例えば、特許文献1には、清涼感付与剤と界面活性能を有するグアニジン誘導体を含有する毛髪化粧料が、良好な使用感と清涼感付与効果が持続することが記載され、特許文献2には、吸水性ポリマー粒子と抗菌剤、及び消臭剤を含有する化粧料組成物が、消臭効果が持続する旨の記載がされている。
また、特許文献3には、フッ素変性シリコーン、親水性シリカ、低HLBの非イオン界面活性剤を組み合わせた油中水型乳化化粧料が、化粧持続性に優れていることが記載されている。
さらに、特許文献4には、高重合ポリエチレンオキサイド、非イオン界面活性剤、エタノール、水、噴射剤を含有するクラッキングローションが、冷涼感が強く、肌になじみやすく、べたつきのないことが記載されている。

を含有する皮膚化粧料に関する。
また、これらの化粧料は、目的とする効果の持続性を高めるために多数の成分を組み合わせる必要があり、結果として使用感が悪くなったり、持続の効果が一時的で満足のいくものではなかった。
本発明は、単純な組成でありながら、有効成分の肌上での残留・持続性が高く、有効成分の効果が長時間持続し、かつべたつきが抑制され使用感に優れた皮膚化粧料に関する。
本発明においては、成分(A)~(E)を含有する化粧料を皮膚に塗布した後、化粧料中の成分(C)や溶媒が揮散すると、密着性の高いゲル状組成物が形成される。通常、肌に塗布した化粧料は服や手が塗布部位へ接触して、肌から脱落してしまう。また、発汗などにより塗布部位から拡散したり、流出したりするため、塗布した化粧料が肌上でその効果を持続して発揮することが難しかった。
本発明の皮膚化粧料は、肌への密着性と残留性が高く、肌からの脱落が抑制されるため、その効果を長時間持続させることができる。
25℃で液状とは、25℃での粘度が10万mPa・s以下のものをいう。
かかる非イオン性界面活性剤としては、炭素数8~22の分岐のアルキル基又はアルケニル基を有し、グリセリル基とエーテル結合若しくはエステル結合したもの、又は、アルキレンオキサイド基を介して結合しているものが好ましい。
これらのうち、肌への残留性の観点から、イソステアリルグリセリルエーテル、2-エチルヘキシルグリセリルエーテル、モノイソステアリン酸グリセリルが好ましく、感触の点から、イソステアリルグリセリルエーテルがより好ましい。
成分(B)は、1種又は2種以上を用いることができ、肌への密着性の点から、含有量は、全組成中に0.01質量%以上であり、0.02質量%以上が好ましく、10質量%以下であり、5質量%以下が好ましく、3質量%以下がより好ましい。また、成分(B)の含有量は、全組成中に0.01~10質量%であり、0.01~5質量%が好ましく、0.02~3質量%がより好ましい。

粘土鉱物としては、カオリナイト、ナクライト、ディッカイト、ハロイサイト等のカオリン群に属する粘土鉱物;アンティゴライト、アメサイト、クロンステダイト等のアンティゴライト群に属する粘土鉱物;パイロフィライト、滑石、タルク等のパイロフィライト群に属する粘土鉱物;イライト、海緑石、セラドナイト、セリサイト、白雲母等のマイカ等に属する雲母型粘土鉱物;モンモリロナイト、バイデライト、ノントロナイト、サポナイト、ヘクトライト、ソーコナイト、スチープンサイト、ベントナイト等のスメクタイト群に属する粘土鉱物;バーミキュライト等に属する粘土鉱物;緑泥石(クロライト)等に属する粘土鉱物が挙げられ、粘土鉱物は天然又は合成品のいずれであってもよい。
本発明においては、肌へのべたつきを抑制するとともに、冷感剤を用いる場合に、塗布直後の冷涼感をより高める観点から、上記の粘土鉱物を含有することが好ましく、同様の観点から、スメクタイト群に属する粘土鉱物が好ましく、ヘクトライト、ベントナイト、サポナイトがより好ましい。市販品では、クニピア、スメクトン(いずれもクニミネ工業社製)、ビーガム(バンダービルド社製)、ラポナイト(ロックウッド社製)、フッ素四ケイ素雲母(トピー工業社製)等が挙げられる。
例えば、成分(D)として、冷感剤、温感剤を用いる場合、含有量は、全組成中に0.01~5質量%が好ましく、0.05~1質量%がより好ましく、0.1~0.5質量%が更に好ましい。
成分(D)として、美白剤、セラミド類、抗炎症剤、血行促進剤を用いる場合、含有量は、全組成中に0.01~10質量%が好ましく、0.05~5質量%がより好ましく、0.1~5質量%が更に好ましい。
成分(D)として、紫外線防御剤、酸化防止剤、粉体を用いる場合、含有量は、全組成中に0.01~20質量%が好ましく、0.05~10質量%がより好ましく、0.05~5質量%が更に好ましい。
本発明においては、肌へのべたつきを抑制する観点から、成分(D)として、冷感剤、殺菌剤及び消臭剤から選ばれる少なくとも1種と、粉体とを含有することが好ましい。粉体としては前述の粘土鉱物が好ましい。
冷感剤、殺菌剤及び消臭剤から選ばれる少なくとも1種と、粉体との質量比(冷感剤、殺菌剤及び消臭剤から選ばれる少なくとも1種/粘土鉱物)は、肌へのべたつきを抑制する観点から、1/1~60/1が好ましく、5/1~55/1がより好ましく、10/1~50/1がさらに好ましく、20/1~50/1がさらにより好ましい。
また、成分(D)としてメントール等の冷感剤を含有する場合においても、化粧料が乾燥し、肌上でゲル状又は皮膜状となった化粧料中に存在する。メントールを含む化粧料は、塗布直後には高い冷涼感を感じるが、その冷涼感の持続性は低い。本発明においては、乾燥後のゲル状組成物中にメントールを留めることにより、発汗や不感蒸泄による肌からの水分の供給により、再びメントールの冷涼感を得ることができる。
更に、成分(D)として粉体を含有する場合、粉体がゲル状組成物に吸着し、肌からの脱落がないため、粉体特有の使用感の持続や皮脂吸収能の維持、化粧持ちの持続、紫外線散乱剤などの日焼け止め効果の持続などが可能となる。
また、成分(D)として紫外線吸収剤を含有する場合、紫外線吸収剤が肌に高密着、高残留するために、日焼け止め効果の持続が可能となる。
これらの効果の発現には上述のような、成分の含有量と組み合わせにより実現可能であり従来の持続技術とは大きく異なるものである。
天然高分子の例としては、キサンタンガム、カラギーナン、アルギン酸等が挙げられる。半合成多糖系高分子としては、ヒドロキシセルロース、ヒドロキシプロピルセルロース、カルボキシメチルセルロースナトリウム、メチルセルロース、ヒドロキシメチルセルロース、カチオン化セルロース等の変性多糖類が挙げられる。合成高分子としてはカルボマー(架橋ポリアクリル酸)、ポリアクリル酸、ポリアクリル酸ナトリウム、アクリル酸/メタクリル酸アルキル共重合体等のアクリル系ポリマー;ポリビニルピロリドン、ポリビニルアルコール、カチオン化ポリビニルピロリドン等が挙げられる。これらのうち、カルボマー、アクリル酸/メタクリル酸アルキル共重合体、ヒドロキシプロピルセルロース、カルボキシメチルセルロースナトリウムが好ましい。
ここで、粘度は、B型粘度計(60rpm、1min、30℃)により測定されるものである。
エーテル油としては、アルキル-1,3-ジメチルブチルエーテル、ジカプリリルエーテル、ジカプリリルエーテル等が挙げられる。
これらのうち、成分(F)としては、使用感の点から、ジカプリン酸ネオペンチルグリコール、イソノナン酸イソノニル、イソノナン酸イソトリデシルが好ましく、更には、ジカプリン酸ネオペンチルグリコールが好ましい。
本発明の皮膚化粧料は、水に成分(B)、成分(C)を溶解させ、更に成分(A)、成分(D)を加え、必要に応じて、その他成分を加え、均一にすることで製造することができ、ファンデーション、ローション、クリーム、乳液、化粧水、制汗剤、デオドラント剤等として適用することができる。なかでも、デオドラント剤として好適である。
本発明の皮膚化粧料は、適量を手に取り、あるいは、織物や不織布等に含ませても良く、皮膚、好ましくは頭皮を除く皮膚、より好ましくは顔、身体、手足等のいずれかに塗布することにより、使用することができる。
上述した実施形態に関し、本発明は、更に以下の組成物を開示する。
(A)HLB値が4~7であり、25℃で液状で、グリセリル基を有する非イオン性界面活性剤 0.005~1質量%、
(B)数平均分子量2000~200000のポリエチレングリコール 0.01~10質量%、
(C)エタノール 5~50質量%、
(D)冷感剤、温感剤、殺菌剤、制汗剤、収斂剤、消臭剤、美白剤、セラミド類、抗炎症剤、血行促進剤、紫外線防御剤、酸化防止剤及び粉体から選ばれる1種又は2種以上の有効成分、
(E)水
を含有する皮膚化粧料。
<3>成分(A)の非イオン性界面活性剤は、好ましくは、炭素数8~22の分岐のアルキル基又はアルケニル基を有し、グリセリル基とエーテル結合若しくはエステル結合したもの、又は、アルキレンオキサイド基を介して結合しているものである前記<1>又は<2>記載の皮膚化粧料。
<4>成分(A)の非イオン性界面活性剤は、好ましくは、アルキルグリセリルエーテル、グリセリン脂肪酸エステル、ポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステル、ポリオキシエチレングリセリルエーテル脂肪酸エステル、ポリオキシエチレン硬化ヒマシ油、ポリオキシエチレン硬化ヒマシ油脂肪酸エステル等から選ばれる1種又は2種以上であって、アルキルグリセリルエーテル、グリセリン脂肪酸エステルから選ばれる1種又は2種以上がより好ましく、アルキルグリセリルエーテルから選ばれる1種又は2種以上がさらに好ましい前記<1>~<3>のいずれか1記載の皮膚化粧料。
<5>成分(A)の非イオン性界面活性剤は、好ましくは、イソステアリルグリセリルエーテル、2-エチルヘキシルグリセリルエーテル、モノイソステアリン酸グリセリルであって、イソステアリルグリセリルエーテルがより好ましい前記<1>~<4>のいずれか1記載の皮膚化粧料。
<7>成分(B)のポリエチレングリコールは、数平均分子量が、好ましくは3000~150000であり、4000~100000がより好ましく、5000~80000が更に好ましく、6000~60000がより更に好ましく、6000~40000が更に好ましく、6000~20000がより更に好ましい前記<1>~<6>のいずれか1記載の皮膚化粧料。
<8>成分(B)の含有量は、好ましくは、全組成中に0.01~5質量%であって、0.02~3質量%がより好ましい前記<1>~<7>のいずれか1記載の皮膚化粧料。
<9>成分(A)と成分(B)の質量比((A)/(B))は、好ましくは、0.03~10であって、0.05~5がより好ましく、0.1~2が更に好ましい前記<1>~<8>のいずれか1記載の皮膚化粧料。
<11>成分(A)及び(B)と成分(C)の質量比(((A)+(B))/(C))は、好ましくは、0.001~2であって、0.005~1がより好ましく、0.01~0.35が更に好ましい前記<1>~<10>のいずれか1記載の皮膚化粧料。
<12>成分(D)が、好ましくは、殺菌剤、冷感剤、粉体、セラミド類及び紫外線防御剤から選ばれる1種又は2種以上であって、イソプロピルメチルフェノール、メントール、カンファー、粉体、セラミド、メトキシケイ皮酸2-エチルヘキシルがより好ましい前記<1>~<11>のいずれか1記載の皮膚化粧料。
<14>成分(D)が、殺菌剤、制汗剤、収斂剤、消臭剤である場合、含有量は、好ましくは、全組成中に0.01~10質量%であって、0.05~5質量%がより好ましく、0.05~1質量%が更に好ましい前記<1>~<12>のいずれか1記載の皮膚化粧料。
<15>成分(D)が、美白剤、セラミド類、抗炎症剤、血行促進剤である場合、含有量は、好ましくは、全組成中に0.01~10質量%であって、0.05~5質量%がより好ましく、0.1~5質量%が更に好ましい前記<1>~<12>のいずれか1記載の皮膚化粧料。
<16>成分(D)が、紫外線防御剤、酸化防止剤、粉体である場合、含有量は、好ましくは、全組成中に0.01~20質量%であって、0.05~10質量%がより好ましく、0.05~5質量%が更に好ましい前記<1>~<12>のいずれか1記載の皮膚化粧料。
<18>成分(D)として、粉体としての粘土鉱物を用いる場合、含有量は、好ましくは、全組成中に0.001質量%以上であって、0.01質量%以上が好ましく、0.1質量%以下が好ましく、0.05%以下がより好ましく、0.001~0.1質量%が好ましく、0.01~0.05質量%がより好ましい前記<17>記載の皮膚化粧料。
<20>成分(E)の水の含有量は、好ましくは、全組成中に、40~95質量%であって、50~90質量%がより好ましい前記<1>~<19>のいずれか1記載の皮膚化粧料。
<22>成分(F)の水溶性高分子が、好ましくは、キサンタンガム、カラギーナン、アルギン酸、ヒドロキシセルロース、ヒドロキシプロピルセルロース、カルボキシメチルセルロースナトリウム、メチルセルロース、ヒドロキシメチルセルロース、カチオン化セルロース、カルボマー(架橋ポリアクリル酸)、ポリアクリル酸、ポリアクリル酸ナトリウム、アクリル酸/メタクリル酸アルキル共重合体、ポリビニルピロリドン、ポリビニルアルコール、カチオン化ポリビニルピロリドンであって、カルボマー、アクリル酸/メタクリル酸アルキル共重合体、ヒドロキシプロピルセルロース、カルボキシメチルセルロースナトリウムがより好ましい前記<21>記載の皮膚化粧料。
<23>成分(F)の水溶性高分子の含有量は、好ましくは、全組成中に0.05~3質量%である前記<21>又は<22>記載の皮膚化粧料。
<25>成分(G)の油剤が、好ましくは、シリコーン油、炭化水素油、エステル油、エーテル油であって、ジカプリン酸ネオペンチルグリコール、イソノナン酸イソノニル、イソノナン酸イソトリデシルがより好ましく、ジカプリン酸ネオペンチルグリコールがさらに好ましい前記<24>記載の皮膚化粧料。
<26>成分(G)の油剤の含有量が、好ましくは、全組成中に0.1~5質量%である前記<24>又は<25>記載の皮膚化粧料。
<27>前記<1>~<26>のいずれか1記載の皮膚化粧料を、皮膚、好ましくは頭皮を除く皮膚、より好ましくは顔、身体、手足等のいずれかに塗布する皮膚化粧料の使用方法。
<28>前記<1>~<26>のいずれか1記載の皮膚化粧料を皮膚に塗布し、成分(D)を肌に保持させる化粧料の使用。
ビーカーにラウリルメタクリレート82g、メタクリル酸3g、エチレングリコールジメタクリレート15g、ラウロイルパーオキサイド2gを仕込み、混合攪拌して溶解させた。ここに、N-ステアロイル-N-メチルタウリンナトリウム(SMT)を0.75g溶解させたイオン交換水400gを加え、ホモミキサーで粒径が2.2μmになるまで分散させた。4つ口フラスコにこの分散液を注ぎ込み、攪拌しながら窒素置換を30分行った。オイルバスによりフラスコ内部の温度を80℃まで加温し、80℃に達してから5時間重合を行った後、1N NaOH3.9gを滴下して中和を行った。中和後、室温まで冷却した。重合した粒子の分散液を凍結乾燥し、粒子を回収した。中和品は、カルボキシル基の中和度が11.2%であった。
表1及び表2に示す組成の皮膚化粧料を製造し、塗布直後のべたつきのなさ、殺菌剤の残留性及び回復冷涼感の強さを評価した。結果を表1及び表2に併せて示す。
成分(E)水の一部に成分(B)ポリエチレングリコール、成分(F)水溶性高分子を添加し、分散液を得る。成分(C)エタノールに、成分(A)イソステアリルグリセリルエーテル、成分(D)有効成分、成分(G)油剤を添加し、分散液を得る。得られた2種の分散液を混合、攪拌し、均一にした。次に、残りの成分(E)と水酸化カリウムを添加して、水溶性高分子を中和し、攪拌して均一にして、皮膚化粧料を得た。
(1)塗布直後のべたつきのなさ:
専門パネラー4名により、各皮膚化粧料を、前腕内側(5×5cm2)に塗布したとき、塗布直後のべたつき感のなさを、以下の基準で評価した。結果を4名の平均値で示した。
5;全くべたつき感がない。
4;わずかにべたつき感がある。
3;べたつき感が少ない。
2;ややべたつき感がある。
1;べたつき感がある。
各皮膚化粧料を前腕内側(5×5cm2)に0.1g塗布し室温で7時間放置する。化粧料塗布部位を上方に向け、直径3.5cmのガラスカップを当て固定する。ここにアセトン1mLを入れ、化粧料塗布部とよく接触させた後回収する。これを3回繰り返す。回収した液から液体クロマトグラフィでイソプロピルメチルフェノールを定量する。塗布した化粧料のイソプロピルメチルフェノールの含有量より、その残存率(%)を求めた。
冷感剤であるメントールは塗布後しばらくすると、冷涼感を失うが、本発明においては、化粧料塗布後、乾燥して形成されるジェル状組成物中に保持されたメントールが発汗などの水分の増加により再び経皮吸収され、冷涼感を感じることができるものである。このような冷涼感の回復についての評価を行った。
すなわち、各皮膚化粧料5gを体幹部に塗布し、7時間後、25度40%下の環境下で10分間の踏み台昇降運動を実施し、強制的に発汗させ、その時の冷涼感を、以下の基準で官能評価(N=4)した。結果を4名の平均値で示した。
4;強い冷涼感を感じる。
3;冷涼感を感じる。
2;かすかに冷涼感を感じる。
1;冷涼感を感じない。
実施例1~20と同様にして、表3に示す組成の皮膚化粧料を製造し、塗布直後のべたつきのなさ、殺菌剤の残留性及び回復冷涼感の強さを評価した。また、粉体の残留性、セラミド類の浸透性及び紫外線吸収剤の残留性を評価した。結果を表3に併せて示す。
(1)粉体の残留性:
粉体の皮膚への残留性の評価はコールターカウンター(Multisizer4:ベックマンコールター)を用いて行った。
各皮膚化粧料を前腕内側(5×5cm2)に0.1g塗布し、室温で7時間放置する。化粧料塗布部位を上方に向け、直径3.5cmのガラスカップを当て固定する。ここにアセトン1mLを入れ、化粧料塗布部とよく接触させた後回収する。これを3回繰り返す。回収した液に8M尿素溶液を加え、10倍に希釈し、皮膚から剥がれ落ちた角層を溶解させる。その後、遠心分離(10000rpm×10min)を行い、粉体を沈殿させ、上澄みを除去する。沈殿した粉体を水で分散させ、得られた溶液中の粉体量をコールターカウンターで定量した。残留性の評価は、皮膚上へ塗布した直後に回収した粉体量と、7時間後に回収した粉体量との関係から、残留率(%)を算出した。
セラミド類の皮膚への浸透性の評価は、蛍光ラベルされたセラミドを化粧料中に配合して行った。蛍光ラベルセラミドは、蛍光標識セラミド(BODIPY-FL-C5-Ceramide インビトロジェン社製)を用いた。
3次元培養皮膚:TESTSKIN LSE-high(東洋紡績社製)を縦型拡散セル(37℃一定)に取りつけ、皮膚上に化粧料を20μg/cm2塗布する。18時間後、皮膚表面をエタノールで洗浄し、表面に残留している化粧料を除去する。バイオプシパンチで皮膚を一定量切り出し、エタノールに浸漬させる。1時間の超音波処理を行い、皮膚中に浸透した蛍光ラベルセラミドを抽出する。抽出した溶液をろ過し、蛍光分光器を用いて、蛍光量を定量した。塗布したセラミドの蛍光量と、皮膚中に浸透したセラミドの蛍光量との関係から、浸透量(%)を算出した。塗布した化粧料中の蛍光ラベルセラミドが全て皮膚に吸収された場合、100%となる。
各皮膚化粧料中にメトキシケイ皮酸エチルヘキシル(ユビナールMC80:BASF社)を化粧料中に含有させ、評価を行った。
各皮膚化粧料試料0.1mgを、石英板(10×10cm、2mm)に塗布し、バーコーダーにて均一に引き伸ばし、10分間乾燥させる。乾燥後、SPFアナライザー(Optometices社)を用いてSPF値を測定した。その後、80分間、温水(約40℃)中に浸漬処理後、再びSPF値を測定した。それぞれのSPF値から下記式に記載のSPF持続性を算出し、下記の判定基準にて評価を行った。
SPF持続性(%)=水処理後のSPF値/水処理前のSPF値×100
5:SPF持続性が90%以上(持続性が非常に高い)。
4:SPF持続性が70%以上90%未満(持続性が高い)。
3:SPF持続性が50%以上70%未満(持続性がある)。
2:SPF持続性が30%以上50%未満(持続性が少ない)。
1:SPF持続性が30%未満(持続性がない)。
実施例1~20と同様にして、表4に示す皮膚化粧料を製造し、塗布直後のべたつきのなさ、殺菌剤の残留性及び回復冷涼感の強さを評価した。結果を表4に併せて示す。

塗布直後の冷涼感:
専門パネラー4名により、各皮膚化粧料を、前腕内側(5×5cm2)に塗布したとき、塗布直後の冷涼感を、以下の基準で評価した。結果を4名の平均値で示した。
5:強い冷涼感がある。
4:冷涼感がある。
3:やや冷涼感がある。
2:わずかに冷涼感を感じられる。
1:冷涼感がない。

- 次の成分(A)~(E):
(A)HLB値が4~7であり、25℃で液状で、グリセリル基を有する非イオン性界面
活性剤 0.005~1質量%、
(B)数平均分子量2000~200000のポリエチレングリコール 0.01~10質量%、
(C)エタノール 5~50質量%、
(D)冷感剤、温感剤、殺菌剤、制汗剤、収斂剤、消臭剤、美白剤、セラミド類、抗炎症剤、血行促進剤、紫外線防御剤、酸化防止剤及び粉体から選ばれる1種又は2種以上の有効成分、
(E)水
を含有する皮膚化粧料。 - 成分(A)と成分(B)の質量比((A)/(B))が、0.03~10である請求項1記載の皮膚化粧料。
- 成分(A)及び(B)と成分(C)の質量比(((A)+(B))/(C))が、0.001~2である請求項1又は2記載の皮膚化粧料。
- 更に、(F)水溶性高分子を0.05~5質量%含有する請求項1~3のいずれか1項記載の皮膚化粧料。
- 更に、(G)25℃で粘度50mPa・s以下の油剤を0.05~10質量%含有する請求項1~4のいずれか1項記載の皮膚化粧料。
- 成分(A)が、アルキルグリセリルエーテルである請求項1~5のいずれか1項記載の皮膚化粧料。
- 請求項1~6のいずれか1項記載の皮膚化粧料を皮膚に塗布し、成分(D)を肌に保持させる化粧料の使用。
