Description
液晶显示模组包装箱 技术领域
本发明涉及包装领域, 尤其涉及一种液晶显示模组包装箱。 背景技术
液晶显示模组在运输过程中难免会受到外力的碰撞以及摔落, 所以为 了保护好液晶显示模组, 需要一种液晶显示模组的包装装置对液晶显示模 组起到定位和緩冲的目的。 常用的包装箱有纸箱、 塑料箱子等。 塑胶箱子 结构较好, 价格较低, 但是緩冲性能不好, 需在内部增加緩冲块进行緩 冲。 目前常用的緩冲块为可发性聚乙烯(EPE, Expandable Polyethylene, 又称珍珠棉) 、 乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物 ( EVA , ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer )等发泡材质, 该緩冲材质价格偏高, 且被压缩后较难回弹, 緩 冲性下降, 无法重复使用, 回收价值低且不利于成本控制。
现有的液晶显示模组包装箱结构示意图如图 1 所示, 包装箱包括: 箱 体 100、 底部緩冲结构 300及顶部緩冲结构 500, 所述底部緩冲结构 300 包括: 一緩冲底板 302及设与緩冲底板 302上且位于緩冲底板 302两端的 两緩冲侧板 304及设于緩冲底板 302上且间隔设于两緩冲侧板 304之间的 三个限位緩冲板 306, 所述两緩冲侧板 304 均间隔设置数个安装槽 305 , 所述三个限位板 306对应该些安装槽 305处设有数个限位槽 307, 所述与 底部顶板 300配合的顶部緩冲结构 500上设有与底部緩冲结构 300相应的 结构设置。 安装时, 首先将緩冲底板 302置于箱体 100内, 其次, 将液晶 显示模组 700按顺序依次安装固定于安装槽 305、 限位槽 307中, 最后, 再将顶部緩冲结构 500置于液晶显示模组上端。
然而, 这种液晶显示模组包装箱结构复杂, 且挤压后难以恢复原状导 致其緩冲效果不明显, 时而在运输过程中有液晶显示模组损坏的情况发 生。
由此可知, 如何提供有效的液晶显示模组包装装置, 实现液晶显示模 组在运送过程中的定位及緩冲作用, 并解决现有液晶显示模组包装装置价 格偏高、 结构复杂、 緩冲效果不明显是本申请的发明人以及从事此相关行 业的技术领域者亟于改善的课题。 发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种液晶显示模组包装箱, 其釆用气泡袋式緩 冲体作为包装箱内的限位緩冲装置, 该气泡袋式緩冲体内形成的空气层不 仅能较好的起到緩冲作用且材质价格较为便宜、 结构简单更有利于控制包 装的成本。
为实现上述目的, 本发明提供一种液晶显示模组包装箱, 包括: 箱体 及设于箱体内的限位緩冲装置, 所述限位緩冲装置包括数个限位部及与限 位部间隔设置的数个承载部, 所述限位部与承载部均为气泡结构, 且所述 限位部的尺寸大于承载部的尺寸, 所述液晶显示模组卡设于两限位部之 间, 并承载于承载部上。
所述限位部与承载部之间还设有连接部。
所述限位部、 承载部及连接部一体成型制成。
所述限位部、 承载部及连接部内部相互连通, 且充满气体。
所述限位緩冲装置上设有充气孔及用于密封充气孔的密封装置。
所述限位部、 承载部及连接部内部存储的气体为空气。
所述限位部、 承载部及连接部由低密度聚乙烯材料一体成型制成。 所述箱体为纸箱或塑胶材料箱。
本发明还提供一种液晶显示模组包装箱, 包括: 箱体及设于箱体内的 限位緩冲装置, 所述限位緩冲装置包括数个限位部及与限位部间隔设置的 数个承载部, 所述限位部与承载部均为气泡结构, 且所述限位部的尺寸大 于承载部的尺寸, 所述液晶显示模组卡设于两限位部之间, 并承载于承载 部上;
其中, 所述限位部与承载部之间还设有连接部;
其中, 所述限位部、 承载部及连接部一体成型制成;
其中, 所述限位部、 承载部及连接部内部相互连通, 且充满气体; 其中, 所述限位緩冲装置上设有充气孔及用于密封充气孔的密封装 置;

本发明的有益效果: 本发明的液晶显示模组包装箱, 通过气泡袋式緩 冲体作为液晶显示模组的限位緩冲装置, 将该限位緩冲装置放置在箱体底 部, 对液晶显示模组起到固定及保护的作用, 在运输液晶显示模组时, 更 好的保护液晶显示模组, 避免产品运输过程中由于外力而损坏, 且本发明
液晶显示模组包装箱的限位緩冲装置结构简单, 易加工, 进而有效降低生 产成本。 附图说明

为更进一步阐述本发明所釆取的技术手段及其效果, 以下结合本发明 的优选实施例及其附图进行详细描述。
请参阅图 2, 本发明提供一种液晶显示模组包装箱, 包括: 箱体(未 图示)及设于箱体内的限位緩冲装置 2, 设于箱体内的限位緩冲装置 2对 于液晶模组 4起到定位和保护的作用, 所述限位緩冲装置 2包括数个限位 部 22及与限位部 22间隔设置的数个承载部 24, 所述限位部 22与承载部 24之间还设有连接部 26。 所述限位部 22与承载部 24及连接部 26均为气 泡结构, 且一体成型制成, 内部相互连通, 并充满气体, 所述气体为空 气, 在运输时, 由于该限位緩冲装置 2是通过限位部 22 两端夹紧液晶显 示模组 4, 再通过承载部 24支撑液晶显示模组 4, 其中该緩冲装置内部空 气的起緩冲与支撑作用, 其受到外力作用后发生弹性形变, 以緩冲该外 力, 并在外力消除时可以艮快恢复原状, 更好的对液晶显示模组 4进行保 护, 其结构简单, 成本低。
所述限位部 22的尺寸大于承载部 24的尺寸, 所述液晶显示模组 4卡 设于两限位部 22之间, 并承载于承载部上 24, 该限位部 22用于夹紧液晶 显示模组 4, 其尺寸大于承载部 24的尺寸有利于更好的固定住液晶显示模 组 4。
所述限位部 22、 承载部 24及连接部 26由低密度聚乙烯材料一体成型 制成, 该低密度聚乙烯材料具有良好的緩冲性能, 且价格低廉、 无气味。
所述限位緩冲装置 2上设有充气孔(未图示)及用于密封充气孔的密 封装置 (未图示) , 在充气时通过对充气孔充气即可完成整个装置的充 气, 充完气后, 在通过密封装置将该充气孔密封, 以实现緩冲作用。 在限
位緩冲装置 2运输时, 可将其内部的气体放出, 以减少空间占用率, 进而 降低运输成本。
所述箱体为纸箱或塑胶材料箱, 本实施例优选为塑胶箱子, 塑胶箱子 相比常用的纸箱结构较好, 且重复使用不易破损, 还可防潮、 防水, 起到 更好的保护作用, 且重复使用包装箱还可节省包装费用。
综上所述, 本发明的液晶显示模组包装箱, 通过气泡袋式緩冲体作为 液晶显示模组的限位緩冲装置, 将该限位緩冲装置放置在箱体底部, 对液 晶显示模组起到固定及保护的作用, 在运输液晶显示模组时, 更好的保护 液晶显示模组, 避免产品运输过程中由于外力而损坏, 且本发明液晶显示 模组包装箱的限位緩冲装置结构简单, 易加工, 进而有效降低生产成本。

1、 一种液晶显示模组包装箱, 包括: 箱体及设于箱体内的限位緩冲 装置, 所述限位緩冲装置包括数个限位部及与限位部间隔设置的数个承载 部, 所述限位部与承载部均为气泡结构, 且所述限位部的尺寸大于承载部 的尺寸, 所述液晶显示模组卡设于两限位部之间, 并承载于承载部上。
2、 如权利要求 1 所述的液晶显示模组包装箱, 其中, 所述限位部与 承载部之间还设有连接部。
3、 如权利要求 2 所述的液晶显示模组包装箱, 其中, 所述限位部、 承载部及连接部一体成型制成。
4、 如权利要求 3 所述的液晶显示模组包装箱, 其中, 所述限位部、 承载部及连接部内部相互连通, 且充满气体。
5、 如权利要求 4 所述的液晶显示模组包装箱, 其中, 所述限位緩冲 装置上设有充气孔及用于密封充气孔的密封装置。
6、 如权利要求 5 所述的液晶显示模组包装箱, 其中, 所述限位部、 承载部及连接部内部存储的气体为空气。
