Claims (5)
- 加熱殺菌部を経て充填機内へと飲料を送る飲料供給系配管を備えた飲料充填装置の殺菌方法において、上記飲料供給系配管に熱水又は加熱蒸気を送り、飲料供給系配管の複数個所の温度を所定時間ごとに検知しつつF値を演算し、そのうち最小のF値が目標値に到達したところで、殺菌工程を終了することを特徴とする飲料充填装置の殺菌方法。
- 請求項1に記載の飲料充填装置の殺菌方法において、飲料供給系配管の加熱殺菌部を経由する上流側配管部に対し上流側帰還路を設けて上流側循環路を形成し、上流側循環路には熱水を流しつつF値を演算し、上記上流側配管部より下流側から充填機内に至る下流側配管部に対し加熱蒸気を通しつつF値を演算し、各々の最小のF値が目標値に到達したところで、殺菌工程を終了することを特徴とする飲料充填装置の殺菌方法。
- 加熱殺菌部を経て充填機内へと飲料を送る飲料供給系配管を備えた飲料充填装置において、上記飲料供給系配管に熱水又は加熱蒸気を送り、飲料供給系配管の複数個所に設けた温度センサにより各箇所の温度を所定時間ごとに検知しつつF値を演算し、そのうち最小のF値が目標値に到達したところで、殺菌工程を終了することを特徴とする飲料充填装置。
- 請求項4に記載の飲料充填装置において、飲料供給系配管の加熱殺菌部を経由する上流側配管部に対し上流側帰還路を設けて上流側循環路を形成し、上流側循環路には熱水を流しつつ、上流側循環路の所定箇所に設けた温度センサによりF値を演算し、上記上流側配管部より下流側から充填機内に至る下流側配管部に対し加熱蒸気を通しつつ、下流側循環路の所定箇所に設けた温度センサによりF値を演算し、各々の最小のF値が目標値に到達したところで、殺菌工程を終了することを特徴とする飲料充填装置。
