Abstract

本发明提供一种液晶显示模组包装箱,包括:箱体及设于箱体内的限位缓冲装置,所述限位缓冲装置包括数个限位部及与限位部间隔设置的数个承载部,所述限位部与承载部均为气泡结构,且所述限位部的尺寸大于承载部的尺寸,所述液晶显示模组卡设于两限位部之间,并承载于承载部上。本发明的液晶显示模组包装箱,通过气泡袋式缓冲体作为液晶显示模组的限位缓冲装置,将该限位缓冲装置放置在箱体底部,对液晶显示模组起到固定及保护的作用,在运输液晶显示模组时,更好的保护液晶显示模组,避免产品运输过程中由于外力而损坏,且本发明液晶显示模组包装箱的限位缓冲装置结构简单,易加工,进而有效降低生产成本。

Description

液晶显示模组包装箱
技术领域
本发明涉及包装领域,尤其涉及一种液晶显示模组包装箱。
背景技术
液晶显示模组在运输过程中难免会受到外力的碰撞以及摔落,所以为了保护好液晶显示模组,需要一种液晶显示模组的包装装置对液晶显示模组起到定位和缓冲的目的。常用的包装箱有纸箱、塑料箱子等。塑胶箱子结构较好,价格较低,但是缓冲性能不好,需在内部增加缓冲块进行缓冲。目前常用的缓冲块为可发性聚乙烯(EPE,Expandable Polyethylene,又称珍珠棉)、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA,ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer)等发泡材质,该缓冲材质价格偏高,且被压缩后较难回弹,缓冲性下降,无法重复使用,回收价值低且不利于成本控制。
现有的液晶显示模组包装箱结构示意图如图1所示,包装箱包括:箱体100、底部缓冲结构300及顶部缓冲结构500,所述底部缓冲结构300包括:一缓冲底板302及设与缓冲底板302上且位于缓冲底板302两端的两缓冲侧板304及设于缓冲底板302上且间隔设于两缓冲侧板304之间的三个限位缓冲板306,所述两缓冲侧板304均间隔设置数个安装槽305,所述三个限位板306对应该些安装槽305处设有数个限位槽307,所述与底部顶板300配合的顶部缓冲结构500上设有与底部缓冲结构300相应的结构设置。安装时,首先将缓冲底板302置于箱体100内,其次,将液晶显示模组700按顺序依次安装固定于安装槽305、限位槽307中,最后,再将顶部缓冲结构500置于液晶显示模组上端。
然而,这种液晶显示模组包装箱结构复杂,且挤压后难以恢复原状导致其缓冲效果不明显,时而在运输过程中有液晶显示模组损坏的情况发生。
由此可知,如何提供有效的液晶显示模组包装装置,实现液晶显示模组在运送过程中的定位及缓冲作用,并解决现有液晶显示模组包装装置价格偏高、结构复杂、缓冲效果不明显是本申请的发明人以及从事此相关行业的技术领域者亟于改善的课题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种液晶显示模组包装箱,其采用气泡袋式缓冲体作为包装箱内的限位缓冲装置,该气泡袋式缓冲体内形成的空气层不仅能较好的起到缓冲作用且材质价格较为便宜、结构简单更有利于控制包装的成本。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种液晶显示模组包装箱,包括:箱体及设于箱体内的限位缓冲装置,所述限位缓冲装置包括数个限位部及与限位部间隔设置的数个承载部,所述限位部与承载部均为气泡结构,且所述限位部的尺寸大于承载部的尺寸,所述液晶显示模组卡设于两限位部之间,并承载于承载部上。
所述限位部与承载部之间还设有连接部。
所述限位部、承载部及连接部一体成型制成。
所述限位部、承载部及连接部内部相互连通,且充满气体。
所述限位缓冲装置上设有充气孔及用于密封充气孔的密封装置。
所述限位部、承载部及连接部内部存储的气体为空气。
所述限位部、承载部及连接部由低密度聚乙烯材料一体成型制成。
所述箱体为纸箱或塑胶材料箱。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的液晶显示模组包装箱,通过气泡袋式缓冲体作为液晶显示模组的限位缓冲装置,将该限位缓冲装置放置在箱体底部,对液晶显示模组起到固定及保护的作用,在运输液晶显示模组时,更好的保护液晶显示模组,避免产品运输过程中由于外力而损坏,且本发明液晶显示模组包装箱的限位缓冲装置结构简单,易加工,进而有效降低生产成本。

具体实施方式
为更进一步阐述本发明所采取的技术手段及其效果,以下结合本发明的优选实施例及其附图进行详细描述。
请参阅图2,本发明提供一种液晶显示模组包装箱,包括:箱体(未图示)及设于箱体内的限位缓冲装置2,设于箱体内的限位缓冲装置2对于液晶模组4起到定位和保护的作用,所述限位缓冲装置2包括数个限位部22及与限位部22间隔设置的数个承载部24,所述限位部22与承载部24之间还设有连接部26。所述限位部22与承载部24及连接部26均为气泡结构,且一体成型制成,内部相互连通,并充满气体,所述气体为空气,在运输时,由于该限位缓冲装置2是通过限位部22两端夹紧液晶显示模组4,再通过承载部24支撑液晶显示模组4,其中该缓冲装置内部空气的起缓冲与支撑作用,其受到外力作用后发生弹性形变,以缓冲该外力,并在外力消除时可以很快恢复原状,更好的对液晶显示模组4进行保护,其结构简单,成本低。
所述限位部22的尺寸大于承载部24的尺寸,所述液晶显示模组4卡设于两限位部22之间,并承载于承载部上24,该限位部22用于夹紧液晶显示模组4,其尺寸大于承载部24的尺寸有利于更好的固定住液晶显示模组4。
所述限位部22、承载部24及连接部26由低密度聚乙烯材料一体成型制成,该低密度聚乙烯材料具有良好的缓冲性能,且价格低廉、无气味。
所述限位缓冲装置2上设有充气孔(未图示)及用于密封充气孔的密封装置(未图示),在充气时通过对充气孔充气即可完成整个装置的充气,充完气后,在通过密封装置将该充气孔密封,以实现缓冲作用。在限位缓冲装置2运输时,可将其内部的气体放出,以减少空间占用率,进而降低运输成本。
所述箱体为纸箱或塑胶材料箱,本实施例优选为塑胶箱子,塑胶箱子相比常用的纸箱结构较好,且重复使用不易破损,还可防潮、防水,起到更好的保护作用,且重复使用包装箱还可节省包装费用。
综上所述,本发明的液晶显示模组包装箱,通过气泡袋式缓冲体作为液晶显示模组的限位缓冲装置,将该限位缓冲装置放置在箱体底部,对液晶显示模组起到固定及保护的作用,在运输液晶显示模组时,更好的保护液晶显示模组,避免产品运输过程中由于外力而损坏,且本发明液晶显示模组包装箱的限位缓冲装置结构简单,易加工,进而有效降低生产成本。

Claims (8)

1.一种液晶显示模组包装箱,其特征在于,包括:箱体及设于箱体内的限位缓冲装置,所述限位缓冲装置包括数个限位部及与限位部间隔设置的数个承载部,所述限位部与承载部均为气泡结构,且所述限位部的尺寸大于承载部的尺寸,所述液晶显示模组卡设于两限位部之间,并承载于承载部上。
2.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示模组包装箱,其特征在于,所述限位部与承载部之间还设有连接部。
3.如权利要求2所述的液晶显示模组包装箱,其特征在于,所述限位部、承载部及连接部一体成型制成。
4.如权利要求3所述的液晶显示模组包装箱,其特征在于,所述限位部、承载部及连接部内部相互连通,且充满气体。
5.如权利要求4所述的液晶显示模组包装箱,其特征在于,所述限位缓冲装置上设有充气孔及用于密封充气孔的密封装置。
6.如权利要求5所述的液晶显示模组包装箱,其特征在于,所述限位部、承载部及连接部内部存储的气体为空气。
7.如权利要求2所述的液晶显示模组包装箱,其特征在于,所述限位部、承载部及连接部由低密度聚乙烯材料一体成型制成。
8.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示模组包装箱,其特征在于,所述箱体为纸箱或塑胶材料箱。
