Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態1にかかる固定子の斜視図であり、図2は、本発明の実施の形態1にかかる電動機の断面図であり、図3は、リード線口出し部側から見た固定子の斜視図であり、図4は、本発明の実施の形態1にかかるモールド固定子の斜視図であり、図5は、モールド固定子にファンカバーを取り付けるときの状態を表す図であり、図6は、ファンカバーが取り付けられた電動機を表す図である。
(1)ステップ1:まず、固定子1が製造されると共に、回転子組立70、ブラケット90、足板60、冷却ファン41、ファンカバー50、コンデンサ組付け箱80、およびアース線66が製造される。
(2)ステップ2:製造された固定子1と足板取付け部品20とをモールド成形してモールド固定子30が作られる。
(3)ステップ3:足板取付け部品20に設けられた下穴21の一つが固定子鉄心3に達するまで掘り下げ加工される。並行して回転子組立70、ブラケット90が製作される。
(4)ステップ4:次に、スプリングワッシャ40、回転子組立70、ブラケット90、ネジ93の順でこれらの部品がモールド固定子30に組付けられる。併行して、冷却ファンの成形が行われる。
(5)ステップ5:また、冷却ファン41がモールド固定子30に組付けられ、モールド固定子30から突出したシャフト74にCリング42が組付けられる。併行して、ファンカバー50の成形、コンデンサ組付け箱80の成形、足板60の製造、アース線66の製造が行われる。
(6)ステップ6:モールド固定子30に、足板60とコンデンサ組付け箱80とが組付けられる。このとき、ネジ64によってアース線66が組付けられる。
(7)ステップ7:ファンカバー固定部38に表出するファンカバー固定用の穴37に、ファンカバー50に形成された脚部55を圧入することにより、ファンカバー50が固定される。
(8)ステップ8:最後に、コンデンサ組付け箱80の内部に引き出されたリード線7をコンデンサ81に接続することにより、電動機100が完成する。
図7は、本発明の実施の形態2にかかる回転電機100Aの斜視図である。実施の形態1との相違点は、ファンカバー50の脚部55には、突起56(図5参照)の代わりに穴37(図4参照)に対応したファンカバー固定用の穴を設け、この穴にタッピングネジ57をねじ込むと共に、モールド固定子30の穴37にもタッピングネジ57をねじ込むように構成されている点である。
図8は、本発明の実施の形態3にかかる固定子の斜視図である。図9は、本発明の実施の形態3にかかるモールド固定子の斜視図である。図10は、図9に示されるモールド固定子にファンカバーを取り付けるときの状態を表す図である。図11は、ファンカバーが取り付けられた電動機を表す図である。
Claims (10)
- 回転子が内包され、固定子を熱硬化性樹脂でモールド成形したモールド固定子と、
前記モールド固定子の一端面から突出する回転子軸の端部に組付けられる冷却ファンと、
前記冷却ファンを覆うファンカバーと、
前記モールド固定子に設置されると共にコンデンサが組み込まれるコンデンサ組付け箱と、
前記モールド固定子に設置される足板と、
前記モールド固定子の他端側に設けられるブラケットと、
を備え、
前記モールド固定子の軸方向端面と前記ファンカバーとの対向部には、複数の穴とこれらの穴に挿入される複数の挿入部材とから成り、かつ、前記モールド固定子に前記ファンカバーを固定する固定構造が設けられていることを特徴とする電動機。 - 前記固定構造の穴は、前記モールド固定子の軸方向端面に形成され、
前記固定構造の挿入部材は、前記ファンカバーにおいて前記各穴と対向する位置に形成され、かつ、前記各穴に圧入される突起であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動機。 - 前記固定構造の穴は、前記モールド固定子の軸方向端面に形成され、
前記固定構造の挿入部材は、前記ファンカバーを介して軸方向から前記各穴に螺入されるネジであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動機。 - 前記固定子には、その軸方向の両端面に端面絶縁板が形成され、
この端面絶縁板には、前記穴として機能する筒状体が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動機。 - 前記固定構造の挿入部材は、前記モールド固定子の軸方向端面に形成された突起であり、
前記固定構造の穴は、前記ファンカバーにおいて前記突起と対向する位置に形成され、
この穴を貫通した突起は、熱溶着されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動機。 - 前記モールド固定子には、前記足板を前記モールド固定子に取付ける足板取付け部が形成され、
前記足板取付け部には、前記モールド固定子の外周面から表出するようにネジ締結用の複数の下穴が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動機。 - 前記モールド固定子は、ネジ締結用の下穴を有する複数のネジ締結部が薄肉部で連結されて成る足板取付け部品を備え、
前記下穴は、モールド固定子の外周面から表出するように設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動機。 - 前記モールド固定子には、前記コンデンサ組付け箱を前記モールド固定子に取付けるコンデンサ組付け箱取付け部が形成され、
前記コンデンサ組付け箱取付け部には、前記モールド固定子の外周面から表出するようにネジ締結用の複数の下穴が形成されると共に、リード線口出し部が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動機。 - 請求項1~8の何れか1つに記載の電動機を搭載したことを特徴とするポンプ。
- 固定子をモールド成形してモールド固定子を製造するステップと、
前記モールド固定子に、回転子組立、ブラケット、足板、およびコンデンサ組付け箱を組付けるステップと、
前記モールド固定子の軸方向端面と前記ファンカバーとの対向部には、複数の穴とこれらの穴に挿入される複数の挿入部材とから成り、かつ、前記モールド固定子に前記ファンカバーを固定する固定構造が設けられ、この固定構造により、前記ファンカバーを前記モールド固定子に組み付けて電動機を製造するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする電動機の製造方法。
