前記ヘッドレストの底面には、前記シートクッションの係止片が挿入可能なヘッドレスト取り付け部を設けたことを特徴とするダブルフォールド式自動車用シートである。
かかるダブルフォールド式自動車用シートでは、ヘッドレストの底面に、シートクッションの係止片が挿入可能な取り付け部を設けているので、シートバックの頂部からヘッドレストを取り外し、フォールド状態とした際、シートクッションの係止片にヘッドレストを取り付けることができ、ヘッドレストの設置が容易に行える。更には、ヘッドレストの底面にシートクッションの係止片が挿入可能な取り付け部を設けるという簡単な構造により、ヘッドレストの設置ができるし、フォールド状態で荷物空間にヘッドレストを載置することもないので、荷物空間の有効利用ができる。
この前記ヘッドレスト取り付け部に形成した穴部には、シートクッションの係止片が係合可能なフック片を設ける。穴部にフック片を設けることにより、シートクッションの係止片がヘッドレストのフック片に引掛り、ヘッドレストの取り付けが確実化する。
図1、2にはヘッドレスト付きダブルフォールド式自動車シートの使用状態、フォールド状態を示し、シートクッションSCは、その前端部に設けたリンク1の下端1aが車床側FLに回転可能に取り付けられると共に、後端部SC-1に設けた係止片8が車床側に取り付けられる。シートクッションSCを形成する内部フレームFの幅方向のほぼ中央位置に、係止片8が固定されており、シートバックSBには、シートクッションSCを前方に反転させる際、シートクッションSCの係止片8がシートバックSBの下部に接触することなくスムーズに反転できるように、係止片8の移動範囲に凹部Bが形成されている。

従って、シートクッションSCを、前方Fに跳ね上げ、図2のように起立位置にセットすると、起立状態のシートクッションSC上において、係止片8は位置するので、すぐにも使用者の視覚に入る。そのため、係止片8が容易に視覚できるので、後述するヘッドレストHRをシートクッションSCに取り付ける位置が簡単に確認できる。
シートクッションSCの係止片8は、図4に示すように、シートクッションSCの後端部SC-1である後面から後方側RのシートバックSB側に突出する一対の突出部8a、8aと、この突出部8a、8aの先端間を連結する連結部8bからなり、ヘッドレストHRの取り付け部6に挿入可能な形状から成っている。ヘッドレストHRの取り付け部6は、ヘッドレストHRの底面HR-3に形成した穴部形状から成る。取り付け部6の穴口6aにシートクッションSCの係止片8が挿入することにより、図2に示すように、ヘッドレストHRはシートクッションSCに取り付けることができる。
図1と図4に示すように、係止片8は、シートクッション後部SC-1において、シートバック底面SB-3側付近に配設されている。それにより、フォールド時に、上述したヘッドレストHRの取り付け部6を、係止片8に挿入係合させた際、図2のように、ヘッドレストHRのステー3,3が、起立状態のシートクッション後部SC-1から、後方側Rの水平状態のシートバックSBから離反するので、ヘッドレストHRの底面HR-3が確実にシートクッション後部SC-1に接し、ヘッドレストHR自体が安定して起立状態のシートクッションSCに取り付けることができる。
シートクッションSCの係止片8は、シートクッションSCの後部SC-1からシートバックSB側に突出する一対の突出部8a、8aと、この突出部8a、8aの間を連結する連結部8bからなるので、ヘッドレストHRの取り付け部6の穴口6aからシートクッションSCの係止片8を挿入すると、係止片8の一対の突出部8a、8a全体が取り付け部6内に密接配置することにより、ヘッドレストHRが水平方向にガタつくことがない。
このように、コ字状の枠体の一方の片部を取り付け部6に挿し込み、他方の片部を取り付け部6の後方に挿し込み、表皮内部にパット材5となる発泡液を注入することによりヘッドレストHRが製作でき、簡単にヘッドレストHRの底面HR-3に穴部形状から成る取り付け部6が形成される。
図6に示すように、フック片7を設けることにより、シートクッションSCの係止片8がフック片7に引掛り、ヘッドレストHRの取り付けが確実となる。
この様に、フック片7を取り付け部6の穴部内に設ける際、取り付け部6の穴部にフック片7を差込み、前述したように、コ字状の枠体の一方の片部を穴部に挿し込んで、表皮内部に発泡液を注入発泡させることにより、取り付け部6の穴部内にフック片7を設けることができるので、簡単にフック片7を穴部内へ収納することができる。このフック片7は、穴口6aがパッド材5の弾性により閉口するので、その弾性力により取り付け部6内に保持されている。
フック片7のフック部7aは、その先端にシートクッションSCの係止片8の連結部8bが掛かり止め可能な掛止部7bが形成されているので、シートクッションSCの係止片8をより確実に掛かり止めすることができる。

Claims (10)
- 車床側に前端部が回転可能に取り付けられると共に、後端部に設けた係止片が車床側に係脱可能に取り付けられ、使用時の水平位置から起立位置へ前方向に回動可能なシートクッションと、前記車床側に下端部が回転可能に取り付けられ、使用時の起立位置から水平位置へ前方向に回動可能なシートバックと、このシートバックの頂部に着脱可能に取り付けられるヘッドレストを有するヘッドレスト付きダブルフォールド式自動車用シートであって、
前記ヘッドレストの底面には、前記シートクッションの係止片が挿入可能なヘッドレスト取り付け部を設けたことを特徴とするヘッドレスト付きダブルフォールド式自動車用シート。 - 前記ヘッドレスト取り付け部は、シートクッションの係止片が挿入可能な穴部から成る請求項1記載のヘッドレスト付きダブルフォールド式自動車用シート。
- 前記ヘッドレスト取り付け部に形成した穴部には、シートクッションの係止片が係合可能なフック片を設けてなる請求項2記載のヘッドレスト付きダブルフォールド式自動車用シート。
- 前記ヘッドレスト取り付け部は、前記ヘッドレストの底面に設けられると共に、この底面から延びる一対のステー間に配設されている請求項1記載のヘッドレスト付きダブルフォールド式自動車用シート。
- 前記ヘッドレスト取り付け部は、前記ヘッドレストの底面に設けられると共に、この底面から延びる一対のステー間に配設され、前記ヘッドレストの取り付け部に前記シートクッションの係止片を挿入して、前記ヘッドレストを、起立位置に回動した前記シートクッションに取り付けた際、前記ヘッドレストのステーが前記シートクッションから離反して、水平位置に回動した前記シートバック側に位置する請求項1記載のヘッドレスト付きダブルフォールド式自動車用シート。
- 前記ヘッドレスト取り付け部は、スリット状からなる請求項1記載のヘッドレスト付きダブルフォールド式自動車用シート。
- 前記フック片は、前記ヘッドレスト取り付け部に形成した穴部の内面に沿って設けられ、上部にフック部が形成される請求項3記載のヘッドレスト付きダブルフォールド式自動車用シート。
- 前記フック片のフック部は、前記シートクッションの係止片が係脱可能な湾曲形状からなる請求項3記載のヘッドレスト付きダブルフォールド式自動車用シート。
- 前記フック片のフック部は、その先端に前記シートクッションの係止片が掛かり止め可能な掛止部が形成されている請求項8記載のヘッドレスト付きダブルフォールド式自動車用シート。
- 前記係止片は、シートクッションの後面からシートバック側に突出する一対の突出部と、この突出部の間を連結する連結部からなる請求項1記載のヘッドレスト付きダブルフォールド式自動車用シート。
