Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態1に係る空気調和装置の全体構成を表す図である。図1及び後述の図において、同一の符号を付したものは、同一の又はこれに相当するものであり、これは明細書の全文において共通している。更に、明細書全文に表れている構成要素の形態は、あくまで例示であってこれらの記載に限定されるものではない。
図2は、本発明の実施の形態1に係る空気調和装置の全冷房運転時における冷媒の流れを表す図である。なお、図2において中継機側第1電磁弁321及び中継機側第2電磁弁322が黒く塗られているのは弁が閉じていることを示し、白く塗られているのは弁が開いていることを示す。この点は後述の図においても同様である。まず、図2に基づいて全冷房運転における各機器の動作及び冷媒の流れについて説明する。全冷房運転における冷媒の流れは図2に実線矢印で示している。ここでは、全ての室内機200が停止することなく冷房を行っている場合について説明する。
図3は、本発明の実施の形態1に係る空気調和装置の冷房主体運転の冷媒の流れを表す図である。ここでは、室内機200bが冷房を行い、室内機200aが暖房を行っている場合について説明する。冷房主体運転における冷媒の流れは図3に実線矢印で示している。熱源機100の各機器が行う動作及び冷媒の流れは、図2を用いて説明した全冷房運転時と同じである。ただ、ここでは、熱源機側熱交換器131における冷媒の凝縮を制御することで、第2主管20を通って中継機300に流入する冷媒が気液二相冷媒となるものとする。以下では、冷房を行う室内機200bを冷房室内機200bといい、暖房を行う室内機200aを暖房室内機200aという。この点は、後述の他の運転においても同様である。
図4は、本発明の実施の形態1に係る空気調和装置の全暖房運転時における冷媒の流れを表す図である。次に全暖房運転における各機器の動作及び冷媒の流れについて説明する。ここでは、全ての室内機200が停止することなく暖房を行っている場合について説明する。全暖房運転の冷媒の流れは図4に実線矢印で示している。熱源機100においては、圧縮機110が、吸入した冷媒を圧縮し、高圧のガス冷媒を吐出する。圧縮機110が吐出した冷媒は、四方切換弁120、熱源機側第5逆止弁153を流れ(冷媒の圧力の関係で熱源機側第4逆止弁152、熱源機側第3逆止弁151側には流れない)、第2主管20を通って中継機300に流入する。
図5は、本発明の実施の形態1に係る空気調和装置の暖房主体運転時における冷媒の流れを表す図である。ここでは、室内機200aが暖房を行い、室内機200bが冷房を行っている場合について説明する。暖房主体運転における冷媒の流れは図5に実線矢印で示している。熱源機100の各機器の動作及び冷媒の流れは、図4を用いて説明した全暖房運転と同じである。
中継機側第2流量制御装置343は、上述したように、中継機側第1圧力検出器350にて検出される圧力PS1と中継機側第2圧力検出器351にて検出される圧力PS3との差圧が所定の差圧以上となるように制御している。また、熱源機側流量制御装置135は、上述したように、中継機側温度検出器352にて検出される冷媒の飽和温度TMが制御目標値TMmとなるように制御している。
実施の形態2は、高外気での全冷房運転又は冷房主体運転時における吐出温度低下に関する。
以下、本発明の実施の形態3を図面に基づいて詳細に説明する。

Claims (9)
- 圧縮機、外気と冷媒の熱交換を行う熱源機側熱交換器、熱源機側流量制御装置及び四方切換弁を有する熱源機と、
空調対象の空気と冷媒との熱交換を行う室内機側熱交換器及び室内機側流量制御装置を有する複数の室内機と、
前記熱源機と前記複数の室内機との間にあって、暖房を行う前記室内機に気体の冷媒を供給し、冷房を行う前記室内機に液体の冷媒を供給するための流路を形成する中継機と
を配管接続して冷媒回路を構成する冷暖房混在運転可能な空気調和装置であって、
前記圧縮機から吐出されて前記中継機に流入した冷媒の一部を、前記熱源機側熱交換器と前記室内機側熱交換器との間に流入させるバイパス配管と、
前記バイパス配管に設けられたバイパス流量制御装置と、
前記熱源機側熱交換器が蒸発器となる運転時に前記圧縮機から吐出された吐出冷媒の吐出温度が前記圧縮機の耐熱温度以下となるように前記バイパス流量制御装置の開度を制御する制御装置と
を備えたことを特徴とする空気調和装置。 - 前記制御装置は、前記熱源機側熱交換器が蒸発器となる運転時に前記吐出冷媒の吐出温度が前記耐熱温度未満の所定の温度以上となると、前記吐出冷媒の吐出温度が前記所定の温度未満になるように前記バイパス流量制御装置の開度を増加させる
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の空気調和装置。 - 圧縮機、外気と冷媒の熱交換を行う熱源機側熱交換器、熱源機側流量制御装置及び四方切換弁を有する熱源機と、
空調対象の空気と冷媒との熱交換を行う室内機側熱交換器及び室内機側流量制御装置を有する複数の室内機と、
前記熱源機と前記複数の室内機との間にあって、暖房を行う前記室内機に気体の冷媒を供給し、冷房を行う前記室内機に液体の冷媒を供給するための流路を形成する中継機と
を配管接続して冷媒回路を構成する冷暖房混在運転可能な空気調和装置であって、
前記熱源機側熱交換器が凝縮器となる運転時に前記圧縮機から吐出されて前記熱源機側熱交換器を通過後の冷媒の一部を気液二相又は液化し、前記圧縮機の吸入側又は前記圧縮機の圧縮行程の中間部に流入させるバイパス回路と、
前記バイパス回路に設けられたバイパス流量制御装置と、
前記熱源機側熱交換器が凝縮器となる運転時に前記圧縮機から吐出された吐出冷媒の吐出温度が前記圧縮機の耐熱温度以下となるように前記バイパス流量制御装置の開度を制御する制御装置と
を備えたことを特徴とする空気調和装置。 - 前記制御装置は、前記吐出冷媒の吐出温度が前記耐熱温度未満の所定の温度以上となると、前記吐出冷媒の吐出温度が前記所定の温度未満になるように前記バイパス流量制御装置の開度を増加させる
ことを特徴とする請求項3記載の空気調和装置。 - 前記バイパス回路は、前記圧縮機から吐出されて前記熱源機側熱交換器を通過後の冷媒の一部を、前記熱源機側熱交換器に流入する外気と熱交換させて気液二相又は液化する過熱ガス冷却熱交換器を備えたことを特徴とする請求項3又は請求項4記載の空気調和装置。
- 前記熱源機側熱交換器が蒸発器となる運転時に気液二相冷媒を前記圧縮機の圧縮行程の中間部に供給するインジェクション部を備えたことを特徴とする請求項3乃至請求項6の何れか一項に記載の空気調和装置。
- 前記インジェクション部は、
前記熱源機内において前記熱源側流量制御装置の上流から分岐し、前記圧縮機の圧縮行程の中間部に至るインジェクション管と、
前記インジェクション管に設けられたインジェクション流量制御装置と備え、
前記制御装置は、前記圧縮機の運転容量に基づいて目標吐出過熱度を決定し、前記圧縮機の吐出過熱度が前記決定した前記目標吐出過熱度となるように前記インジェクション流量制御装置を制御する
ことを特徴とする請求項6記載の空気調和装置。 - 前記インジェクション部は、前記熱源機側熱交換器が蒸発器となる運転中に、前記中継機を通過して前記熱源側流量制御装置に向かう冷媒と前記インジェクション管において前記インジェクション流量制御装置を通過した冷媒との熱交換を行うインジェクション熱交換器を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項6又は請求項7記載の空気調和装置。
- 前記冷媒がR32であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項8の何れか一項に記載の空気調和装置。
