Claims (16)
- 一种引线电极,包括依次相连的内接线柱、引线和外接线柱,其特征在于,所述引线包括:绝缘基底;胶质材料,覆盖在所述绝缘基底上,所述胶质材料上设有沟槽式网格;及导电材料,填充于所述沟槽式网格内;其中所述沟槽式网格的网格线与脱模方向形成的夹角为0° ~90°。
- 根据权利要求1所述的引线电极,其特征在于,所述沟槽式网格的网格线与脱模方向形成的夹角为45°。
- 根据权利要求1所述的引线电极,其特征在于,所述沟槽式网格由多个大小相同的长方形单元网格紧密排列形成。
- 根据权利要求3所述的引线电极,其特征在于,相邻两个长方形单元网格的长边相互垂直。
- 根据权利要求3所述的引线电极,其特征在于,每个长方形单元网格包括依次相连的两个长边和两个短边,且短边的长度为长边的长度的二分之一。
- 根据权利要求1所述的引线电极,其特征在于,所述沟槽式网格由多个四边形单元网格紧密排列形成,所述四边形单元网格包括两条直线和连接所述两条直线的两端的两条波浪线。
- 根据权利要求1所述的引线电极,其特征在于,所述沟槽式网格由多个大小相同的正六边形或扁六边形单元网格紧密排列形成。
- 根据权利要求1所述的引线电极,其特征在于,所述内接线柱和外接线柱为沟槽式网格。
- 一种引线电极的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:在绝缘基底的表面涂布一层胶质材料;将具有网格的模具贴合到所述胶质材料上,然后固化所述胶质材料;沿水平X轴方向或与所述水平X轴方向垂直的水平Y轴方向脱模,以在所述胶质材料上形成沟槽式网格,所述沟槽式网格的网格线与水平X轴方向形成的夹角为0°~90°;在所述沟槽式网格内填充导电材料,形成引线;及将所述引线的两端分别与内接线柱和外接线柱相连,形成引线电极。
- 如权利要求9所述的引线电极的制备方法,其特征在于,所述沟槽式网格的网格线与水平X轴方向形成的夹角为45°。
- 如权利要求9所述的引线电极的制备方法,其特征在于,所述沟槽式网格由多个大小相同长方形网格紧密排列形成。
- 根据权利要求11所述的引线电极的制备方法,其特征在于,相邻两个长方形网格的长边相互垂直。
- 根据权利要求11所述的引线电极的制备方法,其特征在于,每个长方形单元网格包括依次相连的两个长边和两个短边,且短边的长度为长边的长度的二分之一。
- 根据权利要求10所述的引线电极的制备方法,其特征在于,所述沟槽式网格由多个四边形网格紧密排列形成,所述四边形网格包括两条直线和连接所述两条直线的两端的两条波浪线。
- 根据权利要求9所述的引线电极的制备方法,其特征在于,所述沟槽式网格由多个大小相同的正六边形或扁六边形单元网格紧密排列形成。
- 根据权利要求9所述的引线电极的制备方法,其特征在于,所述内接线柱和外接线柱为沟槽式网格。
