Description

液晶玻璃包装箱 技术领域
本发明涉及包装材料领域, 尤其涉及一种液晶玻璃包装箱。 背景技术
在液晶显示器生产领域, 液晶显示器的生产包括一个组装过程, 即将 液晶玻璃、 主控电路、 外壳等部分进行组装, 其各部件是先生产好封存起 来, 待后续组装成整个液晶显示器。 其中, 液晶玻璃生产完成后封存在液 晶玻璃包装箱中, 然后成箱地运送往相应的组装工站。 目前常用的包装箱 有纸箱和塑料箱, 纸箱的緩冲性能较好但刚性太差不适合用于液晶玻璃的 包装, 塑料箱子因其结构较好且不易因外力作用损坏箱内物品, 价格较 低, 适用于易碎品的包装, 但塑料箱子的緩冲性能不好, 需要在内部增加 緩冲块进行緩冲。
如图 1 及 2 所示, 现有的液晶玻璃包装箱包括箱体 100、 设于箱体
100 内的安装部 300及设于安装部 300 上并贴近液晶玻璃设置的緩冲块 500, 包装好的液晶玻璃侧边贴靠在緩冲块 500 上。 运输液晶玻璃时, 緩 冲块 500可有效保护液晶玻璃, 避免在液晶玻璃在外力作用下受到损坏。
目前常用的緩冲块为可发性聚乙烯(EPE, Expandable Polyethylene, 又称珍珠棉) 、 乙烯 -醋酸乙烯共聚物 ( EVA , ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer )等发泡材质, 该些緩冲材料价格偏高, 且被压缩后较难回弹, 緩冲性下降, 无法重复使用, 回收价值低, 不利于成本控制。 发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种液晶玻璃包装箱, 其能有效保护液晶玻 璃, 且结构简单, 成本低。
为实现上述目的, 本发明提供一种液晶玻璃包装箱, 其包括: 箱体、 设于箱体内的数个安装部及安装于安装部上的緩冲装置, 所述緩冲装置包 括緩冲部及连接于緩冲部的容置部, 所述緩冲部为气泡袋, 所述容置部对 应该安装部设有容置槽, 所述安装部容置于该容置槽内, 进而将緩冲装置 安装于箱体内。
所述箱体包括上盖体及与上盖体配合设置的下盖体, 所述安装部设于 下盖体内。 所述下盖体包括底板及垂直连接于底板的侧板, 所述安装部设于底板 上, 且对应侧板的两端设置。
所述下盖体与数个安装部一体成型制成。
每一安装部均包括两个间隔设置的凸起部, 该两凸起部相背对两侧面 之间的间距大于或等于容置槽的长度。
所述容置槽为通孔槽。
所述緩冲装置还包括连接緩冲部与容置部的连接部。
所述緩冲部、 容置部及连接部由低密度聚乙烯材料一体成型制成。 所述上盖体与下盖体均由塑胶材料制成。
所述气泡袋内填充有空气。
本发明还提供一种液晶玻璃包装箱, 包括: 箱体、 设于箱体内的数个 安装部及安装于安装部上的緩冲装置, 所述緩冲装置包括緩冲部及连接于 緩冲部的容置部, 所述緩冲部为气泡袋, 所述容置部对应该安装部设有容 置槽, 所述安装部容置于该容置槽内, 进而将緩冲装置安装于箱体内; 其中, 所述箱体包括上盖体及与上盖体配合设置的下盖体, 所述安装 部设于下盖体内;
其中, 所述下盖体包括底板及垂直连接于底板的侧板, 所述安装部设 于底板上, 且对应侧板的两端设置;
其中, 所述下盖体与数个安装部一体成型制成;
其中, 每一安装部均包括两个间隔设置的凸起部, 该两凸起部相背对 两侧面之间的间距大于或等于容置槽的长度;
其中, 所述容置槽为通孔槽;
其中, 所述緩冲装置还包括连接緩冲部与容置部的连接部;
其中, 所述緩冲部、 容置部及连接部由低密度聚乙烯材料一体成型制 成;
其中, 所述上盖体与下盖体均由塑胶材料制成;

本发明的有益效果: 本发明所提供的液晶玻璃包装箱, 其通过气泡袋 作为緩冲部安装于箱体内, 为液晶玻璃提供有效的緩冲, 避免液晶玻璃在 运输过程中损坏, 所用原材料较为经济, 从而有效降低材料成本, 且结构 简单, 易生产。

为更进一步阐述本发明所釆取的技术手段及其效果, 以下结合本发明 的优选实施例及其附图进行详细描述。
请参阅图 3及图 4, 本发明液晶玻璃包装箱包括: 箱体 2、 设于箱体 2 内的数个安装部 4及安装于安装部 4上的緩冲装置 6, 所述緩冲装置 6包 括緩冲部 62及连接于緩冲部 62的容置部 64, 所述緩冲部 62为气泡袋, 所述容置部 64对应该安装部 4设有容置槽 642。 组装时, 所述安装部 4容 置于该容置槽 642内, 进而将緩冲装置 6安装于箱体 2内。 液晶玻璃 8包 装于箱体 2 内后, 液晶玻璃 8的侧边贴靠在緩冲部 62上, 运输过程中, 液晶玻璃 8挤压緩冲部 62, 緩冲部 62 内的气体能有效的起緩冲作用, 避 免了液晶玻璃 8的损坏。
所述箱体 2包括上盖体(未图示)及与上盖体配合设置的下盖体 22, 所述安装部 4设于下盖体 22内。 所述下盖体 22包括底板 222及垂直连接 于底板 222的侧板 224, 所述安装部 4设于底板 222上, 优选的, 该安装 部 4对应侧板 224的两端设置。
所述下盖体 22与数个安装部 4为一体成型制成, 每一安装部 4均包 括两个间隔设置的凸起部 42, 该两凸起部 42相背对两侧面之间的间距 b 大于或等于容置槽 642的长度 c, 优选的, 该两凸起部 42相背对两侧面之 间的间距 b稍大于容置槽 642的长度, 而容置部 64 由具有弹性的材料制 成, 进而保证容置部 64 能安装于安装部 4 上, 但不易从安装部 4 上脱 落, 以保证緩冲效果, 所述容置槽 642为通孔槽, 两凸起部 42 完全容置 于该容置槽 642内。
所述緩冲装置 6还包括连接緩冲部 62与容置部 64的连接部 66, 所述 緩冲部 62、 容置部 64及连接部 66由低密度聚乙烯材料一体成型制成, 其 结构简单, 成本低, 利于成本控制。
所述上盖体与下盖体 22 均由塑胶材料制成, 塑胶箱子相比常用的纸 箱其结构较好, 且重复使用不易破损, 还可防潮、 防水, 起到更好的保护 作用, 且重复使用包装箱还可节省包装费用。
緩冲部 62 为气泡袋, 其内填充有空气, 充气前气緩冲部 62 呈薄片 状, 所占存储、 运输空间少, 降低了包装材料的存储、 运输成本。
综上所述, 本发明液晶玻璃包装箱, 其通过气泡袋作为緩冲部安装于 箱体内, 为液晶玻璃提供有效的緩冲, 避免液晶玻璃在运输过程中损坏, 所用原材料较为经济, 从而有效降低材料成本。

1、 一种液晶玻璃包装箱, 包括: 箱体、 设于箱体内的数个安装部及 安装于安装部上的緩冲装置, 所述緩冲装置包括緩冲部及连接于緩冲部的 容置部, 所述緩冲部为气泡袋, 所述容置部对应该安装部设有容置槽, 所 述安装部容置于该容置槽内, 进而将緩冲装置安装于箱体内。
2、 如权利要求 1 所述的液晶玻璃包装箱, 其中, 所述箱体包括上盖 体及与上盖体配合设置的下盖体, 所述安装部设于下盖体内。
3、 如权利要求 2 所述的液晶玻璃包装箱, 其中, 所述下盖体包括底 板及垂直连接于底板的侧板, 所述安装部设于底板上, 且对应侧板的两端 设置。
4、 如权利要求 3 所述的液晶玻璃包装箱, 其中, 所述下盖体与数个 安装部一体成型制成。
5、 如权利要求 1 所述的液晶玻璃包装箱, 其中, 每一安装部均包括 两个间隔设置的凸起部, 该两凸起部相背对两侧面之间的间距大于或等于 容置槽的长度。
6、 如权利要求 1 所述的液晶玻璃包装箱, 其中, 所述容置槽为通孔 槽。
7、 如权利要求 1 所述的液晶玻璃包装箱, 其中, 所述緩冲装置还包 括连接緩冲部与容置部的连接部。
8、 如权利要求 7 所述的液晶玻璃包装箱, 其中, 所述緩冲部、 容置 部及连接部由低密度聚乙烯材料一体成型制成。
9、 如权利要求 2 所述的液晶玻璃包装箱, 其中, 所述上盖体与下盖 体均由塑胶材料制成。
10、 如权利要求 1 所述的液晶玻璃包装箱, 其中, 所述气泡袋内填充 有空气。
11、 一种液晶玻璃包装箱, 包括: 箱体、 设于箱体内的数个安装部及 安装于安装部上的緩冲装置, 所述緩冲装置包括緩冲部及连接于緩冲部的 容置部, 所述緩冲部为气泡袋, 所述容置部对应该安装部设有容置槽, 所 述安装部容置于该容置槽内, 进而将緩冲装置安装于箱体内;
其中, 所述箱体包括上盖体及与上盖体配合设置的下盖体, 所述安装 部设于下盖体内;
其中, 所述下盖体包括底板及垂直连接于底板的侧板, 所述安装部设 于底板上 , 且对应侧板的两端设置;
