箱100的抽屉2时,用户只需触发感应件,使得与感应件连接的驱动件31驱动传动件32运动以连接推动件33,并带动推动件33发生运动,进而使推动件33作用于抽屉2,以将抽屉2推出腔室,此时用户可以向抽屉2内存放食物或从抽屉2中取出食物。
当传动件32带动推动件33运动一端行程后,其与推动件33断开连接,此时推动件33由于失去了传动件32的作用,在弹性件34的作用下,推动件33回复至初始位置。
由此,本发明的冰箱100一方面通过感应件及驱动组件3的设置,使得用户只需触发感应件即可实现抽屉2的自动打开,实现了抽屉2的 自动开启功能,用户操作更便利,且整个冰箱100更智能化、更具有科技感。另一方面,本发明的冰箱100通过弹性件34的设置,实现了推动件33的自动复位,进而避免阻碍抽屉2回复至关闭状态。此外,本发明的抽屉2取消了现有技术中用于手动操作的把手,其抽屉门21的外表面为平面,即抽屉门21的外表面无任何外露或内陷的把手,不仅结构更简洁,提升了整个冰箱100的整体感,而且造型更美观。
需要说明的是,本发明提供的冰箱100包括但不限于单门冰箱、双门冰箱、三门冰箱、十字对开门冰箱和法式冰箱等,在此不作限制。
在一应用场景中,上述感应件设置为与抽屉门21表面相平齐的触控按键,当用户手触碰时产生触碰信号,与感应件连接的驱动件31接收到该触碰信号后,驱动件31驱动传动件32运动以连接推动件33,并带动推动件33发生运动,使推动件33作用于抽屉2,并将抽屉2推出腔室。当然,在本发明的其他应用场景中,上述感应件也可设置为其他类型,均在本发明的保护范围之内,在此不作限制。
进一步地,箱体1包括两相对侧壁11和连接两侧壁11的背壁12,两侧壁11上均设置有滑动轨道13,抽屉2连接于滑动轨道13,以可推拉地滑动设置于腔室内。具体地,为了方便描述,在本实施例中,以用户使用抽屉2时作为参照,靠近用户的一端为“前”,远离用户的一端为“后”,上述滑动轨道13沿前后方向延伸,且两侧壁11上的滑动轨道13对称设置,且该滑动轨道13为金属材质的滑动轨道13。对应地,抽屉2的两侧也设置有前后延伸且与滑动轨道13配合的滑动件22。
当用户需要打开抽屉2时,驱动组件3作用使得抽屉2两侧的滑动件22沿滑动轨道13向前移动;相反地,当用户需要关闭抽屉2时,抽屉2两侧的滑动件22沿滑动轨道13向后移动。通过上述滑动轨道13的设置,不仅便于抽屉2与箱体1的定位安装,从而为抽屉2提供支撑力,而且导引了抽屉2沿前后方向的移动轨迹,减少了抽屉2与箱体1之间的摩擦,有效避免了抽屉2与箱体1之间因长期摩擦而易损坏的问题,延长了抽屉2与箱体1的使用寿命。
在一可选实施例中,为了进一步减少抽屉2与箱体1的摩擦,滑动 件22或滑动轨道13上也可设置有间隔排布的滚轮结构(未图示)。或者,在另一可选实施例中,滑动件22和/或滑动轨道13上也可涂覆有润滑油,达到在减小摩擦的同时,减小滑动噪音的效果。
当然,在本发明的其他实施例中,滑动轨道13也可沿其他方向延伸,两侧壁11上的滑动轨道13也可呈非对称设置,且滑动轨道13的材质也可为其他材质,只要达到当抽屉2沿滑动轨道13滑动时可以切换打开状态或关闭状态的效果,即可实现本发明的目的。
为了与上述滑动轨道13配合以实现抽屉2的推出,在本实施例中,驱动组件3设置于侧壁11,推动件33为直线运动的推杆。具体地,推动件33为沿前后方向运动的推杆。如此,当推动件33在驱动件31的作用下,被传动件32带动向前移动时,推动件33作用于抽屉2以使抽屉2被推动件33向前顶出;当推动件33与传动件32断开连接时,推动件33在弹性件34的作用下向后移动以回复至初始位置,此时回复至初始位置的推动件33将不会影响抽屉2的向后移动。
另外,如图4、图5所示,传动件32为齿轮组,齿轮组上设置有部分圆弧排布的传动齿3231。对应地,推动件33上设置有直线排布的推动齿331。当驱动件31驱动传动件32开始旋转时,传动件32上的传动齿3231从一端与推动齿331开始啮合,在传动件32的传动啮合作用下,推动件33克服弹性件34的弹力向前移动,同时弹性件34进行蓄能。当传动件32旋转至一定角度后,传动齿3231由另一端与推动齿331断开啮合,此时传动件32对推动件33无啮合作用,弹性件34通过自身的弹力作用使得推动件33回复至初始位置。
在一可选实施例中,推动件33设于传动件32的下方,由此,当传动件32如图5所示顺时针转动时,传动件32的传动齿3231与推动件33的推动齿331啮合,以驱动推动件33向前移动。在另一可选实施例中,推动件33还可以设于传动件32的上方,由此,当传动件32逆时针转动时,传动件32的传动齿3231与推动件33的推动齿331啮合,以驱动推动件33向前移动。
在本发明的进一步实施例中,齿轮组包括主动轮321,同轴固定的 第一从动轮322和第二从动轮323;主动轮321连接驱动件31,第一从动轮322与主动轮321啮合,第二从动轮323上形成有上述传动齿3231。通过驱动件31带动主动轮321旋转,进而主动轮321带动第一从动轮322旋转,使得与第一从动轮322同轴固定的第二从动轮323旋转,以完成上述传动齿3231与推动齿331的开始啮合与断开啮合的过程。通过主动轮321、第一从动轮322以及第二从动轮323的配合传动,使得整个传动过程平稳可靠,由此实现了上述抽屉2的平稳打开。
可选地,在本实施例中,上述驱动件31设置为电机。当然,在本发明的其他实施例中,也可采用其他方式实现传动件32的运动,均在本发明的保护范围之内,在此不再赘述。
为了在抽屉2自动打开后实现驱动件31的自动断电,如图4、图5所示,驱动组件3还包括限位杆35和限位开关36,限位开关36连接驱动件31,限位杆35一端连接齿轮组,另一端连接限位开关36。当齿轮组转动时,限位杆35随着齿轮组的转动发生摆动,在传动齿3231与推动齿331断开啮合后,限位杆35触发限位开关36,以使驱动件31停止驱动。
具体地,在本实施例中,限位杆35的一端连接于齿轮组的转动轴324。在一可选实施例中,限位杆35的一端连接于第一从动轮322与第二从动轮323的转动轴324,从而随着第一从动轮322与第二从动轮323的旋转而摆动。或者,在另一可选实施例中,限位杆35的一端也可以连接于主动轮321的转动轴,从而随着主动轮321的旋转而摆动。
对于限位杆35和齿轮组的转动轴324的连接方式可以有多种,例如,在本实施例中,限位杆35的一端可以设置为圆环状,齿轮组的转动轴324凸伸于齿轮组所在的表面,从而将限位杆35的一端套设于转动轴324上以实现限位杆35和齿轮组的转动轴324的连接。当然,在本发明的其他实施方式中,也可采用其他方式连接限位杆35与齿轮组的转动轴324,在此不作限制。
此外,结合图4、图5,上述驱动组件3均收容于一壳体37内,壳体37包括前后相对的前端面371和后端面372。在一可选实施例中,弹 性件34的一端连接壳体37靠近背壁12的一端,即连接于壳体37的后端面372,弹性件34的另一端连接推动件33靠近背壁12的一端。于传动件32带动推动件33运动时,弹性件34处于拉伸状态以蓄能,于传动件32与推动件33断开连接时,弹性件34在自身弹力作用下缩短,进而带动推动件33向后移,以完成推动件33的复位。
或者,在另一可选实施例中,弹性件34的一端连接壳体37远离背壁12的一端,即连接于壳体37的前端面371,弹性件34的另一端连接推动件33靠近背壁12的一端。于传动件32带动推动件33运动时,弹性件34处于压缩状态以蓄能,与传动件32与推动件33断开连接时,弹性件34在自身弹力作用下伸长,进而带动推动件33向后移动,以完成推动件33的复位。
需要说明的是,在选用弹性件34时,需考虑弹性件34的弹性形变行程。在本实施例中,当弹性件34处于未压缩和未拉伸的自然状态时,抽屉2应处于关闭状态,且抽屉门21的表面与冰箱100的整体前端面371相平齐,从而实现抽屉2的完全密封。当抽屉2打开时,抽屉2向前移动的距离需小于等于弹性件34处于压缩或拉伸的最大弹性形变行程,从而避免在抽屉2向前移动的过程中弹性件34由于超出其最大弹性形变行程而损坏的问题。
具体地,在本实施例中,上述弹性件34设置为弹簧。当然,在本发明的其他实施例中,上述弹性件34也可采用其他类型,均在本发明的保护范围之内,在此不作限制。
以下结合图5,以推动件33位于齿轮组下方为例,对本发明的上述实施例中冰箱100抽屉2的运动过程进行具体描述:
首先,用户用手触碰抽屉门21表面的感应件,感应件产生触碰信号,并将此触碰信号反馈给与感应件连接的驱动件31上。接着,驱动件31作用以驱动主动轮321顺时针旋转,进而主动轮321带动与主动轮321啮合的第一从动轮322顺时针旋转。由于第二从动轮323与第一从动轮322同轴固定,在第一从动轮322顺时针旋转时,第二从动轮323也顺时针旋转。当第二从动轮323顺时针旋转至一定角度时,第二从动 轮323上的传动齿3231开始与推动件33上的推动齿331相啮合并继续顺时针旋转,推动件33在传动齿3231与推动齿331的啮合作用下向前移动,以将抽屉2向前顶出,同时推动件33带动弹性件34拉伸以完成弹性件34的蓄能。当第二从动轮323再继续顺时针旋转一定角度后,传动齿3231的另一端与推动齿331断开啮合,此时传动件32对推动件33无传动作用,弹性件34在自身弹力的作用下欲恢复至自然状态,即弹性件34与推动件33连接的一端欲向后移动。最终,推动件33在弹性件34的作用下向后移动复位,此时若要关闭抽屉2,复位后的弹性件34将不会阻碍抽屉2的关闭。
除上述实施例以外,如图6所示,在另一实施例中,驱动组件3还可以设置于背壁12,推动件33为旋转运动的摆杆。具体地,当抽屉2关闭时,推动件33的延伸方向与背壁12相平行。当感应件被触发后,驱动组件3连接推动件33,并带动推动件33逆时针旋转至与背壁12存在夹角的状态,即此时推动件33远离背壁12的一端抵持于抽屉2的后端面372,以将抽屉2向前顶出至打开。当驱动组件3与推动件33断开连接,继而推动件33在弹性件34的作用下回复至初始状态,此时回复至初始状态的推动件33将不会影响抽屉2向后移动关闭。
需要说明的是,推动件33逆时针旋转的角度可以根据抽屉2具体向前移动的行程调整。例如,当抽屉2打开时,推动件33可以设置为与背壁12相垂直的状态,即推动件33与背壁12之间的夹角为90度;或者,当抽屉2打开时,推动件33也可以设置为与背壁12之间的夹角小于90度的状态,均在本发明的保护范围之内,在此不再赘述。
综上所述,本发明的冰箱100一方面通过感应件及驱动组件3的设置,使得用户只需触发感应件即可实现抽屉2的自动打开,实现了抽屉2的自动开启功能,用户操作更便利,且整个冰箱100更智能化、更具有科技感。另一方面,本发明的冰箱100通过弹性件34的设置,实现了推动件33的自动复位,进而避免阻碍抽屉2回复至关闭状态。此外,本发明的抽屉2取消了现有技术中用于手动操作的把手,其抽屉门21的外表面为平面,即抽屉门21的外表面无任何外露或内陷的把手,不 仅结构更简洁,提升了整个冰箱100的整体感,而且造型更美观。
应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施例加以描述,但并非每个实施例仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施例。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种冰箱,其特征在于,所述冰箱包括:
    箱体,所述箱体形成有腔室;
    抽屉,可推拉地滑动设置于所述腔室内,包括抽屉门;所述抽屉门的外表面为平面,所述抽屉门上设置有感应件;
    驱动组件,设置于所述腔室内;所述驱动组件包括驱动件,连接所述驱动件的传动件,推动件,以及连接所述推动件的弹性件;
    其中,所述驱动件连接所述感应件,在所述感应件的触发下驱动所述传动件运动以连接所述推动件,并带动所述推动件发生运动,使所述推动件作用于所述抽屉,并将所述抽屉推出所述腔室;
    所述传动件带动所述推动件运动一段行程后,与所述推动件断开连接;所述推动件在所述弹性件的作用下回复至初始位置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述箱体包括两相对侧壁,和连接所述两侧壁的背壁,所述两侧壁上均设置有滑动轨道,所述抽屉连接于所述滑动轨道,以可推拉地滑动设置于所述腔室内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述驱动组件设置于所述侧壁,所述推动件为直线运动的推杆。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述传动件为齿轮组,所述齿轮组上设置有部分圆弧排布的传动齿;所述推动件上设置有直线排布的推动齿;所述传动齿从一端与所述推动齿开始啮合,并由另一端与所述推动齿断开啮合。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述齿轮组包括主动轮,同轴固定的第一从动轮和第二从动轮;所述主动轮连接所述驱动件,所述第一从动轮与所述主动轮啮合,所述第二从动轮上形成有所述传动齿。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述驱动组件还包括限位杆和限位开关,所述限位开关连接所述驱动件,所述限位杆一端连接所述齿轮组,另一端连接所述限位开关;
    所述限位杆随着所述齿轮组的转动发生摆动,在所述传动齿与所述推动齿断开啮合后,限位杆触发限位开关,以使所述驱动件停止驱动。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述限位杆的一端连接于所述齿轮组的转动轴。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述冰箱还包括收容所述驱动组件的壳体,所述弹性件的一端连接所述壳体靠近所述背壁的一端,另一端连接所述推动件靠近所述背壁的一端;于所述传动件带动所述推动件运动时,所述弹性件处于拉伸状态。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述冰箱还包括收容所述驱动组件的壳体,所述弹性件的一端连接所述壳体远离所述背壁的一端,另一端连接所述推动件靠近所述背壁的一端;于所述传动件带动所述推动件运动时,所述弹性件处于压缩状态。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述驱动组件设置于所述背壁,所述推动件为旋转运动的摆杆。
