权利要求书
一种具有翻盖机构的加热不燃型电子烟具, 包括壳体、 壳体两端设有 的上盖、 下盖和壳体内设有的支架, 所述支架上设有加热管、 控制电 路板和电池, 所述加热管用于插装并加热香烟, 所述控制电路板上设 有控制电路, 所述上盖位于加热管的上方处开设有供香烟插入的上盖 烟孔, 其特征在于: 所述上盖烟孔的下面设有翻盖机构, 所述翻盖机 构在香烟插入上盖烟孔后向内打开以便香烟进一步插入所述加热管, 所述翻盖机构在香烟被拔出后自动关闭以封堵所述上盖烟孔。
根据权利要求 1所述的具有翻盖机构的加热不燃型电子烟具, 其特征 在于: 所述翻盖机构包括转轴、 扭簧、 烟孔盖, 所述烟孔盖的一侧设 有两个对称的轴孔, 所述扭簧设于所述两个轴孔之间, 所述扭簧包括 中间的扭簧孔, 所述转轴穿设于所述两个轴孔及扭簧孔内, 所述转轴 的两端安装在所述上盖的下部, 所述烟孔盖在扭簧弹力作用下关闭上 盖烟孔以及在外力克服扭簧弹力时打开上盖烟孔。
根据权利要求 2所述的具有翻盖机构的加热不燃型电子烟具, 其特征 在于: 所述上盖四周设有垂直向下的翻边以便嵌套于所述壳体内壁, 所述翻边设有两个对称的转轴安装孔, 所述转轴两端安装在所述转轴 安装孔内。
根据权利要求 3所述的具有翻盖机构的加热不燃型电子烟具, 其特征 在于: 所述上盖的翻边底部设有舌钩, 所述上盖通过所述舌钩固定于 所述支架上。
根据权利要求 1所述的具有翻盖机构的加热不燃型电子烟具, 其特征 在于: 所述支架上以及位于所述加热管外还套设有真空管, 所述真空 管用于对加热管进行隔热保温。
根据权利要求 1所述的具有翻盖机构的加热不燃型电子烟具, 其特征 在于: 所述支架上还设有与所述控制电路电连接的震动器, 当电子烟 具开始或结束工作, 或所述加热管预热到可以进行抽烟的温度时, 所 述震动器发生震动以提醒用户。 [权利要求 7] 根据权利要求 1所述的具有翻盖机构的加热不燃型电子烟具, 其特征 在于: 还包括与所述控制电路电连接的传感器, 所述传感器用以检测 香烟是否插入到所述加热管或被拔出, 当所述传感器检测到香烟插入 到加热管时, 所述控制电路自动启动电子烟具进行工作; 当所述传感 器检测到香烟被拔出后, 所述控制电路自动关闭电子烟具停止工作。
[权利要求 8] 根据权利要求 1所述的具有翻盖机构的加热不燃型电子烟具, 其特征 在于: 所述电路控制板上还设有用于启动或停止电子烟具工作的按键 , 所述壳体上设有供按键穿出的按键孔。
[权利要求 9] 根据权利要求 8所述的具有翻盖机构的加热不燃型电子烟具, 其特征 在于: 还包括与所述控制电路电连接的传感器, 所述传感器用以检测 香烟是否插入到所述加热管或被拔出, 当所述传感器检测到香烟没有 插入到加热管时, 所述控制电路启动保护锁功能, 此时按下按键也不 启动电子烟具的工作。
[权利要求 10] 根据权利要求 7或 9所述的具有翻盖机构的加热不燃型电子烟具, 其特 征在于: 所述传感器为光电传感器, 或机械触发开关, 或霍尔开关。
