背景技术
清洁是皮肤最重要的基础护理,作用是清除皮肤表面多余的油脂、污垢、细菌以及脱落的角质,促进毛孔的打开以及与外界的能量物质交换。从青少年开始,由于面部皮脂腺发达,分泌的油脂比较多,造成了黑头、粉刺、痤疮、青春痘等一系列皮肤问题。温度越高、皮肤暴露在肮脏空气中的时间越长,脸部皮肤就越脏。护肤品可清洁皮肤,消除油脂等对皮肤的造成的伤害。死海泥、湖底泥、火山泥,这些大自然中的矿物沉积物含有人体所需的丰富矿物质和微量元素,具有较好的清洁、吸油、平衡酸碱度等效果,可以制成深层清洁肌肤的护肤品。
埃洛石又被称为多水高岭石,是自然界风化作用的产物,与高岭土的化学组成和结晶结构类似,是一种独特的管状结构粘土矿物。我国在江苏、湖北、山西、河北、贵州、云南等地盛产的埃洛石,由于其具有独特的表面性质和结构形态,可以作为面膜等皮肤清洁品的原料。埃洛石粘土外观细腻、杂质低,一般呈白色、粉色、浅黄色或灰色,有蜡状或油脂光泽。埃洛石矿物粘土导热性能好、吸附性强,可有效吸附皮肤油脂及毒素、去除老化角质、细化毛孔、改善肌肤肌理、平衡皮肤pH值、减少并改善皮肤青春痘、粉刺、痤疮等等皮肤问题,并深层控油组织,达到美容肌肤的效果。采用埃洛石制成的清洁面膜涂抹之后肌肤温度升高,皮肤中的油脂被粘土吸收,让肌肤恢复清爽洁净的触感。埃洛石面膜可用于中性皮肤、油性皮肤、混合型皮肤。至今尚未有采用埃洛石制备的效果良好的清洁面膜面市。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的缺点与不足,本发明的首要目的在于提供一种埃洛石泥面膜。
本发明另一目的在于提供上述埃洛石泥面膜的制备方法。
本发明的目的通过下述技术方案实现:一种埃洛石泥面膜,包括以下质量百分含量的组分:35~50%埃洛石、0.5~2%二氧化钛、0.5~1%增稠剂、4~8%丙二醇、1~4%丙三醇、0.1~0.5%红没药醇、0.1~0.4%防腐剂、0.05~0.1%乳酸薄荷酯、0.005~0.01%香精、0.001~0.003%热感剂、去离子水余量。
优选的,埃洛石泥面膜包括以下质量百分含量的组分:49%埃洛石、1.5%二氧化钛、0.8%增稠剂、8%丙二醇、2%丙三醇、0.3%红没药醇、0.4%防腐剂、0.08%乳酸薄荷酯、0.01%香精、0.002%热感剂、去离子水余量。
所述的埃洛石为纯度为98%以上的埃洛石粉末。
所述的增稠剂为氯化钠、月桂醇、椰油二乙醇酰胺、聚氧化乙烯、羟丙基纤维素、丙烯酸酯/C10~30烷基丙烯酸酯交联聚合物、瓜尔胶中的至少一种;优选为羟丙基纤维素。
所述的防腐剂为苯甲醇、苯甲酸钠、乙基己基甘油、苯氧乙醇、K350中的至少一种;优选为K350。
所述的热感剂为辣椒素、合成辣椒素、姜酮、香兰基丁醚中的至少一种;优选为辣椒素。
上述埃洛石泥面膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将埃洛石与去离子水混合,300~1000rpm搅拌1~12h,陈化2~48h,得到埃洛石泥;
(2)在步骤(1)的埃洛石泥中加入丙三醇、丙二醇和二氧化钛,85~90℃加热20~40min,1000~1500rpm均质8~10min;
(3)待步骤(2)均质后的混合物降温到40~50℃,加入增稠剂,1500~2000rpm均质10~15min;
(4)步骤(3)均质后的混合物中依次加入红没药醇、防腐剂、丙二醇、热感剂、乳酸薄荷酯和香精,搅拌均匀,即得到埃洛石泥面膜。
步骤(1)中所述的搅拌条件优选为500rpm搅拌4h。
步骤(1)中所述的陈化的时间优选为10h。
步骤(2)中所述的均质的条件优选为1000rpm均质8min。
步骤(3)中所述的降温优选为降至40℃。
步骤(3)中所述的均质的条件优选为2000rpm均质10min。
步骤(2)和(4)中所述的丙二醇的用量各为丙二醇总量的一半。
步骤(4)中得到的埃洛石泥面膜可采用泥用玻璃棒或者涂布机涂抹于无纺布上,得到无纺布埃洛石泥面膜,也可直接装瓶。

本发明的埃洛石泥面膜使用埃洛石作为面膜基质,相比传统泥膜肤感良好、易涂抹、易清洗;采用了热感剂,在使用时,皮肤可以产生热感,促进血液循环,打开毛孔,使泥膜快速、充分的吸收油脂,清洁皮肤污垢,达到祛痘的效果;乳酸薄荷酯使皮肤收敛毛孔,持久清凉,达到清爽怡人的效果。本发明的埃洛石泥膜的原料廉价易得,绿色环保,适用于大规模生产;制备方法简单,为市场提供了一款有效的控油祛痘面膜。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例及附图对本发明作进一步详细的描述,但本发明的实施方式不限于此。下列实施例中使用的试剂均可从商业渠道获得。
实施例1
(1)将质量百分含量为50%的埃洛石(纯度为99%的埃洛石粉末(广州润沃材料科技有限公司))和去离子水(用量为余量)混合,500rpm机械搅拌4h,陈化10h,得到埃洛石泥。
(2)在埃洛石泥中加入2%丙三醇、4%丙二醇和2%二氧化钛,加热至90℃,保持20min,1000rpm均质8min。
(3)待步骤(2)均质后的混合物降温到40℃时,加入1%羟丙基纤维素,1800rpm均质10min。
(4)依次分别加入0.3%红没药醇、0.4%K350、4%丙二醇、0.002%辣椒素、0.08%乳酸薄荷酯和0.01%薰衣草香精,搅拌均匀,得到本发明的面膜。
(5)将步骤(4)的面膜采用泥用玻璃棒均匀的涂抹于无纺布上,得到无纺布埃洛石泥面膜。
实施例2
作为本发明的一种实施例,所述面膜除以下组分的质量百分含量不同外,其余组分及制备方法与实施例1相同:35%埃洛石,去离子水根据调整后的组分补足余量,泥面膜直接装瓶即可使用。
实施例3
作为本发明的一种实施例,所述面膜除以下组分的质量百分含量不同外,其余组分及制备方法与实施例1相同:40%埃洛石,去离子水根据调整后的组分补足余量,泥面膜通过涂布机均匀涂抹到无纺布上,得到无纺布埃洛石泥面膜。
对比例1
作为本发明的对比例,所述面膜除不含热感剂外,其余组分及制备方法与实施例1相同,去离子水根据调整后的组分补足余量。
对比例2
作为本发明的对比例,所述面膜除埃洛石质量百分含量调整到25%外,其余组分及制备方法与实施例1相同,去离子水根据调整后的组分补足余量。
对比例3
作为本发明的对比例,所述面膜除将步骤(3)和(4)调整顺序外(先加入),其余组分及制备方法与实施例1相同。
对比例4
作为本发明的对比例,所述面膜除将乳酸薄荷酯替代为同等用量的薄荷脑外,其余组分及制备方法与实施例1相同。
对比例5
作为本发明的对比例,所述面膜除将羟丙基纤维素替代为同等用量的PEG(分子量4000)外,其余组分及制备方法与实施例1相同。
效果实施例
具体测试方法如下:各实验组均选取15名志愿者,年龄15-35岁,均存在皮肤出油多、痘痘等问题。在环境温度25±1,℃湿度50±5%条件下,连续使用实施例1~3和对比例1~5制备的泥膜20天,固定时间段使用,每天1次,测试本发明实施例1~3、对比例1~5的面膜组合物的清洁祛油效果和皮肤状况改善情况。使用方法:准确将30g产品铺展在脸上(除实施例2之外,其余为无纺布面膜,无纺布上有30g面膜;实施例2直接涂抹30g面膜),20分钟后,用清水洗干净脸上残余泥,并用干净软毛巾擦干脸部,使用20天后,根据脸部感觉对清洁、控油、祛黑头、祛痘效果进行评价。面膜的清洁、控油、祛黑头和祛痘效果结果见表1。祛黑头效果和祛痘效果测试中,以祛除皮肤上痘痘和黑头的个数占原有个数的百分比进行记录。改善皮肤状况效果测试结果见表2。其中,皮肤清洁度高,黑头、痘痘改善程度明显为皮肤有明显改善;皮肤清洁度较高,黑头、痘痘稍有改善为皮肤稍有改善;皮肤清洁度低,黑头、痘痘没有变化则为皮肤无明显变化。

表2皮肤状况改善情况记录表
从表1和表2的结果可以看出,实施例1~3的多孔网络结构埃洛石泥面膜(埃洛石泥多孔网络结构使面膜具有良好的吸附性能(图1))结合了热感剂前期打开毛孔,以及乳酸薄荷酯后期收缩毛孔的优点,清洁控油效果显著。而与实施例1相比,对比例1缺少热感剂成分、对比例2中埃洛石质量百分数低于35%,对比例3中步骤(3)和(4)进行对调,对比例4中的乳酸薄荷酯替换成薄荷脑。对比例1~4的皮肤清洁效果均比实施例1要差,表明热感剂和乳酸薄荷酯的加入以及合适的制备工艺和物质配比对清洁效果均有重要影响。且根据实验者测试结果表明,埃洛石泥涂抹于脸后,肤感良好,上脸服帖(图2);由于埃洛石泥呈现明显的剪切变稀现象,使其具有易涂抹的特性(图3);清洁效果佳,是一款有效的控油祛痘面膜。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,其他的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (8)
1.一种埃洛石泥面膜,其特征在于,由以下质量百分含量的组分组成: 35~50%埃洛石、0.5~2%二氧化钛、0.5~1%增稠剂、4~8%丙二醇、1~4%丙三醇、0.1~0.5%红没药醇、0.1~0.4%防腐剂、0.05~0.1%乳酸薄荷酯、0.005~0.01%香精、0.001~0.003%热感剂、去离子水余量;
所述的埃洛石为纯度为98%以上的埃洛石粉末;
所述的热感剂为辣椒素;
所述的增稠剂为羟丙基纤维素。
2.根据权利要求1所述的埃洛石泥面膜,其特征在于,由以下质量百分含量的组分组成:49%埃洛石、1.5%二氧化钛、0.8%增稠剂、8%丙二醇、2%丙三醇、0.3%红没药醇、0.4%防腐剂、0.08%乳酸薄荷酯、0.01%香精、0.002%热感剂、去离子水余量。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的埃洛石泥面膜,其特征在于,所述的防腐剂为苯甲醇、苯甲酸钠、乙基己基甘油、苯氧乙醇、K350防腐剂中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求3所述的埃洛石泥面膜,其特征在于, 所述的防腐剂为K350防腐剂。
5.权利要求1~4任一项所述的埃洛石泥面膜的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将埃洛石与去离子水混合,300~1000 rpm搅拌1~12 h,陈化2~48 h,得到埃洛石泥;
(2)在步骤(1)的埃洛石泥中加入丙三醇、部分丙二醇和二氧化钛,85~90℃加热20~40 min,1000~1500 rpm均质8~10 min;
(3)待步骤(2)均质后的混合物降温到40~50℃,加入增稠剂,1500~2000 rpm均质10~15 min;
(4)步骤(3)均质后的混合物中依次加入红没药醇、防腐剂、剩余的丙二醇、热感剂、乳酸薄荷酯和香精,搅拌均匀,即得到埃洛石泥面膜。
6.根据权利要求5所述的埃洛石泥面膜的制备方法,其特征在于,
步骤(1)中所述的搅拌条件为500 rpm搅拌4 h;
步骤(1)中所述的陈化的时间为10 h;
步骤(2)中所述的均质的条件为1000 rpm均质8 min;
步骤(3)中所述的均质的条件为2000 rpm均质10 min;
步骤(2)和(4)中所述的丙二醇的用量各为丙二醇总量的一半。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述的埃洛石泥面膜的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中所述的降温为降至40℃。
8.根据权利要求7所述的埃洛石泥面膜的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中得到的埃洛石泥面膜采用泥用玻璃棒或者涂布机涂抹于无纺布上,得到无纺布埃洛石泥面膜;或将步骤(4)中得到的埃洛石泥面膜直接装瓶。
