Description
しかし、中綴じ折り冊子100における最も内側に位置する内側用紙101bの折り目(谷折り部)に、「トナー割れ」110が生じることがあった。
搬送方向に一枚ずつ用紙を搬送するための搬送機構と、
搬送機構から搬送される用紙の先端の通過を検知する検知部と、
搬送機構から搬送される用紙に筋を入れるための筋入れ機構と、
筋入れ機構から搬送される複数の用紙を集積して用紙束を形成し、用紙束を筋に沿って中綴じするための中綴じ機構と、
中綴じ機構から搬送される用紙束を筋に沿って折るための折り機構と、
筋入れ機構、中綴じ機構及び折り機構を制御するための制御部と、
オペレーターからの入力を受けて、入力に基づいて、制御部を制御するための入力部と、
を備えており、
筋入れ機構は、用紙に筋を入れるための突起部と、突起部を受けるための受け部と、を備え、
突起部は、用紙に筋を入れるように用紙を突く筋入れ位置と、用紙に筋を入れないように用紙から離れる待機位置と、に移動できるように構成され、
入力部は、搬送機構から搬送される用紙のうちの筋入れ機構で筋を入れる用紙と、搬送機構から搬送される用紙のうちの筋入れ機構で筋を入れない用紙とを、オペレーターが決定するための決定部を備えると共に、決定の情報を制御部へ送信し、
制御部は、決定の情報及び検知部の検知結果に基づいて、
搬送機構から筋を入れる用紙が搬送されるときは、筋入れ機構の突起部を筋入れ位置にすることで、用紙に筋を入れ、
搬送機構から筋を入れない用紙が搬送されるときは、筋入れ機構の突起部を待機位置にすることで、用紙に筋を入れないように、筋入れ機構を制御する。
折り機構によって折られた用紙束は、
一冊の中綴じ折り冊子を構成し、
最も外側に配置される一枚の外側用紙と、最も内側に配置される一枚の内側用紙と、外側用紙と内側用紙との間に配置される少なくとも一枚の中央用紙と、から構成されており、
決定部は、
外側用紙に筋を入れるか否かを決定するための第1決定ボタンと、
中央用紙に筋を入れるか否かを決定するための第2決定ボタンと、
内側用紙に筋を入れるか否かを決定するための第3決定ボタンと、
を備えている。
筋入れ機構は、
搬送方向の直角方向に延設された突起部を備えると共に、搬送方向の直角方向に延設された筋入れローラーと、
筋入れローラーに対向して搬送方向の直角方向に延設されており、突起部を受けるための受けローラーと、
筋入れローラーを回転するための筋入れモーターと、
搬送方向の直角方向に延設され、用紙を挟んで搬送するための一対の搬送ローラーと、
搬送ローラーの回転数を検知するためのロータリエンコーダーと、
を備えており、
制御部は、検知部及びロータリエンコーダーの検知結果に基づいて、用紙の位置を認識し、この認識結果に基づいて、
搬送機構から筋を入れる用紙が搬送されるときは、用紙の所定の位置に筋を入れるように、筋入れモーターで筋入れローラーを回転することで、突起部を筋入れ位置に移動し、
搬送装置から筋を入れない用紙が搬送されるときは、筋入れモーターで筋入れローラーを回転せず、突起部を待機位置に維持する。
筋入れ機構2は、用紙101に、搬送方向S1の直角方向に延設する筋120を入れるように構成されている。筋入れ機構2については、後で詳しく説明する。
第2搬送ローラー233,234から搬送される用紙101は、受け台24で受けられて、搬送方向S1に搬送される。
また、図示しないが、他の実施形態では、オペレーターが、入力部6を通じて、一冊の中綴じ折り冊子100を構成する用紙101の枚数Nを制御部5へ送ることもできる。

Claims (3)
- 搬送方向に一枚ずつ用紙を搬送するための搬送機構と、
前記搬送機構から搬送される前記用紙の先端の通過を検知する検知部と、
前記搬送機構から搬送される前記用紙に筋を入れるための筋入れ機構と、
前記筋入れ機構から搬送される複数の前記用紙を集積して用紙束を形成し、前記用紙束を前記筋に沿って中綴じするための中綴じ機構と、
前記中綴じ機構から搬送される前記用紙束を前記筋に沿って折るための折り機構と、
前記筋入れ機構、前記中綴じ機構及び前記折り機構を制御するための制御部と、
オペレーターからの入力を受けて、前記入力に基づいて、前記制御部を制御するための入力部と、
を備えており、
前記筋入れ機構は、前記用紙に前記筋を入れるための突起部と、前記突起部を受けるための受け部と、を備え、
前記突起部は、前記用紙に前記筋を入れるように前記用紙を突く筋入れ位置と、前記用紙に前記筋を入れないように前記用紙から離れる待機位置と、に移動できるように構成され、
前記入力部は、前記搬送機構から搬送される前記用紙のうちの前記筋入れ機構で前記筋を入れる前記用紙と、前記搬送機構から搬送される前記用紙のうちの前記筋入れ機構で前記筋を入れない前記用紙とを、前記オペレーターが決定するための決定部を備えると共に、前記決定の情報を前記制御部へ送信し、
前記制御部は、前記決定の情報及び前記検知部の検知結果に基づいて、
前記搬送機構から前記筋を入れる前記用紙が搬送されるときは、前記筋入れ機構の前記突起部を前記筋入れ位置にすることで、前記用紙に前記筋を入れ、
前記搬送機構から前記筋を入れない前記用紙が搬送されるときは、前記筋入れ機構の前記突起部を前記待機位置にすることで、前記用紙に前記筋を入れないように、前記筋入れ機構を制御する
ことを特徴とする中綴じ折り装置。 - 前記折り機構によって折られた前記用紙束は、
一冊の中綴じ折り冊子を構成し、
最も外側に配置される一枚の外側用紙と、最も内側に配置される一枚の内側用紙と、前記外側用紙と前記内側用紙との間に配置される少なくとも一枚の中央用紙と、から構成されており、
前記決定部は、
前記外側用紙に前記筋を入れるか否かを決定するための第1決定ボタンと、
前記中央用紙に前記筋を入れるか否かを決定するための第2決定ボタンと、
前記内側用紙に前記筋を入れるか否かを決定するための第3決定ボタンと、
を備えている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の中綴じ折り装置。 - 前記筋入れ機構は、
前記搬送方向の直角方向に延設された前記突起部を備えると共に、前記搬送方向の直角方向に延設された筋入れローラーと、
前記筋入れローラーに対向して前記搬送方向の直角方向に延設されており、前記突起部を受けるための受けローラーと、
前記筋入れローラーを回転するための筋入れモーターと、
前記搬送方向の直角方向に延設され、前記用紙を挟んで搬送するための一対の搬送ローラーと、
前記搬送ローラーの回転数を検知するためのロータリエンコーダーと、
を備えており、
前記制御部は、前記検知部及び前記ロータリエンコーダーの検知結果に基づいて、前記用紙の位置を認識し、この認識結果に基づいて、
前記搬送機構から前記筋を入れる前記用紙が搬送されるときは、前記用紙の所定の位置に前記筋を入れるように、前記筋入れモーターで前記筋入れローラーを回転することで、前記突起部を前記筋入れ位置に移動し、
前記搬送装置から前記筋を入れない前記用紙が搬送されるときは、前記筋入れモーターで前記筋入れローラーを回転せず、前記突起部を前記待機位置に維持する
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の中綴じ折り装置。
