由此可知, 如何提供在液晶玻璃面板包装内加入高效的緩沖装置, 实 现液晶玻璃面板在运送过程中的定位及緩沖作用, 并解决现有液晶玻璃面 板包装中加入的緩沖装置价格偏高、 且挤压后难以恢复原状导致其緩沖效 果不明显的问题是本申请的发明人以及从事此相关行业的技术领域者亟于 改善的课题。 发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种液晶玻璃面板包装结构, 其釆用气泡袋式 緩沖体作为包装箱内的緩沖装置, 该气泡袋式緩沖体内形成的空气层不仅 能较好的起到緩沖作用且材质价格较为便宜, 更有利于控制包装的成本。
为实现上述目的, 本发明提供一种液晶玻璃面板包装结构, 包括: 包 装箱、 及设于包装箱内的数个緩沖体, 所述包装箱包括下盖体、 及与下盖 体相配合的上盖体, 所述緩沖体为气泡袋式緩沖体, 其安装于下盖体内对 应液晶玻璃面板的边角位置。
所述緩沖体呈 "H" 形设置, 其包括緩沖部、 安装部及连接緩沖部及 安装部的连接部。

所述緩沖体 4呈 "H" 形设置, 其包括緩沖部 42、 安装部 44及连接 緩沖部 42及安装部 44的连接部 46。 所述緩沖部 42、 安装部 44及连接部 46—体成型制成, 且内部相互连通, 且内部充满气体, 所述气体一般为空 气。 一体设置的緩沖体 4其结构简单, 在充气时通过充气孔(未图示) 即 可完成整个装置的充气, 沖完气后, 在通过密封装置 (未图示)将该充气 孔密封, 以实现緩沖作用。 在緩沖体 4运输时, 可将其内部的气体放出, 以减少空间占用率, 进而降低运输成本。
所述下盖体 22对应安装部 44设有具有开口 224的安装槽 222, 所述 安装部 44安装于安装槽 222内, 连接部 46贯穿于开口 224内, 所述緩沖 部 42朝向安装部 44的表面抵靠于安装槽 222的外表面, 该安装槽 222可 以很好的将 "H" 型緩沖体 4 予以固定, 在运输过程中, 由于该緩沖部 4 是通过緩沖部 42 内部空气起緩沖作用, 其受到外力作用后发生弹性形 变, 以緩沖该外力, 并在外力消除时可以很快恢复原状, 更好的对液晶玻 璃面板 6进行保护, 且其通过在包装箱 2内设置安装槽 222固定安装緩沖 体 4, 结构简单, 成本低。
请参阅图 4及图 5, 为本发明液晶玻璃面板包装结构另一实施例的结 构示意图, 包括: 包装箱 2、 及设于包装箱 2 内的数个緩沖体 4', 所述包 装箱 2 包括下盖体 22、 及与下盖体 22相配合的上盖体(未图示) , 所述 緩沖体 4,为气泡袋式緩沖体, 其安装于下盖体 22 内对应液晶玻璃面板 6 的边角位置, 以保护緩沖液晶玻璃面板 6, 避免在运输、 仓储等过程中外 力对液晶玻璃面板 6造成损坏。
所述上盖体与下盖 22体均由塑胶材料制成, 塑胶箱子相比常用的纸 箱其结构较好, 不易破损还可防潮、 防水, 起到更好的保护作用, 且重复 使用包装箱还可节省包装费用。
所述緩沖体 4,呈包括第一緩沖单元 42,及第二緩沖单元 44,。
所述第一緩沖单元 42,与第二緩沖单元 44,均为气泡袋, 且与连接结构
46,一体成型制成, 该第一緩沖单元 42,与第二緩沖单元 44,内部充满空 气, 形成空气层, 该空气层对液晶玻璃面板 6 的边角位置起到很好的緩沖 保护作用, 避免运输时, 由于汽车突然加速或者突然停车, 对包装箱 2 内 的液晶玻璃面板 6造成损伤, 且第一緩沖单元 42,与第二緩沖单元 44,一体 成型制成, 更便于安装与运输。
所述緩沖体 4,通过胶粘方式安装于所述下盖体 2 内, 优选的, 所述緩 沖体 4,呈 "L" 形设置, 其第一緩沖单元 42,与第二緩沖单元 44,的连接处 对应设于下盖体 2 的角落位置。 所述胶粘方式的胶可以是双面胶, 或专门 对塑料进行粘合的 PP塑料粘合剂、 PE塑料粘合剂、 PS塑料粘合剂、 PVC 塑料粘合剂等, 本实例优选为双面胶, 釆用双面胶纸将緩沖体 4,的第一緩 沖单元 42,、 第二緩沖单元 44,粘合在下盖体 2上, 可以很好的固定緩沖体 4,, 且双面胶纸可根据需要剪成任意形状, 且容易拆卸, 拆卸后留下的胶 易于清除, 不仅如此, 双面胶纸的价格低廉、 且, 具有环保功效。
综上所述, 本发明的液晶玻璃面板包装结构, 通过气泡袋式緩沖体作 为液晶玻璃面板的緩沖装置, 通过将该气泡式緩沖体放置在对应液晶玻璃 面板的边角位置, 使得液晶玻璃面板包装在运输时, 更好的保护液晶玻璃 面板, 避免产品运输过程中由于外力而损坏, 且本发明的緩沖体结构简 单, 易加工, 进而有效降低生产成本。
以上所述, 对于本领域的普通技术人员来说, 可以根据本发明的技术 方案和技术构思作出其他各种相应的改变和变形, 而所有这些改变和变形 都应属于本发明权利要求的保护范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种液晶玻璃面板包装结构, 包括: 包装箱、 及设于包装箱内的 数个緩沖体, 所述包装箱包括下盖体、 及与下盖体相配合的上盖体, 所述 緩沖体为气泡袋式緩沖体, 其安装于下盖体内对应液晶玻璃面板的边角位 置。
2、 如权利要求 1 所述的液晶玻璃面板包装结构, 其中, 所述緩沖体 呈 "H" 形设置, 其包括緩沖部、 安装部及连接緩沖部及安装部的连接 部。
3、 如权利要求 2 所述的液晶玻璃面板包装结构, 其中, 所述下盖体 对应安装部设有具有开口的安装槽, 所述安装部安装于安装槽内, 连接部 贯穿于开口内, 所述緩沖部朝向安装部的表面抵靠于安装槽的外表面。
4、 如权利要求 2 所述的液晶玻璃面板包装结构, 其中, 所述緩沖 部、 安装部及连接部一体成型制成。
5、 如权利要求 4 所述的液晶玻璃面板包装结构, 其中, 所述緩沖 部、 安装部及连接部内部相互连通, 且内部充满气体。
6、 如权利要求 1 所述的液晶玻璃面板包装结构, 其中, 所述緩沖体 包括第一緩沖单元及第二緩沖单元, 所述緩沖体呈 "L" 形设置。
7、 如权利要求 6 所述的液晶玻璃面板包装结构, 其中, 所述緩沖体 通过胶粘方式安装于所述下盖体内, 所述第一緩沖单元与第二緩沖单元的 连接处对应设于下盖体的角落位置。
8、 如权利要求 6 所述的液晶玻璃面板包装结构, 其中, 所述第一緩 沖单元与第二緩沖单元均为气泡袋。
9、 如权利要求 8 所述的液晶玻璃面板包装结构, 其中, 所述第一緩 沖单元与第二緩沖单元一体成型制成。
10、 如权利要求 1 所述的液晶玻璃面板包装结构, 其中, 所述上盖体 与下盖体均由塑胶材料制成。
11、 一种液晶玻璃面板包装结构, 包括: 包装箱、 及设于包装箱内的 数个緩沖体, 所述包装箱包括下盖体、 及与下盖体相配合的上盖体, 所述 緩沖体为气泡袋式緩沖体, 其安装于下盖体内对应液晶玻璃面板的边角位 置;
其中, 所述緩沖体呈 'Ή" 形设置, 其包括緩沖部、 安装部及连接緩 沖部及安装部的连接部; 其中, 所述下盖体对应安装部设有具有开口的安装槽, 所述安装部安 装于安装槽内, 连接部贯穿于开口内, 所述緩沖部朝向安装部的表面抵靠 于安装槽的外表面;
其中, 所述緩沖部、 安装部及连接部一体成型制成;
其中, 所述緩沖部、 安装部及连接部内部相互连通, 且内部充满气 体;
其中, 所述上盖体与下盖体均由塑胶材料制成。
