Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有控油效果的定妆喷雾及其制备方法。所述具有控油效果的定妆喷雾以重量百分比计包括如下组分:成膜剂0.1~15.0%、乳化剂0.5~5.0%、润肤剂0.1~10.0%、保湿剂0.1~10.0%、控油因子0.2~10.0%。本发明通过上述各项组分的合理配比,具有乳化结构,有助于铺展成膜,且同时具有即时与长效控油效果;通过添加成膜剂,喷洒于面部后干燥成膜,维持妆容不变化,同时复配了肤感调节剂与皮肤保护剂,通过抑制皮脂的过度分泌以及结合物理吸附皮脂作用,达到即时与长效控油作用,减轻油脂的分泌影响妆容;各成分可协同增效,达到即时与长效控油作用。

技术领域
本发明属于化妆品领域,具体涉及一种具有控油效果的定妆喷雾及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,女性对自我认知的提升,化妆逐渐成为女性肯定自我,提升自信的一种方式。彩妆作为一个增量市场,在近几年的发展尤为迅速。据《中国彩妆市场白皮书》,中国的彩妆市场规模在2014年与2019年分别已达约227亿元、552亿元,且预测在2024年其市场规模将达到1243亿元。
消费者经常会因为面部出油或出汗而出现掉妆或花妆等问题,严重影响形象,如何延长消费者妆效成为亟需解决的问题。市面上常见的定妆产品有散粉、粉饼以及定妆喷雾等,散粉是一种由固体粉末组成的产品,通过粉体的物理吸附油脂作用减少面部泛油光现象,但粉体易飞扬,污染环境;粉饼是将润肤剂、粘合剂以及固体粉末等搅拌均匀,通过设备将以上成分混合物压实而成的一块饼状产品,具有携带方便的特性,但使用后易卡粉,影响妆容效果;定妆喷雾是直接喷洒于消费者面部的一款产品,具有携带且使用方便、定妆效果优异以及良好护肤作用等特点,深受消费者的喜爱。
目前市场上常见的定妆喷雾主要有如下四大特点:1.肤感清爽,但成膜组分含量少,定妆效果差;2.定妆效果强,但喷洒干燥后,成膜紧致,使得面部紧绷感强烈;或成膜后已被擦除起泥,影响妆效;3.控油效果佳,以添加固体粉体起到物理吸附油脂作用,但会喷洒出白沫,体验感差;4.干燥速度快,但添加了大量酒精,刺激皮肤。
CN109260028A公开了一种具有隔离修护作用的定妆喷雾及其制备方法,所述的定妆喷雾包括以下重量份的成分:喷雾剂0.2~7份、功效性活性成分0.8~11份、溶剂81~100份、成膜剂0.3~11份、防腐剂0.1~1份、pH调节剂0.01~1.5份、螯合剂0.05~1份、保湿剂0.1~5份,发明的定妆喷雾具有定妆及携带方便的特点,但配方中包括了乙醇等成分,对敏感肌不友好。
CN112315885A公开了一种定妆喷雾及其制造方法,该发明的定妆喷雾按百分比算,包含以下组分:甘油2%~6%,丁二醇2%~6%,PPG-26-丁醇聚醚-26 0.2%~0.5%,PEG-40氢化篦麻油0.1%~0.2%,芦荟叶提取物5%~8%,黄瓜果提取液0.5%~2%,冰川雪绒花0.1%~0.9%,稻米发酵液0.1%~0.9%,水解蜂蜜蛋白0.1%~0.9%,水解胶原0.1%~0.9%,泛醇0.05%~0.15%,维生素E醋酸酯0.05%~0.15%,苯氧乙醇0.5%~1%,乙二胺四乙基二钠0.01%~0.03%,水80%~82%。该定妆喷雾清爽、不粘腻且为面部肌肤提供多种营养成分,但未包含成膜成分,表现为定妆效果差。
CN111643445A公开了一种轻盈持颜定妆喷雾及其制备方法,该发明的定妆喷雾按质量百分比计,包括:肤质调理剂:丁二醇:1~3%;北美金缕梅水:1~5%;糖海带提取物:1~5%;淀粉辛烯基琥珀酸铝:0.5~2%;丙二醇:1~3%;乳酸杆菌/绿豆籽提取物/谷氨酸钠发酵产物滤液:0.1~1.5%;去甲二氢愈创木酸:0.5~1.5%;基质组分:0.5~3%;去离子水:余量。该定妆喷雾是通过添加吸油粉体与皮肤保护剂达到控油作用,从而延缓出现脱妆现象。但未添加成膜剂,即时定妆效果差。
因此,急需开发出一种即时与长效控油作用,减轻油脂的分泌的定妆喷雾。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于一种具有控油效果的定妆喷雾及其制备方法。
本发明所采取的技术方案是:
本发明的第一方面,提供一种具有控油效果的定妆喷雾,所述定妆喷雾以重量百分比计包括如下组分:成膜剂0.1~15.0%、乳化剂0.5~5.0%、润肤剂0.1~10.0%、保湿剂0.1~10.0%、控油因子0.2~10.0%。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,所述定妆喷雾以重量百分比计包括如下组分:成膜剂0.1~10.0%、乳化剂0.5~3.0%、润肤剂0.1~5.0%、保湿剂0.1~5.0%、控油因子0.2~6.0%。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,所述定妆喷雾以重量百分比计包括如下组分:成膜剂1.0~5.0%、乳化剂0.5~1.5%、润肤剂0.1~2.0%、保湿剂0.1~2.0%、控油因子0.2~3.0%。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,所述成膜剂包括聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、VP/VA共聚物、丙烯酸(酯)类/甲基丙烯酸烯丙酯共聚物AMP盐、聚氨酯-35、聚乙烯醇、聚酯-5中的至少一种;
在本发明的一些实施方式中,所述乳化剂包括C20-22醇磷酸酯和/或聚羟基硬脂酸。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,所述保湿剂包括1,3-丙二醇、1,2-己二醇、透明质酸钠、1,3-丁二醇、甘油、1,2-戊二醇、山梨糖醇、甘油聚醚-26、甲基葡糖醇聚醚-10、PEG/PPG/聚丁二醇-8/5/3甘油中的任意一种。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,所述润肤剂包括PPG-3苄基醚肉豆蔻酸酯、异壬酸异壬酯、环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷、异十六烷、碳酸二辛酯、辛基十二醇、椰油醇-辛酸酯/癸酸酯、异十二烷、十一烷、十三烷中的至少一种。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,所述控油因子包括皮肤保护剂和/或肤感调节剂;其中所述皮肤保护剂包括黑茶叶水、烟酰胺、桃汁中的至少一种。
黑茶叶水由黑茶经水蒸汽蒸馏法制得,茶中成分主要包括茶多酚、茶多糖、生物碱、茶皂素、芳香物质、氨基酸、维生素以及矿物质等近700种有机物质,茶叶水可通过清除自由基、与水分子形成氢键而结合大量的水分起到抗衰、收敛毛孔、保水作用,从而达到控油效果;烟酰胺是维生素B3的一种衍生物,研究发现涂抹2%烟酰胺,可在4周后显著降低皮脂排泄水平;桃汁是由水蜜桃经挑选、清洗、去皮、切块后冷压榨得到的汁水,后经非热杀菌以及过滤等工艺流程制得;桃,原产于我国西北地区,隶属蔷薇科,营养成分多样,含有糖类、蛋白质、果胶、膳食纤维和多种维生素等营养物质,其多酚类含量显著高于成熟果实,具有补水保湿,收敛毛孔的作用。桃汁由水蜜桃经挑选、清洗、去皮、切块、去核、压榨、过滤再经灭菌技术后获得。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,所述肤感调节剂包括高岭土、甲基丙烯酸甲酯交联聚合物、硅石、聚甲基倍半硅氧烷、乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷/聚甲基硅氧烷倍半硅氧烷交联聚合物、淀粉辛烯基琥珀酸铝以及羟基磷灰石中的至少一种。
高岭土具有白度高,颗粒细小,表面呈多孔状、比表面高的特点。悬浮稳定性强,用于水基和油基体系中均有良好的分散性和悬浮稳定性能,防止沉降,不分层。高岭土具有化学惰性,常温下不与酸碱反应,从而可提高制品的耐候性,耐擦洗性,耐磨性。其粒径≤2μm,吸油量为0.6~0.9ml/g;甲基丙烯酸甲酯交联聚合物为空心结构,具有较强的吸油能力,减少油腻感和提供皮肤哑光效果。其粒径为7~11μm,吸油量为1.7~2.1ml/g;硅石提供轻盈的触感和柔软的触感、皮脂控制产品、哑光饰面和外观、气味和抗结块性能,价格比较便宜,对环境比较友好。其粒径为1~3μm;聚甲基倍半硅氧烷粉体偏硬,但使用时会提升皮肤的滑爽度,其粒径为1~3μm;乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷/聚甲基硅氧烷倍半硅氧烷交联聚合物赋予一种独特的柔软和丝滑的感觉,提供哑光效果和良好的分散性,减少结块。其粒径为3~15μm;淀粉辛烯基琥珀酸铝是经疏水改性的玉米淀粉,能有效改善肤感,带来柔滑、丝绒般手感,减轻配方的油腻感,在水基体系下稳定性好,可作为肤感改良剂,在彩妆产品中可改善配方的美观性和吸收皮肤过剩的油脂。该粉体99.5%能通过100目筛网,吸油量为0.58~0.72μm;羟基磷灰石具有大比表面积,其表面带正电荷的钙位点与脂肪酸羧基负电位络合,吸附皮脂,避免脂肪酸与光线反应和暴露在自由基中,减少皮脂过氧化,同时高效柔焦作用让皮肤呈现哑光效果。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,所述定妆喷雾还包括pH调节剂、增稠剂、防腐剂、抗氧化剂或芳香剂中的至少一种。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,所述pH调节剂为0.001~0.500%、增稠剂0~20%、防腐剂0~1%、抗氧化剂0.1~0.8%、芳香剂0.01~1.5%。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,所述pH调节剂为0.001~0.300%、增稠剂0.01~0.5%、防腐剂0.01~0.6%、抗氧化剂0.3~0.6%、芳香剂0.02~0.1%。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,pH调节剂为柠檬酸钠、乳酸钠、氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾和氨甲基丙醇中的任意一种。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,所述增稠剂为羟乙基纤维素、黄原胶、丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物、丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP共聚物、卡波姆、聚丙烯酸钠和阿拉伯胶树(ACACIA SENEGAL)胶中的至少一种。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,所述防腐剂为苯氧乙醇、羟苯甲酯、羟苯丙酯、山梨酸钾、咪唑烷基脲和DMDM乙内酰脲中的至少一种。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,所述抗氧化剂为对羟基苯乙酮。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,所述芳香剂为香精和/或精油。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,所述定妆喷雾还包含水,所述水的用量为余量。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,每个成分的含量为适量,符合国家、行业等相关规定。
本发明的第二方面,提供本发明第一方面所述的定妆喷雾的制备方法,包含以下步骤:
S1:将水、成膜剂、抗氧化剂、保湿剂、pH调节剂混合均匀得混合物A;
S2:将润肤剂、乳化剂、部分肤感调节剂混合均匀得混合物B;
S3:将混合物A和混合物B混合均质乳化后得混合物C;
S4:将控油因子、剩余肤感调节剂和香精与混合物C混合均匀后过滤得到所述具有控油效果的定妆喷雾。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,步骤S1的混合温度为70~85℃;优选地,所述混合为搅拌混合,所述搅拌速度为200~1000rpm/min,搅拌时间为3~10min。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,步骤S2的混合温度为70~85℃;优选地,所述混合为搅拌混合,所述搅拌速度为200~1000rpm/min,搅拌时间为3~15min。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,步骤S3中的均质速度为500~3000rpm/min;均质时间为3~10min。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,步骤S4的温度为35~45℃;优选地,所述混合为搅拌混合,所述搅拌速度为200~1000rpm/min;搅拌时间为1~5min。

本发明的有益效果是:
本发明通过添加成膜剂,喷洒于消费者面部,干燥成膜,不紧绷、不粘腻,维持妆容不变化,同时复配了肤感调节剂与皮肤保护剂,通过抑制皮脂的过度分泌以及结合物理吸附皮脂作用,达到即时与长效控油作用,减轻油脂的分泌影响妆容。
本发明所涉及的具有控油效果的定妆喷雾通过上述各项组分的合理配比,具有乳化结构,有助于铺展成膜,且同时具有即时与长效控油效果;通过添加成膜剂,喷洒于消费者面部,干燥成膜,不紧绷、不粘腻,维持妆容不变化,同时复配了肤感调节剂与皮肤保护剂,通过抑制皮脂的过度分泌以及结合物理吸附皮脂作用,达到即时与长效控油作用,减轻油脂的分泌影响妆容;各成分可协同增效,达到即时与长效控油作用;可进行大规模工业化生产。

(4)在搅拌状态下将水相匀速抽入至乳化锅中,乳化1min,抽入完毕后,以3000rpm/min的均质速度乳化4min;

(4)在搅拌状态下将水相匀速抽入至乳化锅中,乳化1min,抽入完毕后,以3000rpm/min的均质速度乳化8min;
(5)降温至40℃,将F~G相原料投入乳化锅中,以500rpm/min的搅拌速度混合3min;

实施例8
本实施例提供一种具有控油效果的定妆喷雾,具体成分见表8。

(1)提前将B与C相原料分别加热搅拌均匀,温度设置为80℃;将D相原料溶解至透明;
(2)将A~D相原料投入水相锅中,温度设置为85℃,在保温的状态下,以400rpm/min的搅拌速度混合5min;
(3)将E相原料投入乳化锅中,升温至80℃,以600rpm/min的搅拌速度混合4min;
(4)在搅拌状态下将水相匀速抽入至乳化锅中,乳化2min,抽入完毕后,以3000rpm/min的均质速度乳化5min;
(5)降温至40℃,将F~G相原料投入乳化锅中,以600rpm/min的搅拌速度混合3min;
(6)降温到室温,取样检测合格,用200目过滤出料,得到所述具有控油效果的定妆喷雾。
实施例9
本实施例提供一种具有控油效果的定妆喷雾,具体成分见表9。

(3)将E相原料投入乳化锅中,升温至80℃,以700rpm/min的搅拌速度混合4min;
(4)在搅拌状态下将水相匀速抽入至乳化锅中,乳化1min,抽入完毕后,以2500rpm/min的均质速度乳化5min;
(5)降温至40℃,将F~G相原料投入乳化锅中,以400rpm/min的搅拌速度混合3min;
(6)降温到室温,取样检测合格,用200目过滤出料,得到所述具有控油效果的定妆喷雾。
对比例1
本对比例提供一种具有控油效果的定妆喷雾,与实施例1相比,去除了成膜剂组分,具体成分见表10。

(1)提前将B相原料分别加热搅拌均匀,温度设置为80℃;将C相原料溶解至透明;
(2)将A~C相原料投入水相锅中,温度设置为80℃,在保温的状态下,以300rpm/min的搅拌速度混合5min;
(3)将D相原料投入乳化锅中,升温至75℃,以800rpm/min的搅拌速度混合3min;
(4)在搅拌状态下将水相匀速抽入至乳化锅中,乳化1min,抽入完毕后,以3000rpm/min的均质速度乳化4min;
(5)降温至40℃,将E~F相原料投入乳化锅中,以500rpm/min的搅拌速度混合3min;
(6)降温到室温,取样检测合格,用200目过滤出料,得到所述具有控油效果的定妆喷雾。
对比例2
本对比例提供一种具有控油效果的定妆喷雾,与实施例1相比,去除了皮肤保护剂组分,具体成分见表11。

(2)将A~D相原料投入水相锅中,温度设置为80℃,在保温的状态下,以300rpm/min的搅拌速度混合5min;
(3)将E相原料投入乳化锅中,升温至75℃,以800rpm/min的搅拌速度混合3min;
(4)在搅拌状态下将水相匀速抽入至乳化锅中,乳化1min,抽入完毕后,以3000rpm/min的均质速度乳化4min;

(2)将A~C相原料投入水相锅中,温度设置为80℃,在保温的状态下,以500rpm/min的搅拌速度混合5min;
(3)降温至40℃,将D~E相原料投入乳化锅中,以400rpm/min的搅拌速度混合3min;
(4)降温到室温,取样检测合格,用200目过滤出料,得到所述具有控油效果的定妆喷雾。
对比例5
本对比例提供一种具有控油效果的定妆喷雾,与实施例1相比,将桃汁替换为中华猕猴桃果汁。具体成分见表14。

制作方法如下:
(1)提前将B与C相原料分别加热搅拌均匀,温度设置为85℃;将D相原料溶解至透明;
(2)将A~D相原料投入水相锅中,温度设置为75℃,在保温的状态下,以500rpm/min的搅拌速度混合3min;
(3)将E相原料投入乳化锅中,升温至80℃,以1000rpm/min的搅拌速度混合3min;
(4)在搅拌状态下将水相匀速抽入至乳化锅中,乳化2min,抽入完毕后,以1000rpm/min的均质速度乳化3min;
(5)降温至45℃,将F~G相原料投入乳化锅中,以600rpm/min的搅拌速度混合3min;
(6)降温到室温,取样检测合格,用200目过滤出料,得到所述具有控油效果的定妆喷雾。
试验例1:红细胞溶血实验
红细胞溶血实验(Red blood cell haemolysis test,RBC)是兔眼刺激性实验的替代方法之一,基本原理是通过测定细胞血红蛋白溶出量及变性程度来评价化学品对眼组织细胞的损伤。RBC实验可用于评价化妆品的眼刺激性。
对实施例1~9制备的具有控油效果的定妆喷雾和对比例1~5制备的具有控油效果的定妆喷雾进行红细胞溶血实验。实验采用欧洲替代方法验证中心的RBC实验测试方法及判断标准,具体判断标准如表15所示,其中HD50为50%红细胞发生溶血时的样品浓度,DI为蛋白质变性指数,L/D为HD50与DI的比值。

实施例1~9与对比例1~5制备的具有控油效果的定妆喷雾的刺激性结果如表16所示。

由表16的样品刺激性结果可知,本发明实施例1~9与对比例1~5所制备的具有控油效果的定妆喷雾L/D均高于300,其刺激性分级均为无刺激性,说明本发明的具有控油效果的定妆喷雾具有温和无刺激的特点。
试验例2:即时皮肤油脂分泌量测试
采用世界公认的法,基于光度计原理,一种0.1mm厚的特殊消光胶带被吸收人体皮肤上的油脂后,就会变成一种半透明的胶带,透光量就会发生变化,吸收的油脂量越多,则透光量越大,由此测出皮脂的含量。该法最大的优点是测试探头体积小,使用方便,可测试皮肤的任何部位。这是一种油脂腺分泌物的间接测量法,结果可以用来区分不同的皮肤类型,使准确地了解由内部和外部原因而引起的油脂变化成为可能。
选取84·名志愿者,年龄20~45岁,男女不限,筛选条件为:清晨洁面三小时后皮脂水平≥150μg/cm2。随机分成14组,采用半脸测试对比方法,志愿者先将面部洗净,于恒温恒湿环境下(温度:25±1℃,相对湿度:40±5%)静坐20min,以眉心为界,将受试者的前额分为左右两半,先测定左右前额的皮肤油脂,每个测试区域测试3次取平均值,分别取适量实施例1~9和对比例1~5制备的具有控油效果的定妆喷雾喷洒于前额设定测试区域,等待干燥。测试前,记录测试数据。样品使用后0.5h、1.0h、2.0h。再以同样的方法分别测定左右半边脸皮脂分泌量的变化,记录数据。实验结果如表17所示。

由表17实验数据可知,本发明制备的定妆喷雾均具有良好的即时控油效果,其中实施例1、实施例8以及实施例9的即时控油效果较为优异,且随着皮肤保护剂与肤感调节剂添加量的增加,即时控油效果更为明显,但实施例9的添加量明显高于实施例1,而两个组别的效果差异并不明显,在设计配方时考虑到成本因素,可优选实施例1。对比例1~5亦具有一定的即时控油效果,但效果均差于实施例,说明本发明做制备的定妆喷雾中成膜剂与控油因子相互配合,协同增效,能够显著降低皮脂的分泌或吸收油脂,即时控油效果优异。
试验例3:抗迁移性测试
抗迁移性测试是通过重物摩擦喷洒定妆喷雾的底妆,观察颜色转移情况,从而判断定妆喷雾的定妆效果。将适量粉底液滴在比色卡纸上,使用涂布工具将料体铺展均匀,厚度为100μm,室温干燥2h后,使用直径为3cm的瓶盖在比色卡纸上划上标记,记为测试区域。将实施例1~9与对比例1~5所制备的具有控油效果的定妆喷雾对准测试区域喷洒相同次数,48℃干燥0.5~1h。将白纸覆盖在比色卡纸上端,用1公斤圆形水瓶来回滚动10次,观察白纸上测试区域颜色转移情况,测试区域迁移的颜色越少,则定妆效果越好;反之,则越差。
实施例1~9与对比例1~5所制备的具有控油效果的定妆喷雾的抗迁移性如图1所示:
由图1可知,实施例1~9与对比例2~5测试区域内的粉底液残留量均少于对比例1中测试区域内的粉底液残留量,即添加成膜剂的定妆喷雾持妆效果优异。而实施例1~9测试区域内的粉底液残留量均少于对比例2~5测试区域内的粉底液残留量,即说明本实施例1~9所制备的具有乳化剂的定妆喷雾,有助于成膜,且成膜剂与控油因子相互配合,协同增效,发挥优异的定妆效果。
试验例4:消费者感官测试
为了评价本发明所制备的具有控油效果的定妆喷雾的实际使用效果,使用本发明的实施例1~9与对比例1~5所制备的定妆喷雾分别与市售定妆喷雾进行对比试验。
市售定妆喷雾的产品全成分如下,成膜剂:丙烯酸(酯)类/甲基丙烯酸烯丙酯共聚物AMP盐;乳化剂:十三烷醇聚醚-9、PEG-40氢化蓖麻油、聚山梨醇酯-20;保湿剂:1,2-戊二醇、丁二醇、1,3-丙二醇;皮肤保护剂:库拉索芦荟(ALOE BARBADENSIS)叶汁、氢化淀粉水解物、兵豆(LENS ESCULENTA)果提取物、泛醇、香根鸢尾(IRIS FLORENTINA)根提取物、视黄醇棕榈酸酯、硫酸锌;肤感调节剂:聚二甲基硅氧烷/乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物、硅石;pH调节剂:柠檬酸;防腐剂:苯氧乙醇、乙基己基甘油、山梨酸钾、苯甲酸钠、丁羟甲苯;抗氧化剂:生育酚(维生素E);芳香剂:香精;其他成分:水、乙醇。
选取140名油性皮肤志愿者为研究对象,将志愿者均分为14组,进行感官评价测试,测试周期为1周,从产品的舒适度、粘腻感、控油效果以及定妆效果等4个测试维度进行打分评价,分值范围为0~9分,分值越高,代表对该维度的认可程度越高,评价标准如表18所示,具体测试结果如表19所示。

由表19实验数据可知,通过对实施例1~9与对比例1~5制备的定妆喷雾以及市售定妆喷雾进行打分评价,实施例1~9、对比例1~5以及市售产品的舒适度以及粘腻感均大于7,说明本发明制备的定妆喷雾被认可程度高,而实施例1~9的控油效果以及定妆效果均高于对比例1~5以及市售产品,说明受试志愿者对本发明制备的具有控油效果的定妆喷雾认可程度最高。
综上所述,本发明所制备的具有控油效果的定妆喷雾安全无刺激,各活性组分间相互配合,协同增效,且乳化体系更助于成膜,加强了定妆效果,与市售同类产品相比,消费者的认可程度更高,达到比单一组分或者其他组合形式更加显著的控油与定妆效果。
上述具体实施方式对本发明作了详细说明,但是本发明不限于上述实施例,在所属技术领域普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本发明宗旨的前提下作出各种变化。此外,在不冲突的情况下,本发明的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
Claims (12)
1.一种定妆喷雾,其特征在于,所述定妆喷雾以重量百分比计包括如下组分:成膜剂1.0~5.0%、乳化剂0.5~1.5%、润肤剂0.1~2.0%、保湿剂0.1~2.0%、控油因子0.2~3.0%;所述控油因子包括皮肤保护剂和肤感调节剂;所述皮肤保护剂包括黑茶叶水、烟酰胺和桃汁;所述成膜剂包括聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、VP/VA共聚物、丙烯酸(酯)类/甲基丙烯酸烯丙酯共聚物AMP盐、聚氨酯-35、聚乙烯醇和聚酯-5中的至少一种;所述肤感调节剂包括高岭土、甲基丙烯酸甲酯交联聚合物、硅石、聚甲基倍半硅氧烷、乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷/聚甲基硅氧烷倍半硅氧烷交联聚合物、淀粉辛烯基琥珀酸铝和羟基磷灰石中的至少一种;所述黑茶叶水由黑茶经水蒸汽蒸馏法制得;所述桃汁由水蜜桃经挑选、清洗、去皮、切块、去核、压榨、过滤再经灭菌技术后获得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的定妆喷雾,其特征在于,所述乳化剂包括C20-22 醇磷酸酯和/或聚羟基硬脂酸。
3.根据权利要求1所述的定妆喷雾,其特征在于,所述保湿剂包括1,3-丙二醇、1,2-己二醇、透明质酸钠、1,3-丁二醇、甘油、1,2-戊二醇、山梨糖醇、甘油聚醚-26、甲基葡糖醇聚醚-10、PEG/PPG/聚丁二醇-8/5/3 甘油中的任意一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的定妆喷雾,其特征在于,所述润肤剂包括PPG-3 苄基醚肉豆蔻酸酯、异壬酸异壬酯、环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷、异十六烷、碳酸二辛酯、辛基十二醇、椰油醇-辛酸酯/癸酸酯、异十二烷、十一烷和十三烷中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的定妆喷雾,其特征在于,所述定妆喷雾还包括pH调节剂、增稠剂、防腐剂、抗氧化剂和芳香剂中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求5所述的定妆喷雾,其特征在于,所述pH调节剂为柠檬酸钠、乳酸钠、氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾和氨甲基丙醇中的任意一种。
7.根据权利要求5所述的定妆喷雾,其特征在于,所述增稠剂为羟乙基纤维素、黄原胶、丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30 烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物、丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP 共聚物、卡波姆、聚丙烯酸钠和阿拉伯胶树胶中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求5所述的定妆喷雾,其特征在于,所述防腐剂为苯氧乙醇、羟苯甲酯、羟苯丙酯、山梨酸钾、咪唑烷基脲和DMDM 乙内酰脲中的至少一种。
9.根据权利要求5所述的定妆喷雾,其特征在于,所述抗氧化剂为对羟基苯乙酮。
10.根据权利要求5所述的定妆喷雾,其特征在于,所述芳香剂为香精和/或精油。
11.根据权利要求5所述的定妆喷雾,其特征在于,所述定妆喷雾还包含水。
12.权利要求11所述的定妆喷雾的制备方法,包含以下步骤:将水、成膜剂、保湿剂、抗氧化剂、pH调节剂、增稠剂混合均匀得混合物A;将润肤剂、乳化剂、部分控油因子混合均匀得混合物B;将混合物A和混合物B混合乳化后得混合物C;将剩余控油因子、防腐剂、芳香剂与混合物C混合均匀后过滤得到所述定妆喷雾。
