振動を発生させる振動発生部と、
表示データを記憶する表示メモリと、
前記表示メモリに記憶された表示データに対応する情報を表示する表示部と、
文字データと前記振動のパターンを示す振動パターンとを対応付けて記憶する記憶部と、
前記表示メモリに記憶された表示データを文字データとして認識し、認識された文字データに対応する振動パターンを前記記憶部から取得し、取得した振動パターンで前記振動発生部を振動させる制御部と、
を備えることを特徴とする。
表示データを表示メモリに記憶するステップと、
前記表示メモリに記憶された表示データに対応する情報を表示するステップと、
前記記憶された表示データを文字データとして認識し、認識された文字データに対応する振動パターンを、予め記憶されている前記文字データと振動パターンとの対応関係に基づいて取得し、取得した振動パターンで振動を発生させるステップと、
を備えることを特徴とする。
コンピュータに、
表示データを表示メモリに記憶する処理と、
前記表示メモリに記憶された表示データに対応する情報を表示する処理と、
前記記憶された表示データを文字データとして認識し、認識された文字データに対応する振動パターンを、予め記憶されている前記文字データと振動パターンとの対応関係に基づいて取得し、取得した振動パターンで振動を発生させる処理と、
を実行させるプログラムを記録した一時的でない記録媒体であることを特徴とする。
図1に示すように、本実施形態1に係る携帯端末装置100は、表示部120と、表示メモリ130と、振動発生部140と、制御部150と、記憶部160と、を備える。
図2に示すように、本実施形態2に係る携帯端末装置10は、通信部11と、タッチパネルディスプレイ12と、表示メモリ13と、振動発生部14と、制御部15と、記憶装置16と、を備える。
上記実施形態2においては、制御部15は、ユーザがタッチした位置とその周辺に表示されている文字列を認識し、振動を発生させた。しかしながら、この発明はこれに限定されない。
上記実施形態1に係る携帯端末装置10は、設定編集プログラム16eを起動して、ユーザ自らが、タッチパネルディスプレイ12を操作して、振動設定情報16cを、設定する必要がある。この発明は、これに限定されず、設定手法は任意である。
以下、発信(送信)元のユーザ自らが振動パターンを設定できる携帯端末装置について説明する。
振動を発生させる振動発生部と、
表示データを記憶する表示メモリと、
前記表示メモリに記憶された表示データに対応する情報を表示する表示部と、
文字データと前記振動のパターンを示す振動パターンとを対応付けて記憶する記憶部と、
前記表示メモリに記憶された表示データを文字データとして認識し、認識された文字データに対応する振動パターンを前記記憶部から取得し、取得した振動パターンで前記振動発生部を振動させる制御部と、
を備えることを特徴とする電子機器。
前記制御部が文字データとして認識する表示データは、前記表示部によって表示された情報のうち、ユーザ操作によって指定された情報に対応する表示データである、
ことを特徴とする付記1に記載の電子機器。
前記制御部は、受信に応答して、対応するアプリケーションプログラムを起動し、文字データを前記表示メモリに記憶させ、前記表示部に表示させる、
ことを特徴とする付記1又は付記2に記載の電子機器。
前記制御部は、複数のアプリケーションプログラムを実行し、アプリケーションプログラム毎に表示データを画像に展開して前記表示メモリに記憶させる、
ことを特徴とする付記1乃至3のいずれか1つに記載の電子機器。
前記表示部に表示される表示データは、他の電子機器から受信されたデータを含む、
ことを特徴とする付記1乃至4のいずれか1つに記載の電子機器。
前記制御部は、
前記記憶部に記憶された表示データのうち、文字データとして認識される表示データの表示位置は、アプリケーションプログラムの起動のトリガとなるアイコン又はショートカットの表示位置に重ならないように制御する、
ことを特徴とする付記1乃至5のいずれか1つに記載の電子機器。
他の電子機器から着信を受ける手段を備え、
前記制御部は、前記着信が、文字データ及び振動パターンの指定情報を含むか否かを判別し、前記指定情報を含むと判別した場合、前記指定情報に基づいて、前記記憶部に記憶された文字データ及び該文字データに対応する振動パターンを更新する、
ことを特徴とする付記1乃至6のいずれか1つに記載の電子機器。
前記振動発生部は、空気振動である音を発生する手段を含む、
付記1乃至7のいずれか1つに記載の電子機器。
表示データを表示メモリに記憶するステップと、
前記表示メモリに記憶された表示データに対応する情報を表示するステップと、
前記記憶された表示データを文字データとして認識し、認識された文字データに対応する振動パターンを、予め記憶されている前記文字データと振動パターンとの対応関係に基づいて取得し、取得した振動パターンで振動を発生させるステップと、
を備えることを特徴とする電子機器の制御方法。
コンピュータに、
表示データを表示メモリに記憶する処理と、
前記表示メモリに記憶された表示データに対応する情報を表示する処理と、
前記記憶された表示データを文字データとして認識し、認識された文字データに対応する振動パターンを、予め記憶されている前記文字データと振動パターンとの対応関係に基づいて取得し、取得した振動パターンで振動を発生させる処理と、
を実行させることを特徴とするプログラムを記録した一時的でない記録媒体。

- 振動を発生させる振動発生部と、
表示データを記憶する表示メモリと、
前記表示メモリに記憶された表示データに対応する情報を表示する表示部と、
文字データと前記振動のパターンを示す振動パターンとを対応付けて記憶する記憶部と、
前記表示メモリに記憶された表示データを文字データとして認識し、認識された文字データに対応する振動パターンを前記記憶部から取得し、取得した振動パターンで前記振動発生部を振動させる制御部と、
を備えることを特徴とする電子機器。 - 前記制御部が文字データとして認識する表示データは、前記表示部によって表示された情報のうち、ユーザ操作によって指定された情報に対応する表示データである、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子機器。 - 前記制御部は、受信に応答して、対応するアプリケーションプログラムを起動し、文字データを前記表示メモリに記憶させ、前記表示部に表示させる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の電子機器。 - 前記制御部は、複数のアプリケーションプログラムを実行し、アプリケーションプログラムごとに表示データを画像に展開して前記表示メモリに記憶させる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の電子機器。 - 前記表示部に表示される表示データは、他の電子機器から受信されたデータを含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の電子機器。 - 前記制御部は、
