Claims (4)
- 第1端子を配置した第1ハウジング部を有する第1コネクタと、第2端子を配置した第2ハウジング部を有する第2コネクタとを備え、
前記第1ハウジング部が前記第2ハウジング部との嵌合向きが異なる場合に回転して第2ハウジング部に嵌合し、嵌合完了位置では前記第1端子と前記第2端子間を接続するコネクタ装置であって、
前記第1コネクタは、前記第1ハウジング部に回転自在に取り付けされた第3コネクタを有し、前記第3コネクタは、第3端子を配置した第3ハウジング部を有し、前記第1端子と前記第3端子間が電線で接続され、
前記第1ハウジング部と前記第3ハウジング部のいずれか一方には、第1及び第2回転防止壁を有する第1及び第2回転レール部が、他方には前記各回転レール部に沿って移動する第1及び第2回転抑制ロック部が設けられ、
前記第1回転防止壁と前記第1回転抑制ロック部は、一方の回転方向では前記第1回転抑制ロック部が前記第1回転防止壁を乗り越えて回転を許容し、且つ、他方の回転方向では前記第1回転抑制ロック部が前記第1回転防止壁を乗り越えられずに回転を阻止し、
前記第2回転防止壁と前記第2回転抑制ロック部は、一方の回転方向では前記第2回転抑制ロック部が前記第2回転防止壁を乗り越えられずに回転を阻止し、且つ、他方の回転方向では前記第2回転抑制ロック部が前記第2回転防止壁を乗り越えて回転を許容し、
前記第1回転防止壁は、前記第1回転抑制ロック部の他方の回転方向で180度以上の位置で回転を阻止する回転位置に設定され、前記第2回転防止壁は、前記第2回転抑制ロック部の一方の回転方向で180度以上の位置で回転を阻止する回転位置に設定されたことを特徴とするコネクタ装置。 - 請求項1記載のコネクタ装置であって、
前記第1ハウジング部と前記第3ハウジング部のいずれか一方には、回転ベースレール部が、他方には前記回転ベースレール部にガイドされて移動する回転ガイド部がそれぞれ設けられたことを特徴とするコネクタ装置。 - 請求項1又は請求項2記載のコネクタ装置であって、
前記第1及び前記第2ハウジング部のいずれか一方には、誘導リブを設け、
前記第1及び前記第2ハウジング部の他方には、前記第1端子及び前記第2端子が接触開始する前の位置までに、前記誘導リブがいずれの回転位置に位置する場合でも双方の前記第1及び前記第2ハウジング部が正規の嵌合回転位置となるよう前記誘導リブをガイドする回転方向誘導部を設けることにより、前記第1ハウジング部が前記第2ハウジング部との嵌合向きが異なる場合に回転して第2ハウジング部に嵌合するようにしたことを特徴とするコネクタ装置。 - 請求項2記載のコネクタ装置であって、
前記第1及び前記第2ハウジング部のいずれか一方には、誘導リブを設け、
前記第1及び前記第2ハウジング部の他方には、前記第1端子及び前記第2端子が接触開始する前の位置までに、前記誘導リブがいずれの回転位置に位置する場合でも双方の前記第1及び前記第2ハウジング部が正規の嵌合回転位置となるよう前記誘導リブをガイドする回転方向誘導部を設けることにより、前記第1ハウジング部が前記第2ハウジング部との嵌合向きが異なる場合に回転して第2ハウジング部に嵌合するようにしたことを特徴とするコネクタ装置。
